indusind bank two wheeler loan fraud

I purchased my two-wheeler in jan-2016 and took the loan from indusind bank.

That time bank executive told me, i have to pay only 22 installments but now 24 installments have been deducted from my account.

And still, i don't receive any message of completion my loan amount.

If this coming month, any installment deducted from my account then i will definitely file a case against this bank....

I own a credit card from induslnd bank, since my payment is due i got several calls from collection team,
I informed several advisor that i am going through medical emergency & given them date on which i will make payment.

One of the collection agent called me yesterday - 29/01/2019 at 7pm and started threatening me, for which i reacted and told him that i will complaint,

cheating with vehicle loan

I have taken a vehicle loan from indusind bank, with an interest rate of 10.77 per annum for 30 months. I have paid 50, 500 rupees as initial payment. overcharged gbp for outward remittance

Today i did outward remittance for my son tution fees, the rate was 93.73 but indusind bank charged @94.12, (Conversation rate) though i requested to stop the process but they did it.
It's a kind of cheating as rates can't vary bank to bank (As per rbi) for outward remittance
I request to refund the extra money you deducted.
Pls check rate of 23/01/19.
The bank of baroda never did such kind of cheating as i last...

I have lost my credit card today (22nd jan 2019) morning at 10 am, tried reaching your customer support thrice for 20 mint and nobody didn't responded. I really feel so pathetic with your services. Can someone help me in resolving this issue at the earliest. I need you guys to block my stolen credit card and issue a new one.

credit card late payment fee and invalid statement

I have statement of 1760 rupees(Nov 2018) around. When I went to made payment their server was accepting payment. I got charged for it as below
Interest : 160
Get :127
Late fee :550
In my current statement(Dec 2018), they have added this amount, and my Amazon transaction of 1022 rupees. Which should total around 2400 but my total due amount is 3610 rupees.

credit card atm withdrawal by some fraud.

My credit card got duplicated by some frauds and they did an atm withdrawal from the same. I had raised and fir and immediately blocked my card. They gave me a mail first saying that the said amount of 20000 has been returned back to your account and the dispute is resolved. But in the subsequent months i received another bill with the 20000 rs amount against atm withdrawal. Now they have added another 10000 rs saying reward point redemption....

Indusind bank do not deduct its monthly installment against the contract. I always maintain the required amount for the cab installment in my bank account but indusind bank does not deduct it on time and resulting I have to pay the penalty against the late transaction.
Please do the necessary proceedings to resolve it. I will not pay the penalty...
