Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to bring to your notice that the following loans have been falsely granted to someone else under my CIBIL number [protected]. Due to this, i have been denied for Credit Card various times and also for loan instead of maintaining a good and healthy account. The details of fraud loans are:

1. Member Name: Indusind Bank

Ownership: Individual
Sanctioned Amount: 41, 000/-
Sanction Date: 23/05/2015


2. Member Name: HDFC Bank
Account Type: Two wheeler loan
Account No.: 29146168
Ownership: Individual
Sanctioned Amount: 40, 000/-
Sanction Date: 25/08/2014

Apart from this, loan inquiries for housing loan and vehicle loan against my CIBIL no have been done by someone else which were not taken by me.

These two loans have not been filed by me and the person who has taken loan under my CIBIL number has not paid the installments timely which has ruined my CIBIL SCORE.

This is a serious matter of fraud regarding which legal actions should be taken on the people involved in this fraud.

    I had applied for credit card from Bhubaneswar region and it has been more than 20 days and my request has been processed. The agent has confirmed tat file has already handed to bank and same will be processed from Kolkata. But till date I have not received whether my card has been processed or rejected and the agent is not aware . They are confirming that Kolkata concerned manager is not providing any information on the status.
    Worst service by a Bank. Will not recommended applying in Indus Ind Bank credit card.

        This is to bring your kind attention that we have a corporate account in Indusind bank under the name of M/s Venus buildtech India pvt ltd. Few days back a person came in at our corporate office by the name of “Vicky” who told us that he is from the web management team contact no - [protected]. He came with a person very well known to us who is also an employee of Indusind bank (Rajaram). Vicky asked us to take the services of their credit card facility. As we are connected with the bank since a very long time so we took it. He told us that the services are very good and all that stuff. But he never told us the extras which were written in the first statement that came in a few days back. It said that we need to pay ₹25000/- as a joining fee for credit card and interest charges of ₹4487/- for no reason. Kindly look into this matter and close our credit card facility and I am also thinking to close our account if this happens again.

          Received sms from indusind bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Hi IndusInd Bank Team,

            It is very pathatic customer experience, i am facing with IndusInd Bank, even there was fraud done with me by you only.

            My friend taken my parents document for guarantor in opening account with bank. I have not investigated much abot this and given my fathers documents to him.

            Now he purchase a car with commercial number as Swift desire VDI on his name (Tejveer Singh) from Dev motors Hathras and he has submitted my father's (Bachchu Singh) documents as a guarantor. He cheated with me in that.

            What exactly happened In that as we are getting notice that there is 2.5 lakh amount is pending and we have to pay that, How it can be possible. When I have identified that then I got that person submitted my fathers documents as a guarantor.

            Now please find my concern and give me clarification on that.

            1. - How he can submit my father's document without confirming me and my . father. There should be my father available to have signature at bank on guarantor documents as per the RBI rules.

            Even i have checked with that person (Tejveer) also and he simply answered to me that you have not taken his signature also on bank loan documents, and approved loan when he was on duty. I am really surprised to hear that how it can be possible. How kind fraud you business you are running.

            I have not any issue what he has done or not. I am also government employee.

            I wants to get my father's name away from this. He is responsible for all that fraud he had done in that.

            NOTE : I wants clarification on this, otherwise i will go on social media and legal for this. Whatever the fraud you are doing. Please be informed that till the time i wants my father's name back from all this, If i will not get any resolution than i will go legal and I do have 2 valid points to prove you fraud.

            That guy is working with Indian Army and how you have not recovered that amount from him till now.

              I am Jaganath Gogoi .I have need a NOC due to applying three state permit as per requirement of issuing authority but for the same your bank branch office at Bhangaghar under location of Guwahati require 2000 rupees for issuing NOC and require bank statement but for the same they have also need 200 rupees. It is not possible for us to pay for these tasks.

                Dear sir / madam,

                I am not able to pay this months credit cards due owning to a serious family crisis of my wife being diagnosed with cancer and extreme unplanned expenses due to this. While i explained this to all the callers a gentleman by name narayanan naren (As per true caller) was extremely wild and verbally harrassed me though i explained my problem to him. All this is for missing in just this month! Where as the rbi has clearly directed agents to be soft to people. I would like the bank to take appropriate action against such agents and also declare that the bank will be solely responsible for any actions and consequences that may arise due to such continuous harrassment.

                Ps. I have an housing loan with hdfc and they were so accommodating when i mentioned this issue. Only indus ind agents are very abusive and aggressive

                  Today my person go to indus ind bank vapi branch at 3.40 pm, for transfer funds from my current account to my clients account at vapi branch, but due to some networking problems in bank, my person requesting to the deputy manager mr. Pritesh to send my transfer cheque to other branch along with bank personal, that persons also going other branch to do transactions other parties. But the deputy manager angry with my person and use vulgor languages, and told him to if you want to give complaint, them give complaint to higher authorities, so we book our complaints, we have 7 current accounts with indus ind bank vapi branch, mr. Pritesh not co operate with clients. We have facing many problems with this person

                    I am Ravinder kumar of Kanpur nagar few years ago I had purchased an Activa Scotty from Shree ASR Honda first time I had submitted some of the money cash and after that I have submitted with check but my check had been bounce by my incorrect signature after that I had submitted my all money by cash I was not known that my civil score has been down but when I went to take loan for my children higher education then bank told me that your credit score has been down.
                    Sir. So please kindly correct my civil score so I can take loan for my child higher education.

                        as i have taken a two wheeler loan as per loan a/c no. UBE00336H from your Bank, Branch Basti, Utter pradesh.

                        further my last payment was made on dated[protected] in cash as per CASH RECEIPT no. 7158317X30A0005 Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Only) and Balance amount is not clear to me in written.

                        my brother-in-low was dead in a vehicular accident in Goa on dated 08/08/2017 so i had gone there and could return on dated[protected].
                        due to so long period without job there is a financial problem as i could not find my new job till date while recovery officer Sri Rahul Singh is pressing to me more effectively in loudly voices.

                          I was contacted by 3rd Party of Indusind bank credit card department for Credit Card. Their person had collected all my attested documents on 05th Jun 2018.
                          My application number slip is AP1258174. I have contacted the bank and the 3rd Party numerous time till date but no response. The 3rd Party vendor - Sameer - Mobile [protected] told me that my application is forwarded to the bank. Today, when I contacted the bank, they told me that the application number above belongs to someone else. Indusind Ref. no[protected].
                          I have checked with the bank providing all the information but it seems there is no match with my details. I surely feel this is a case of fraud. Maybe from the 3rd party. I need the bank to take strict action on the same immediately.

                          I have get to 2016-17 year in Two wheeler loan pass in Nadurbar Banch.
                          So I have completed all month 4740 per clear. but till date not receive NOC, so I have humble request get to my Two wheeler NOC . and only one year finance to get this loan .

                              My sincere apologies if this email is not addressed to the right team, my humble request is to forward this to the right team where my issue can be resolved as i couldn't find the appropriate team contact details to address my issue

                              Iam kathula sunil kumar, your banker since 2009 i have taken two wheeler finance through your bank below are the two wheeler loan accounts.

                              Ahz02850h & ahj03192h

                              For the account ahz02850h i have applied for no objection certificate by clearing all the pending dues on 21st august 2017 i was informed that i will get my noc with in 1 month, since then iam roaming around your staff at kukatpally every fortnight, in my life the turn around time of 30days as committed by your people haven't come yet after close to 1year also, but every time i visit i will be introduced to a new associate who will end up asking me the details from the very first and eventually he says noc not yet come we will send mail as and when we receive your noc will call you.

                              After fooling around with me for 7 long months iam wexed up and met the manager by name suresh he was courteous and politely address my issue and said their is a problem in your other two wheeler loan account (Ahj03192h) which went into lean as there was a outstanding due on my other two wheeler loan account ahj03192h on the same day 29/03/2018 i paid 7000/- and all dues cleared on other loan account as well, he said i will remove your account from zed black and i will try and get your noc with in 15days as and when we receive will call you to come and collect noc, i visited your office after 20days as i haven't received call, manager suresh said he will follow up with his boss and get it resolved but there is no resolution out after 45days i have no clue where is the delay is it with the boss of suresh or whom? Iam still surprised with the inefficient staff sitting over there how can you meet the customer exceptions and what kind of service standards are you providing?

                              To whom so ever it is concerned i would want this issue to be address on top priority basis and i need update on this in next 24 hours else i have to take this issue to top most level as iam unable to sell my bike and purchase a new one you are stopping me to enjoy my luxury, because of your incapability iam suffering since an year which is pathetic and not at all acceptable i would also demand compensation/penalty for the delay as a token of negligence else i have to take this issue legally iam not

But at my uan claim portal only my one member id show (Mhban[protected] and only date of joining show in this member id. So please provide my date of exit (Left) at my uan portal in this member id.                                   I have been booked the product in the online when the delivery time courier person swiped card amount was deducted from the indusind card but they are denying that amount is not reflecting in there account, i had called to cc from giving the complaint but they also delayed to take the complaint or to resolve the issue floor manager does not know how to talk and convenience the customer and not ready to take any ownership.

                                  I am helpless from both the side product is not given and amount is deducted.

                                  I am giving the written document to you that if the amount is reversed i will not make any o/s payment because when i am not getting the support from my i dont have to make the payment for the same.

                                  I am not getting any support and revert even the mail is marked to top management but no buddy is bothered to revert for the mails one stupid person by the name called barnali mazumdar, service delivery specialist, reverted which is not relevant to the topic and she is not understanding the customer pain, trust me i had sent 5 mails and she is as copy pasted 5 times same mail and reverted, what kind of a [censored] service is been provided.

                                  The mails are marked to top management what the hell is happening only if the payment is not done they will be involved or what.

                                  I need the call back from the concern person with the action taken on the barnali mazumdar till that i am not going to make any payment to indusind bank.

I asked for what is the i need to pay they said to pay rs 14000 and i payed the amount as said. But as per the slip there it is showing denobal of -300 why this kind of service is provided by the executives by not guiding us with proper details.

Is[protected], i have two member id:- mhban[protected] and mhban[protected], i am worked indusind bank at amloh branch from 24/08/2016 to 03/02/2017. But at my uan claim portal only my one member id show (Mhban[protected] and only date of joining show in this member id. So please provide my date of exit (Left) at my uan portal in this member id. So i can take all benefits provide by epfo.

                                        I am your indusland bank customer
                                        During shoping in avenue super market (D mart) sasanenagar, on 6 june 2016 at rs 1650.28. I swap my mastercard for payment rs 1650.28 is cut from my account but their is show transaction failed on their computer billing system screen. They said me that they do not received amount. I told him that my cash is writeen off from my account. But they said me that your amount is be returned by bank in 48 hours so they swap my card twice at that time they get their payment. But my shopping is only for rs 1650.28 but my payment is cut twice.
                                        So i am requsted that please check the details and refund my cash
