Indusind Bank — forcefully sending visa signature card and deducting 5750/- forcefully from account

I have a saving account with indusind bank hapur branch.in starting dates of month of april2017 i received a phone call from bank's call center and call center executive started to telling me about benefits of visa signature card i already have a debit card so i refused to take this new card. But after few days i received a courier from bank which i received and kept it because that time i was busy after few days i took my passbook to the bank for updation purpose and i socked to know that bank deducted a sum of rs. 5750/- from my account against visa signature card i reached my home and checked the courier sent by bank that was containing visa signature card. I took back to my bank and complaint about that i didn't ordered for any type of card because i already have a debit card. Then card was taken back by bank from me by saying they will send it back and executive of bank asked me for written application for returning the card and visa signature card from me and i provided both to him. After a long time means today upto 11th of June 2018 no amount was refunded to me and card also i dont know where it had gone. and after one year means in month of May 2018 they deducted a sum of 1800/- as renewal charge of card.

i request you to please dont open account with IndusInd Bank and close immediately if you have already account if you want to save your hard earned money from fraud bankers like IndusInd.

    I am manoj kumar my employee code is 64420, my uan no. Is[protected], my member id:- mhban[protected], i am worked indusind bank at amloh branch from 24/08/2016 to 03/02/2017. But at my uan portal only my date of joining show in this member id. So please update my date of exit (Left) at my uan portal. So i can withdrawal my full epf and eps amount.
    Nothing happen from your side.

    Hi i am Nishikant Bansal i had a car loan with your bank which was cleared last month. Still the emi amount is deducted from my bank account. Can the bank give me the reason for the same.
    The workers of the bank specially the girls sitting talking on phone continuosly nd the talk of way is very bad they (racist) no query i can do in the bank worst bank i hv ever seen ...i will case in future if this again happen ur sitting to help no to talk on phone in the bank

      I had a call with one of your agent called divya regarding indusind credit card, that i will receive the card within one week but after 3 weeks i received the card but i am not using the card since i moved out of india.

      I written many mails, which says will get back to you in 2 days/3 days but you guys never turned up.

      As i told by divya that if i won’t use the credit card for 3 months it will get deactivated. But it more than 3 months and but still i am receiving the mail.

      So i have wrongly charged 2519inr, still i haven’t opened by post cover.

      I have been misguided and misleaded by there wrong information otherwise i would not have opted.

      Please consider this as a cancellation request.
      Kindly do the needful.

          I had recharged my phone no. On 18th march 2018 through their mobile app all-in-one store and the recharge was unsuccessful and after multiple mails and calls i had got my refund back. But, three months later i was debited of the same amount saying the recharge is now completed. I don't understand as to why they did not cancel the transaction. I want my refund.

              My name is arvind narwat as i am having a verna on which i had taken the loan but i had cleanup the loan on the feb of 2018 but the bank is not providing me noc as they r saying that i had taken guarantee of 2 more car of someone when that car will be clear out after that only they will provide me noc as the owner of that both car are not paying emi that’s why the bank is not providing me noc of my verna car is it legal process.                 I mita das, a platinum credit card holder of your bank. This is in reference to my credit card ([protected]) bill for the month of may 18. I will unable to pay the bill within due date of 23rd june 2018, today you can see, this was totally unavoidable situation for me.
                So please be kind enough to waive off the bill amount charge of rs. 1765.27. And please be noted that if this charge is not waived off, i will have no choice other than surrendering the credit card.
                Hope you will be rational and helpful to me to continue as your customer.

                  Hello,

                  I got a call indusbank customer representative regarding credit card to card approval.

                  Told based on your "axis bank credit" you will get new indusland bank credit card.

                  I have agreed to it and submitted my desired documents like aadhar card, axis bank credit card 2 months statements and residence proof as "gas bill".

                  It has been past 1 week (Applied on 29th may 2018) with application number as "1213299"

                  I didnot received any information whether my application has been rejected, accepted or approval.

                  I am scared that my documents are not misused.

                    Unnecessary 531 rs charged against my pl closure as bounce charges for jan 2018 when i called your team they told me it was the month of jan 2018 where as i have enough funds and the money deducted on time.                       Hi pathetic service number 1 bank induslnd.. Such a illiterate staffs/customer service you have. Your city patiala (Punjab) bank branch manger such a stupid person and misbehave with me very rudely.. You dnt know how to deal with the customer and importance of customer.. He is denied to give me my noc letter of loan.. I think my mistake i have taken loan through you bank.. Who give him right to denied the customer things..                           Hello myself bimlesh, credit card application number - 3142627. Contact number-[protected] ur bank declined my credit card application. Ur bank already provide me business loan and all monthly payments are paid time to time. All home visit verification and tele verification are properly done and satisfactory. If im a defaulter then why u provide me business loan from your bank. Thats not proper way to deal with existing customers o[censored]r bank. We trust in ur bank blindly and u do such things with us. I hope u help me to get credit card as soon as possible. I will wait for ur reply.

                            I tried to get secired bank gurantee from indusind bank. But after harrasing me for many days they are declining bg by saying a bank gurantee cannot be made in favour of a company and its subsidiariy together although its clear in draft their liability is limited to ammount of bg and was even ready to draft any additional lines they want so they are clear about their libility is limited to amt of bg
                            But they seems to b bunch o[censored]nproffesional people who dont want to read text or are not capable
                            I send them draft on 18th and they send me back with changes
                            I and my company agreed to it even their lines were unwanted
                            But still they just dont want to do their job or are not capable of it
                            Kindly notify as their customer care is even more pathetic than their service

                              I was not able to do the payment of my credit card as i have gone through a kidney transplant. The out standing was around 70000. So indusind bank has contacted me on the final settlement of my credit card on the month of january18. I have done the final payment on 31st jan of 35500.. But still i am getting the statement. Now the responsible guy is not responding. Please help me with this. I have share the snaps of all the document. If you give me an email id, i can submit all the original emails.

                                Dear Team,

                                I am Ashok Kumar Singh, My account number is[protected]. My account is in Punjabhi Bagh branch, I got a call on 26th May 2018 he was saying about CPP. After that I told him that I will tell you later about activation first send me a copy of mail about information of plan but they active CPP plan on my account number and deduct the amount of 1649rs which I don't want. Kindly cancel this plan from my account and refund the money of 1649rs.

                                My complaint has not been resolved, I didn't get my money back in my account but my complaint status is showing resolved on my online banking portal. Can anyone explain this?

                                  I am Manoj Kumar my Employee code is 64420, My UAN No. is[protected], My Member Id:- MHBAN[protected], I am worked INDUSIND BANK at Amloh branch from 24/08/2016 to 03/02/2017. But at my UAN portal only my Date of joining show in this member Id. So please update my date of Exit (Left) at my UAN Portal. So I can withdrawal my full EPF and EPS amount.

                                    Representative from indus ind bank named abishek is calling me inquiring about his customer. I keep on telling him that the number he is dialing is not the correct number and he is not here. But abishek keeps on disturbing me even after telling him that the number he is dialing is my official number. Such a headache of dealing with this person who acts like he is doing some right thing. His attitude with the last call was worst and he gives me mental torture when im not a custome of indus ind bank

                                      Im writing regarding the above mentioned credit card.
                                      Due to confusion where the bank gave me a settlement amount 200 rupees short of the number they had on records, when the banks representative called me later (Years) saying the amount was still pending even after the closing the amount mentioned in my closure letter.
                                      Please look into this.

                                      This is affecting my credit history and posing a difficult situation for my financial state.

                                        Dear sir/ mam
                                        I have widrow the self cheque your kasia branch (Indb0000790) on 24.05.2018. Due to miner mistake this cheque written on date. Your staff said that this can not be withdrawn, i have requested. That it say this it's my bank, and said that my favor will be here. I will be here and did not have the right treatment with me i request you to tell the correct way to talk to your bank staff and senior employee.

                                        I had mailed the bank on the same day but there was no response from him, so i have complained here.
