still getting the credit card statement even after settlement done on feb'18

I was not able to do the payment of my credit card as i have gone through a kidney transplant. The out standing was around 70000. So indusind bank has contacted me on the final settlement of my credit card on the month of january18. I have done the final payment on 31st jan of 35500.. But still i am getting the statement. unsettled credit card - 5160680127670002

Due to confusion where the bank gave me a settlement amount 200 rupees short of the number they had on records, when the banks representative called me later (Years) saying the amount was still pending even after the closing the amount mentioned in my closure letter.

fraudulent withdrawal done from my account

My account has been debited an amount of rupees 27800000.00 from a cheque which does not belongs to me. The employee was also arrested by police but after 10 months the bank always replying that you will get the money soon but till now they have not credited the same account.
