Greetings!

This email is in a complaint of extreme unacceptable response i have received from indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi where i am having my account.

Account holder name: mr sadhu singh
Account number:[protected]
Bank name: indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi.

I had transferred rs 25000 on13/10/19 due to network issues; the money was not being transferred, and i repeated the attempts and the amount got transferred in all attempts. 75000 inr got transferred on 13/10/19. I was to make a transfer of 25000 inr only. Now i had requested the bank to get the balance money back in my account ie 50000inr back. The other recipient had received 75000inr.
After my repeated requests and enough embarrassments, indusind bank, rajouri garden had placed a request to start the procedure of recovery.

I had placed enough call at your helpline in mumbai, but have received only disappointment.
The following were the executives who had received and committed that they have registered my complaint

Till today, i have received only and only delays and laid back attitude of indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi.

I am a senior citizen aged 70+ but your staff is not sensitised well enough about how to handle such issues.

How many more attempts do i have to make so that your bank can take my complaint seriously?

I have had enough and my only aim is to receive a professional service so that my concern is being addressed in the most professional manner.

Please assign a professional to handle my matter as it has been over 4 months of sufferance with indusind bank, rajouri garden, new delhi.

I had not opened my account in indusind bank for all this embarrassment and negligence.

I shall expect someone to take an action for my above mentioned complain within 24 hrs. I won't be able to give time any more than i have already wasted my time on this bank.

    Hi, My name is Deepika Burman. Had complained on this forum with regards to the Forgery signature as done by the Indusind Bank staff on 04th May, 2017. The complaint has not yet been resolved by the bank. Despite of my complaint, They have blocked and seized my same savings bank account. And are regularly deducting the maintainence charges from my account on regular basis. They are not even providing me any details or status for which the bank is deducting the amount and neither allowing me to use or close the same account. My ATM card has been blocked by the bank and the bank authorities are not disclosing any details. I am now too much frustrated with the banks so called Bullism that want to take this matter now to the RBI, Finance Minister, Court and all the above Authorities.

    As i have shifted to Mumbai due to marraige, So it has now become very difficult for me to visit the Asansol branch (West Bengal). So requesting the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to guide me how to tackle with this bank issue and to take this matter to the Higher authorities for proper justice. I want to see that the bank suffers now due to the unprofessional and bullism done to me till date.

      I am from mahindra powerol, we provide services for genset. Indusind bank ltd has a genset of mahindra and we was service done on 31 july 18 but still payment not done.

      We also call many time to bank for knowing about the status of payment but no any positive result received. Please help to release payment asap

        I have aplied for a credit card, due to some rules issue it was not delivered at my office address thats why i wanted to make a change in my delivery address. As per a bank guy suggestion i called multiple times to the customer care, but put my call on hold and now they are not receiving my call.
        Kindly do the needfull. Or kindly arrange a call back for help.

        I have cleared my 2 wheelar vehicle loan 3years back, recently when i check, showing pending dues, again i cleared last dec 29/2018.Till the date they have not issued noc letter

          I purchased my two-wheeler in jan-2016 and took the loan from indusind bank.

          That time bank executive told me, i have to pay only 22 installments but now 24 installments have been deducted from my account.

          And still, i don't receive any message of completion my loan amount.

          If this coming month, any installment deducted from my account then i will definitely file a case against this bank.

            I own a credit card from induslnd bank, since my payment is due i got several calls from collection team,
            I informed several advisor that i am going through medical emergency & given them date on which i will make payment.

            One of the collection agent called me yesterday - 29/01/2019 at 7pm and started threatening me, for which i reacted and told him that i will complaint,
            He disconnected the call from the indusind bank line -
            +91 [protected] & called me immidietly with his personal number - +91 [protected]

            And was abusing me, my family, used pathetic language and threatened my for life,
            He said "he know my detailed address & my card details, as he got my number to use with his personal phone & he will use my details to find me & gut me down"

            Its a serious issue which i reported to induslnd bank customer care immediately to which no action have been taken so far.

              I have taken a vehicle loan from indusind bank, with an interest rate of 10.77 per annum for 30 months. I have paid 50, 500 rupees as initial payment. The total value of my bike is 1, 17, 000 rupees only. But they charged 72300 as finance amount. And shown 43850 rupees as initial payment. So i have to pay 3165 rupees as EMI. I had knew these details from their loan letter send to me after 4 months of taking the loan. I contacted the respective person, but he told it's their policy and their service charges. They never told me about this huge amount of service charge. Now I have to pay around 10, 000 rupees excluding intrest and principal amount. I have cheated by Indusind bank and looted my money. I never recommend indusind bank anymore.

                I am holding a Savings Account in your bank for the past two years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rs 1120/- has been withdrawn from my account on 25 January 2019 which has not been executed by me.

                The transaction came to light accidentally when I took a printout of mini-statement of my account till date for my perusal. I did not receive any SMS or e-mail alert for the same.

                  On jan8, 2019 four fraud transaction (50, 000 inr) done on my creditcard at 00.30am to 04.30am, reported to customercare excutive and blocked current card. On jan8, 2019 reported in cybercrime police station, gachibowli, dispute form, cybercrime report submitted in gachibowli indusind bank branch on same date. My creditcard is with me only, i didnot get any otp, mails for the four transactions. Didnot get any cal from ur customercare excutives for that transactions. I dont have passport also. From jan 11, 2019 to jan 21, 2019 approax five to six times dispute form and and cybercrime report send to ur customercare email ids. I did not get any delivery message from ur bank. My sent box showing all mails to u as sent mails. May be ur server issue i didnot get any message. Reported mail delivery issue with ur customercare excutives regularly (From jan11, 2019 to jan23, 2019). Gachibowli branch persons are also not responding on my issue (Dispute form). Please consider these attachements as proof. Please do favour for me. I[censored] need any information cal me at anytime. Card last four degits is 3005.

                    I was a customer of Indusind credit card. There was some outstanding amount pending for many days. I spoke to one of the manager in Narayanaguda branch credit card department who promised me an NOC in a week after clearing the payment. I cleared the dues on 4th January 2019. After waiting for 10 days I called up the manager for NOC who instructed me to call the customer care as its not in his hands. I called customer care and waited for 1 hour but still not connected to the associate. I again called the manager and told the problem. He adviced me to send an email to premium.[protected]@indusind.com which I did on 16th January 2019. I received a reply that the query will be resolved in 2 working days which are not completed until today. I sent totally 5 emails and 10 phone calls to the customer care just to hear that my query will be resolved in 24 hours every time. I request you to please help me in getting the NOC as I need to submit elsewhere immediately. Thank you.

                            I have made imps transaction on 9th december 2018 for the amount of rs 20000 from my indsaind to broda up gramin bank with right account number and wrong ifsc code and that ifsc code does not belong to any bank for the same i spoke to the bank they took 45 days and they are not helping us the reference number.                               Today i did outward remittance for my son tution fees, the rate was 93.73 but indusind bank charged @94.12, (Conversation rate) though i requested to stop the process but they did it.
                              It's a kind of cheating as rates can't vary bank to bank (As per rbi) for outward remittance
                              I request to refund the extra money you deducted.
                              Pls check rate of 23/01/19.
                              The bank of baroda never did such kind of cheating as i last year i did through bob.
                              Am preferencial customer.
                              Requesting all not to trust indusind bank for outward remittance.

                                I have lost my credit card today (22nd jan 2019) morning at 10 am, tried reaching your customer support thrice for 20 mint and nobody didn't responded. I really feel so pathetic with your services. Can someone help me in resolving this issue at the earliest. I need you guys to block my stolen credit card and issue a new one.

                                Your service is very poor & very slow. Last 2 times in my account no[protected] money cut without notification & resin 590+590=1180(29-Dec-2018) & yesterday & today 800+100=900 money cut without resin (16-Jan-2019).

                                  I have statement of 1760 rupees(Nov 2018) around. When I went to made payment their server was accepting payment. I got charged for it as below
                                  Interest : 160
                                  Get :127
                                  Late fee :550
                                  In my current statement(Dec 2018), they have added this amount, and my Amazon transaction of 1022 rupees. Which should total around 2400 but my total due amount is 3610 rupees.
                                  I don't want credit card which is so unfair for service and gives false statement and ask for greedy money..

                                    My credit card got duplicated by some frauds and they did an atm withdrawal from the same. I had raised and fir and immediately blocked my card. They gave me a mail first saying that the said amount of 20000 has been returned back to your account and the dispute is resolved. But in the subsequent months i received another bill with the 20000 rs amount against atm withdrawal. Now they have added another 10000 rs saying reward point redemption. All this have been reported to the bank but till now no reply from there side. Every time they send me the bill with huge finance charges and the unpaid bill amount. Kindly guide

                                    Hi, You may aware that this bank is one of private bank their charges are very high that is more than govt bank charges.As far as fraud concerned if you are not about safety of account It is better to close the account if not assured by bank against fraud, further it is advisable not to disclose any bank details like a/cno, pan no, adhar no, pass words if any over phone even from bank so as to protect the hard earned money.

I have used it once my card for purchasing of about 1000 something which paid just 1 day delay from the date of payment due. Bow after few months come to know that indusind putting charges against finance and late payment and outstanding become more than 5000 in which there is not actual due and only late payment and intrest on intrest only...

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that an amount of rs.293.82 debited in my account on[protected] towards annual debit card charges without intimation to me. Same day the ecs debit has come in for rs.10739/- & the ecs has been duly returned for insufficient funds although my balance was existing rs.10963/-

                                      I am surprised to see another debit of rs.413 towards ecs return on 12th jan 2019.

                                      This has causued me humiliation from other bank for ecs return & a penalty of rs.5000/- imposed on me. Request you to kindly pay the damages & reverse the above entries before i proceed to consumer court.
