    I am highly disappointed with indusind bank service and customer care support. Hi, this is sufiyan shaikh from eureka outsourcing solutions, i applied the credit card still now i did not receive the credit card, im the only person who don't have the credit card in my office after that i contacted your representative lot of times they told that you need to reapply the credit card, i ask for share the reason they told me no application sumited but i have provide the application no 059085 after the told me no senior available for sunday so kindly call me next day what the superb answer.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I am writing this mail regarding bad services provide by bank customer care.

      First incident.
      On dtd.23 may 2017 i have lost my wallet which contain indusind debit and credit card, which i was blocked on same day, very next day i was request for basic new debit card on 24 may 2017 to customer care, but rather than taking my request those people was explained me premium debit card plan, for which i was already told them not interested, for about it those people waste my one and half our after that my request accept

      Second incident
      On dtd.25 may 2017 i got call from your customer care for cpp (Card protection policy), i was told them not interested for the same, but after two hour i got message with ccp policy number. I. E. 51641302.
      Today (26 may 2017), when i was called to customer care regarding this, they provide me one toll free number [protected] and told me that i have to call on this number and cancelled the same.
      I am not getting one thing that when i was not request for any type of policy than why you people deduct cpp policy amount from my account.

I am ready to pay your 4% foreclosure charges but your bank not ready to accept my payment, I have visited in your Lucknow branches so many times daily and did video calls comlaints but no one is ready to accept my payment.

        I am mentality tortured by your bank staff of Lucknow branches. And now I want to close all relationship with your bank as soon as possible due to this ridiculous act. Request you last time to please help me for closing my personal loan account.

The request are made about 15 days ago but the branch people are doing nothing though i am sending my representative daily. As i am going out of india again tomorrow but i do not know when they will close my account and by their this act i have to loose 10-15 thousand rupees which is lying in the account.               My name is Rudra Charan Rout having savings account no[protected] with joda branch (000218), orissa.
              One of the sales executive came to me regarding insurance policy on 29 Dec 2016. I have agreed for insurance policy and signed accordingly without seeing the contents. On 31 Dec 2016 I am surprised to see my mini statement that the amount is deducted against issuance of platinum premier card (transaction I'd -[protected]).
              When I complained to authority, they assured that they will look into the matter & if the same happened the amount will be revered.
              One more thing the name which embossed on the card is also wrongly written (Rudra charan Patra instead of Rudra charan rout ).
              I complained for amount refund vide complaint no[protected] date 10th April 2017 over telephone. Nobody contacted me since then, seems like they stopped the process.

              Please look into the matter.

                EMI of my two wheeler loan is not deducted from my bank account since November 2016. Every time the bank executive collecting the EMI as cash from my residence.

                Despite of my several follow-up with Operation head of Rourkela Branch, nothing development has been seen towards ECS activation. Rather every month the bank people saying that "Technical Problem" and suggesting to customer that visit your own bank and enquiry about clearance from your bank to activate ECS process.

                This is ridiculous; People of the bank (Rourkela Branch) really incompetent to resolve the issue.

                Pls tell me, is it the customer lookout to enquiry his/her own bank to activate the ECS for Loan taken from other bank? Are the concerned people aware about RBI guidelines?

                Is not the harassment to customer made by your bank people since last 06 months?

                Since last 06 months we are paying EMI by cash, while the Govt of India. is taking all initiate towards digital transaction. Is it not the offence to collect EMI by cash instead ECS? Already the ECS form has been signed by customer and submitted to bank at the time of document process.

                By paying my EMI through cash, how can I justify my credibility to bank for further Loan, if necessary.

                Are your system so inefficient to resolve the issue or you bank people are showing negligence.

                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                Again and again the representative from bank is knocking my door to collect EMI by cash. The bank people unable to clarify us to resolve the issue. Rather they are suggesting me to contact H.O for any development.

                ITS A TOTALLY GROSS HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMER, WHICH CAN'T BE TOLERABLE FURTHER.

                So, again requesting you to look into the matter asap, and let me update.

                  Few months back the guy named Rehman called me and lured me false promises for selling his Credit Card Product. The details that he gave me were as follows:
                  1. I will get 2500 rewards points as joining Bonus.
                  2. On referral of another friends I will earn 5000 points for referring 3 friends, which I did successfully.
                  3. I will earn 12 reward points on every Rs.100 spent.
                  4. Every weekends there will be offers for Movies, I will get 1 ticket free on purchase of one movie ticket.
                  5. I will get full point redemption on Fuel purchase. i.e. I will get 500 points on every Rs.500 spent on fuel purchase at any petrol pump.
                  6. I will get an original Provogue Watch worth rs.2999 as joining bonus and also some other attractive gifts for referral along with the above mentioned points.
                  7.He did discuss about the joining fees but as mentioned from the earlier discussion it seemed that I can easily reverse back my charges of the joining fees of credit card.

                  Each and every details mentioned above is 100 percent as per the discussion with your sales person selling credit cards by telecalling.

                  Ever since I received my Credit card his mobile is switched Off and since past few days his number is said to be non-existent.

                    I am a customer of indusind bank. Currently i am holding a credit card (Card# [protected]). I would like to highlight a point here that i have been cheated by on of your representative (Name: hia, mob: [protected]). Below i have descrived the issue that i have faced.

                    During feb 2017 end i got a call from hia (The representative) for a credit card which is having a 500 rupees enrollment fee but i disagree to take the card as i was looking for a free card. Then she said that she will manage to make the card free for me and the enrollment fee will be paid by her, so i agreed upon her commitment and took the card stating on the document that the enrollment fee will be paid by myself. But when the first bill was generated i found that the enrollment fee has been applied. Therefor i called her and she said that yes that the charge will be applied to the card but i dont need to pay the fee as she will be paying it.

                    On the date of due date i. E 25-apr-2017, i called her again to pay the fee but she said that she could not pay the amount as she hasn't got the salary yet and requested me to pay the amount and she will definately return the money once she will get the salary on may-2017. Hence i paid the amount.

                    But since 5th may 2017 i am constantly trying to reaching her and she is not even responding to my calls and messages.

                    I have all the chats that she commit on the enrollment fee payment that i can share as proof.

                    I am really feeling like cheating and would like to take leagal action agains her if not taken by your company. And offcource i am going to close the relationship with your bank just because of this fraud behaviour.

                    I dont know if prevelage you provide to your customer but this small things are ruining your brand.

                    I have not received any service for the transaction worth of 80000/- so i would like to go for dispute against country vacations merchant. please help me the same.
                    I was promised while applying for credit card that all my payments above 5000 will be converted to emi. I have made a purchase of 70000 nd want to convert to emi but now they are saying offer is not available. I cannot pay the entire amount in one go. Please help or else i would have yo discontinue the card.

                      While providing the cc induslnd executive told me the below benefits will be present on your card: life time free card no joining fees lounge access bms buy 1 get 1 offer and many more i asked him to send me a documented details about the above offers then he assured me that once the card will be delivered mail will be sent from induslnd official id. Its been 2 weeks i received the card, but i did not get any mail. I called customer care no [protected] and they told me that there are no such offers available on the card issued to me. They took a complain from me on 2nd may with complain id - 65124 and told me that concerned team will get back to me in 4-5 days. On 5th may the bank has sent the statement of rs.575 as joining fees. Again i tried to contacted induslnd and now they are telling that i will be getting a call in another 3 days from their team. I do not want use cc anymore and just want to get rid of this fraud bank.

                        Once again please do not do not provide mobile numbers
                        and be warned of fishing attackers to pay amount to rbiauthorization.com
                        I had purchased TVS SPORT two wheeler vehicle in finance from INDUSIND BANK, Dhanbad Branch, Jharkhand on Dt - 12.06.2014 having loan No - B.D.I.O. 1585H & I had already cleared my loan amount by paying last EMI on Dt- 09.05.2016. But still yet I have not received my NOC.

                            2 months back i have purchased indusind platinum credit card for which i have paid 899 + taxes yearly charge. At the time of purchase executive said u will get 1 on 1 movie ticket on this card if you buy movie ticket via bookmyshow. Till now i have tried booking ticket through bms at different time zone 12am, 12 pm, early morning late night but never got this offer everytime it gives message maximum limit of this offer exceed please try after 20min.

                            Its a fraud either by indusind or bms.

                              I mr. Balu mahadu agale is a account holder of indusind bank ghatkopar, mumbai branch.
                              This is my salary account but left job i not used said account from 2012.in last month i received bank statement till 31 mar 2017 (Copy attached). This statement found zero balance, so i visit nearest branch to close this unused account. Bank check & asked this is inactive acct & found its negative balance is -10087/- rs. So, i complaint against branch through customer care about this negative amount (Complaint no. Is[protected]. Bank officer mr. Raju polu asked this is bank policy.
                              So, plz help me about why i responsible to pay above negative amount.in during this time no such message or statement about my account is in negative balace till date.

                                I was approached by indusind bank credit card team for applying a credit card and they showed me features of a card having extra reward points and movie tickets offer. But when i received the card was with no such features and i have raised a complaint for the same on 27 th over mail. I got a reply that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days... No one contacted still and i complained over phone in the given customer care no and still no one responded. Now they have send me a credit card bill for 1k which is card fee... I will not be paying this since i don't want this card.

                                It was a really bad experience with them need this to be resolved quickley.

                                    I got a call from a number +[protected] and they told me to visit Shree jee recrutment 1St floor pp chember mall near kdmc office dombivili east (Thane District, State Maharashtra) and meet hr reshma.
                                    And when I went they took 500Rs from me telling me that they have opening for casher in Indusind bank. The dombivili branch number is[protected].
                                    I think they have big racket and doing fraud on the name of various companies and Bank
                                    Kindly track down the racket and take strict action and give punishment to the people involve in it

                                      Previous month someone stolen my debit card so I applied for new one. They told that now you can only apply for a platinum debit card and cut around Rs. 2800/- and given a voucher for 2500.
                                      I opt for yatra.com voucher because I wanted to book my tickets on train, but they didn't clarify me that the voucher will be valid for booking flights and hotels only. And if I am going to book flight ticket on Yatra it is showing Rs 1500 more than other site.
                                      I called customer care they told that they can't change the voucher for taking some other service.

                                      I got the worst experience from this bank.

                                        Credit card has been blocked yet I didn't receive the card...

                                        Got a message from bank that indusind credit card has been approved yesterday and your card will be dispatched within 5 working days... Today (03/05/2017) received a message and any email from bank that your credit card has been blocked... My application reference number is 2395598... I called customer care and they are not aware about this... Could you please look into this matter and tell me the current status and why i received that message...
