On 3rd november 2018 i was making payment to lic for the premiums against the policies that were in the list of scheduled bills. After i had made a total payment of rs.9, 89, 255.00 against 40 lic policies. When i tried to make further payments, i got a message stating "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00".

Thankfull i had not cancelled the auto pay for policy no.89*87 as the due amount was showing as rs.10, 19, 439.66

On 4th november 2018 at 00:37 i called indusind call center on [protected] and informed the executive that i wanted to make a payment of rs.10, 19, 439.66 however there is a message stating "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00". The executive told me that i could go ahead and make a payment of rs.10, 19, 439.66 and assured me that there would be no problem of the debit limit. I asked him not to disconnect and told him that i will try immediately to see if this payment goes through. Hence at 12:53 a. M. I cancelled the auto pay instruction on the policy number 89*87 and immediately went on the view & pay bills section to make the payment immediately. To my surprise when i tried making this payment i got the same message again "daily debit limit exceeded. Daily limit = 10, 00, 000.00". When i told the executive that the payment is not going through he told me to try again at 5:00 a. M. And said that there should be no such issue of a 10 lakh daily limit. However the same error repeated when i tried at 5:00 a. M.

When i wrote to indusind regarding this they informed me that there is a daily debit limit of 10, 00, 000/-. I requested them to increase the daily debit limit temporarily so that i could pay the premium. However inspite of several emails, indusind kept replying "we are working on your concern of payments decline and will update you with the status shortly. We request your support and co-operation in the interim." & "we are acting upon the concerns of payments decline highlighted by you and will get back to you with the status shortly.".

Finally since indusind did not increase the credit limit. I had no option but to pay the premium to lic on the last day of the grace period usiny the net banking option.

If the indusind call center executive had not misguided me on 4th november 2018 i would not have cancelled the auto pay. The premy would have been paid on the due date by bill desk via the indusind credit card and i would have got 15292 reward points.

On 29th november indusind bank sent me an email stating "a complaint has been raised against the executive and shared it with relevant department to provide strong feedback for the wrong commitment. We confirm that credit limit for your card is inr 1, 500, 000.00 and the default transaction limit set on indusnet for credit card customers is inr 1, 000, 000.00 only. Hence the transaction of inr 10, 19, 439.66 has been declined in indusnet. Kindly activate auto pay instruction for the policy number[protected] to avoid such instance in future. We regret our inability to provide you compensation of reward points."

After this email i have escalated the matter to all the heads at indusind including the managing director requesting them to credit 15292 reward points as i have lost this opportunity only because of the wrong commitment of their executive.

On 27th december i have received an email from [protected]@indusind.com which states "basis the representation made by you in your email, we had forwarded your request to our team for 15, 292 reward points on card account. According to the update received, we confirm that we will be unable to credit 15, 292 reward points to you card account. This is in accordance with internal ombudsman team."

I fail to understand that why should a customer be penalized for an error made by the bank's executive? I am shocked at the way indusind bank is behay with a customer who has one of their most exclusive hiend credit card "indulge".

    It is to inform you that i have owned a platinum credit card. Its number is [protected]. I was told by your representative that it is a life time free card. But it is not so. He gave me false information. I was sent a monthly bill containing the joining fee. I denied to pay it. I informed your customer-care representative regarding this issue and also mailed at "premium. [protected]@indusind.com". But till now no action is taken. Again and again the monthly bill is sent to me and it is continuously increasing. What is this? I just want it to close. It would affect my cibil score. I can not indulge it.
    Till now the card is inactive. I did not make any transaction by using it till now. Then why due to fake information would i pay this amount?
    I again request you please close it. I also use other bank's credit cards. All are free. Rather they did not give me such wrong information.

      Sir,

      This is keep you informed that, the amount of rs. 10, 000/- was wrongly transferred to indus ind bank settlement card no: [protected] on 28th nov'18. And from the day, i have been co-ordinating with the team. I met the person in the branch office. They have raised refund request and committed for the refund amount, but still the amount is received in my bank account.
      Requesting you to kindly support in getting the amount credited in my savings account.

        I am getting false bills for my credit card since 2 months and indusind customer care is not willing to provide any kind of support. I never used my card for amazon prime membership but they have taken money from me once and again sent the bill for the same membership next month and pressurizing to pay it otherwise they would impose the penalty. They are charging for the annual amazon prime membership every month which i didn't make payment from the card. And they have been asking since 2 months for that.
        I am facing a lot of issues from day 1. Initially they gave me wrong commitments for selling their card and then begged me to keep the card in place of no annual fees. And after that they continuously followed me for the payment.
        Request for a strict action again indusind bank for manipulating the customers.

          I am using platinum aura master card ending with 9005.

          Now i want to cancel my card for that i have contacted your customer support & they suggest to generate t-pin.

          I have tried more than 10 times to generate the t-pin but every time after providing the all information the system not able to generate the t-pin due to some technical issue. Last three days i am facing the problem.

          I am using hdfc & sbi credit card & never faced such issue..

          I am very much offset with the customer care support.

          Kindly reply with alternative to resolve my issue at earliest.

            I was using credit card since 8 month and i paid minimum balance for avoiding the calls and unnecessarily they have applied charges for a 1 month about 5000 which is not fixed in any terms.

            Now they are calling for payment in every second as my statement release on 8th of every month and today is 21 only must be there is due date and they are not agree for this case. I said they i will pay on time but still they are calling.

            Please help i am literally frustrated.

              Your credit card sales team has either cheated me by sharing false commitment, or don't have the caliber to understand and address customer requirement,

              I had placed request for master platinum select card, and have informed your team to make its delivery at my residence address,

              I was acknowledge by your team that all request has been considered, i'll be given master platinum select card, and before dispatch i will receive complete details of this card benefits and offering (Including welcome benefits) over my registered mail, also was informed, i'll be receiving 2 priority pass, which will come along with this credit card which has unlimited lounge access, and for second priority pass card details will be asked by me at the time of issuing and before dispatching the credit card.

              None of these things took place, i got a verification call, i informed i applied for platinum select card, with master franchise, still have been issued visa platinum aura, no information about card benefits or updated welcome benefits were shared, also i was told there are benefits of buy 1 get 1 at bookmyshow 2 times in a month, as i can see now, there is no such offer.

              For priority pass i am getting update from customer support that i need to reach helpline number and it will be issued separately (Also was informed it will be issued for 9 lounge access per year, and will be renewed year on year, don't know if that is true?)

              I was withdrawing an amount of Rs 2500 by using hdfc bank debit card in at Induslnd ATM, but the ATM showed up unable to transact, but the amount was deducted from the account

                On 10/11/2018 indus ind bank debited rs 1770 from my savings bank account against platinum plus debit card issue. The incident is the mistake of courier people or bank the delivered the card wrongly at chennai address and i blocked the card by calling customer care of bank. After a week later the again send that blocked card by postal, i cant activate or i cant use that card after this event i contacted the bank branch and customer care lot of time they creating request and there is no action against it for last 35 days.
                68421572 is the first request for reversal on[protected]
                68969217 is the second on[protected]
                69459674 is another on[protected]

                  I p. L. Manikyareddy having vehicle financed with deal number avg00430l at guntur arundelpet branch. The employee of the branch has done annual insurance of my vehicle with out my prior knowledge and has given me the insurance papers 3 months later. Since i don’t know about the insurance i have done my own company insurance. When i asked the branch how can they do insurance without knowing me, they said they can’t do anything i have to pay for that.. When i raised the issue with the bank manager he said we can’t do anything.. They even threatened me that “you have given all necessary signatures, you go anywhere “ it is just blackmailing.. Iam totally upset and frustrated. Tomorrow i. E[protected] i am going to pay entire future instalments and get rid of this company.. This is pure cheating by company or its employees... This is a feedback of a very unhappy ill treated customer by ind bank finance division. Thank you.. Hope this mail reaches higher officials and necessary actions taken..

But due to holiday our office was closed so i was unable to receive this shipment. And now this has been held by bluedart delivery centre greater noida.
                          Kindly rearrange the delivery of this shipment again.

                            I am a senior lady of 75 plus years old. I take one policy from your company for helping one lady for achieving her probationary target, in that policy, insured, jyotika susan abraham (8 years old, us citizen) is my granddaughter, staying in the us. Some clauses in the policy were not at all suitable our purposes also it is not communicated to me earlier, from your company guys, when i understand from policy document, i decided to return back under the freelook provision in the policy. But you are saying you get the freelook notice on after its period, but, bluedart that the policy document was received by my husband (M m john) on 4th april 2018 (Not on 2nd april as mentioned) and i returned it under its freelook clause on 18th april 18 and it is clear that i have retuned it on the 14th day of receipt. The tracking details shows that consignment has been received at your end on 20th april and not on 23rd april as mentioned in the letter of sr.                               I tried to withdraw 10k money using cash on mobile facility on 26/11/2018. But i didn't receive money. Hence i raised compliant in customer care on 27/11/2018 the compliant no was 68869040. There is no response from the bank. Again i raised compliant on 1/12/2018 and the compliant no was 69065563 still there is no response. I never seen such a poor service. Still my problem is not resolve

                                Extremely very worst condition of customer care service. I was calling to customer care service phone number to talk with executive but no one received the call. Its been 15 minutes i was calling but no one received the phone. Customer care service is for helping the people but if no one is there to receive the call then what is the use. Very disappointed. That to the call was not toll free number. We are using our own money to call you people and you people don't have the value to customer to pick up the phone. Not only today, earlier also in other business days there is no one to talk in customer care service. I really think now to disconnect my account from this # bank. I want now close my account from this bank where no one is there to help customers.

                                Hello, I finance a Honda Activa 2 wheeler from indsind bank. I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regular follow with bank representative in opposite . Kindly help me in this regard.

                                I'm received receipt o[censored]nable to dispense from BOI ATM and not received Rs 10000 from that ATM. But Rs 10000 debited in my account. Please send my money back.

Sir 01/12/2018 i visited your branch for deposit cash eight thousand which payment was ten and twenty note good conditions but your officer (Cashier) mr. Sidharth avoid it and used abused language it's not work under rbi guidelines avoid small cash and he can't give written mr. Sidharth.
