At 4 april 2017, some unauthorised transaction had been made by my indusind debit card, i am wondering from this date that how it can be done when all banks(including indusind) sending otp before every transaction made, i think because of techanical fault of indusind otp my money had gone, my money should be refunded.

btw two amounts from that all amounts refunded, i dont know how, so when 2 amounts can be refunded other amounts should also be refunded, right?

    I made an FD on 17 Feb but I didnt receive my FD deposit receipt with AWB no [protected] (Overnite ).
    But it is showing delivered to somebody Pramod in Chandigarh. I dont know who is he and why is he having my account informations?

    I ordered indusind to check this on urgent basis but 2 mnths are about to finish, i am still not provided any resolution. I got a complaint no from Indusind bank but it was of no use. They are not giving me any proper resolution. I want my FD receipt with me

    Team indusind, one of your contact person has already contacted me but till date i have not being provided any resolution. 2 mnths are gone, If any fraud happens to my account, only indusind will be accountable for this. Indusind will pay me each penny if any malfunction happens. Listen carefully. Also, if i didnt receive my FD with is in chandigarh with someone else withing 3 business days, you will have to pay me as a waiver at least of rs 1 lac for all this disturbance and mentally pressure. This amount will increase with the each passing day. Or just give me my FD ... you people dont understand, somebody is having my all account details including my name, address, fd number and everything else. just stop sending any further correspondence to me on my address except this one which i want in my hand in any case, with a submission from chandigarh person that he has not done anything and will not do anything wrong in future.

      Opened Saving Account with Indus Ind Bank, Lucknow . Got a Credit Card ( Privileged One ) with travel and hotel codes. Since 4 months running after the bank as the codes are invalid. Bank says if codes are wrong/invalid, bank is not responsible. Local Manager informs HQ Mumbai that issue resolved but Local and Mumbai Offices are not replying to emails now.

      Beware of this Bank. They will scam you very big

        Website: Request for refund of penalty and other charges

        I have paid the due amount of my credit card before the due date, but by mistake that amount was credited to another credit card which is now cancelled. While the payment was made there was no prompt that it was a cancelled card and the payment was accepted by the bank. The bank has accepted the fact and confirmed that the they will reverse it. However they have charged about Rs, 1000/- extra combining various heads of penalty, for a paltry bill amount of Rs, 2090.00. In spite of all my requests the penalty has not been withdrawn, and the card is still blocked.
        I don't find any reason why they will require four days to adjust the payment for the fund lying with them, while all electronic transactions are effected instantly in every other case.

        I did not receive any response to my complaint from Indusind bank. The bank had confirmed in their message dated 6th April, 2017 sent to my mobile that they would refund the amount within 4 working days, Their reference no. is [protected]. But till date I have not received any communication from them in this matter. In the meantime I have paid the entire amount due to the bank except the amount already paid earlier. It is surprising to note that I did not receive any message against that payment from the bank. Earlier they used to call me about the payment but after that payment was made by me the bank is totally mum in this matter. On the other hand I have on date received a message that a credit card statement has been sent to my email address against that old card showing a credit balance, which indicates that they did not respond to my request. Please note that Bank did not send me any statement of that credit card after the new one was issued, which I told them to cancel with immediate effect. My userID of their internet banking has been locked by them, as a result I could not see the latest position of the account. I am just wondering how a responsible bank can do such things.

          I withdrew Rs 10000 by using IndusInd bank ATM on 9th of February but my account got debited for Rs 20000 . I called upon IndusInd bank customer care and filed the complaint 3-4 days later when I get to know about the double debit . Customer care executive gave me time of 7-10 working days for the resolution of the complaint . i called again after that and got the same response, I called a number of times again but still my complaint is not resolved . Few days back they called me up and denied it that they cant solve it only, they are helpless. Still my payment is blocked and I am clueless that how to get it back and the bank has denied returning it back.

            Mr Agarwal, indus ind bank is one of bank assurer approved by IRDA to sell life/general/health policies to its customers & public & as soon as policy is issued there ends the matter & bank is having no say in the matters of claims/receipt of policy document/cancellation of policy. Terms & conditions of policy only prevails on you as well as insurer. Pl correspond with insurer reg claims.

                Three fraudulent transaction happened on my travel card in USD on 29th Nov 2016. Bank took 4 months to say that they are helpless and no refund has been made. The response from Bank (RR Nagar Branch, Bangalore) - from Branch Manager to Nodal officer is so pathetic and unprofessional. I lost the money and I strongly advise people to avoid IndusInd Bank - Fraudulent transactions or poor services do happen in other bank, but the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the Bank staff is very unique to this bank.
                In fact in another incident, in Oct'16, my personal data was shared by bank people to a third party and I had tough time in resolving the matter with the Bank
                Bottom line, the process and security system at IndusInd Bank is very bad and public should avoid this bank
                I have sent a mail to ombudsman and till date no reply - sorry state of affair.

                  I withdrawn 5000 rs from sbi atm near chowkandi road tilak nagar and it is deducted from account but machine shows time out. same day i complaint to bank and they said that you will get your money in next 7-10 days which is on 23rd but that when i called they denied and said cash has been collected from Atm. This incident happens on 10th of march and still facing problem.

                    I have indusind bank saving since 2014 but its blocked due to residential address failed. But no came for address verification the told that there no body staying in that particular address. so that reason i visit the branch 21/03/2017 complain no.49321147 & i submitted all the required doc & they told me resolve by 2 working days after that nothing happen. so i have visited again they with in 1 hours it will be done ( complain number[protected].

                        निवेदन है कि मैं श्री मुक्तसर साहिब (पंजाब) से जसप्रीत सिंह बात कर रहा हूं, मेरे दो भाईयों के आपके बैंक से हीरो कंपनी के दो व्हीकल के दो लोन (मैजिस्ट्रो- व बाइक) चल रहे है, जोकि अंतिम माह में है। लेकिन दुखत बात है कि स्थानीय स्तर पर तैनात कौलेक्टर मैन रिकवरी के लिए अभद्र व्यवहार करते है। आज ही स्थानीय दफ्तर से आए मुलाजिम सुखजीत सिंह (निवासी गांव चक्क जानीसर) ने ना सिर्फ अभद्र व्यवहार ही किया बल्कि गलत शब्दावली का भी प्रयोग किया। हालांकि इसके एवज में स्थानीय दफ्तर मैनेजर त्रिप्तदीप सिंह ढिल्लों ने फोन पर हमसे गलती फील की है। परंतु महोदय यदि ऐसे मुलाजिम इस तरह से कस्टमर से पेश आएंगे तो आपकी कंपनी पर कौन भरोसा करेगा। निदेवन है कि हम कार्रवाई की आशा करते है।

                          I wish to bring to your kind notice that, from my experience with your personal loan team. It shows their irresponsibility and untruthful one. I am telling from the bottom of my heart, your people make me fool. Your customer care service is very poor and it will give bad sign for future.

                          Your officials asking me “ why you pay the monthly EMI properly for the past four months”. Is being good is a bad thing? Is you taught to your officials to deal like this.
                          By this way of behaving you will lost all your customers. Be careful Don’t cheat the another one, like me.

                          I am not interesting to continue for 12 months with your services for fore closure. so kindly make formalities for fore –closure of my personnel loan as earlier. If you can do something in favor of me kindly foreclose the loan. Please waive off the 4 % foreclosure charges it's a humble request to the IndusInd bank .

                            I have a so called "Exclusive Account" with the new friends colony branch, New Delhi of Indusind. Where supposedly you are meant to get very good service as were promised at the time of account opening. But in reality the branch manager Ritu Sokhi and the RMs only call you till they are interested in making commissions from your investmnets. They will pester you and make you invest in the wrong options just for making higher commissions. I was committed the wrong lock-in tenure as well as returns on investmnet products. After that they even refuse to answer calls or respond to emails as I have experienced leave alone provide any kind of service. Difficult to imagine that if such is the treatment to a so called "Exclusive Account" holder in this bank how they treat their normal account holders. So basically it is a scamster bank from which I would advise customers to stay away.

                              Hi
                              I have opted for 2 wheeler loan from this bank, they have informed me that they will take money on 7th of every month but they have processed at the earliest before 1st of the month that is they have processed at the end of previous month & when I called customer cart to enquire about this there is no proper response very rude to the customers.

                                I did a transaction of Rs36000 to the merchant named Jukaso on 2nd Oct 2016. I asked for services but I did not receive any kind of service from the merchant. so I requested for chargeback and filled the dispute form of indusind bank in the month of November. I submitted all the documents which were asked by the bank as a proof. Bank told me this is a 90 days procedure. Now it has been more than 100 days and still this issue is under process.

                                Somewhere in this process, I came to know from the merchant that merchant's bank has already credited the amount to indusind suspense a/c on 16th Jan 2017. Indusind bank sent an Email to me on 10th March 2017 that I was liable to pay the amount but they were still investigating and they would get back to me in some days. I tried contacting them via emails and calls but they are not responding at all.

                                Now I seriously want to know, what they are investigating. I am just fed up of this bank and its services. They are just fooling people around. unnecessarily I am paying my emi with interest. Pathethic bank with pathetic services.

                                  Hi,

                                  I got the info from naukri.com for vacancy in INDUSIND BANK as an RELATIONSHIP OFFICER/AQUISITION MANAGER.

                                  So, I called on given number, I got the info to come in office which belongs to consultancy firm (CAC) in Dwarka More, New Delhi. They said the registration amount will be Rs.750/- and then have to pay Rs. 20000/- during the day to fill the joining kit.

                                  Please kindly guide me that is this is the actual procedure or its a fake.

                                    Personal loan foreclosure charges waiver

                                    I have taken personal one year back for some personal reason. And now I want to close the personal loan .The total remaining amount is approx 850000 rs and bank is asking for 4 % foreclosure charges I.e. approx 34000 rs. I am unable to pay this much additional foreclosure charges as penalty. I am a single parent who have responsibility of whole family and unable to pay this much amount as penalty. Please waive off the foreclosure charges...

                                      I'm an existing customer of IndusInd bank since last 4-5 years. I ordered a jeans online from myntra and cancelled it on[protected]. I was supposed to get the refund of Rs. 419 into my account within 7-10 working days. And I yet haven't received my refund. I queried the myntra team from where I came to know that the refund is already credited by their side. For the same I called the customer care service on[protected] where an executive transferred my call to speak to the representative but it took 20 minutes and I didn't get any response. This is very upsetting if the customer care services are going to help in a certain manner. I want to know the status of the refund and request you to refund into my account possibly by the earliest. It would be really great of you.

                                      Kindly help me with this and looking forward for the response.
