Old pl a/c no : 701xxxxxx73
As per my discussion and committed with sales person, for bt (Balance transfer) we won’t charge pre-closing charges and we will charge processing fee.
And we can reduce rate of interest. So i accepted accordingly.
As below, i supposed to get … but not happened. And i requested to sales team (Pl) through email (Fyi, i have attached here). Till now no response through email / phone.
