Last 18th march2017 i have settled full amount for my lone and closed lone... But they didn't give my noc till now... When i ask in my home branch officer they didn't response properly...     I have opened an online savings account and made a payment of rs.10000. But i was not satisfied with the benefits so i told to refund my money. But already 10 days over but still i didn't get my refund. I have already registered 4 complaints by calling customer care but they are telling sorry for the inconveniences and wait for 2 working days. But i have waited for 10 days still also they are telling the same thing. I am fed up of this. Pls help me out of this and refund my money...

      Dear sir,

      I am working in indusind bank pvt limited.
      I served there for 13 months and they given confirmation letter last month

      But suddenly they called and asked my cast, and my cast was sc... Due to this with improper reson they terminated me

      The simple reason they saying past company documents was fake they are saying.. I given clear report also again but still they terminated.. Recently i was married.. I don't know what to do

        I am a new customer (Member) of indusind credit card bank. I received this card in last week 20th may 2017. I have received a call from mr. Ashish at jaipur branch & he told me that induslnd credit card is free of cost no joining fee & no annual fee but i have received a bill of credit card in that bill
        Joining fee : 699
        Card annual fee : 200
        Service tax : 134.85

        And its bill date is 23rd june 2017. I don't want to this card & induslnd bank service so exit my account from induslnd bank. Its a very big fraud with customer you guys are chiter. You do foolish the customer on your call & after that you sent bill to him/her. Mr ashish contact number is : [protected]

          I am a new customer (Member) of indusind credit card bank. I received this card in last week 23 May 2017. Mr. Rohit at Pune branch he has called me and convenced me to be a member of indusind credit card bank, he gave me a fake (incorrect) information. So I am afraid to stay with this bank in future for this reason. Rohit (sale exacative) told me that you will get Rs 2000 polo wrist watch as a gift and one time yearly fee Rs 575 and you can able to pay it after 2 months of joining but today i got a message from indusind credit card branch to pay your one time yearly fee Rs 575 before due date of 23 Jun 2017 so given information is not matching still I do not received any Pollo Rs 2000 wrist watch but i received a message of Rs 575 on time. I have called many time to Rohit (sale exacative) on his given mobile whats no. [protected] he didnt received my call and I have messaged to him on whatsup he read all messages but didnot reply me on my messages, when he needed my documents he asked me to whats up all documents on given no. hence I want to close (Exit) my credit card membership form this bank immediately please take an action and help me on this.

          Indusland Bank is yet to send me the Credit Card, however, before the Credit card comes in, they have sent a statement with Rs. 575 showing as due, whereas I am still to receive the Credit Card.

          There is no one to receive calls when you call the Customer Service number.

          Please stay away from such bank.

            Hello,

            I haven't opted for Indusind credit card. Initially they convinced me to give proofs by telling attractive offers and they mentioned this offer is specially for all Robert bosch employees. Once after given the proof they not ignored all the offers so I decided to revert my request and told customer care of indusind to remove my credit card request and many times on verification and customer calls I told to remove my request. But they dispatched credit cards and I returned the same without getting it.. So still now haven't received or holding any credit card from the indusind bank. But they are sending credit card statements and insisting for payments. Request you to take this complaint and resolve this issue.

              I have a Indusind Bank Platinum credit card. There is an offer on the credit card where you get 1 on 1 free movie tickets. But whenever I try to book the tickets on bookmyshow it says quota for the day has exhausted. Even I had tried at 12 AM still the same message. I have tired to contact Indusind Bank on the same and they said we issue quota randomly on any time in a day. That is cheating with customers as we cannot keep on trying 24 hrs for just one free ticket. They charge huge fees for the card but no service.

                    My name is nanda kumar n from bangalore, and this is regarding my two wheeler loan noc. I taken two wheeler loan from indusind bank ltd, loan no. Kbb0913h vehicle no. Ka 04 hn 4103, i cleared the last balance amount of rs. 1020/- at mathikere, yeshwanthpur branch. One of the executives said you’ll be receiving the noc with in 21 working days. The amount was paid on[protected]. So after 21 days which was on[protected], i went to the same branch on 28th to check whether the noc has come or not, they said your request has not been updated, so come after another 21 working days. So again i went on[protected], they again said its not come, as soon as it comes we will call you. Please let me know when will i get the noc as i have to sell the vehicle to pay the admission fees of my children.

                    One more thing i would like to bring to your notice is the the attitude of the executives is not at all to the standards of your company, which i seen in high esteem. I request you again take some necessary action for getting my noc as soon as possible.

                            I am writing this mail regarding bad services provide by bank customer care.

                            First incident.
                            On dtd.23 may 2017 i have lost my wallet which contain indusind debit and credit card, which i was blocked on same day, very next day i was request for basic new debit card on 24 may 2017 to customer care, but rather than taking my request those people was explained me premium debit card plan, for which i was already told them not interested, for about it those people waste my one and half our after that my request accept

                            Second incident
                            On dtd.25 may 2017 i got call from your customer care for cpp (Card protection policy), i was told them not interested for the same, but after two hour i got message with ccp policy number. I. E. 51641302.
                            Today (26 may 2017), when i was called to customer care regarding this, they provide me one toll free number [protected] and told me that i have to call on this number and cancelled the same.
                            I am not getting one thing that when i was not request for any type of policy than why you people deduct cpp policy amount from my account.

                                  I have a s/b account no.[protected] at your kankurgachi branch, kolkata and i made a request for closing of my above acoount as i am an nri. The request are made about 15 days ago but the branch people are doing nothing though i am sending my representative daily. As i am going out of india again tomorrow but i do not know when they will close my account and by their this act i have to loose 10-15 thousand rupees which is lying in the account. God knows why the bank staff are doing so, would you kindly help me?

                                    My name is Rudra Charan Rout having savings account no[protected] with joda branch (000218), orissa.
                                    One of the sales executive came to me regarding insurance policy on 29 Dec 2016. I have agreed for insurance policy and signed accordingly without seeing the contents. On 31 Dec 2016 I am surprised to see my mini statement that the amount is deducted against issuance of platinum premier card (transaction I'd -[protected]).
                                    When I complained to authority, they assured that they will look into the matter & if the same happened the amount will be revered.
                                    One more thing the name which embossed on the card is also wrongly written (Rudra charan Patra instead of Rudra charan rout ).
                                    I complained for amount refund vide complaint no[protected] date 10th April 2017 over telephone. Nobody contacted me since then, seems like they stopped the process.

                                    Please look into the matter.

                                      EMI of my two wheeler loan is not deducted from my bank account since November 2016. Every time the bank executive collecting the EMI as cash from my residence.

                                      Despite of my several follow-up with Operation head of Rourkela Branch, nothing development has been seen towards ECS activation. Rather every month the bank people saying that "Technical Problem" and suggesting to customer that visit your own bank and enquiry about clearance from your bank to activate ECS process.

                                      This is ridiculous; People of the bank (Rourkela Branch) really incompetent to resolve the issue.

                                      Pls tell me, is it the customer lookout to enquiry his/her own bank to activate the ECS for Loan taken from other bank? Are the concerned people aware about RBI guidelines?

                                      Is not the harassment to customer made by your bank people since last 06 months?

                                      Since last 06 months we are paying EMI by cash, while the Govt of India. is taking all initiate towards digital transaction. Is it not the offence to collect EMI by cash instead ECS? Already the ECS form has been signed by customer and submitted to bank at the time of document process.

                                      By paying my EMI through cash, how can I justify my credibility to bank for further Loan, if necessary.

                                      Are your system so inefficient to resolve the issue or you bank people are showing negligence.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      With reference to your last communication on dated.17.05.2017, and since more than a month, neither there is any development nor any official update has been received by me.

                                      Again and again the representative from bank is knocking my door to collect EMI by cash. The bank people unable to clarify us to resolve the issue. Rather they are suggesting me to contact H.O for any development.

                                      ITS A TOTALLY GROSS HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMER, WHICH CAN'T BE TOLERABLE FURTHER.

                                      So, again requesting you to look into the matter asap, and let me update.

                                        Few months back the guy named Rehman called me and lured me false promises for selling his Credit Card Product. The details that he gave me were as follows:
                                        1. I will get 2500 rewards points as joining Bonus.
                                        2. On referral of another friends I will earn 5000 points for referring 3 friends, which I did successfully.
                                        3. I will earn 12 reward points on every Rs.100 spent.
                                        4. Every weekends there will be offers for Movies, I will get 1 ticket free on purchase of one movie ticket.
                                        5. I will get full point redemption on Fuel purchase. i.e. I will get 500 points on every Rs.500 spent on fuel purchase at any petrol pump.
                                        6. I will get an original Provogue Watch worth rs.2999 as joining bonus and also some other attractive gifts for referral along with the above mentioned points.
                                        7.He did discuss about the joining fees but as mentioned from the earlier discussion it seemed that I can easily reverse back my charges of the joining fees of credit card.

                                        Each and every details mentioned above is 100 percent as per the discussion with your sales person selling credit cards by telecalling.

                                        Ever since I received my Credit card his mobile is switched Off and since past few days his number is said to be non-existent.

                                        I Closed my loan last month February 10, . The amount is debited from my account on the same date. The why loan closed only on March 15 ? why I need to pay for bank delay in process?
