Your credit card sales team has either cheated me by sharing false commitment, or don't have the caliber to understand and address customer requirement,
I had placed request for master platinum select card, and have informed your team to make its delivery at my residence address,
I was acknowledge by your team that all request has been considered, i'll be given master platinum select card, and before dispatch i will receive complete details of this card benefits and offering (Including welcome benefits) over my registered mail, also was informed, i'll be receiving 2 priority pass, which will come along with this credit card which has unlimited lounge access, and for second priority pass card details will be asked by me at the time of issuing and before dispatching the credit card.
None of these things took place, i got a verification call, i informed i applied for platinum select card, with master franchise, still have been issued visa platinum aura, no information about card benefits or updated welcome benefits were shared, also i was told there are benefits of buy 1 get 1 at bookmyshow 2 times in a month, as i can see now, there is no such offer.
For priority pass i am getting update from customer support that i need to reach helpline number and it will be issued separately (Also was informed it will be issued for 9 lounge access per year, and will be renewed year on year, don't know if that is true?)
