I had taken a vehicle loan from indusind bank paripally branch kollam kerala,
Due to delay of vehicle from the indus motors anchal (Where i booked for vehicle),
I cancelled the purchase of vehicle on nov27, indus motor refund the amount against the loan and they cleared but indusind bank is not cleared loan till now, so they are deducting loan amount from account 21-dec-18, 21-jan-19 so please do the needful.

    My name jothi. P from thirukoliur, and this’s regarding my two wheeler loan closer letter and noc. I taken two wheeler loan from south street, thirukoilur, viluppuram, sh-68, tirukkovilur sankarapuram road, viluppuram, viluppuram, 605757 on 2016 june for hero honda splender+ while the loan account notvu0694h for the loan amount rs, 62000 something my loan end period 2018-sep./-. And i preclosed the loan on thirukoilur branch, at the time of loan closing mr. Manikandan (Branch manager collection department) said you’ll be receiving the loan closer letter and noc with in 15days. So i wentthirukoilur br on 17th nov. 2018, for noc and mr. Manikandan said, come after 1week. Again i went to branch on 01 dec-2018, but he said the same story, come after 1 week. I went again on 15th dec, and mr. Manikandan, then he said go to thirukoilur brach and collect the loan closer letterand noc there it self so i went tothirukoilur there is no document to me

    I request you getting my vehicel loan closer letter noc as soon as possible.

      Hi all,
      I am writing this letter to indusind bank to inform and complain about a credit card fraud happened with me.

      One of the bank employee "miss shipra" of crossing republic, ghz branch of indusind bank visited my home to complete the formalities for opening one fd later i have received a credit card without my request and permission. Which i
      Haven't activated yet but i have received a credit card bill of ₹29500/-.

      Yesterday, i checked with the bank branch and they tried to neglect/ignore it. They have not taken it seriously. I am under deep mental stress due to it.

      It is a serious financial offense and i want the bank to seriously look into this and take appropriate corrective action immediately.

      I have raised a complaint #[protected] about this fraud and another request #[protected] to cancel this card with the help of customer care.

      Please cancel my card and clear all the charges imposed on this card. The bank should take necessary action to maintain its service integrity.

      I would request for bank's formal reply with the action taken against this fraud.

      I applied for a debit card, and I change the office address so I can't get that card and card will return to your bank but the debited amount is not credited to my account plzz check it and refund the amount

This is my money someone fraudly withdraw it, I dont want to listen any ### from bank management sides .So kindly I request you please take a serious action at the issue and refund my money and solve my problem as soon as possible.
      i want to the bank (Naraina Branch), Very worst service, bank employees don't know how to handle the complain rather they dont bother. i feel very bad that they are not serious about the incident. I am taking follow up from bank and as well as CUSTOMER CARE, but no body is serious.

        I have issued a credit card by your bank [protected] years ago and i have not at all used it once, but i got a statement to pay the amount. On enquiry i came to know that the amount belongs to some charges. As per the instructions i sent a mail to you to close the credit card since i am not using it when i was working in previous company. Neither the card was closed not amount was reversed still i am getting the statement on mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Request you to please close and reverse the amount.

          I finance a hero-honda passion plus bike (No. Wb-12y-9798) from indusind bank. I have clear time to time all my dues payment for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate to clear the further documention. I am regular follow with bank representative mr. Abhisekh (Elgin, shakespeare sarani road, near kala mandir, kolkatta-700017). But he is providing me time next and next. Kindly help me in this regard.

                Hi Sir, This complaint is to intimate my concern that, IndusInd Bank issues credit cards, which consist of an offer which we can buy two ticket at the price of one. They are charging a joining fee of Rs.1000 and 200 Rs as yearly fee. When I tried to avail this offer by booking movie tickets through Bookmyshow.com website using this indust ind bank credit card, it always says the error as below: "Sorry, the number of tickets available for the offer on a daily basis has been exhausted. (-4011) " This keep happens every time whenever i try to book tickets, I have tried more than 300 times. Even, I tried to book ticket, at mid night 12 am, as per the advice from Bookmyshow.com customer care and IndusInd bank customer care, which has no use. Bookmyshow.com customer care says the offer is applicable to only for first 100 IndusInd bank credit card customers per day, through out India, irrespective of movie theatre and movie, which is cheating, as this will bring down the chance about 1 by million of getting this movie ticket offer. This cheating happens through out India. I have attached the snapshot of error, which keeps happening whenever i try to avail the credit card offer through bookmyshow.com Please take action against this.

                  I have received new indusind credit card ending xxxx4008 for which i mistakenly made a payment of rs. 5000/- from icici net banking. We have received confirmation from the same vide email/sms as enclosed below:

                  "dear customer, thank you for your internet payment of inr 5, 000.00 towards your indusind bank credit card xxxx4008. Your payment is credited to your credit card a/c on 25.01.2019."

                  The intended payment was for the card number xxxx0009 which was confirmed to your customer sales executive time and time again. I was asked to forward the necessary details of the confirmation from your bank id [protected]@indusind.com. The mail was forwarded twice to swathi. [protected]@indusind.com and was assured that the matter is closed.

                  However i received a call again today and a notice intimation that

                  "dear customer,

                  Please find attached your monthly credit card statement for the period 04-jan-19 to 03-feb-19 for your indusind bank credit card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 0009. The total and minimum amounts due on your credit card are 77258.65 dr and 7515.75 respectively, due by immediate."

                  I have made this additional payment for card ending xxxx0009 today

                  Transaction status success

                  Transaction reference number : pici[protected]

                  Transaction date and time :[protected]:10:48

                    With regard to our earlier complaint in this forum in the month of december'2018 with indusind bank, we got a call from bank staff to resolve the issue
                    They said they wish to meet and understand the problem for which we welcomed them foreseeing a resolution to the erratic staff handling of the case.
                    When the people from indusind bank came, we were surprised to see mr. Mushfik, alongwith one of mr. Sharad, his regional sales manager came to address the issue

                    We dont undrestand what does the sales people have to do with credits / assessment case!!

                    So, we expressed our dissatisfaction and not understanding the purpose of sales people to support the visit.

                    A week later, we again got a call from indusind bank informing us that national sales head and credits head want to meet us.

                    This now made us think that some responsible people are finally taking the initiative to resolve the loss of time and efforts.

                    A day later, day mr. Somesh dixit (National sales manager home loans) came along with his credits counterpart trying to assess the case.

                    They apologized for the inconvenience and were surprised to hear the whole case and due to non professional behavior and accepted the laxity of their staff and acknowledged the loss but tried to pacify us.

                    We simply asked them to reimburse the time loss due to delay by mishandling from bank's end, but they also did not comment anything on the same.

                    We don't understand whether staff at indusind bank is trained to resolve the issue or just fill the blanks by trying to pacify the dissatisfied clients.

                    A meeting of more than 2 hours results in a stand-still situation from where it started.

                    Even after acknowledging the mistake at bank's end, and meeting for the same with an agenda to resolve the issue, how do we justify the revenue loss which we suffered by investing extensively in advance due to promises from banker's staff till the end.

                    We still look to find a resolution to our issue and compensation for the same from bank.

                    We hope this forum justifies the true justice to our loss due to bank's negligence for 3 months of our revenue loss and the pressure we faced due to extensively investing our reserve and funds in advance for what we had planned to utilise in a planned and better manner

                    We hope indusind bank has some authoritative people employed to take concrete decisions after assessing the gravity of the whole case as mentioned earlier.

                      This email is in a complaint of extreme unacceptable response i have received from indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi where i am having my account.

                      I had transferred rs 25000 on13/10/19 due to network issues; the money was not being transferred, and i repeated the attempts and the amount got transferred in all attempts. 75000 inr got transferred on 13/10/19. I was to make a transfer of 25000 inr only. Now i had requested the bank to get the balance money back in my account ie 50000inr back. The other recipient had received 75000inr.
                      After my repeated requests and enough embarrassments, indusind bank, rajouri garden had placed a request to start the procedure of recovery.

                      I had placed enough call at your helpline in mumbai, but have received only disappointment.
                      The following were the executives who had received and committed that they have registered my complaint

                      I have had enough and my only aim is to receive a professional service so that my concern is being addressed in the most professional manner.

                      Please assign a professional to handle my matter as it has been over 4 months of sufferance with indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi.

                      I had not opened my account in indusind bank for all this embarrassment and negligence.

                        Hi, My name is Deepika Burman. Had complained on this forum with regards to the Forgery signature as done by the Indusind Bank staff on 04th May, 2017. The complaint has not yet been resolved by the bank. Despite of my complaint, They have blocked and seized my same savings bank account. And are regularly deducting the maintainence charges from my account on regular basis. They are not even providing me any details or status for which the bank is deducting the amount and neither allowing me to use or close the same account. My ATM card has been blocked by the bank and the bank authorities are not disclosing any details. I am now too much frustrated with the banks so called Bullism that want to take this matter now to the RBI, Finance Minister, Court and all the above Authorities.

                        As i have shifted to Mumbai due to marraige, So it has now become very difficult for me to visit the Asansol branch (West Bengal). So requesting the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to guide me how to tackle with this bank issue and to take this matter to the Higher authorities for proper justice. I want to see that the bank suffers now due to the unprofessional and bullism done to me till date.

                            I have aplied for a credit card, due to some rules issue it was not delivered at my office address thats why i wanted to make a change in my delivery address. As per a bank guy suggestion i called multiple times to the customer care, but put my call on hold and now they are not receiving my call.
                            Kindly do the needfull. Or kindly arrange a call back for help.

                              I purchased my two-wheeler in jan-2016 and took the loan from indusind bank.

                              That time bank executive told me, i have to pay only 22 installments but now 24 installments have been deducted from my account.

                              And still, i don't receive any message of completion my loan amount.

                              If this coming month, any installment deducted from my account then i will definitely file a case against this bank.

                                I own a credit card from induslnd bank, since my payment is due i got several calls from collection team,
                                I informed several advisor that i am going through medical emergency & given them date on which i will make payment.

                                One of the collection agent called me yesterday - 29/01/2019 at 7pm and started threatening me, for which i reacted and told him that i will complaint,
                                He disconnected the call from the indusind bank line -
                                +91 [protected] & called me immidietly with his personal number - +91 [protected]

                                And was abusing me, my family, used pathetic language and threatened my for life,
                                He said "he know my detailed address & my card details, as he got my number to use with his personal phone & he will use my details to find me & gut me down"

                                Its a serious issue which i reported to induslnd bank customer care immediately to which no action have been taken so far.

                                  I have taken a vehicle loan from indusind bank, with an interest rate of 10.77 per annum for 30 months. I have paid 50, 500 rupees as initial payment. The total value of my bike is 1, 17, 000 rupees only. But they charged 72300 as finance amount. And shown 43850 rupees as initial payment. So i have to pay 3165 rupees as EMI. I had knew these details from their loan letter send to me after 4 months of taking the loan. I contacted the respective person, but he told it's their policy and their service charges. They never told me about this huge amount of service charge. Now I have to pay around 10, 000 rupees excluding intrest and principal amount. I have cheated by Indusind bank and looted my money. I never recommend indusind bank anymore.

                                      On jan8, 2019 four fraud transaction (50, 000 inr) done on my creditcard at 00.30am to 04.30am, reported to customercare excutive and blocked current card. On jan8, 2019 reported in cybercrime police station, gachibowli, dispute form, cybercrime report submitted in gachibowli indusind bank branch on same date. My creditcard is with me only, i didnot get any otp, mails for the four transactions. Didnot get any cal from ur customercare excutives for that transactions. I dont have passport also. From jan 11, 2019 to jan 21, 2019 approax five to six times dispute form and and cybercrime report send to ur customercare email ids. I did not get any delivery message from ur bank. My sent box showing all mails to u as sent mails. May be ur server issue i didnot get any message. Reported mail delivery issue with ur customercare excutives regularly (From jan11, 2019 to jan23, 2019). Gachibowli branch persons are also not responding on my issue (Dispute form).                                         I was a customer of Indusind credit card. There was some outstanding amount pending for many days. I spoke to one of the manager in Narayanaguda branch credit card department who promised me an NOC in a week after clearing the payment. I cleared the dues on 4th January 2019. After waiting for 10 days I called up the manager for NOC who instructed me to call the customer care as its not in his hands. I called customer care and waited for 1 hour but still not connected to the associate. I again called the manager and told the problem. He adviced me to send an email to premium.[protected]@indusind.com which I did on 16th January 2019. I received a reply that the query will be resolved in 2 working days which are not completed until today. I sent totally 5 emails and 10 phone calls to the customer care just to hear that my query will be resolved in 24 hours every time. I request you to please help me in getting the NOC as I need to submit elsewhere immediately. Thank you.

                                        Sir/ mam My car lone is completely but I didn't get noc from bank .so kindly look after this matter n solve as soon as possible coz I am getting big trouble
