At 4 april 2017, some unauthorised transaction had been made by my indusind debit card, i am wondering from this date that how it can be done when all banks(including indusind) sending otp before every transaction made, i think because of techanical fault of indusind otp my money had gone, my money should be refunded.
btw two amounts from that all amounts refunded, i dont know how, so when 2 amounts can be refunded other amounts should also be refunded, right?
