Dear sir/ mam
I have widrow the self cheque your kasia branch (Indb0000790) on 24.05.2018. Due to miner mistake this cheque written on date. Your staff said that this can not be withdrawn, i have requested. That it say this it's my bank, and said that my favor will be here. I will be here and did not have the right treatment with me i request you to tell the correct way to talk to your bank staff and senior employee.

I had mailed the bank on the same day but there was no response from him, so i have complained here.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have received a call in 10th to 12th April '18 regarding a free lifetime credit card of Indusind bank from customer care executive of Indusind bank / third part. For which I have clearly asked for "Platinum credit card" and not " Aura Platinum credit card". I have told them clearly that if this is not the case I will not go for credit card, these customer care executives put me on hold and enquired for which they later come over phone and said to mention my salary, I told them my Gross salary is above 50K and in hand I get something around Rs 47.5K. They clearly said sir you have gross salary more than Rs 50K you will only be provided with "Platinum credit card". I was very sure that I will get the card as I have double checked with them. They also told Rs 899 will be charged in 1st month but If I shop more than 25K in 3 months then this charge will be reversed. Now, after 2 days they sent a person to collect the documents, I had provided Pan card, Aadhar card, a photo, bank statement and salary slips of past 3 months, Also in the main form I have ticked the "platinum credit card" before signing, an additional form in which Aura was mentioned, I was told that this is nothing to worry and will be provided a " platinum card " and not " Aura platinum card"

    Now come the verification process for which I have given all details and also again rechecked the same if the card we discussed was provided and they again have said you will be provided " Platinum credit card" and not " Aura Platinum credit card" .

    However, when I have received the card it was " Aura platinum credit card" I was shocked too see that after son many commitments and verification also I was not given the card I had asked for, they why it was committed.? I have again and again verified the issue. I had discussed the issue with customer care executive also and she said sorry sir we have only told platinum credit card but Chennai credit card department is only providing this card and you have to accept this, which means I have to pay Rs 899, If I do not use the card for 3 months. It is like you are paying for Gold and getting bronze and it is being shovelled down your throat. I had complained to their customer care for re verification but answer remains same, that your form is filled that way and they cant help. I am attaching here screen shots of mail I have sent them.

    I challenge the company to check the customer care voice recording before documentation and also during verification process. It is a complete cheating process these companies / customer care follow.

    I was harshest punishment for offenders and either want platinum credit card or complete reversal of my card with any charges.

I am in regular follow with bank representative in mathabhanga, coochbehar zone, west bengal of two wheelar. But he is providing me time next and next. Kindly help me in this regard.

        Hello sir/mam, i am customer of indusind bank. I got a call from your bank executive name sagar chaudhary, contact number [protected], mail id - sagarindusind.[protected]@gmail.com. He asked me that i am eligible because my cibil score is good and my profile is been selected by our bank. So i give them complete documentations as per their requirement and as per their words and by my documents i am fully eligible but at last they rejected. After that i have not get any mail or message from your bank which includes application number etc. I call your executive they are giving poor response even they are not picking up my call. Put my number in block list whenever i call.

          It is to inform you that i have owned a platinum credit card. Its number is[protected] i was told by your representative that it is a life time free card. But it is not so. He gave me false information. I was sent a monthly bill containing the joining fee. I denied to pay it. I informed your customer-care representative regarding this issue and also mailed at "premium. [protected]@indusind.com". But till now no action is taken. Again and again the monthly bill is sent to me and it is continuously increasing. What is this? I just want it to close. It would affect my cibil score. I can not indulge it.
          Till now the card is inactive. I did not make any transaction by using it till now. Then why due to fake information would i pay this amount?
          I again request you please close it. I also use other bank's credit cards. All are free. Rather they did not give me such wrong information.

            I am the customer of indus land bank from past 9 years, i was having the salary account ac :[protected] and it was in idle from 2017.

            Just to keep my account active i deposited 20, 000 but immediately bank has deducted 8.500 rupees without any intimation.

            When i asked them on dedication they are telling that it is valid, bank has deducted 500+ rupees as maintenance charge per month which is in valid.. I want at list 6500/- rupees back to maintained my account in bank, other wise bank and bank person are responsible for customer lose. Also if i not get justice i will make sure that i will post this in social media and ask people to close this account which will no use full for any one.

              Dear sir,
              I am ashu kapoor, i used the atm of indus ind bank at barakhamba metro station today morning at 10:55 am. After taking all information, machine did not dispense cash showing the message ' your transaction can not be completed' and immediately after that it displayed 'this machine is temporarily out of service'. Rs. 1000/- were debited from my account. I am a pnb account holder. Please help me to resolve this issue and contact me at [protected] for more details regarding my account.

                Hello induslnd credit card bank department,

                I am again very frustrating from your service, after one year you have again added annual fees in my credit card statement, why you guys are cheat with customer.

                Before one year your manager level person has been told me that my card is eligible for lifetime free and after one year you have sent me again this charges. I don't want to connect with any more now, your senior manager has been words with me that no any annual charges & no any joining charges will be applicable of your card, that's why i was agreed for this credit card before one year.

                Please waiver off these charges otherwise block my card and close it. You guys are really fraud, you guys are give only fraud promises only.

                  I am vadivel, non customer of indusind, yesterday evening i went to indusind atm around 4:45pm i have used indusind atm (Metro atm id mn000723) at jalladianpet to take cash of rs.5000 while using atm the power was shutdown suddenly and my cash has not been come out from atm but i recieved a message to my mobile that cash of rs 5000 has been debited from your account. Kindly get rid out this problem. I'm a hdfc account holder if you need more information regarding my account number i will share you.

                      Dear team, i have taken a loan from indusind bank credit card rs.67, 000/-, but the same indusind bank closed my loan a/c without any confirmation on via mail/sms/call. I have paid the my credit card outstanding payment rs.54000/- and the same bank its adjusted with my loan a/c. While my loan outstanding is rs.58000 approx., how can be bank adjusted my credit card payment with the loan account without my confirmation. Kindly help to reverse the my last three month interest + gst on credit card and continue the my loan emi.

                        Hello,

                        I got a call on my personal number offering a credit under some. After a long conversation with the representative i agreed to have the credit card. I was told that based on my credit score found from my pan number i was offered this credit card.

                        After all this a representative visited my office and collected all the required documents. I got verification call, verification mail on my official mail-id and also a so called verification officer had a visit to my residence.

                        Today, dated 19th may 2018 i receive a message on my personal number from indus stating "we regret to inform that we are currently unable to sanction a credit card to you. Thank you for your interest in indusind bank".

                        Fyi... I was not interested at 1st place, i was convinced to have your credit card, so please correct the message.

                        What was all this, done for killing time? Have you had no other business apart from wasting my time.

                        And the funniest part is i got a call from another representative from your bank today asking if i need a credit card explaining all the polishing schemes you have got.

                        I regret my decision of opting to bank with indusind.

                          Hello team,
                          As per the discussion with executive of indusind bank, he convinced me to get a credit card option with the fixed deposit of 35000/- with indusind bank. Against which they will provide me a credit card with any single penny or any kind of annual charge, executive had spoken so sweetly that you don't have to any amount against this card and now when i received this card they have generated a bill of around 11800/- and 590/- respectively.
                          I'm really disappointed with indusind bank how they use to fraudulent with the customer.
                          Now when i spoken to execute for the surrender of this aura credit card, instead of telling me the solution he's asking me to submit the amount and later he'll return the same amount to me.
                          I'm really disappointed with indusind bank and want to surrender card without any deductions from my fixed deposit account.

                              My account has been debited an amount of rupees 27800000.00 from a cheque which does not belongs to me. The employee was also arrested by police but after 10 months the bank always replying that you will get the money soon but till now they have not credited the same account. The bank manager and still the state head of the bank does not gave a certain date or time my account will be credited.

                                I have salaried account with indusind bank for a while now which monthly transactions are approximately 60k-70k, they freeze my account without giving me any notice. It has been 7 days now and i can't operate my account, my father passed away 1 month ago and after his ceremonies i got 2 transctions in my account. After that i got call from bank and they have verified all the documents and told me all good. After 2 days my account has been freezes, i have 7 lakhs in my account, i believe you guys must invested my money into stocks, that's how you make fool out of your customers, please try to understand i have family to feed and that was the only account i have my all money. I got so much trouble harassment by this. Have done every thing. Please do the needful.

                                My car loan close before two months now bank asking money for old insurance every year i take govt insurance and submit the copy now they told me i have to pay money.. Idont know why i have to pay this money for my old insurance and why they dont inform me they will take the insurance if they take why didint sent me the insurance paper

                                  I hanuman prasad had a two wheeler and same was finance by your firm. Registration no for the same is hr 82-0678. Installment for the same has already paid completely and completed on before more than a year around 18 months ago. I request your firm to kindly issue noc for the same but they didn't turned up and issue the same till today's & also they didn't familiar with us. You are requested to look into this matter.

                                    Sir/madam
                                    I have a savings bank a/c in your bank in ashok vihar branch since december 2014. I am totally faded by the officials and banking services provided by this branch as whenever i used to visit branch i have to wait for a long span of time as officials are busy in gossips and planning coffee visit in working hours instead of doing work assigned to them. At most of the times i found machinery breakdown in the branch due to which i have to comeback. Officials doesn't value customer's time as of today when i visited branch for activation of my a/c one of the official said that wait for 5min, ok i replied but it has been a half an hour and i used to ask another official and am amazed to see that i have to wait again as the one i reached first has to do my work but she is not free as she is gossiping and planning coffee treat with other officials there. Finally i got an application form and filled the same and said its done where to submit and thrn she said take it to my table and it will be done within a week.

                                    I want a solution to this as soon as possible otherwise i am going to discontinue banking with this bank ever and ever. Worst experience till this in my life. They don't have time value.
