Yesterday morning i tried to withdraw money from the atm but due to sudden light, the money could not come out of the atm, but the money was reduced in my account which i did not even get, i even complained about this i have no hearing, (Complaint number 62660007,[protected] it is kindly requested that you hear my case as soon as possible.

We wish to infrom you that we have initiated Chargeback with Acquirer bank [NFS Member bank] on 15/05/2018 for the disputed ATM transaction of Rs. 10000/-

Since the transaction was occurred in NFS network, the member bank has time-limit of 7 working days for investigation of this case at their end from the date of Chargeback raised. The member bank is either rejects the case by arranging a Journal Log OR accept the claim under NPCI norms.

The time-frame for above case would be expired on 23/05/2018.

Not able to contact customer care no regarding query of credit card payment.

I had made a request on 25th April on the payment but still no change in the bill which i got it on 6th May.

would like to inform you to let customer care call me as am unable to contact due to phone is getting busy continuously.

    Meri jis din loan ki date thi me us din bank me directly paise jma krne gya. But vha k employees ne paise khane k liye mere loan k paise nhi liye or ek din ki penalty lga di. Or uske bad bank mese muje koi call nhi aaya or penalty double bank me see kisi ka call nhi aaya.
    Is trh se chutiya bnati h ye company.
    Paise khane k liye ye log ese natak krte h. Or bank ka name kharab kr rhe h. To koi bhi yha se loan na krvaye. Ye bank kabhi bhi bandh ho jayegi

      Hi, the customer representative just resolved my issues for one of the account but had again been arise for the other account..
      For the account number[protected]...

      From the previous month without any notice the bank is debiting an amount from my account
      On 27/04/2018 they debited something amount of 200 and then again on 11/05/2018 they have debited rs.842 without any notice.
      So i would be glad to know the reason behind the deduction of money

        Hi,
        My account is in indusind bank SCO 23-24, Phase 3B2 Mohali Punjab. I receive my monthly salary from Australian company through Western Union . I emailed all the details to indusind bank so they credit my salary in my account. Its almost 1 week and still i didn't get my salary and when i call to this branch they never pick and if by mistake they pick my call they told me they will check my account and email after that they busy the line . Number is [protected] . They harassing me for almost one week for my own money. My worst experience ever with this bank . Its for 5 months i need to call them always for 3-4 days so they credit the salary. Please i need solution for this or close my account. I dont want my account with worst bank like this. Poor customer service.

          In June 2017 Bank approches us for loan for our business and ask to deposite processing fees of Rs.48, 875 /- in Indusin Bank account on promise that if they fail to credit loan amount they will reverse our payment.They did not disburse my loan nor return my payment.

          Till date we drop so many emails and phone calls to concern person but our payment not received . kindly note this fraud /scam and reply with solution on urgent basis. We have option open to file criminal cheating 420 compaint to our police station againt your bank and officier.

          We request to look into immediately and return our money.

            Dear sir,

            I would like to inform you here, your bank is collecting interest and late payment fee wrongly,

            I have indusind credit card[protected]*2003), last month my due date was 23rd april and i was drop cheque before 5 days ago from due date and in 5 days we have 4 working day as per rbi guideline, and it was not credited in my account till due date so next day i was got a call from bank payment is not done of your credit card, so same day i had book complain through ivr why its not till now but that taime they saying it may be today will credited and you need to pay late payment fee & interest. I ask them what is isuue why its not confirm then they dont have excuse.

            I was wait hole day to credited but it was not credited in my account so i have booked again complain on 25th april 2018 thorough mail (Indusind=[protected] against why its not credited. Then after 4 days i got a message on my mobile your cheque is not clear due to wrong address delivered, so same day first of all i pay all due amount through online net banking, and i have ask by ivr to issue for not clearing cheque then they told me due to wrong info your cheque was not cleared but same prosess i am following in other banking but we never get this type of issue. I have few below point question.

            I have mention in cheque pay to (Credit card no with name of credit card user in bracket) and back side of chequei have mention name, credit card number with bank name, and mobile no.

            1. What is issue in credit in filling of pay to i have used same as mention in statement? (Please make your cheque or draft payable to your ‘indusind bank credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx)

            2. Why they have not reply in 7 days 17th april to 24th april you have issue in filing of cheque?

            3. After the two times escalation by me about cheque status its have revert by message your cheque not clear, may i know how much days its taking in confirmation to send customer about cheque status?

            4. If you have found cheque is not filling proper why you not call or text me to update your cheque is not fill proper, for what purpose you required name account no mobile no in back side of cheque?

            5. Now today is 10 april and my cheque was bounce as per your confirmation on 27th april then why till now its not resend to me?

            6. What is time period you required to resend cheque to us?

            7. Why they didnot call me for confirmation when they got wrongly fill cheque.

            In hole procedure we can see its only purpose for making money by interest charged and late payment fee from customer even though customer had try to pay amount through cheque on time as per rbi guideline.

            I have send 7 mail about it and many times call by ivr but no response,

            So kindly fixed this issue or send me my cheque before next outstanding date so we can file a case against person who saying cheque is not proper filling and we can learn from them in court about how to fill indusind payment cheque which is away from rbi guideline.

              With due respect i have to say that i have been my card is approoved but not provide me.
              Blue dart field boy phone not pic. And bank says to me your card one and two days delivered to your resident address. But today is 20 days but not provide my card to me.
              Indusind bank customer care says me again and again your card delivered to your residence address will one and two days. But today is 20 days. But my card is not provide me. My phone to massage at yesterday your card fee is 555.
              How this is possible?
              My indusind bank credit card not provide to me. So tell me how this is possible. Sorry but blue dart is very lasy company.
              Please accept my complaint and take a action to blue dart.

                Actually I have paid my due amount on 28th of march through net banking of my IndusInd Bank Credit Card statement for period 09-Feb-18 to 08-Mar-18 before the due date 28th of march . still i was charged for late fee. so i feel cheated by indusbank. i tried to reach out indusbank representative but none of them acted on my request.

                Reason of closing my Indus bank credit card:

                Actually I have paid my due amount within due date for month of March bill. still i was charged for late fee. so i feel its not worth keeping this type of service or card.
                Also, i had discussion with indusbank creditcard dept representative, but he reject my request of reversal of the late fine. so i have made up my mind to close the card.
                so please let me know the process to close or block this card.

                    Tried to book my ticket for the 1st time through bms & tried to avail 1 per 1 free tickets however the error came saying the daily quota has been eshausted. This is bad! I mean at the time of convincing me to take this credit card tall promises were made out of which one was this & now i realise that this is fake. What do bms mean by exhausted the daily limit when i have not booked a single ticket?

                      My car no. Hr 13 k 7223 which is on finance from 31 december 2015 i paid all the investments on right time but as soon on 10 april 2018 i clear the pending loan amount of 107500. And then on 4 may 2018 the investment is taken from my bank account. By this misshapening i had a lots of problem. Kindly refund my money otherwise we file a complaint in court against you. Be fast.

I wanted to know whether it was refunded back or not but after calling customer care I realised it is completely useless. Tell me a way to know it.                           On 17th april we have received sms saying account opening is under process, and till today the status is same. Its more than 16 working days still there is no proper update from bank official at jetalpur road branch. Every single day i am receiving same answers.
                          Account opening is under process it will be opened today evening. Does bank employee think customers are fools or bank don't care about new customers at all?

                          I have written detail email to [protected]@indusind.com, and interaction id is 62446531

                          Opening account with indusind bank is a mistake, there are other private sector banks which gives better service. If anyone wants my suggestion i would say don't go for this bank, cause after giving an account opening cheque of 1, 00, 000/- still this is the service i get in return.
                          May be bank officials are not serious about work or not concerned about new and small customers.

Customer service is very poor in salem tamil nadu branch where i closed the loan could not respond properly... Need to proceed to take further actions as legal proccedings. Hence once again i request you to kindly issue my noc as soon.
                          I want pre close my car loan what is the process of this .I have to difficult to run family due this emi .So i want pre close this load .please provide the procedure of this .

                            It took more than 20 days for opening of a sb account with your pratap nagar jaipur branch. Again on 1st may a approached for transfer of rs. 50000 from sb ac to fdr account but despite my two personal visits, i could not succeed. There is knowledge gap in staff posted at the branch. I am compelled to form an opinion that perhaps i have committed a mistake by opening an account with your bank.

                              Hi, my name is faizal, one o[censored]r executive called me to sale a credit card and i asked her that can i convert my complete outstanding amount to emi, executive said yes i can convert. Due to which i have taken credit card but now when i called to customer care ppl, they are telling i’m not able to convert my card amount to emi which is very shocking for me.                                 Last three week I'm not got my NOC paper, in office I'm always getting same reply, system not working. Customer details: CU2612660, name : md hasan seraj, and contract no. : BRQ03936H.
                                Please resolve my problem, it's urgent I want my NOC paper as soon as possible.

                                    Previously i sent a mail few days ago.
                                    My name is seikh sohel ali & credit card no is 44128504*1009. There was a message that you send in my registered no [protected] is
                                    "dear mr. Seikh sohel ali, usher in prosperity this akshay tritiya! Get flat cashback on purchasing jewellery with your indusind bank credit card ending 1009. Get inr 1000 on spends of inr 50000 or more and inr 2500 on spends of inr 100000 or more. Offer valid only for jewellery transactions done on 18-april-18."
                                    I purchased jewellery on 18th april, 2018 for 75000/-. I paid total amount due, but i don't get any cashback. I raised a complaint few days ago. Till now there is no result and i don't get any cashback for purchasing jewellery as you informed through message. Kindly take this matter seriously and give the cashback.

                                      - i have been called from multiple representatives of induslnd bank to register for credit card and personal loans after repeated refusal from my side. Sometimes i have been called by them in middle of important meetings and discussions with my client which crossed my patience boundary.
                                      - please adhere to your compliance, and not call even after refusing for multiple times initially.

                                      But since yesterday I am getting repeated recorded calls to pay credit card bill whereas I dnt use any card of your bank.

                                      Indusland Bank is big time spam caller and they are at pinnacle of spamming ... by automating promotional calls to DND phone number. And by calling post 8 PM.

                                        My customer id with the indusind bank is 34944049.

                                        There is some issue with my last forex transaction with the indusind bank.

                                        I have got the exchange rate (Cad to inr) of 49.20 which is way below than the exchange rate present which is way below the acceptable rate.

                                        I would also like to mention that nobody took any approval before booking the rates which are standard in case of any foreign remittance.

                                        I am trying to get in touch with indusind bank officials but not getting any response to call or email.

                                        What should be done?
