Dear sir,
This is in ref of application of credit card application no 2228897 which i enrolled on request of credit card executive call from the bank. I got assurance with another hdfc credit card limit. I am eligible for the credit card thus i sent the details and submitted hard copies on 10 march 2019 to executive who came for collecting it.. I got sms on 20th march about the initiation of process. Further i also got rejection sms on 10th april 2019 without assigning any reasons. My question is if i qualified all necessary requirement and after confirmation from executive only i did this then now on what basis its rejected. Cibil score is 760, that is good, i gave office memorandum too,.. All necessary document.. I got verified on office phone number and email. Then also i got rejected and want to know that special reason first of all which they didn't tell initially and remembered later while processing and collecting my details. The funny part is that at the same time i applied for sbi fbb card and its approved with avery good limit. If you dont want to give card then why you collect there document card xerox copy card emboss etc this is first time i m mentally harass by any bank.

    I was not told at the time of loan about the 4 percent foreclosure charges neither i received the welcome letter of my loan #[protected]. The loan executive cheated me, i want to close my loan with immediate effect and i cant pay the foreclosure amount which is blocking me to close the loan. Plz help me.. Email - saroj.     When i asked about car loan process in IndusInd bank, they said i you want to close your loan priorly you no need to pay interest but now they saying you have to pay 40k to close the loan amount. Why they are cheating?

      This is really annoying we have all the proofs were an executive of Indusind bank have approached us stating as mentioned in the whatsapp chat in attachment that this is the lifetime free credit card, artifacts can clearly verified in the attachment.

      Now just after I received the credit card, bank has induced the joining fees of 500 INR over my statement. I immediately contacted the customer care who was not ready to listen and said that this card is chargeable for joining fee and that was done by the bank, we can not help you further. I then mail the same concern to customer care mail with the artifacts but no actions have been taken by the bank and instead they are everytime increasing the bill by inducing late payment fee.

      It is a humble request to bank please remove all the charges as in if i was aware that this card is chargeable i would have never taken it, so please remove all the unwanted charges and if possible retain the card if it is without the annual fee or close the account without any debt.

        I was offered the indusind credit card by banbazaar.com and the reason why i agreed because there was no annual fee for the card so i recieved the card in march and after i got my first statement stating an amount inr 5900 for one time joining fees plus taxes although i have not used the credit card so i dont want this credit card and i will not pay any fees because even at the time when i recieved the verification call from indusind bank i was told by the officer that there is no fees its free of cost for lifetime so basically they are doing scam in the name of giving lifetime free card and the when the customer starts using it they send the bill in name of one time joining fee so please help me to cancel the card i dont need this card and i dont want to deal with such banks i have been using other private bank credit cards they have transparency with their customers

          I get a credit card from indusind bank on 20 march 2019, as per the indusind bank sales team provided information that card is free no joining fee or yearly charges but they will add 5900 for joining and maintenance fee.             Dear sir,
            I, ankur sharma, applied for personal loan of ₹ 30, 000 to indusind bank. They sent a agent who made a offer that if i will issue a cheque for ₹ 20, 000 as initial deposit then then they will open a new account, in which no balance is required. Means, i can main zero balance. I made a cheque and they opened account but after jan 2019, bank started deducting charges for non-maintenance of ₹ 20, 000 mab.
            I made complaint so many time with indusind bank customer care as well as in branch but every time they close my application without solving my query. You can think that applicant of ₹ 30, 000 loan for 3 years, how can maintain ₹ 20, 000 monthly. These are the service request number 72594347, 72598154. And followings are the details of bank and loan account:

              I received a call to apply for indusind bank credit card claiming it to be life time free and movie offers. It did not have both the things, neither it is life time free nor it has any movie offers. They are cheaters and importantly i have call recordings of these frauds.

              I request to immediately cancel my credit card else i l take this matter through appropriate legal recourse

              I am ex staff of IndusInd bank, I had received only 1/3 of my settlement, my 16 days and LTA ànd leaves pending amount has not been refunded in my settlement, kindly update as soon as possible.

                Hello,

                I get a credit card from indusind bank on 5 march 2019, as per the indusind bank sales team provided information that card is free no joining fee or yearly charges but they will add 5000 for joining and maintenance fee. I sent a mail regarding that to the bank but they didn't take any action.
                2. As per my statement amount is 17788rs but i am getting charged 18866. I tried to check my statement but i didn't get any information about the addition 1000rs.
                I tried to call customer care but no response i waited for 10 mins thrice but unable to connect with the bank officer.

                  I have been getting harrassment calls and msgs from some one posing a caller from indusland bank stating that a credit card outstanding of approx 1.5 lac is on my name.
                  Please note i have not got any card issued on my name (Mr. Rohit sinha), and havent ever recieved any information from the bank's side either that ever a card has been issued on my name. However it was sometime in q3 2016 that an executive landed at my place to collect the outstanding amount, when i enquired about the proof of issuance/accepatnce of card and also the proof (Read cctv footage or otp acceptance) of me/my family memeber using the card at any merchant's end the department never showed up.
                  I even went to the branch to discuss my issue but no one paid attention, however i started geeting msgs from the bank stating the overdue. Point to be noted is that before this i never ever got any msg from the bank (Right from issuance of card to making the purchases or bill generation). Post my bank visit no one ever called me for apporx a year and half - but all of a sudden (A week back) i started getting calls from this number, where in the lady in charge abuses and use foul language and presurrizes for the payment, the conduct is so bad that she has even called my wife and my in laws (Who are old aged and retired) she even harassess them and abuses them saying she will send people at their place.
                  I am so depressed and harassed now - for something that i have never even committed - request someone from the concerned team to please help me!

                    Today my account was hacked and i lost almost 35000 rs. My debit card which i lost 2 years back has suddenly surfaced and someone has used it on steam games.com.

                    I want to know 1 thing from the bank that why there are no security check done for these sites. They must have got 100 complaints regarding this site. I know coz i have googled it. Why the bank cant curb these things. They dont have a otp required for this site. I think this is very stupid.

                    Please do the needful. It is my hard earned money.

                      I got credit card from indusind bank 6 months back, i made few transactions in first 2 months and paid my all dues before due date but still i received a statement stating with payment dues and fines for late payment. I personally went to bank and asked for clarification on same but no positive response. The next month i got another statement with more penalty and fine.

                      Tried contacting your customer support no one responds. They disconnect the call in few minutes without even solving my problems.

                      Even branch managers do the same. I inquired for cancellation of card at one of your banks the person incharge tells me to tear the card and throw in dustbin your card gets cancelled. Well that was so professional.

                      Im not going to bother calling your bank again for clarifications i have all the proofs of dues paid by me before date. Also i am not gonna pay any fine or penalty.

                            While booking air ticket through 'gotogate" rs 27547 was deducted from my account without providing otp.

                            Neither i got tickets. The event was of 14 mar 2019.

                            I sent a mail to the bank on 16 mar 19 and tried to contact the bank through tele but they kept me waiting and my call remained unanswered. I am presently out of india.

                              On march 7th they deducted rs 800 from my account and when called to the customer care they informed me that my salary account has been converted to savings account and i told them that i m still working in the same company and the salary is processed to the same account then how come it has been converted and they promised me that they will refund the amount within 2-3 working days but have not received it yet and more over again on 13th march they deducted the amount of rs.115.
                              So i just want it to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                  On around 22nd of february i have called and requested indusind bank for an settlement amount for my credit card as i am always paying the minimum amount and not able to pay the complete amount. I though to close the account once in for all. The day i placed a request i have to pay around 78k rupees which was outstanding amount. They took my contact details and said will call me within 2-3 days which was a lie

                                  Now after 5-6 days i did not got any update from indusind and called them and then they said, the settlement is denied.

                                  Now because of their delay i have to pay 84k which is the outstanding amount now.

                                  I send an email to the head. [protected]@indusind.com

                                  Again 5 days passes by i did not receive any response.

                                  I send an email again to nodal. [protected]@indusind.com they again took around 10 days just to confirm the settlement is denied.

                                  Through out this process i did not receive any resolution and it bring only pain and now i have to pay additional 6k just for there delayin response.

                                  And why i am not ellie bless for an settlement amount, i have already confirmed that i am fine with it if my credit acore or cibil gets affected.

                                  But indusind does not seems to give a damn about my situation.

                                  I am hoping you people will be able to help me best in this critical scenario.

                                    We have availed car loan from indusind bank faridkot, in july 2018. We told them we will lose the loan withjn months but they didnt disclose us preclosure charges. Now when we inquired about amount to close the loan on 14 and 15 of feb 2019 to close the account., emploees asked us to close the loan after deduction of emi on 18 of feb. We agreed. But surprised to know the ney amount increased by 3700 and also we were asked to pay 3 percent preclossure charges. I sent many emails to customer care, reach us, nodal office but all in vain. We want to close the loan but without preclosure charges and 3700, which are increased due to wrong statement made by emplyees.
                                    Really we are much harrased.
