Mera auto insurance ka issue hai jo bank ki taraf se karwai gayee thi. Wo thik karke nahi de rahe kehte hai yahi leni hai to lo or sahi nahi milegi. Staff bhi ruddli baat karta hai. Main bas yahi chahta hu ke meri insurance thik karwa ke de de. Bt unki taraf se koi reply nahi.5 mahine ho gaye hai insurance ko abhi tak koi reply nahi plz solve my issue my no. Is [protected]

    Maine current account a s building construction ke naam se indusind bank me 30th jan 2015 new friends colony new delhi me open karwaya.. Jis employe ne account open kiya uska naam vishal hai. Usne kaha ki 6 maheene me credit card denge jo aaj tak nahi diya. Monthly statements ke liye kaii complent ki form fillup kiya customer care phone kiya aaj tak monthly statement ghar nahi aaya. Car loan manga wo nahi diya personal loan maanga to bank ne kaha ki itr file kijiye.. Kitne ka karna hai kisi ne nahi bataya.. Maine 3.8 ka itr jamaa kiya to branch me kahne lage ki 4.8 chahiye. To maine poochha ki aapne pahle bataya kyon nahi to sab employe chup ho kar ek doosre ko kahne lage ki tumne nahi bataya. Ab maine itr 5.46 ki file ki hai aur loan ki requirement pesh ki to ab kahte hain ki aapka area negative bataa rahe hain. Ab mera sawal hai ki jab maine account open karwaya tha tab inhone kyon nahi bataya ki bank aapko koi bhi loan nahi dega credit card nahi milega... Jhoote wade kyon kiye.? Aur jab 4.8 itr file karne ke liye kaha tha tab kyon nahi bataya bank ne ki aap itr file karo magar bank aapko koi benefits nahi dega. 3rd year hone jaa raha hai account ko, bank ne mujhe khali kayi chakkar katwaye magar sach kabhi nahi bataya... Aaj mai loan ke liye pareshan hun... Jo ki bank apne customer ki pareshani nahi samajh raha hai... Is bank se mujhe koi benefit nahi mila. Mai chahta hun is bank ke khilaaf action liya jaye aur meri help ki jaye is bank ke zariye... Shukriya

        The attitudinal aspects with customers,

        Sir, i am abhishek m. S i had taken 2 wheeler loan for duration of 12 months rs 48000 i had completed my emi, but from begining im paying through cash for the indusind bank exicutive, who use to come & collect the emi amount. The same person who came to collect the emi from the begining as cheated me taking a 2 months of emi & left the job, now bank is saying that they are not responsible for thier own executive who use to send him as emi collectins

          I am chandrakant jain, holding a/c number[protected] with indusind bank lokhandwala branch is experiencing the worst ever experience with the bank in my life time. I am unable to operate the account for past 10 days because i forgot the password. I went through people in the branch and customer care on phone. The branch says only customer care on phone can help and the customer care says contact the branch. The person in the branch are not fit to sit in a grocery store.in the process of fast expansion they have forgotten what is called customer satisfaction. They practically know nothing and there is no one superior to them to help them or us.

          I have 2 overdraft account which has foreign currency remittance, 3 saving accounts. I was a preferred client in hdfc bank, where rm used to visit my office as a courtesy call, before moving to this bank. This is the biggest mistake of my life. This bank is pathetic. Worse than any public sector bank. Please stay away from this bank. I am closing all my accounts within this month only

          The worst experience I ever have with credit card at the time taking credit their were no charges and after taking all of sudden bill comes for joining fee and plus double in next bill cycle never use Induslnd bank credit this is my advice to all o[censored]sers block the card and take it from other bank

            I have recharged my friend mobile but amount deducted recharge not done
            My car loan number TMM02324C. My car loan due taken by ecs on 25.07.2017, again they will be present cheque on 26.07.2017 it's cheque returned. For one due they presented two times. Bank takes return charges 590 and goes to cibil also. Please clear all this customer satisfaction.

                I would like to share my unpleasant experience with indusind bank while applying for forex card. I always had the perception that indusind bank is one of the most advanced bank that is leveraging technology to provide better services. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly opposite of that.

                I applied for forex card today online and received appended mail highlighting the requirements that need to be submitted at the time of collecting card. Following are my observations and chronology of events:

                1. Contact number provided post submitting the application doesn’t belong to mr. Mervyn i. E. [protected]
                2. Subsequently concern person provided me the contact number of mr. Mervyn i. E [protected]
                3. Objective of my call was to understand what documents i need to bring as address proof as i stay in rental house and my aadhar card doesn’t have the same address.
                4. Mr. Mervyn subsequently connected me to mr. Guru who asked me to bring copy of first page and last page of passport and flight tickets. These requirements are neither mentioned in mail and nor it was not communicated explicitly as a part of workflow.
                5. Based on this i decided to cancel the card and approached call center.
                6. After 10 minutes of conversation i was connected to ms. Darsha in escalation team and requested her to cancel the card and ensure no cancellation or other charges are levied while refunding my money.
                7. I also connected mr. Guru on conference call who subsequently added one more requirement during our conversation. I. E. Confirmation of payment made to indusind bank. I assume your systems are automatic and one can easily figure out the amount of money paid against the order. This requirement is also not mentioned anywhere.

                8. Later nigh of them called and confirmed that these addict all documents are requirement and i refused to proceed further due to miscommunication and lack of transparency from their end.

                9. They have charged 500 rs while refunding the money although i told them i am not proceeding with card due to your misrepresentation. Horrible experince and i wouldn't like to recommend this bank to any one

                      Guys its fraud bank, imps never get failed in any nationalized bank per my knowledge and per rbi guide lines any bank cant not deny any imps at any moment but fraud indusind is saying they will take 3 days to check and revert but per guide lines imps matter should be on priority and done asap.

                      And i had a word with to other bank but their reply was we never say no to imps at any cost or any time.

                      Then whose fault is this??

                      i have not received any call from so called fraud bank
                      I have been issued with a credit card from indusind bank with a annual fee, but i was told at the time of issue that it is life time free card, same thing i asked from the agent he told me you please pay only initial fee rest i will get wave off but nothing happen and now again in my statement they show the balance

                            It is with grief frustration and grief that i am writing this mail to you.
                            I tildon thomas ferrao hold a credit card with your bank credit card number is [protected].
                            There is a girl called sneha gopale in your collection team who has been harassing me and threatening me to make a payment on the card where unfortunately i cannot make this payment in this month.
                            She has been calling me up 30 times a day and using abusive and rude tones.
                            She pulled in 2 of her colleagues into this as well ameen sayyed and vishal satam who again threatened me. I was so harassed that i visited the collection department in midc andheri east and spoke to mr. Umesh alwa who heads the collection team there. To my grief there was no stopping to these threats.

                            Today she calls from a phone number +[protected], +[protected] and tells me that i will send someone to your house and ask your neighbours for money.
                            Is this the way you'll treat your customers.
                            I have already lodged a complaint with the banking ombudsman and your customer care reference id for your customer care complaint is 27782. I have even written to premium. [protected]@indusind.com, [protected]@indusind.com and there has been no revert yet.

                            I would like to take two wheeler loan from Indusind finance Aizawl Mizoram, i already submit required documents on 24.07.2017, still i cannot get approval letter from Guwahati or Silchar.So i dont understand why it takes so much tume to get approval letter..most of the people can get approval letter within 2 days..

                              These transactoins above are fraud and not authorized.
                              I have blocked the card minutes after i saw the sms alerts.
                              The customer care executive informed me that these transactions are still in pending state and we will freeze it by blocking the card and reverse the amount.
                              But for reversal the executive informed me to fill the dispute form which i have immediately did and i got an email that it would be responded to within 3 working days
                              However i have not received a response.
                              You can please look at the location at which these transactions took place for further proof.
                              Its not used in where i usually use the card.
                              Please reverse the fraud amount asap.
                              I have already sent the emails so kindly look at them to.
                              The emails are not getting responded to hence i am complaining here.
                              Kindly find below the dispute form attached.

                                  I had applied for a personal loan on 8th of july and it was promised that the loan will be processed within 4 working days but that was not done.

                                  I had told the executive to cancel my loan on july 18th but the executive has crossed my words and processed the loan which i received it on july 19th. I am not sure how did the executive processed my loan even though i had not given sufficient checks and signed the application for the loan to get sanctioned. I have attached the screenshot of the text message sent to the executive. On july 19th right after i received the loan amount, i had opened a complaint against this and the service request number is[protected]

                                  Please note i am not ready to pay the loan charges to close this loan because it was not my mistake so kindly revert back with a solution asap.

                                  Also note that the manager priyanka and her colleagues were totally unprofessional in handling my calls and i suggest you to take necessary actions because they are unfit to work with customers.

                                  The above ticket was closed without my approval and here i am now even though the complaint is still running for 1 week there is no update so i am now fed up in calling the customer care number so decided to close the loan by paying the preclosure amount.

                                  Nobody in this bank are trustworthy and unfit to work even the higher level resource.

                                  I do not recommend this bank to anyone!!!

                                    Respected sir / madam,

                                    This has to inform you that the above referred loan has been fully repaid by me vide ch. No. 51263 dt. 01.04.2017 amt to rs. 194520/-. After that an emi of rs 12090/- has deducted by your bank as on 22.05.2017.

                                    While informing the same to concern staff mr. Ganesh and mr. Vinod mane of chembur, mumbai branch (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected] respectively) in writing as on 14.06.2017 they told that same will be refunded within 10 days after submitting written application with photo copy of bank pass book, blank ch xerox. Still today the amount has not credited / refunded to me.

                                      I have done online transaction on 13th July and post that till date beneficiary didn't got credit for same.

                                      Neither beneficiary nor me got back the amount. Post that I have called twice to customer care and also written mail on [protected]@indusind.com

                                      1st complain no is 53468782. which they committed that it will solved within 3 working day.

                                      i got the mail for the same with the Payment Order ID:[protected], which they said to check with the beneficiary bank, which my client did also. his bank tried their level best to trace the transaction but still its doesnt show in his account.

                                      Yesterday again i called up customer care and on second line connected to beneficiary. He has shared his bank statement with me and I cant see amount transferred to him. Its being now more than 10 days and not able to find solution.

                                      Yesterday while speaking to customs care he shared new transaction Id which also I shared with beneficiary and that is also not reflecting in his bank statement.

                                      2nd complain no. 53586186 for which they told me to wait again for 3 working days.

                                      Request you to either credit beneficiary account and reverse back money to my account at earliest.
