Dear sir/mam,
I am writing this mail regarding bad services provide by bank customer care.
First incident.
On dtd.23 may 2017 i have lost my wallet which contain indusind debit and credit card, which i was blocked on same day, very next day i was request for basic new debit card on 24 may 2017 to customer care, but rather than taking my request those people was explained me premium debit card plan, for which i was already told them not interested, for about it those people waste my one and half our after that my request accept
Second incident
On dtd.25 may 2017 i got call from your customer care for cpp (Card protection policy), i was told them not interested for the same, but after two hour i got message with ccp policy number. I. E. 51641302.
Today (26 may 2017), when i was called to customer care regarding this, they provide me one toll free number [protected] and told me that i have to call on this number and cancelled the same.
I am not getting one thing that when i was not request for any type of policy than why you people deduct cpp policy amount from my account.
