Emi of my two wheeler loan is not deducted from my bank account since november 2016. Every time the bank executive collecting the emi as cash from my residence.
Despite of my several follow-up with operation head of rourkela branch, nothing development has been seen towards ecs activation. Rather every month the bank people saying that "technical problem" and suggesting to customer that visit your own bank and enquiry about clearance from your bank to activate ecs process.
This is ridiculous; people of the bank (Rourkela branch) really incompetent to resolve the issue.
Pls tell me, is it the customer lookout to enquiry his/her own bank to activate the ecs for loan taken from other bank? Are the concerned people aware about rbi guidelines?
Is not the harassment to customer made by your bank people since last 06 months?
Since last 06 months we are paying emi by cash, while the govt of india. Is taking all initiate towards digital transaction. Is it not the offence to collect emi by cash instead ecs? Already the ecs form has been signed by customer and submitted to bank at the time of document process.
By paying my emi through cash, how can i justify my credibility to bank for further loan, if necessary.
Are your system so inefficient to resolve the issue or you bank people are showing negligence.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We wish to inform you that earlier your ecs mandate was rejected by banker due to customer signature not linked with his bank account, hence every month ecs getting returned.
We request you to update your signature with bank account.
Further, we have received the revised ecs mandate and the same under registration process.
