Hello Sir,
I would like to bring your attention towards the transaction of 7, 000 inr, I went to atm around 7:00 Am on 27th April 2017, as soon as I entered the required details in atm (Sector 14 gurgaon) atm did made a sound of counting the notes, but it hanged up and didn't dispensed the cash.
So, I tried again which showed me Insufficient funds.
I asked the guard, he said there is a server problem, and he restarted the machine.
I went back home, and found that refund of 7, 000 was showing in the transactions, but balance was still 31.55, so I called your customer support, executive told me that amount went to lean amount.
After sometime I again checked my transaction history and it showed another transaction of debit of 7, 000.
I called indusind again and they had to clue where the amount is, I asked them about the lean amount, they said there is no lean amount now.
Request you to refund my 7, 000 asap, as it is causing mental agony and harassment now.

Also I have sent email to them, but they closed the complaint by saying it is solved. I again raised a query/complaint.
Hoping to see a better response else i have to take further actions.

Complaint marked as Resolved it took almost 72 hours to resolve this, not happy at all with their customer support.

Updated by NitinZZ Kr Issue solved, but what about the mental agony I have gone through, it was purely a inconvenience which caused harassment. Not going to use indusind for any transaction now.
