I filed a dispute with dispute number - [protected] against a transaction to a merchant for not providing the services. The bank took more than a month to file the dispute. After that after several reminders and follow off by mails as well as calling customer care to check the mails and revert, the bank provided me some invoice of laptop which i didn’t purchased and that too on my name where the payment and payment acknowledgment was done on my name. Bank didn’t bother to respond on the wrong buyer name or the wrong product in the invoice.

Company's service tax regn no.in receipt provided to me was azqpg1055nsd001 but company’s service tax regn no. Provided to bank in the invoice by the merchant through his bank is ajqpg1055nsd001. Both the company's service tax regn no. Is different. Merchant tin number was also wrong in the provided invoice; i pointed the same and even provided form xi namely “tin registration form 11 of merchant" with the correct tin number, then also bank didn’t take any step.

In the mswipe receipt and the invoice provide by merchant to master card both the slip have different address of merchant. The mail sent by me to merchant mail id's are getting bounced, web site is not working, none picking the call in customer care number. Apart from that bank is telling me to provide the credit note from merchant than only they can revert the money in my account.

After all the points raised by me on the proof provided by merchant to bank, bank is still supporting to merchant and accepting the fake invoice of merchant which is doing fraud with multiple persons and telling we have validated the proof and we cannot do anything further. I cannot understand what their validation team is doing when i can find several fault with proof of merchant then being the professional the validation team couldn’t validate the documents properly and after raising the issue from my end still not supporting me and supporting the fraud merchant.

I am unable to understand why this bank is having dispute process when they have to support the frauds only and not supporting the legitimate customer.

    Hi,
    I have an outstanding personal loan of 1, 44, 001 and would like to go for foreclosure.
    I requested for a total settlement amount and the bank is charging 6, 797/- as preclosure charges which is really unfair.

    Dear Customer,

    As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint.

    We have raised chargeback for the transaction. If the Acquiring Bank does not claim the transaction, the amount will be credited to your account by August 02, 2017.

    Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.

      Indusind bank have settled international e-transaction for 1000 usd (More than 67k out of 78k limit) on my credit card without having confirmation from my side even i never used my credit card for international transaction and not used for more than 10 k.

      I have not received any message for this transaction and no phone call from authority.

      I am continuously following their concern team but not getting any resolution. They are saying that they are following with merchant bank and if merchant bank shows the document then i will be liable for this transaction.

      Just wanted to highlight that i also raised dispute form within 3 days of time to the indusind bank.

      Could you please help me to get out from this trouble.

        Indusind bank services are too band
        1. No toll-free no. For contact with customer care.
        2. Without any intimation, he debits the amount.
        3.in his authorized center's, no customer support.
        4. Services too slow.
        5. Wrong information sharing with customers always.
        6. Charged invalid amounts.
        7. Atm's not working anywhere.

        On salary debit card, no transaction limit's, but he charged as per his new rules.

            This is bring to your notice that i honey pathak had opened a saving account ([protected]) with indusind bank on february 2016 (Branch-industry house, indore) i got transferred to bhopal and could not continue transactions anymore. Now after one year when i thought of re continuing with the bank by depositing some amount for emi with bajaj finance. I was shocked to know that my credit amount was in negative on charge of non maintenance without any prior information in addition my emi was bounced and i have to pay rs 250/-as penalty (Bouncing charges). We meet branch manager of industry house branch. He denied by refusing and not to take our case. After that, we went to ranisati branch where we meet the branch manager and forwarded our application for the same. Where surety was given for reversal. Since march 2017 to july 2017 we are continuously in contact to the branch but no satisfactory response is there. I request to all higher authorities of indusind bank to kindly co-operate to solve this matter and maintain better relationship in future.

                For cancellation and closing account i have been send mail on 06-feb, 6-march, 14-july.2017. No action is taken till date. From december-16 i never use credit card but ln month of july a statement sent by you for amount of 2131/-. That is totaly wrong. You are requested to close my account and send nodues certificate.                     I had Purchage a Bike No. MP09QQ2718 Through Your Bank in 2015. I Paid the Premium continuosly of this Loan Taken against. after my Bike had theft after few month of purching my Bike. But i paid premium continuosely. when I need NOC Bank Didn't give it. After that I give whole Amount to settlement. in between this period I go to the Branch manager (MR. Suresh Bhati MOB. [protected] and landline No. of branch.[protected] for Hundreds of Time, several Time he didn't Pick my call, Many time go to branch but they give only Date to Date and day to day, and Call to customer care all time they give only Date to Date and day to day but didn't gave me solution. I call and complaint on [protected] Several Time. Once I Talk to Senior Officer Mr. Preetam Gupta In Confrence with Other Officers in Last Six Months they also give me date with complaint No. but didn't get Solution. My last Few Complaint No. is[protected] on Date 22/06/2017.,[protected] on 06/07/17 and[protected] on 13/07/2017 Still I'm Seeking for Solution I Need NOC.

                      Dear all
                      I am chander mohan, and i opened a current account in your bank. I am sorry but i want to say that it is ridiculous experience to have account in your bank.
                      Even i am afraid that you people can take my business in very bad situation.
                      I am trying to my business up but your banking people are trying to shut my business.

                      They have freezed my account and not allow me to transfer funds. I have talked to customer service they do not have solution then i walked to branch, even they people do not have solution even they do not have idea when my account will unfreeze.

                      I really regret to have your bank account to fulfill my this lifetime dream.

                      I really fedup.

                      My customer is asking for product and i am unable to purchase because i am not able to transfer the amount to party due to your dam service.
                      Who will bear the loss, your bank will bear the loss or those banking personal will bear the loss.

                      Banking personal (Jp yadav) said on phone that if you will bring required document in the branch, you're account will unfreeze in 3 hours, but when i walked to the branch he said "aaj ho jaayega nahi to kal subeh hoga"
                      What does it mean?.

                      Please help. Me mr j p yadav is keep saying that "main kuch nahi keh sakta" even today field verification have been done, after that i called him he dropped my call and he does not bother to give me status.

                      Please help me i am not getting solution even positive reply from anyone.

                        Dear sir/ mam
                        I am writing this complaint due to the balance deduction from my account number of indusind saving account of rs 643 for non maintenance charges but issue was related to the guy who picked the call from customer care and said you don't have any pending dues except from rs 35 even they don't know about my charges according to my concern on starting of this month july 17. I asked twice about my concerns but they given me same answer and suddenly one of the amount have debited from my account yesterday. So kindly do the needful for me as soon as possible.

                          I am repeatedly receiving calls frm the said bank on the name of a person unknown to me. I have repeatedly asked them to rectify their database as i am using the sim number since 2008 and that was my company provided number. But no such steps taken from the bank. Now i am on maternity leave post my operative period and regularly receiving such irritated calls during my and by newborn sleep hours which is affecting my baby's sleep.

                            I want to cancel my Indusind credit card which I have taken 20 days back as they have charged joining fee for me and when I checked with my colleague they have issued card without joining fee.
                            I got sms for this month statement with addition of some amount where I have not done any purchase for it. looks something is wrong. As I am not interested in it so want to cancel this credit card.

                              Sir/Madam/ Team,

                              Indusind bank has been harassing me for a due CC bill which is unjustified and false.

                              There was a late payment and annual fee generated by IndusInd bank in 03/09/2016 Credit Card statement. As I was out of station due to personal emergency, I couldn't

                              make the payment on time. I called there helpline & obliged to waive off both the fees if they could, to which they agreed. Helpline agent told me that both the fees

                              will be waived off in the next statement and to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 1357/- which was paid in October 2016.

                              In 03/11/2016 statement, all the charges were reversed but again the statement outstanding was showing Rs. 1963.90/- . When I called helpline agent after the

                              generation of this statement, agent kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected the call. I called them the very same day 4 times but all the agents did

                              almost the same with me by disconnecting my call. Even then next day when I called, agent asked me that he is unable to understand the statement. I got frustrated and

                              disconnected the call. So basically, I never spent anything after September on this card but still I was being charged for some reason which is still unknown to me.

                              Since then till today, I must have received more than 10 calls for this statement bill pay but everytime I have explained the same story to each one of the agents.

                              After listening to my explanation, each agent confirmed me that there are no charges for a Spend but these are only the Charges which are accumulated due to Late

                              Payment and Annual Fees Interest and Service Tax, even when at the first place Agent confirmed that they will waive off both the fees and the statement clearly shows

                              the waive off then why this False Outstanding still exists with IndusInd. Also, FYI, while signing up for this card, I was upfront told that there wont be any Annual

                              Fee for this card.

                              Also, out of those 10 calls, one Agent made me speak to his Manager, his name was Mr. Gupta responsible for Navi Mumbai region. For the matter of fact, he also

                              confirmed that we don't see any spend made by you after September 2016 on this card and amount accumulated due to Late Payment and Annual Fees Interest and Service Tax

                              but again this should have been waived off. Mr. Gupta told me to write an email to "[protected]@indusind.in" stating that I don't wish to pay the outstanding. To this

                              I denied. I being customer have repeated myself more than 10 times then why should I take pain of writing an email for the blunder that was made by IndusInd Bank.

                              In the due course of time, I completely ignored this and yesterday when was I checking my CIBIL rating, it went completely low and I was concerned about it, so I

                              requested for the report. Report clearly showed me an outstanding of Rs. 6810.46/- to IndusInd bank.

                              Just because of IndusInd statement blunder my CIBIL rating got affected which is completely unacceptable.

                              I want the complete amount to be waived off because I have not spent that money and IndusInd internal integrity issues have given rise to this problem which they

                              should fix ASAP. MOREOVER, I WANT MY CIBIL RATING WHICH WAS AFFECTED BY INDUSIND TO BE CORRECTED ON PRIORITY. Also, I am no more interested in being a Customer of this

                              Lethargic Bank.

                              P.S. : If this doesn't gets solved soon, I would not hesitate to file a Penalty Case against IndusInd.

                              Even today I received a call at 12:16pm from number "[protected]" and a lady introduced herself as Sejal from IndusInd Bank Credit Card department. She again asked me when would you be paying our outstanding amount of Rs. 6810.46/-, again I had to repeat my story. This is pathetic, as how many times I have to repeat myself.

                              This time to my surprise this Agent tells me "Sir why don't you pay the minimum due amount and we will waive off all the other charges on it", I told her that "I have not spent an penny on this card then why should I pay", she never had any answer to it and said that "I will update in my system". This clearly states that IndusInd is just putting pressure with increase amount and affecting my CIBIL rating to harass me for Minimum Due amount.

                              I informed Sejal, that I have escalated this to Consumer Complaint but she seemed to ignore that completely and the call got ended.

                              Apart from this I have not received any concerned call from IndusInd.

                              I again received an exact same email from same email address, PFA screenshot. Don't know what IndusInd is upto.

                              Also, I am still receiving text messages from IndusInd bank to pay the due amount and CIBIL rating is still the same.

                              So we are stuck at first step for more than a week now.

                              Team: I am continuously receiving Text Messages ( received today at 6:21AM IST ) ( PFA ) and Emails from IndusInd to pay the money. Its has been more than 20 days launching this complain and I am not sure what IndusInd bank is up to. I have not received any calls from IndusInd. Its just those two emails which said the same thing but there is no further action taken.

                              Maybe, IndusInd is taking this lightly and trying to give a fake satisfaction which will not work here. IndusInd cannot ignore their blunder which has caused hit to my CIBIL rating too. I am not willing to pay a single penny, want my CIBIL rating corrected and also not interested in taking their Credit Card service ahead.

                              Kindly expedite this.

                              On Wednesday I received an email from Mr. Manoj Poojary. After he writing me same thing for four times. I had to reply him over email and then he answered. I am pasting the email below but before that a brief.

                              I am ready to pay the amount of Rs. 643.41/- to IndusInd but what about my CIBIL score which shows still "Defaulted" by IndusInd in "Written Off" section in CIBIL report.

                              I want IndusInd bank to first remove the Default Status from my CIBIL report or give me a written confirmation over it that they shall remove the Default Status after the payment then only i will make the payment.

                              It has come to the harassing point now that you guys are taking so much time to resolve such a petty request. I would not hesitate to file a harassment and penalty case on IndusInd as I am sick of taking followups.

                              Even a week back I received a call from indusind bank to make the payment to 6810/- rupees, so are we back to start line again???

                              At the earliest, do the needful and confirm me over email.
                              1. Clear All dues on my card.
                              2. Correct my CIBIL rating.
                              3. De-Activate this card as I don't need services anymore.

                              I am updating the same conversation on consumer complaints.

                              @Consumer Complaints: I am not getting any response from IndusInd now. Manoj Poojary has vanished from email chain and is no longer replying to my emails. Today also I received call from number [protected] and lady asking me to pay my credit card bill.
                              My loan tenure was 24
                              moth last instalment paid through my sb a/c on feb-2017 my two wheeler registraion no is gj-19-ac-1931, i contanct your bradoli branh in may 2017 but till
                              date i not recepit any document from your end pl.comply as earliar as possible

                                I received a collection call from a specialist on Sunday 2nd July 2017. I informed the person that I had already made the payment and does not wish to receive future calls. Informed her to add to DND. The female argued stating she would call back stating payment was missed. I disconnected the call and she called back. I again disconnected the call and was called again by her . The same thing was repeated again, so when finally I abused her, she said same to you. I blocked the number called customer service to complain about this girl. I requested to speak to the manager and was informed on Sundays managers don't work. This is worst bank I deal with. I want my card to be closed and do not wish to receive any calls form this bank.

                                  Hello,

                                  One month back I got a phone call from indusind bank for taking a credit card. The lady was so nicely explained me about the features of aura credit card. I was already using 2 credit cards(other bank), and I never wanted the 3rd one, but the lady forced me to take 3rd and I agreed just for the sake of meeting her target. After couple of days a person Mr. Satish (mob:[protected]) came to collect the documents. In these 2days, all the credit card team was following up with me for giving the documents and they were so nice all the time. After I gave the documents, after 2/3 phone call verification, I did not get any intimation of my application. I was trying to contact each n every official, but everybody was saying 'me check krta hu', and the sad part was they never turned up and didn't even bother to update me. I am so upset about the way indusind bank is handling the customers. I genuinly feel the bank is only sales target oriented and not the customer service.

                                  Till today I had no clue about my application. Please update me on the same else I have other options to escalate the matter above.

                                  Lost the faith in indusind bank. I will write it everywhere online. Truly frustrated about the service.

                                    Sir My name is Rakshith, Actually i lost my debit card so i blocked it in my indus app and thought to apply for new debit card from the app itself, so while applying its give me an option to select debit card type so i selected premium plus debit card and in the app they didnt mention anything about the charges i thought its free so i applied for it, Once my salary credited in the account they had debited 2875 rupees for that card but still i havent received the debit card and at the same time i called customer care to cancel that card and to refund my money but they said its not possible.Its really pathetic service from them
