We have availed car loan from indusind bank faridkot, in july 2018. We told them we will lose the loan withjn months but they didnt disclose us preclosure charges. Now when we inquired about amount to close the loan on 14 and 15 of feb 2019 to close the account., emploees asked us to close the loan after deduction of emi on 18 of feb. We agreed. But surprised to know the ney amount increased by 3700 and also we were asked to pay 3 percent preclossure charges. I sent many emails to customer care, reach us, nodal office but all in vain. We want to close the loan but without preclosure charges and 3700, which are increased due to wrong statement made by emplyees.
Really we are much harrased.

    Had signed up for the credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 1000 against the promise made by the sales executive that the card is lifetime free.

    But i have been charged 999 + gst for joining and annual fee.

    Kindly cancel my card if you cannot keep your promise of keeping the card lifetime free.

      ECS not activated in bank side but I provided all necessary documents, now bank representative forcing me to pay due by cash mode, . And late payment charges also added.
      This situation is annoying, how to face this problem. Can i pay by cash or wait for ECS to activate by bank . Almost 3 months due pending . Clear my problem stated above .

        Dear sir

        I very much regret to say that i had requested for closing my account approx 2 years back and today i suddenly got mail that my account is negative then

        I knew my account is still active and they are adding charges for non maintenance or whatever.

        But the problem is-
        If i had inform to close my account why banking team didnt respond on time and suddenly sending mail about negative balance.

        Mail says it 500rs negative and in indusmobile app showa my ac balance is negative 13411 +

        I would like to inform the bank that i will never pay any amount for this fraud and if account is working why didn;t they inform earlier.

        This is their responsibility to inform the customer about account information.

        When i was using indusind bank debit card, bank deducted lots of amount without any reason and when i verified their customer shows term and conditions apply which is not fair.

        We are middle class familiar and we are already handling struggle to care me and my family but the indusind bank giving unexpected of such thing!

        I request to see this matter and close my account.
        If there will be no solution i will highlight my problem on social media!

        An agent of indusind bank account came to my home and open my account on all mis committment information and opened my account by cheque for rupees 20000/- and tld there is no conditions in this account for any maintenance and others activities.

        I have frustrated plz resolve my issues!

            I received a call from form indusind bank offering me credit card based on my existing credit card, free of any charges. Now i received the credit card in late february 2019. Yet to receive the pin and on 4th march 2019 i have got a message demanding rs.1178.82.

            To top it, the indusind bank refused to take my call stating that they have no time and that i should use ivrcl or some other mode.

            I want the charges reversed and card cancelled.

            This is very bad. You guys want us to use ur services and this is how ul treat us... very bad
            My brother transfer amount of 4000 rupees in my indusind bank account and rs 2100 gets deducted from my account which makes me angry as i was in a hospital to pay urgent money because my friend got hurt so i feel very inconvenient and no transaction is shown. my account no. is[protected]

              They didn't notify me, only, when i logged in to net banking, saw that my a/c is in negative, contacted customer care - was informed, these are ecs return charges since 2017 till date. Why wait for 2 yrs and charge rs. 34, 385 & despite paying so much, a/c is still in negative rs.6733.95. Close the a/c or i will commit suicide, can't pay more money.

                Our concern is with regards to Third party transfers of 2010-11 against our subjected account. In-spite of submitting all the relevant documents to the bank longtime back we are still struggling to clear the below mentioned transfers.
                SB no. - 8478295 Inv 035 dt: 18.05.2010
                SB no. - 8629930 Inv 039 dt: 05.07.2010
                SB no. - 2670001 Inv 044 dt: 07.10.2010
                Now they have come up with an excuse saying that you need to arrange the clearance from the party confirming the transfer from third party. That too after so many years and continous chasing and worst is when the deadlines are very near now. Post that there are heavy penalty clauses. We are not default at all.
                We request you to kindly look into the matter on a very urgent basis. We do not have much time left as the local bank officials at Station Road, Jodhpur Branch (IFC - INDB0000026) where we have our account is not a place to seek any kind of cooperation or support.
                Below attaching few documents of the bank receipt of the year 2010 against above shipping bills.

                  As i got a call from indusind bank customer care and told i have a pre-approved credit card, after they sent
                  A executive to my home for document collection on 16 february. They told there will be no verification card will be getting by 10 days
                  On 21 a executive called me at 1pm for verification he told that he reaches my office by 15 min. I told to come before 3:30 i waited for upto evening and called him back he told i will tomorrow.
                  I have waited till date no person came or called me..
                  I called that person he is telling other person will come
                  I have mailed same thing topremium. [protected]@indusind.com. They told to contact the executive and application is in progress
                  Now i called customer care they are telling card got cancelled..

                  Who told to call me for credit card
                  And what is the verification process??
                  I have paid almost 50 emis of loan to indusind bank since 2015 and upto january 2019
                  Without cheque bounce
                  Now card got cancelled is it my fault
                  If effects my cibil who is responsible for this
                  Is this kind of verification will be done

                  I think i could have taken loan from other bank so i could get better options of cards and loan..

                  Seriously i have suggested other friends to take indusind bank loan but i only got problem

                  I need clarification

                    I have been lied to regarding upgradation of my existing card by your executive. I paid 5000/- which was supposed to be retruned to me in the form of mmt voucher. The executive told me 10 times that i can use it for flight booking he never mentioned the hotel. Now when i am asking the customer care for clarity since i wont be able to use the voucher for premium hotel. No one is responding to my concern. I request you to look into it since i would have never paid the money if i woukd have known that it is only for hotel. Lyung and not answering to the concerns of the custoner is not a solution. I want my amount to be refunded.

                            Today at 10.53 i tried to withdraw money from indusind bank atm.. Money got debited from account but machine did not dispense no amount and receipt. Secuirty gaurd restarted the system and tired second time, money came. This is exactly server issue. Transaction id s146329, refference no[protected]. I want my money back. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I tried to withdraw rs1000 from this atm at the time of mentioning 18:53 dated 16/02/2019. At that time of transition there was power cut and incomplete my transition. And also atm had been shout down. But i couldn't get my amount in cash from this atm. There after some time i got a massage through this bank there was deducted from my account accordingly my required amount rs1000.

                                    My loan is clear and my noc is expired and i get new noc what is the process
                                    My name is Dharam das Vishwakarma, I have been charged Rs.1399 for past 8years since 2015 in the name of CPP without my consent or knowledge. Have also raised complaint in Indusind bank customer care and at my home branch of Indusind bank but no appropriate action has been taken. I have just received 699 as a refund in the name of CPP reversal but the amount of rs. 11129 has been deducted so far from year 2015. I want to register a complaint in consumer forum for this issue.

                                        Hi i have processed my personal loan7 lakhs with indus (Loan a/c[protected].

                                        Initially they confirmed 0% pre-closing charges, after loan amount disbursed i received welcome letter in that it has mentioned 4% pre closing charges.

                                        For that they answered now every customer knows that banks terms and conditions. And stating that we informed if its 10 lakhs 0 % preclosing charges.
                                        They did not intimated any time 4% pre closing charges are there.

                                        Without informing to the customers how it will come to know?

                                        If you mentioned 4% pre closing charges why i needs to go with this bank for loan. I have personal loan eligibility criteria upto 20 lakhs. And i am working top mnc company.

                                        See how this guys are doing?

                                        Dont approach this bank for personal loan. I have to stuck with this bank another 5 years, its really unsatisified.

                                        Finally this guys came to conclustion you have already signed in the documents, but you all aware that they wont fill while you signed in the documents.

                                        Now bank people telling why you have signed when its not printed.in that case how much they have asked i have to pay all the amount or what?

                                        Guys please make a sign if its printed all terms and conditions only and also don't give any cheque without writing all the details on that. They may misuse accordingly as per their convenient.

                                        My bad luck i have provided 5 cheque to them. I have to wait until loan close and take back my cheque.
