      Respected SIR /MADAM,
      This is Seetaramaiah Vytla purchased two wheeler by borrowing loan from Induslnd bank in june 2015. I cleared all my dues in time. Bank executives informed that my due date is on 7th of every month. As per their (bank) instructions i have cleared first installment amount Rs 1995/- on 7/7/2015 without fail. Surprisingly Induslnd bank processed my second installment due immediately in the same month i.e on 21/07/2015. And they have charged me saying cheque return. As per bank instructions my second installment date is on 7/8/2015. I have cleared my second installment due amount Rs 1995/- without fail on 7/8/2015. i have cleared all my installments on time without fail. When i visited Induslnd bank on 16/05/2017 executive informed (customer) me saying i was charged penalty for cheque return i.e. On 21/07/2015 for that i have to pay penalty . If i did not clear that amount they will not provide me NOC. As a normal customer i was scared and paid even the said amount in the bank. But later when i verified all my statements i came to know that bank executives had cheated me. I immediately approached one of the executive they told it was technical problem so they (bank) will revert back the amount. And executive informed me to provide details to the person name Mr. Anil and provided contact number ([protected]) as per their instructions i had a conversation over phone with Mr.Anil and as per his instruction i have messaged my details to Mr.Anil ([protected]) attaching screen shot of message. After that several times i tried to contact them and even visited the bank and requested them about the charges. But they are not responding properly with the customers, they bluntly saying approach court nothing to do with us (bank). Now today i.e is on 28/06/2017 when i approached bank again to collect NOC and enquired about this cheque return charges they(Bank representatives) are saying customer will be responsible for technical problem we will not return the penalty amount they bluntly saying approach court nothing to do with us (bank) . As a common man i was unfairly cheated by bank with out my mistake. Eventually i paid all the installments in time with out any due and still unfairly payed extra penality . For bank technical problem in what way customer will be responsible . . Requesting for the justice to return my charges back for loss and mental pressure i was faced when i came to know that i was dishonestly cheated by bank. Attaching all the related proofs.

        Dear sir,
        I have a given complaint on credit card and my card is blocked. Not known reasons.
        The complaint is:
        1. I paid rs 15000/- to credit card 3-6-2017 through your indusind bank atm on at guntur arundelpet branch.
        2. The amount is debited from my sb account immediately.
        3. I got sms that the amount is credited into my a/c on 6-6-2017.
        4. Where this amount from 3-6-2017 to 6-6-2017?
        5. I requested for revised statement with amount paid by me.
        6. Then your staff deleted the statement in mail and sent sms that the credit card is blocked
        7. I never asked to delete my card.
        My amout is in card card and lot of reward points. Please transfer those to my sb a/c and close the card as for your wish
        Never expected this type of indecent action from bank

          Hi

          The credit card online statement shows dual entry of the same value and just a few second difference. After speaking with customer care, they asked to raise a dispute by filling in the dispute form and send to premium. [protected]@indusind.com which was done on 13th june

          There was no acknowledgement even after several reminder mails...
          Even no revert from nodal officer email id. [protected]@indusind.com

          Seems indusind is here just to harass and give mental torture to their customers.

          Neither maharaja bhog cares, nor there is any revert on the mail sent to premium. [protected]@indusind.com or the nodal officer

          I would like to know from indusind how they cleared the payments twice to maharaja bhog when signature was mandatory on my credit card.

          The worst customer care i have seen and the least they bother about customer issues..

          For others who are viewing this link, i would suggest to stop using this card if you have it... And surely i wont recommend a premuim indusind cards in my network.

            After so many calls to customer care of indusind bank, i didn't get any positive response from urs bank and all time u make me fool by saying that i get my coupon within 24 hours but all these statement was fals i didn't get any coupon code from urs side and after time period of 15 days when today morning when i again call urs bank i get the same statement now i m fed up of all these i m complaining against ur bank that u make fool of customer by making all these false promises, so i want my issue clear asap or otherwise i fill go further and make this huge issue.

              After so many calls to customer care i did not received my gift coupon that was promised to me after opening savings account in indus ind bank.
              On every call executives assure me that i will get my coupon within 24 hours but all these statements were wrong and now i feel that all this was just a tantrums to make customers and nothing else. I feel very sorry and disappointed by the customer service of the bank. Bank has also issued me my request no. As[protected] after almost 10 calls and everytime only one line they used to say "sir you will get your coupon within 24 hours"and i didn't get that till now.

                  Emi of my two wheeler loan is not deducted from my bank account since november 2016. Every time the bank executive collecting the emi as cash from my residence.

                  Despite of my several follow-up with operation head of rourkela branch, nothing development has been seen towards ecs activation. Rather every month the bank people saying that "technical problem" and suggesting to customer that visit your own bank and enquiry about clearance from your bank to activate ecs process.

                  This is ridiculous; people of the bank (Rourkela branch) really incompetent to resolve the issue.

                  Pls tell me, is it the customer lookout to enquiry his/her own bank to activate the ecs for loan taken from other bank? Are the concerned people aware about rbi guidelines?

                  Is not the harassment to customer made by your bank people since last 06 months?

                  Since last 06 months we are paying emi by cash, while the govt of india. Is taking all initiate towards digital transaction. Is it not the offence to collect emi by cash instead ecs? Already the ecs form has been signed by customer and submitted to bank at the time of document process.

                  By paying my emi through cash, how can i justify my credibility to bank for further loan, if necessary.

                  Are your system so inefficient to resolve the issue or you bank people are showing negligence.

                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                    My name is bhagyaradhi im from hyderabd i had taken a personal loan and credit card from indusind bank. Now the problem is im facing some financial crisis since two months and im unable to pay the emi and credit card dues. Bt still im ready to pay all the dues with penalty charges after two months of time, but ur collection team specially mr ajit from hyderabad is harrassing me to pay the dues immediately even he is offering me to take gold loan in manapuram and pay his due amount. Is this the way to treat ur customer when they are in crisis? Even i had taken personal loans from hdfc bank and same i had told to them and they were ready to give me time to repay the dues, but ur people (Ajit and some telecallers) harassing and abusing in unparliamentary way. If this will continue then i have take leagal action for harrasment. Plz take some action on him and stop harrasing me. So that atleast i can have some good opinion on indusind bank which im having now with hdfc bank.

                      Terrible customer service with a phone line that either puts me on hold for 10 minus or is impossible to get through. They ask you to use the online services but it doesn't have even a simple functionality of allowing me to cancel their useless credit card, which is supposed to be platinum, no less.

                      Additionally, they promised to not levy any joining fees and now i see a charge of 900 against my card. Their website is terrible and i have no clue how much i need to pay to clear my balance.

                      I'm sticking with icici bank. Word of advice - stay away from indusind

                      This left such a bitter taste that I canceled my card and closed this account. It's a pity that they weren't as responsive as they were AFTER I had to post my complaint here. A few other things: 1. Their web interface is terribly dated and left me with worries on its security and future usability (for instance, it is impossible to schedule payments on billers (or, at least, they make it very hard to do that)). 2. I'm 100% certain that the sales agents they used to collect my forms etc have "sold" my contact details to scamming telemarketers. Thanks to this, I'm now bombarded with 100s of msgs and calls daily.

                        I had been given a credit card promising the card is a lifetime free card and also when there were initially charges levied the executive who had sold me the card paid the amount in cash at some of the branch and later there were just charges on charges and now to my surprise the amount is huge and reflecting in my cibil due to mistake of mine. Please reverse the charges and get it updated on my cibil

                          Never bank with this branch. I am a privileged customer to the bank. But as i have not fulfilled some personal interest of the branch manager, i am not able to receive any cheque book. I have been threatened by some senior members, that they shall block my bank account by putting some unnecessary reasons, if i escalate this matter further to higher authorities.

                            My card has approved and sent through courier but i have not received my card yet... Got a call from delivery boy twice but not received and indusind send me the first statement of rs 1100 something. Now i don't understand how. When i don't have card how can they make statement of rs 1100 something when the card is free for first year. I have dropped lots of escalation emails and follow up email but never received any reply from them. However they have tat for 3 days to reply on all email.

                              This is note that i am calling to customer care but no one bohtr to pick up the call since half an hour of continuous call. So bad impression i hav got with this. What if customer is in a problem with his account like fraud. Really pathetic

                                  This is inform you that i received call from mrs. Chhaya (Mob. No. [protected]) for platinum aura card with bt option, i confirmed so many time that bt (Balance transfer) option available then i will proceed for credit card and she confirm me that option is available in this card also his senior commit me that option is available but when i confirm from bank (Customer care), they told me this option not available for any credit card in indusind bank.

                                  After discussion with senior they told me option available in his system so i asked to send a mail to me because already i was stitched up with same commitment so he told me "don't waist my time as well as yours, don't apply with rudely".

                                  So i request you don't call me for make credit card and take strong action against wrong commitment.

                                        I have opened an online savings account and made a payment of rs.10000. But i was not satisfied with the benefits so i told to refund my money. But already 10 days over but still i didn't get my refund. I have already registered 4 complaints by calling customer care but they are telling sorry for the inconveniences and wait for 2 working days. But i have waited for 10 days still also they are telling the same thing. I am fed up of this. Pls help me out of this and refund my money...
