I had purchased a vechile and i hypocated the vechile from ur bank and i cleared all my instalments and till now i had not got the noc from the bank so kindly please look in to the matter and do the needful help to me i went to the noc office the executive is asking to give some amount so i told ok i wil give the amount and please provide me the recipt he told he wil not give any receipt for that amount if he wil not give the receipt why i should pay the amount pls look into the matter and do a needful help to me

    as i have taken a two wheeler loan as per loan a/c no. UBE00336H from your Bank, Branch Basti, Utter pradesh.

    further my last payment was made on dated[protected] in cash as per CASH RECEIPT no. 7158317X30A0005 Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand Only) and Balance amount is not clear to me in written.

    my brother-in-low was dead in a vehicular accident in Goa on dated 08/08/2017 so i had gone there and could return on dated[protected].
    due to so long period without job there is a financial problem as i could not find my new job till date while recovery officer Sri Rahul Singh is pressing to me more effectively in loudly voices.

    So i request you to send me my balance amount by email on ram.[protected]@gmail.com and give me a time period of one Month from today for payment of balance amount.

      I was contacted by 3rd Party of Indusind bank credit card department for Credit Card. Their person had collected all my attested documents on 05th Jun 2018.
      My application number slip is AP1258174. I have contacted the bank and the 3rd Party numerous time till date but no response. The 3rd Party vendor - Sameer - Mobile [protected] told me that my application is forwarded to the bank. Today, when I contacted the bank, they told me that the application number above belongs to someone else. Indusind Ref. no[protected].
      I have checked with the bank providing all the information but it seems there is no match with my details. I surely feel this is a case of fraud. Maybe from the 3rd party. I need the bank to take strict action on the same immediately.

      There is no feedback or call from the company nor the third party agent.
      Dear Sir,
      I have get to 2016-17 year in Two wheeler loan pass in Nadurbar Banch.
      So I have completed all month 4740 per clear. but till date not receive NOC, so I have humble request get to my Two wheeler NOC . and only one year finance to get this loan .

          My sincere apologies if this email is not addressed to the right team, my humble request is to forward this to the right team where my issue can be resolved as i couldn't find the appropriate team contact details to address my issue

          Iam kathula sunil kumar, your banker since 2009 i have taken two wheeler finance through your bank below are the two wheeler loan accounts.

          Ahz02850h & ahj03192h

          For the account ahz02850h i have applied for no objection certificate by clearing all the pending dues on 21st august 2017 i was informed that i will get my noc with in 1 month, since then iam roaming around your staff at kukatpally every fortnight, in my life the turn around time of 30days as committed by your people haven't come yet after close to 1year also, but every time i visit i will be introduced to a new associate who will end up asking me the details from the very first and eventually he says noc not yet come we will send mail as and when we receive your noc will call you.

          After fooling around with me for 7 long months iam wexed up and met the manager by name suresh he was courteous and politely address my issue and said their is a problem in your other two wheeler loan account (Ahj03192h) which went into lean as there was a outstanding due on my other two wheeler loan account ahj03192h on the same day 29/03/2018 i paid 7000/- and all dues cleared on other loan account as well, he said i will remove your account from zed black and i will try and get your noc with in 15days as and when we receive will call you to come and collect noc, i visited your office after 20days as i haven't received call, manager suresh said he will follow up with his boss and get it resolved but there is no resolution out after 45days i have no clue where is the delay is it with the boss of suresh or whom? Iam still surprised with the inefficient staff sitting over there how can you meet the customer exceptions and what kind of service standards are you providing?

          To whom so ever it is concerned i would want this issue to be address on top priority basis and i need update on this in next 24 hours else i have to take this issue to top most level as iam unable to sell my bike and purchase a new one you are stopping me to enjoy my luxury, because of your incapability iam suffering since an year which is pathetic and not at all acceptable i would also demand compensation/penalty for the delay as a token of negligence else i have to take this issue legally iam not

But at my uan claim portal only my one member id show (Mhban[protected] and only date of joining show in this member id. So please provide my date of exit (Left) at my uan portal in this member id. So i can take all benefits provide by epfo.

              The below statement is sent as mail to indusind,

              I have been booked the product in the online when the delivery time courier person swiped card amount was deducted from the indusind card but they are denying that amount is not reflecting in there account, i had called to cc from giving the complaint but they also delayed to take the complaint or to resolve the issue floor manager does not know how to talk and convenience the customer and not ready to take any ownership.

              I am helpless from both the side product is not given and amount is deducted.

              I am giving the written document to you that if the amount is reversed i will not make any o/s payment because when i am not getting the support from my i dont have to make the payment for the same.

              I am not getting any support and revert even the mail is marked to top management but no buddy is bothered to revert for the mails one stupid person by the name called barnali mazumdar, service delivery specialist, reverted which is not relevant to the topic and she is not understanding the customer pain, trust me i had sent 5 mails and she is as copy pasted 5 times same mail and reverted, what kind of a [censored] service is been provided.

              The mails are marked to top management what the hell is happening only if the payment is not done they will be involved or what.

              I need the call back from the concern person with the action taken on the barnali mazumdar till that i am not going to make any payment to indusind bank.

                    During shoping in avenue super market (D mart) sasanenagar, on 6 june 2016 at rs 1650.28. I swap my mastercard for payment rs 1650.28 is cut from my account but their is show transaction failed on their computer billing system screen. They said me that they do not received amount. I told him that my cash is writeen off from my account. But they said me that your amount is be returned by bank in 48 hours so they swap my card twice at that time they get their payment. But my shopping is only for rs 1650.28 but my payment is cut twice.
                    So i am requsted that please check the details and refund my cash

                      Indusind Bank — forcefully sending visa signature card and deducting 5750/- forcefully from account

                      I have a saving account with indusind bank hapur branch.in starting dates of month of april2017 i received a phone call from bank's call center and call center executive started to telling me about benefits of visa signature card i already have a debit card so i refused to take this new card. But after few days i received a courier from bank which i received and kept it because that time i was busy after few days i took my passbook to the bank for updation purpose and i socked to know that bank deducted a sum of rs. 5750/- from my account against visa signature card i reached my home and checked the courier sent by bank that was containing visa signature card. I took back to my bank and complaint about that i didn't ordered for any type of card because i already have a debit card. Then card was taken back by bank from me by saying they will send it back and executive of bank asked me for written application for returning the card and visa signature card from me and i provided both to him. After a long time means today upto 11th of June 2018 no amount was refunded to me and card also i dont know where it had gone. and after one year means in month of May 2018 they deducted a sum of 1800/- as renewal charge of card.

                      i request you to please dont open account with IndusInd Bank and close immediately if you have already account if you want to save your hard earned money from fraud bankers like IndusInd.

                        The workers of the bank specially the girls sitting talking on phone continuosly nd the talk of way is very bad they (racist) no query i can do in the bank worst bank i hv ever seen ...i will case in future if this again happen ur sitting to help no to talk on phone in the bank

                          I had a call with one of your agent called divya regarding indusind credit card, that i will receive the card within one week but after 3 weeks i received the card but i am not using the card since i moved out of india.

                          I written many mails, which says will get back to you in 2 days/3 days but you guys never turned up.

                          As i told by divya that if i won’t use the credit card for 3 months it will get deactivated. But it more than 3 months and but still i am receiving the mail.

                          So i have wrongly charged 2519inr, still i haven’t opened by post cover.

                          I have been misguided and misleaded by there wrong information otherwise i would not have opted.

                          Please consider this as a cancellation request.

                              I had recharged my phone no. On 18th march 2018 through their mobile app all-in-one store and the recharge was unsuccessful and after multiple mails and calls i had got my refund back. But, three months later i was debited of the same amount saying the recharge is now completed. I don't understand as to why they did not cancel the transaction. I want my refund.

                                  My name is arvind narwat as i am having a verna on which i had taken the loan but i had cleanup the loan on the feb of 2018 but the bank is not providing me noc as they r saying that i had taken guarantee of 2 more car of someone when that car will be clear out after that only they will provide me noc as the owner of that both car are not paying emi that’s why the bank is not providing me noc of my verna car is it legal process. The car is financed from indusind bank

                                    Dear customer care,

                                    I mita das, a platinum credit card holder of your bank. This is in reference to my credit card ([protected]) bill for the month of may 18. I will unable to pay the bill within due date of 23rd june 2018, today you can see, this was totally unavoidable situation for me.
                                    So please be kind enough to waive off the bill amount charge of rs. 1765.27. And please be noted that if this charge is not waived off, i will have no choice other than surrendering the credit card.
                                    Hope you will be rational and helpful to me to continue as your customer.

                                      Hello,

                                      I got a call indusbank customer representative regarding credit card to card approval.

                                      Told based on your "axis bank credit" you will get new indusland bank credit card.

                                      I have agreed to it and submitted my desired documents like aadhar card, axis bank credit card 2 months statements and residence proof as "gas bill".

                                      It has been past 1 week (Applied on 29th may 2018) with application number as "1213299"

                                      I didnot received any information whether my application has been rejected, accepted or approval.

                                      I am scared that my documents are not misused.

                                        Unnecessary 531 rs charged against my pl closure as bounce charges for jan 2018 when i called your team they told me it was the month of jan 2018 where as i have enough funds and the money deducted on time. No clue why the amount should i pay.. Have already closed my pl. When i mailed your team they are stating they are unable to open the attachement.. Which is pathetic.
