On 17th april we have received sms saying account opening is under process, and till today the status is same. Its more than 16 working days still there is no proper update from bank official at jetalpur road branch. Every single day i am receiving same answers.
Account opening is under process it will be opened today evening. Does bank employee think customers are fools or bank don't care about new customers at all?

I have written detail email to [protected]@indusind.com, and interaction id is 62446531

Opening account with indusind bank is a mistake, there are other private sector banks which gives better service. If anyone wants my suggestion i would say don't go for this bank, cause after giving an account opening cheque of 1, 00, 000/- still this is the service i get in return.
May be bank officials are not serious about work or not concerned about new and small customers.

Two wheeler loan got cleared, but noc still not received till date... It has been more than two months. Customer service is very poor in salem tamil nadu branch where i closed the loan could not respond properly... Need to proceed to take further actions as legal proccedings. Hence once again i request you to kindly issue my noc as soon.
I want pre close my car loan what is the process of this .I have to difficult to run family due this emi .So i want pre close this load .please provide the procedure of this .

    It took more than 20 days for opening of a sb account with your pratap nagar jaipur branch. Again on 1st may a approached for transfer of rs. 50000 from sb ac to fdr account but despite my two personal visits, i could not succeed. There is knowledge gap in staff posted at the branch. I am compelled to form an opinion that perhaps i have committed a mistake by opening an account with your bank.

      Hi, my name is faizal, one o[censored]r executive called me to sale a credit card and i asked her that can i convert my complete outstanding amount to emi, executive said yes i can convert. Due to which i have taken credit card but now when i called to customer care ppl, they are telling i’m not able to convert my card amount to emi which is very shocking for me. I can not make complete amount in one shot. I want my outstanding amount to convert to emi. I can provide complete details of fe who has called me from bank to sale credit card including id no. Plz do the needful

        Last three week I'm not got my NOC paper, in office I'm always getting same reply, system not working. Customer details: CU2612660, name : md hasan seraj, and contract no. : BRQ03936H.
        Please resolve my problem, it's urgent I want my NOC paper as soon as possible.
        Please see attached the call received from indusind bank collection agents from phone # [protected] related to my credit card dues. Please advise if the threats n intimidation by the collection agent is permissible under the bank's business code of conduct for recovery of dues and if this a part of a legal process to recover dues.

            Previously i sent a mail few days ago.
            My name is seikh sohel ali & credit card no is 44128504*1009. There was a message that you send in my registered no [protected] is
            "dear mr. Seikh sohel ali, usher in prosperity this akshay tritiya! Get flat cashback on purchasing jewellery with your indusind bank credit card ending 1009. Get inr 1000 on spends of inr 50000 or more and inr 2500 on spends of inr 100000 or more. Offer valid only for jewellery transactions done on 18-april-18."
            I purchased jewellery on 18th april, 2018 for 75000/-. I paid total amount due, but i don't get any cashback. I raised a complaint few days ago. Till now there is no result and i don't get any cashback for purchasing jewellery as you informed through message. Kindly take this matter seriously and give the cashback.

              repeated spam calls from indusind bank executives for credit card/ personal loan inquiry

              - i have been called from multiple representatives of induslnd bank to register for credit card and personal loans after repeated refusal from my side. Sometimes i have been called by them in middle of important meetings and discussions with my client which crossed my patience boundary.
              - please adhere to your compliance, and not call even...

              My customer id with the indusind bank is 34944049.

              There is some issue with my last forex transaction with the indusind bank.

              I have got the exchange rate (Cad to inr) of 49.20 which is way below than the exchange rate present which is way below the acceptable rate.

              I would also like to mention that nobody took any approval before booking the rates which are standard in case of any foreign remittance.

              I am trying to get in touch with indusind bank officials but not getting any response to call or email.

              What should be done?

                My saving account no.[protected] in name of avanish kumar singh. With referance to the above, i had made an imps of rs 2000/. From my indus sb a/c to my saving bank account with union bank of india. But during the transfer i had mentioned worng account number due to which the ammount has been transfered to another account instead of my account my account no with ubi is [protected] and the account number in which fund have transfered is [protected].

                    I k vijay venkata ramana rao taken commercial car loan in jan 2016 for indica car for amount of rs 380000 and interest rate 13.5, the loan ahh15190c been transferred to yaseen as he purchased my car.

                      This is inform you that, recently i got credit card based on my deposit amount of rs.55, 000/-

                      While getting card, you informed rs.5, 000/- will be take from your card for welcome voucher.

                      After receiving card i utilized for rs.47, 000 balance available is rs.3, 000 only. But you taken rs.5, 000 from my card for welcome voucher.

                      My credit limit went to -2000

                      Person called from your said and informed you need to pay immediately.

                      So i paid that amount in urgent basis.

                      But still i din receive the opening voucher yet for rs.5, 000

                      But your person daily calling me for the payment. I informed them 2 times this is the issue first clear that and send me the opening voucher.

                      Nearly 2 months gone, but still i din receive the opening voucher.

                      I am really very fedup for continues call from your side.

                      So now i am planned to close my account from indusind bank.

                      I don't want your relationship anymore.

                      So kindly take my deposit amount and close the card balance immediately.

                      I don't want your welcome voucher for rs.5, 000

                      Take immediate action and close my account.

                        Today, i went to indusind bank sector 23, and i found sector 23, gurgaon branch is full of #.

                        They misguided me on assessment year, the sector 23, gurgaon indusind professionals were extremely poor and packed basic knowledge.

                        I only know name of last name meenakshi who was absolutely stupid and she did not know basic banking information.

                        A person who took our form crossed fyi year from 2019-20 to 2018-19.

                        It is extremely poor banking experience... Sector 23, indusind bank not only is poor in services, but they also misguided their customers.

                        Shame on indusind bank.

                          Mentioned earlier also. Kalpana the deputy manager of indusind bank is not doing her job properly. She is only giving assistance to customers who are buying insurance policies to achieve her targets. She goes on lunch and take all staff with her and we as customers want to have any transaction we have to wait until she and her staff finish the lunch and sometimes a customer have to wait more than half an hour and there is no body in the branch to attend. Also will send th video for the same. Pl take necessary action against kalpana so others can learn the lesson.

                            Mrs kalpana the deputy manager in indusind bank is not doing her job properly. She is assisting only those customers who are giving her policies to achieve her targets. She is least bothered about banking and people wants to close the accounts as her behaviour is also unacceptable. Whenever she goes on lunch she takes all the branch people with her for gossips downstairs and we find no body in the branch. We have to wait alone in the branch for more than half hour till the lunch is finished. Pl take action against kalpana in meera bagh branch delhi. So that others also learn the lesson.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I Manish Kashyap account holderof indusind bank, gomti nagar lucknow branch-226010
                                Account Number –[protected] Savings Account, I am an old customer of your bank, then also I am facing various problems from 15days..
                                From starting I am using platinum debit card, but few months before my card was not working properly in pos machine so I call phone banking officer he told me that again u have to bear the same charges i.e 1000+gst with no voucher or 1500 +gstwith voucher, first time I saw this in your bank that if card is not working fine so its bank fault not customer fault so why I have bear the charge then I didn’t apply for card..
                                On 2nd april 2017 I go to branch for regular card issuance, there maam takes my request and told that I will get at my registered address but next day I went to branch then she told that rejection occurs as u are using platinum card so gold card request can not be processed(again the same issue why this rejection)
                                Then I applied through phone banking app for new card, after many request of card issuance next day I saw there is there 3 cards showing in my account then suddenly I block that cards(as these is bankng servor error..
                                Again I call phone banking app for this he told me that other cards will cancelled automatically and no charged will deduct from y account, then he takes my fresh card issuance request again..till now I get only one card which is also block but then also my charges of 2 cards issuance deducts from my account on 9th april 2018 i.e 293.82rs for last card number ….5105 & 1180rs for lastcard number …1398
                                Again new cards showing in my account inspite these charges again the balance will deducts ..
                                I am tensed by applying cards from 15days and the cards which I am getting are blocked cards and then also balance is deducting from my account daily
                                Take action on this otherwise I will mail to consumer forum also and will close my account
                                Please be sure that I want reverse these all charge to my account and all cards which are issued by banking servor mistake to me which I not get till now, if again the charged deducts I will mail to consumer forum..

                                  Team on 13/04/2018 in the morning by 10:30am i have received 3 message that for facebook ads 1000/- has been debited from my credit card for 3times so immediately i have called customer care they said we can't take tell you right now for anything so girl said will arrange call for you i was waiting for 12hours no response so today afternoon i have called customer care girl said there was 5times transaction happen for 5000/- facebook ads so they take complaint against it if the girl suggest me that same day so alteast will be not victim of more transactions
                                  Since i have not used my credit card towards facebook ads yesterday i have not shared my cvv, pin or otp anywhere,
                                  Please help me for the same bank not responding for same

                                    I have completed my bike loan on march 7th 2018, so far i didn't receive my noc and rc book from bank, when i approach respective branch, they are asking me to check with loan section from another branch. I don't have idead about what these guys are doing. I tried customer care no response more than 1 week always busy no one to pick my call. Shall i file case on consumer court regarding this? Please advise me on this scenario.

                                      Hello,

                                      My complaint against indusind bank.
                                      Rs.117/- deducted from my indusind bank account: 10001*7*446.
                                      Regarding that i have raised one ticket (Request no:[protected] on 26-march-2018 from my indusind net banking section (Customer service menu). But not received any single feedback from their end. After that i have asked them again on 28-march-2018, 30-march-2018 & 9-apr-2018, but they have not send any feedback from them. After that i have mailed them & they are replying only the same word: "we will respond to you within 3 working days" & one of their executive (Mr. Sameer mhaske) called on 12-apr-2018 & arguing. That guy is arguing continuously. I need refund asap & want to teach them a lesson so that no one customer have to suffer just like me.
                                      Please look into this matter asap.

                                      Note: rs. 117 deducted from my account regarding below: ecs debit/tpcf bajaj finance/[protected]

                                      I need compensation for their this type of irresponsibility & rude behavior.

                                      What about Indusind Bank Security?????????????
                                      I never allow them or not done any ECS at BAJAJ for the same. So why I have to contact or visit their doorstep???????
                                      Why any amount will be deducted from my account without my confirmation where as I have not done any ECS from them. What about security of my INDUSIND BANK Account??????
                                      So its your responsibility to coordinate with BAJAJ & REFUND my amount asap.
                                      Its Bank responsibility as I have not done any ECS at BAJAJ.
                                      I need RESULT ASAP.

                                      How anyone can deducted money from anyones account in which I have not done any ECS??Please REFUND my money ASAP otherwise I have to knock the door of CONSUMER.
