Indusind Bank issued credit card on 10th dec 2016, Before 30th dec 2016, I used it for 3 purchases of amount Rs22, 610/-. Fist bill on 5/1/17. Payment due date is 25/1/17. Statement period is 6/12/16 to 5/1/17. Minimum amt Due is Rs4571.77. Purchase & other charges is Rs.26675.52. Payment & other charges Rs12485. Total amount due is Rs14190.52 & total outstanding is Rs22191.32.
My Question is 1. for usage of Rs22,[protected]+548+10125), why Rs 26675.52 ? 2. Why the Total amount due is Rs14190.52? 3. Why should i Pay Rs4571.77 as a Principal + interest on the over all amount? Bank has converted my part of the Transaction Rs11937 into EMI with 13%interest charges Installment 1/3. . Why are they dividing the total usage amount into parts and levying the Interest Rate on it ? I do have other bank Credit card, where in I pay Interest for the period of the total due which is very less . For eg, for Rs. 17000, min amount due which is called interest Rs 800 is compulsory to pay and principal amount is as per my convince. But IndusInd Bank is Demanding principal+Interest on Credit card Like a Loan collection pattern and not allowing the customer to enjoy its facilities Its Pinching my Pocket.

CG04H0146 dated 24.1.15. in the name of ashok agrawal in raipur. i had clear the loan in specific period. the loan party was ashok leyland which have now been merged with indusind. i had sold the car. i need the noc for name transfer. i had gone several time to indusind finance office but unable to receive response.

    My account number is[protected] and is freezed for last two weeks.
    I submitted my Adhar card number to the home branch and they updated it in server from their end. Still i couldn't access my account and do not perform any transactions. They tolled that it needs approval from Main branch.
    As i am using this as my main account and most of my transactions are done using this account please take necessary steps to fix this issue for me ASAP.

    I recieved couple of weeks ago my credit card. I checked it's details online and nothing seems matching as commited verbally. I want to cancel/ return my card. Also, my provided credit limit is unexpected low. It's not even twice of my monthaly salary.
    I have received credit card today card no is [protected]. I have not activated the card. The charges for this card is Rs 17999. want to return it as idonot have money to pay joining fee. i was not infirmed about the fee earlier by thr bank representative.

      I had taken a personal loan from Indusind Bank in the year 2015, and in order to close the loan i had asked the bank for provide me the for closure letter in the month on 2nd Feb 2017. The Bank took 20 days to provide the fr closure letter and i had requested the customer care executives as well as the escalation team of the bank to help me close the Personal Loan before the payment of the Next EMI i.e 4 March 2017. The Foreclosure letter was sent to me on 22nd Feb and i made the Full payment of the Loan Via DD on the same day at Indusind Bank Kalyan west branch. The Bank acknowledged the payment and gave me assurance that the DD will be sent to the respective branch for the further clearance on 27th Feb 2017 i.e. Monday. After repeated inquiry and request to the bank through the customer care there was no response for the clearance status and the banks escalation team didn't show any concern nor any seriousness . In fact been thought about the SOP for the loan closure as well as how the escalation team works and what are the SOP of the bank. I had made them understand that the DD needs to cleared and the loan has to be closed before 4th March so that the EMI wont get deducted this month but there was no update on the DD received by the Bank from Kalyan west Branch. On inquiry with the Kalyan west branch the DD was sent on 1st March 2017 and due to which the DD was not cleared on time and due to which i had bare one more EMI for this month. The Escalation Team has no authority to get the work done and on request to get any update, the customer has to call and get the update from the bank as the escalation team does not call the customer. "Its your Loan so you have to call the bank", this was the response from the escalation team Member. I asked the escalation team member about the loan closure procedure and about the refund of the amount paid extra for which the escalation team had no answer. i was replied that we have to check with the personal leam back end team. I seriously doubt the credibility of the bank as the bank has charged me EMI along with the interest for this month too due to the lethargic response from their branch as well as their in capable system.

      I have the acknowledgement from the kalyan branch along with the stamp as well as it has a written note saying that the DD will be sent on 27th Feb 2017.

      One more thing i want to update the sales team as well as the Credit Team give false promises of providing low rate of interest to the customer, they also get the signature on the loan agreement where the ROI in not mentioned and later when the loan is disbursed they fill the ROI as they need and on complaint they use the same agreement against the customer in order to safeguard them selves.

        This is to inform you that there is 1999 debits in my ac . i dont know why your bank debit my amount but when i ask to your Customer care they told me that for some policy renew deduction is happned . last year same case was happend with me but this time i dont ask for any type of policy or policy renew so please refund my 1999/- amount in my account .
        This time I'm not going to leave this matter, if i need to go your higher level I'll go or please resolve my matter within 24 hours .

            Also during this period, I the undersigned of this application turned 18 years of age on 15 April 2016 with my Date of Birth being 15 April 1988 and hence turned Major and I am able to operate this Fixed Deposit account by myself.

            The Fixed Deposit Certificate has a few errors that need to be addressed with regards to my father’s name which needs to be rectified, since it appears the same to be a hindrance in encashment of the Fixed Deposit.

            i. My father’s name is mentioned on the Fixed Deposit as Tony Fernandes while his name on my Birth records read as Antonio Joao Inacio Fernandes.
            ii. My father’s name is Antonio Joao Inacio Fernandes and is alias as Tony Fernandes.

                I have recently recieved my credit card from IndusInd Bank ( IndusInd Bank Jet Airways Voyage Card) on 20th February, 2017. This is a premium credit card (1st Year Charges - INR 3500 and then annual charges of INR 2000) and this credit card links with your JetPrivilege Account.

                I had specifically mentioned my JetPrivilege number on the application form but when my card came I saw that they have mentioned some other JetPrivilege number on the card.
                I raised a complaint on 22nd February, but the Customer Care Executive asked me to drop a mail to their email id (premium.[protected]@indusind.com) with a copy of my correct JetPrivilege number. I mailed them the same day with all the details, but till now I have recieved no response from them.

                When I called the Customer Care, the executive is saying that they are not able to see mails sent by clients and hence will be unable to help much from their end and can only forward my request to the appropriate team.

                Also, when I checked the JetPrivilege number provided by IndusInd Bank on my credit card, it says invalid number, no such JetPrivilege Number exists.

                Furthermore, they haven't sent me the PIN yet. It has been around 10 days since I recieved the card.

                Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

                      I have received a call from Askshatha from Indusind bank sales department in Jan 2017 and she told me that bank is going to launch new credit card, as apart of launching offer we are offering the below benefits to you and today is the last date to apply.

                      1) There no joining fee and maintenance charges with this card.
                      2) Every month you will get two movie tickets.
                      3) Petrol surcharges are completely waived off.
                      4) 10% discount on online purchases.

                      After seeing the benefits I said Ok to apply. she send person for document collections, it took almost a month to complete the document and KYC process.

                      I have received new Indusind credit card on 10th Feb 2017, As soon as I received credit card I have called customer care and cross checked about the above offers, customer care rep told that was false information. Then I asked to log an compliant, she logged an compliant on 11th Feb 2017 and told me that you get call back from back-end team within 5 working days.

                      I didn't receive any call till today, even after I made couple of follow up calls on 19th Feb 2017 & 22nd Feb 2017.

                      I am not sure what should I do at present. could you please guide me what should I do next.

                        My Indusind Bank Account was freeze by Indusind bank dated on 01st Dec. 2016. I have registered lots of complaint against it by call center as well home branch but they didn't resolve the matter now. I have tired to go there frequently but this matter not resolve yet.                           This is to inform you that I am credit card holder of the IndusInd bank I have lost my job from the snap deal in month of October 2016 and I am seriously facing financial problem from last six months and I inform the recovery agent that write now I don't have a job but they are regularly called me and used abuse and threaten language. They are threatening me that "we are insulting your wife in front of your colony people that you are not paid in due of credit card bill.

                            My company moved all our Salary accounts to another bank for better services. After a certain time, my IndusInd account got converted to Savings. Now, they have a suspended account which I am not using from last 1.5 years or so but they are still maintaining negative balance and debiting amount on it every month. I am not ready to pay the amount. Please contact me.

                            Dated.23-Feb-17 I m going to indusind bank Rajkot main branch for my small query of cheque bounce but the oprater & some other person misbehaving & very Rudely talk with me. my account continue with this bank from June 2010.but this April may my all 7 account closed & shifted other banks I m very disappointed from this Bank.

                              Dear Sir / Madam

                              I am having an NRE/ NRO account with your NRI Branch office and facing a very poor service from your Ahmedabad branch

                              I had send money on 8th feb to my NRE account and inform your MR Ankur Sharma the same days, he said will revert soon but its more then 2 week we never respond to the request .

                              Do let me know whom to approach for such kind of problem, and why i trust the service service of such a bank who dont know how to service the client

                              Please suggest me the better way to get your service or i look for other option . And also i need a serious working guys who can handle our account more carefully .

                                Hello,

                                This is to bring to your notice that this Asst. manager as he claims by the name of Rohit Singh (Andheri MIDC branch) can't speak in English for nuts. When I am having a conversation in English, he tries to converse in Hindi.
                                This is really rude and was yelling at me over the phone for payment which was overdue. I understand it's my fault since I defaulted on my payment and could not make it on time but that doesn't give him or anyone this right to threaten me.
                                He stated that it's not my problem you have to make the payment.. I am really worried about if I am banking with a bank or some local goons.
                                I have made my payment but I really don't want to deal with such organizations.. He tells you either before, borrow or steal but I want the payment.
                                I would never recommend such bank to anyone.
                                Soon once my medical issues are resolved, I will try to settle all my dues and close the card.

                                Sorry, erroneously marked as resolved... This bank is the worst bank ever... Infact they don't even address to your complaint. I have not got a single call or revert yet

                                The details are with indusland and the preferred time to call as well... Since I was not able to answer the call couple of days back, I advice them to call me at a convenient time slot. Tried calling them but no response... The worst banking experience ever...
                                My sb a/c is blocked on 25-1-17. my sb a/c no[protected] chetan thakar.i have submitted all kyc documents to the miller ganj br ludhiana but still my a/c is showing blocked? who give me my loss. i need my money urgent but a/c is blocked. can i proceed to file case in high court against this fraud bank. regards chetan thakar .                                     I applied for a Credit Card with a Bank and it got rejected saying My CIBIL score is Default. When i checked that i was very shocked to see that there was delay in My payments for My Bike Loan from Indusind bank. Only once the cheque was bounced since the customer told the due date wrong and the amount was not sufficient at that time. Other than that no delays in the due payment. Then why you didn't clear my cibil. About 1 year I am getting rejected on all my loans. Its not good on your part. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                      I have taken a personal loan from indusind bank on the basis that i will get foreclosure charges as 0% after discussion with an employee of indusind. After receiving the sanction letter it was mentioned as 4%, against which i called the employee again and asked about this..He said the bank has its own internal records and they dont disclose it to the customers and i dont need to worry. I have the entire conversation recorded on my phone. But now they are cheating saying that i need to pay 4% foreclosure charges. Its a fraud bank playing with the customers. I never delayed my EMI with this bank and they are not treating their customes well.
