This bank (Lake town branch, kolkata) first did cut amount from our account on the name of non maintainence of minimum balance. When i went to bank asking for my amount reversal. Manager said no like a cheater. I went to facebook page of the bank. Someone named ramesh sobti messaged that he will get my amount reversed. Now this guy has done a fraud on the name of linking my debit card with bhim app for the amount reversal. He spoke to me for half an hour. I never shared any otp nor my debit card number with him.
He made my account balance absolute zero. Rs. 23225 /- has been debited from my indusind bank account on 30th june'18. The money has been transferred to an axis bank account through your portal. Plz help.
I am very much frustrated. My entire bank balance has become zero.
Now when i am calling customer care i am getting to know that bank has closed my case for my fault of sharing details with 3rd party. What a fraudulent bank i must say.
I went to official facebook page of bank. How am i suppose to know that these fraud people are not sitting only in bank but also on facebook page as senior managers

    In my till date career i have not seen such bad service provided by any private bank in india... It's being 5 month i have submitted for nach application with indusind bank.. But month i have to call to customer care and need to ask why it's being getting delayed to update my nach mandate..in answer i get sir we don't any information for same... And from last 5 month everytime they taking the compliant but doing nothing.. It's being big fraud going on in indusind bank to collect fines from customers by showing that your emi is getting bounce... I am very disappointed with indusind bank as i have the same with other institute also like bajaj finance and its get updated within a month only..
    It's my request to indusind bank please solve my issue asap..

        Yesterday I have received the platinum aura credit card from indusind bank. Its completely fake promises and offers. Here is the list.
        1. They say for every 100 rs there is a flat 2% cash back which comes in your every month bill cycle and its not there at all.
        2. 4 reward point each 100 rs transaction, its not 100%.. There are so many criteria you may get hust 1 point as well.
        3. Very important, they say you may get 2 lac to 5 lac credit limit and i received credit limit of just rs. 40, 000.
        4. They even say these offers not available on bank website as it is exclusively for you.

        I have the proof on all the statements which i have recorded sales people call.

        After receiving your card if you call them, they will never ever respond. They are just trying to meet the target by fooling people.

          I am shubhranshu ku mallick had bike honda shine finance from indusind consumer product in the year 2014. My dues got cleared in the year 2015. I have approached at that time in the bhubaneswar branch for noc but i did not got my noc. L leave in prakruti vihar baramunda bhubaneswar. Icould not generate my rc smart card because my bike was showing hypotypnese in indusind bank. Though i have already paid all my dues. I require noc of my honda shine bike from indusind kharevela nagar bhubaneswar branch consumer product department. I approached they demanded rs 500 for giving the noc. As i demand when my dues got cleared in 2015 why the bank did not sent noc to my address. Please i demand now to give me noc without charging anything for it.

            Agents from indusind bank calling to their relatives instead of calling to that correspondent person, relative peoples are not at all going to pay that money. Even they don't care also but unnecessarily relatives are getting into the depression often getting calls. I knew only these peoples are behaving like a boss to the middle class family. They don't have guts to take action against the people who looted money and escaped from india. If one month not paying, anyhow you guys going to put interest on it then why threatening and all?
            Am going to write a letter to prime minister mr. Narendra modi regarding this.

              Several sales people from IndusInd bank are repeatedly disturbing me almost on everyday basis to provide their credit card to me. I have repeatedly denied to their card but they repeatedly disturbing me and the disturbances reached to a panic to me.

                Hi i'm adil qureshi from gurgaon, chakkarpur.
                Indusind bank acc #[protected]Current acc) in the name of aadil qureshi chicken mutton shop.
                I've card swipe machine for my shop sales.
                I swiped on 6th april 2018 = rs.80, 000 (1 transaction)
                Same day = rs. 450
                Which in total is rs.80, 450 (Rs.80, 000 + rs.450)
                Out of which i received rs.62, 800 credited to my acc on 7th april 2018.
                So, rs.80, 450 - rs.62, 800 = rs.17, 650 (Remaining balance didn't come yet)..
                Again after 2 hrs rs.16, 000 deducted from my bank account.
                So total amount deducted and not yet credited is rs.17, 650 + rs.16, 000 = rs.33, 650.

                After all complaints after a month credited rs.16, 000 back.
                So, rs. 33, 650 - rs.16, 000 = rs.17, 650.

                Inspite of visiting several times to the bank and contacting customer care as well, we didn't receive rs.17, 650 til date.

                      Myself shiv govind, i borrow two wheeler loan on dated 22/10/2013 and it completed on 21/10/2015.                         I was supposed to get an amount of rs.30, 000 against neft (Ref number. Indbn[protected]). But its been almost 7 days of the transaction, still the amount is not credited to my account. However, the payer is claiming the amount has already been deducted from his account.

                        Indusind bank customer care is not providing enough information over the issue.

                        Kindly look into the matter.

                            Hi

                            I am Ambesh Rathore, I am owning "Platinum Aura Master Card", Credit Card Number : 5244-XXXX-XXXX-6000 of IndusInd Bank.

                            I had made purchase of Rs.1, 29, 984 on 4th April,

                            For the same credit card statement generated on 4th May 2018 with payment due date on 23/05/2018.

                            For above transaction I have made payment of Rs. 10, 000/- Rs. 30, 000/- on 07/05/2018 and 21/05/2018 respectively before due date.

                            On the next statement on 4th June 2018, Bank have charged the interest rate on full amount twice which is Rs. 10, 615 (Including GST) which is calculated wrongly.

                            Now I fail to understand what is the meaning of credit card, where is interest free period.

                            When I inform the same to the Bank, they are giving excuse that "To avail the entire 50 day credit free period, the you needs to swipe your card on the next day after your monthly statement is generated".

                            This is absolutely case of cheating and misleading information.

                            I have other credit cards of different banks for long time, but they never ever charged such interest rate.

                            I have already raised request to reversal of Interest Charges with reference number : [protected], But it is refused by Bank.

                            Moreover, As a honest consumer I would like to inform that I have already made the payment of entire principal amount.

                            But even after complaining the matter, In my last credit card statement of 3rd July, They have again charged interest on previous interest amount.

                            I have mailed them twice to waived off entire wrongly calculated interest amount of Rs. 12, 667.82/-, but unfortunately no positive response.

                              I am account holder in agra sanjay place branch my name is harpal singh ahuja a credit card was issued to me by Mr Avdesh manager in your branch
                              he did not inform me that the cost of your credit card is 54000/- last year i recieved a call from your credit card department before issuing the card and when they told me about the cost of 54000/-Rs I was shocked and I deniyed for the card . as all calls are recorded by you you can check by your records
                              It came to my knowledge few months back while going through the account staatement i found that Rs54000/- has been debited to by account for credit card which was not recieved by me .
                              I complained this to Mr Vikas agarwal Branch Manager Sanjay Place Agra .
                              that when I had deniyed this card why it has beed debited without my concent
                              He took up the matter I recieved the duplicate card I have not used it and I do not want to use it This Fraud has been condusctd by Mr Avdesh of your branch I want to return the card and get my money back. looking forward for your early action

                                It is request to take strict action against your executives of( GANPATI TOWERS, 56 SARDAR PATEL MARG CIVIL LINES, ALLAHABAD - 211 001) branch whose name are Romil ([protected])and Ankita Srivastava([protected]).

                                Romil offered me credit card aura edge against the fixed deposit of 35000/- and told me there is no charges against this credit card.

                                Now after getting issued of credit card on the same month I got a statement of 14000/- to pay against the charge of credit card.

                                Afterwards I raised a complaint in branch for surrendering the credit card with Ankita Srivastava she damaged the credit card same time and asked me to collect Demand draft of whole amount in 3 to 4 days. Now she's is also not responding my call in proper way and answering like she don't anything about it . After happening of all these [censored] both of the executive have kept my number blacklisted and not answering my calls.

                                Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I'm going to raise my complaint with banking Lokpal as next step .

                                  After getting first months bill I have raise concern about not showing any transaction in my indusind account.
                                  I called on [protected] for support but they told will call you but I didn't received any call. After that I made the payment of bill but they charge me late fee even though it's not my mistake. They charged me for 7 month n then I got call from indusind bank from this number+[protected]. That lady threaten me and told me any how you have to do the payment n all. After that I called Indusind bank customer care n reported the issue, they took the complaint but nothing happened. They also took the request for reversal but without asking me anything they reject and resolved the request.                                     Please see all details and kindly review all data, i have done expenses around one lakh from my credit card but they charge 1, 40, 000, so please tell me the calculation for this and my card limit is 1, 50, 000 before done expenses around 80, 000 they blocked 50, 000 limit from my card without informing me so now if i use 1, 00, 000 limit then how can they charge 1, 40, 000.
                                    kindly let me know about this in urgent basis because we want to close this case.

                                      I was already cleared my all remaining payments in single payment and also they taken extra amount from me rs 1000 for NOC and till now i am not received NOC ALSO,

                                      Monthly wise also i am getting consolidated charges rs 455.64 from my bank account i can't able to understand what was happened here and bank loan executive are very badly giving response

                                        Dear Sir/madem,

                                        Before a 4 to 5 month I fully paid my two wheeler loan acc num-GVS07543H via DD when I pay the amount the amount is higher than actual loan amount bank officer say u r various amount will be paid within one month but there are 6month passed but still I didn't get my NOC or any different amounts issued confirmation. Please do the needful.
