I am a customer of indusind bank. Currently i am holding a credit card (Card# [protected]). I would like to highlight a point here that i have been cheated by on of your representative (Name: hia, mob: [protected]). Below i have descrived the issue that i have faced.

During feb 2017 end i got a call from hia (The representative) for a credit card which is having a 500 rupees enrollment fee but i disagree to take the card as i was looking for a free card. Then she said that she will manage to make the card free for me and the enrollment fee will be paid by her, so i agreed upon her commitment and took the card stating on the document that the enrollment fee will be paid by myself. But when the first bill was generated i found that the enrollment fee has been applied. Therefor i called her and she said that yes that the charge will be applied to the card but i dont need to pay the fee as she will be paying it.

On the date of due date i. E 25-apr-2017, i called her again to pay the fee but she said that she could not pay the amount as she hasn't got the salary yet and requested me to pay the amount and she will definately return the money once she will get the salary on may-2017. Hence i paid the amount.

But since 5th may 2017 i am constantly trying to reaching her and she is not even responding to my calls and messages.

I have all the chats that she commit on the enrollment fee payment that i can share as proof.

I am really feeling like cheating and would like to take leagal action agains her if not taken by your company. And offcource i am going to close the relationship with your bank just because of this fraud behaviour.

I dont know if prevelage you provide to your customer but this small things are ruining your brand.

I have not received any service for the transaction worth of 80000/- so i would like to go for dispute against country vacations merchant. please help me the same.
I was promised while applying for credit card that all my payments above 5000 will be converted to emi. I have made a purchase of 70000 nd want to convert to emi but now they are saying offer is not available. I cannot pay the entire amount in one go. Please help or else i would have yo discontinue the card.

    While providing the cc induslnd executive told me the below benefits will be present on your card: life time free card no joining fees lounge access bms buy 1 get 1 offer and many more i asked him to send me a documented details about the above offers then he assured me that once the card will be delivered mail will be sent from induslnd official id. Its been 2 weeks i received the card, but i did not get any mail. I called customer care no [protected] and they told me that there are no such offers available on the card issued to me. They took a complain from me on 2nd may with complain id - 65124 and told me that concerned team will get back to me in 4-5 days. On 5th may the bank has sent the statement of rs.575 as joining fees. Again i tried to contacted induslnd and now they are telling that i will be getting a call in another 3 days from their team. I do not want use cc anymore and just want to get rid of this fraud bank.

      This is my mobile no. Is [protected] our card register no. My card no. Is 8005 last issue bill on 3rd may -2017 in this mention of late payment charges rs.1971 approx. But i have paid before due date my due date is 23rd every month but i have paid 21st april as per statement rs.4897 aprox. Rs.124 service tax amount included in current month start but i have no any ideas so fall of payment than i ready to pay rs.124 + interest but you have penalty rs. 2000 aprox.. Please check and waiver of in my card please...

      The loan amount already paid for Loan No - B.D.I.O - 1585H for purchasing Bike in finance, but still yet NOC is not received.
      Once again please do not do not provide mobile numbers
      and be warned of fishing attackers to pay amount to rbiauthorization.com
      I had purchased TVS SPORT two wheeler vehicle in finance from INDUSIND BANK, Dhanbad Branch, Jharkhand on Dt - 12.06.2014 having loan No - B.D.I.O. 1585H & I had already cleared my loan amount by paying last EMI on Dt- 09.05.2016. But still yet I have not received my NOC.

          2 months back i have purchased indusind platinum credit card for which i have paid 899 + taxes yearly charge. At the time of purchase executive said u will get 1 on 1 movie ticket on this card if you buy movie ticket via bookmyshow. Till now i have tried booking ticket through bms at different time zone 12am, 12 pm, early morning late night but never got this offer everytime it gives message maximum limit of this offer exceed please try after 20min.

          Its a fraud either by indusind or bms.

            I mr. Balu mahadu agale is a account holder of indusind bank ghatkopar, mumbai branch.
            This is my salary account but left job i not used said account from 2012.in last month i received bank statement till 31 mar 2017 (Copy attached). This statement found zero balance, so i visit nearest branch to close this unused account. Bank check & asked this is inactive acct & found its negative balance is -10087/- rs. So, i complaint against branch through customer care about this negative amount (Complaint no. Is[protected]. Bank officer mr. Raju polu asked this is bank policy.
            So, plz help me about why i responsible to pay above negative amount.in during this time no such message or statement about my account is in negative balace till date.

              I was approached by indusind bank credit card team for applying a credit card and they showed me features of a card having extra reward points and movie tickets offer. But when i received the card was with no such features and i have raised a complaint for the same on 27 th over mail. I got a reply that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days... No one contacted still and i complained over phone in the given customer care no and still no one responded. Now they have send me a credit card bill for 1k which is card fee... I will not be paying this since i don't want this card.

              It was a really bad experience with them need this to be resolved quickley.

                  I got a call from a number +[protected] and they told me to visit Shree jee recrutment 1St floor pp chember mall near kdmc office dombivili east (Thane District, State Maharashtra) and meet hr reshma.
                  And when I went they took 500Rs from me telling me that they have opening for casher in Indusind bank. The dombivili branch number is[protected].
                  I think they have big racket and doing fraud on the name of various companies and Bank
                  Kindly track down the racket and take strict action and give punishment to the people involve in it

                    Previous month someone stolen my debit card so I applied for new one. They told that now you can only apply for a platinum debit card and cut around Rs. 2800/- and given a voucher for 2500.
                    I opt for yatra.com voucher because I wanted to book my tickets on train, but they didn't clarify me that the voucher will be valid for booking flights and hotels only. And if I am going to book flight ticket on Yatra it is showing Rs 1500 more than other site.
                    I called customer care they told that they can't change the voucher for taking some other service.

                    I got the worst experience from this bank.

                      Credit card has been blocked yet I didn't receive the card...

                      Got a message from bank that indusind credit card has been approved yesterday and your card will be dispatched within 5 working days... Today (03/05/2017) received a message and any email from bank that your credit card has been blocked... My application reference number is 2395598... I called customer care and they are not aware about this... Could you please look into this matter and tell me the current status and why i received that message...

                      Hello Sir,
                      I would like to bring your attention towards the transaction of 7, 000 inr, I went to atm around 7:00 Am on 27th April 2017, as soon as I entered the required details in atm (Sector 14 gurgaon) atm did made a sound of counting the notes, but it hanged up and didn't dispensed the cash.
                      So, I tried again which showed me Insufficient funds.
                      I asked the guard, he said there is a server problem, and he restarted the machine.
                      I went back home, and found that refund of 7, 000 was showing in the transactions, but balance was still 31.55, so I called your customer support, executive told me that amount went to lean amount.

                      After sometime I again checked my transaction history and it showed another transaction of debit of 7, 000.

                      I called indusind again and they had to clue where the amount is, I asked them about the lean amount, they said there is no lean amount now.

                      Request you to refund my 7, 000 asap, as it is causing mental agony and harassment now.

                      Issue solved, but what about the mental agony I have gone through, it was purely a inconvenience which caused harassment. Not going to use indusind for any transaction now.
                      I have applied for Indusind Credit card ( VISA CARD ) with no annual maintenance charges. But I have been issued MASTER CARD ( PLATINUM ) instead of VISA Credit card, which is chargeable. As such, it is requested that either my Master card ( Platinum) be replaced with VISA Card or Master Card issued to me earlier be cancelled immediately.
                      Some one called me from the Number [protected], and asking my card number

                      I got this call around 2.10 PM on[protected]

                      Please investigate

                        I request him multiple times that i am not interested but still he is calling with different numbers.
                        Infact i registered my complaint to him again and again but still the issue is same.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to inform you, you staff at trichy-cantonment branch (Tamilnadu) sri n vignesh got married with r krishnapriya (My sister daughter) as register marriage without known to both of their families. Date of marriage : 13.4.2017, they called for compromise from the girl side, and accepted for formal marriage. Inspite of that, the girl krishnapriya escaped from home at madurai with n vignesh on 26.04.2017, due to family status no complaint given in police. They are planning for something like living together. But saying she is in hostel now. Still we dont know about where she is staying. Since it is a hostel, she is residing in night only. Daytime we dont know the status of them.

                          Even though it is their personal, the integrity of staff working in banking sector is important. We as parent no way to find further. Hence the complaint made. The girl krishnapriya r is not yet confirmed in services just 3 months completed in service.

                          Please look into the matter accordingly.

                            Without my knowledge CPP policy is activated. I told to cancel the CPP policy and refund the money. Till now they didn't take any action about the CPP policy... without any information they have detected the amount..

                            Still now have called eight times to cancel put they keep on postponed... seriouly it like a crime pls help me to get my funds reversal and do the needful

                              It's really not even a satisfactory service of a private sector bank.

                              I am raj k dubey, i have received indus land bank aura credit card 20 days back but still not received its pin however i get sms notification regarding pin before 20 day.
                              When i tried to reach out their customer care then found that their customer care numbers[protected] &[protected] are not working (Number is incorrect).

                              Hi All, Please do not put your personal information like phone, Credit Card details here. First of all this is not a consumer forum. People can misuse your details form here. I received 4-5 calls regarding Credit card PIN not received (Indusind Bank)..all the 4-5 person demanding for Credit card number/Expiry date and CVV number to process the PIN Request. I came to know that All the 4-5 people were not from IndusInd bank as there is no such process in any bank to share your Card number with CVV in any request.

                                    Recently I used IndusInd Credit card for home needs items purchase, but I was before taken the information from Branch executives regarding conversion of EMI, after done purchase I was request to customer care executive for do the EMI conversion there is no support from IndusInd bank, there customer supporting style not for customers even I request 3 times but no response
                                    They are cheating me, I will close this card by this month & In future I will not suggest any people for IndusInd bank, I have very worst experience with this peoples.
                                    So please Friends don’t use this credit card & Bank

                                      Hi,

                                      Could you please help to resolve the problem.

                                      Someone got my credit card details and made transaction in mmtrip for hotel booking on[protected] for the amount of rs.938/-.

                                      I have submitted dispute form (PFA) in the same day and deactivated credit card.

                                      Please note as they didn't revert for my complaint/problem for the unauthorized transaction until 3 months, but ask me to pay late payment.

                                      After 3 months they reversed invalid transaction for the amount Rs. 938/- but they generate credit card statement for four months with late payment fee in which i have made payment for the due amount Rs. 300/- on Feb 2017 but now i need to pay balance late payment fee amount of Rs. 1441/- on due date 23/Apr/2017.

                                      Here my concern is why i need to pay for invalid transaction(INDUS BANK investigation team investigated and justified that it is invalid transaction after 3 months) with late payment fee charges, i would have done payment if it is valid transaction.

                                      I am requesting the Govt of India to take my complaint and take action against all fraud Banks like this.

                                      I am pissed off and worried :-( how fraud banks making money by putting unnecessary charges on customers head.

                                      I request to close their account and hold transaction.
                                      They are using money for confirm job. after payment they are not providing job nor refund your money.
