Indusind worst problem i never faced.. They deducted 50000 from my saving account.. I'm daily calling to customer care, sometimes they r escaping sometimes they r disconnecting my call while talking with them.. Finally i got information that it's credit card collection team has deducted but i have already made payment 50000 i raised a request on 14th of august.. Not yet resolved my problem.. One thing i'm not understanding that why indusind bank deducts money without intimation.. Plzz help me

      Hi,

      This is in reference to the credit card of induslnd bank platinum aura".

      Actually on 26th july 2017 i got a call from mr. Swapnil gund who introduced himself as sales officer at induslnd bank. He gave information about the card mentioned above with facilities that i will be eligible for are as following,
      1) no charges for cash withdrawl in first 3 months.
      2) road assistance for vehicle is totally free.
      3) movie tickets buy 1 get 1 free offer.
      4) gift with welcome kit. And many more promisies were made by him.

      I received this card yesterday and so i treied to call up mr swapnil gund but he was not reacbable as this mobile was switched off. So i spoke to customer care of induslnd bank but it was very shocking for me to know that i won't be recceiving any of the mentioned facilities. But when i informed them that i have got all wrong information and also have this in written from the mentioned sales officer and requested the customer care executive to register my complaint but she said she won't be able to do that only can do is reverse the joining fee charges of rs 899 + taxes.

      This is very disappointing and sad to hear such incidence from such a reputed bank which i trusted and thought of getting a card from.

      I am attaching all the necessary documents those are email. Sales officers photo id proof for your reference.

      Request you to consider my this email as a written complaint. Please verify it and take a strict action.

        This is to inform you that prerna patel is having a minor account in your bank u/g of alok kumar patel. The account number is[protected] at indirapuram branch, ghaziabad.

        2. I had requested closure of this account last year and had given a written application and had submitted all my cheques etc.

        Till date i have not received my saving account balance even after a year of request of closure of account. The bank says that the dd has been sent to my address which i have never received. This request is in progress since the month of november since the days of demonetization but of no use.

        Today from the bank ms. Parijaat and ms. Soniya bhatia (Deputy branch manager) sent me a whats app showing that the courier has been received by my wife (Account holder in indusind bank). However the sign has not been done by my wife and is forged.

        The crux of the matter how come the signature of my wife has been copied by a courier guy who tried his best to forge her signature. And that too when the escalated the matter then to hush up the matter they have done this forgery. This kind of activity cannot happen without the involvement of any bank staff.

        I have 3 accounts in your bank and i am scared that my vital information are getting leaked in your bank because of the casual approach of one and all staff.

        You are requested to please look into the matter and get my money back. Also i may please be paid the interest since the account has been paid till date.

          Indusind bank has settled international e-transaction for 12 usd and 12 eur of around rs.1600/- on 26/07/2017 with my credit card without having confirmation from my side even i never used my credit card for the international transaction.

          Could you please help me to get out from this trouble.

              With references to the subject, i had taken two wheeler loan for honda shine under the name r kannan residing at
              203/129, sithumariamman koil street, old surumangalem salem -5 on dated 20/4/2015.

              As per the installment loans, i hole completed total due amount on 10/1/2017 with proper installment payment without any default.

              When i approach every time in salem new bus stand branch contact to mr. Sathiesh/arul/ rajasekar for the return of rc book and noc.
              They are not responding properly.

              We are very much disappointed to see such poor responses from a reputed bank like the indusind bank in the customer to suffer for than 6 months.

                You credit card team is nothing but a fraud. They forced me to get a credit card and clearly told there is no joining as well as monthly fees.                   I have a saving account with indusind bank hapur branch.in starting dates of month of april i received a phone call from bank's call center and call center executive started to telling me about benefits of visa signature card i already have a debit card so i refused to take this new card. But after few days i received a courier from bank which i received and kept it because that time i was busy after few days i took my passbook to the bank for updation purpose and i socked to know that bank deducted a sum of rs. 5750/- from my account against visa signature card i reached my home and checked the courier sent by bank that was containing visa signature card. I took back to my bank and complaint about that i didn't ordered for any type of card because i already have a debit card. Then card was taken back by bank from me by saying they will send it back and executive of bank asked me for written application for returning the card and visa signature card from me and i provided both to him. After a long time means today upto 16th for august no amount was refunded to me and card also i dont know where it had gone.

                    I narender kumar sharma took a two wheeler loan for hero maestro edge (Hp78 2572) having loan no. Pct3462h from indusind bank on 19th feb 2016. But in starting, due to some banking problems ecs doesn't work. So mr. Sanjeev (Loan advisor) advised me to give the loan installment in cash in starting. So i paid my loan installment by hand within time.

                    But bank still put panelty upon me regarding that ecs issue...in this, i have no fault... Ialso maintained balance in my account from starting...

                    After 3rd installment ecs starts working...& after that you, there is no breakage of installments.

                    But branch manager mr. Sandeep (Nangal branch) still force me to pay that dues and just irritating me by giving the foolish answers.

                    Kindly resolve my issue and help me in getting noc from this indusind bank.

                          Maine current account a s building construction ke naam se indusind bank me 30th jan 2015 new friends colony new delhi me open karwaya.. Jis employe ne account open kiya uska naam vishal hai. Usne kaha ki 6 maheene me credit card denge jo aaj tak nahi diya. Monthly statements ke liye kaii complent ki form fillup kiya customer care phone kiya aaj tak monthly statement ghar nahi aaya. Car loan manga wo nahi diya personal loan maanga to bank ne kaha ki itr file kijiye.. Kitne ka karna hai kisi ne nahi bataya.. Maine 3.8 ka itr jamaa kiya to branch me kahne lage ki 4.8 chahiye. To maine poochha ki aapne pahle bataya kyon nahi to sab employe chup ho kar ek doosre ko kahne lage ki tumne nahi bataya. Ab maine itr 5.46 ki file ki hai aur loan ki requirement pesh ki to ab kahte hain ki aapka area negative bataa rahe hain. Ab mera sawal hai ki jab maine account open karwaya tha tab inhone kyon nahi bataya ki bank aapko koi bhi loan nahi dega credit card nahi milega... Jhoote wade kyon kiye.? Aur jab 4.8 itr file karne ke liye kaha tha tab kyon nahi bataya bank ne ki aap itr file karo magar bank aapko koi benefits nahi dega. 3rd year hone jaa raha hai account ko, bank ne mujhe khali kayi chakkar katwaye magar sach kabhi nahi bataya... Aaj mai loan ke liye pareshan hun... Jo ki bank apne customer ki pareshani nahi samajh raha hai... Is bank se mujhe koi benefit nahi mila. Mai chahta hun is bank ke khilaaf action liya jaye aur meri help ki jaye is bank ke zariye... Shukriya

But i received last week msg from your bank in chennai for car loan current emi rs 2775 for ttc03598h due date 07 aug 2017 in many more times i contact your customer channai no [protected] nearly 100 and more times they are not attend the calls. So kindly check and delete my mobile from ur loan ac and kindly send properly i m very much disturbed your message so kindly do properly even i dont have any 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler i expect your proper reply — b.                               The attitudinal aspects with customers,

                              Sir, i am abhishek m. S i had taken 2 wheeler loan for duration of 12 months rs 48000 i had completed my emi, but from begining im paying through cash for the indusind bank exicutive, who use to come & collect the emi amount. The same person who came to collect the emi from the begining as cheated me taking a 2 months of emi & left the job, now bank is saying that they are not responsible for thier own executive who use to send him as emi collectins

                                I am chandrakant jain, holding a/c number[protected] with indusind bank lokhandwala branch is experiencing the worst ever experience with the bank in my life time. I am unable to operate the account for past 10 days because i forgot the password. I went through people in the branch and customer care on phone. The branch says only customer care on phone can help and the customer care says contact the branch. The person in the branch are not fit to sit in a grocery store.in the process of fast expansion they have forgotten what is called customer satisfaction. They practically know nothing and there is no one superior to them to help them or us.

                                I have 2 overdraft account which has foreign currency remittance, 3 saving accounts. I was a preferred client in hdfc bank, where rm used to visit my office as a courtesy call, before moving to this bank. This is the biggest mistake of my life. This bank is pathetic. Worse than any public sector bank. Please stay away from this bank. I am closing all my accounts within this month only

                                The worst experience I ever have with credit card at the time taking credit their were no charges and after taking all of sudden bill comes for joining fee and plus double in next bill cycle never use Induslnd bank credit this is my advice to all o[censored]sers block the card and take it from other bank

                                  I have recharged my friend mobile but amount deducted recharge not done
                                  My car loan number TMM02324C. My car loan due taken by ecs on 25.07.2017, again they will be present cheque on 26.07.2017 it's cheque returned. For one due they presented two times. Bank takes return charges 590 and goes to cibil also. Please clear all this customer satisfaction.

                                      I would like to share my unpleasant experience with indusind bank while applying for forex card. I always had the perception that indusind bank is one of the most advanced bank that is leveraging technology to provide better services. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly opposite of that.

                                      I applied for forex card today online and received appended mail highlighting the requirements that need to be submitted at the time of collecting card. Following are my observations and chronology of events:

                                      1. Contact number provided post submitting the application doesn’t belong to mr. Mervyn i. E. [protected]
                                      2. Subsequently concern person provided me the contact number of mr. Mervyn i. E [protected]
                                      3. Objective of my call was to understand what documents i need to bring as address proof as i stay in rental house and my aadhar card doesn’t have the same address.
                                      4. Mr. Mervyn subsequently connected me to mr. Guru who asked me to bring copy of first page and last page of passport and flight tickets. These requirements are neither mentioned in mail and nor it was not communicated explicitly as a part of workflow.
                                      5. Based on this i decided to cancel the card and approached call center.
                                      6. After 10 minutes of conversation i was connected to ms. Darsha in escalation team and requested her to cancel the card and ensure no cancellation or other charges are levied while refunding my money.
                                      7. I also connected mr. Guru on conference call who subsequently added one more requirement during our conversation. I. E. Confirmation of payment made to indusind bank. I assume your systems are automatic and one can easily figure out the amount of money paid against the order. This requirement is also not mentioned anywhere.

                                      8. Later nigh of them called and confirmed that these addict all documents are requirement and i refused to proceed further due to miscommunication and lack of transparency from their end.

                                      9. They have charged 500 rs while refunding the money although i told them i am not proceeding with card due to your misrepresentation. Horrible experince and i wouldn't like to recommend this bank to any one
