A representative of Indusind Bank call me offered a free credit card. After submit my all documents through mail I got to know they processed Platinum credit card which has joining fees which I can't afford. That's why I requested to cancel my credit card application ( By sending mail to premium.[protected]@indusind.com). I got an auto generated mail "We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. Your Interaction ID is 46700337 We will respond to you within 3 working days." . After that I didn't receive any call from Indusind Bank till 30tn Dec 2016. On 31st Dec 2016 I received the credit card being not misused by other person.
But I want to cancel the credit card. Please help me on this. Also take action against your agent who promise false commitment to customers. People are involved in my case are devananda.[protected]@indusind.com and telly called whatsapp number is [protected]

There was some misunderstanding due to kits available with Credit card packet. Thanks to IndusInd social media team for their support resolve this problem. I am really happy with their respond.

    I opened one zero balance a/c & also give on fdr of rs 90.000/ .
    Bank debited rs 3346 at once on 28 july 2016 & i complaint for the same, and bank promise me to return the same within 15 days, inspite of refunding, bank again debited 3500/ again on 30.12.2016
    as o balance charges . Bank is taking my all interest of my fdr
    please reverse my 7100/ = .If i can do fdr of rs 90000/, i can also maintain my sb a/c balance of rs 10, 000 please help & dont cheat the innocent customer

      I have purchased Apache 160 bike from Indusind Bank finance at 15 month loan basis. Still completing 10 month due but they are not provide my photo copy of RC book. I went to directly and following there is no proper response. That response person also not picking my phone calls from now.

      Very very worst response. In future don't choose this bank finance.

        I have done imps from my indusind bank mobile app on 26/12/2016 to my saving ac in syndicate bank of rs. 8000, there was notification shown which says transaction error and then i got a text from indusb that, 'your fund transfer for rs 8, 000.00 on 26/12/16 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no[protected]" and when i checked my balance it got debited rs. 8000 inr. And it is not credited to my syndicate bank ac no. [protected] till now. What should i do now. Kindly look up to it and rectify as soon as possible. Screenshots are attached.

          I opened a current account with indusind bank Vikas puri New Delhi branch. After checking my account I came to know that the amount of Rs5750.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of signature card insurance charge. I told them I don't need any debit card. I complaint about it but they say you sign on the paper for that but I don't know when they take my sign. I request you please refund my money

            Hello team,

            My name is Tushardeep Singh, Account no.[protected], Branch Sector 67 Mohali, Punjab.
            I did some shopping on 12th December 2016 of Rs 6000 using my IndusInd ATM card, but due to some technical issue, the amount deducted from my bank account was twice the actual amount, i.e. Rs 12, 000. I immediately called the customer care department and one of your executives named Shreya, registered my complaint and provided me with a reference no.[protected]. She accepted that the fault was from the backend and told me that 6000Rs will be credited to my account in next 3 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks now, and still, I'm being harassed by your executives for not been able to get back my money.

            The same thing happened again on 24th December 2016 when I purchased something of Rs 700. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the swipe machine showed an error. Again I called one of your executives and he accepted that again the fault was from the backend and my money will be reverted back in next 3 working days. The reference Number for that issue was[protected]

            I've been facing this torture from last 15 days. And when I try to call at your customer care number, most of the time it says that "due to RBI high call guidelines, all lines are busy, please stay on the line or call again later". The worst part is that when I have to waste my precious time to call you guys to get back my money that you've deducted unnecessarily.

            This is not the way banking is done. I'm having my bank account in 5-6 other Banks too, but sadly, have to say, I've never experienced such a poor customer service. The same incident occurred with my HDFC ATM card too while shopping, but the amount was reverted back in next 24 hours. But you guys are harassing me like never before. It's been last dates of the month and since New Year is approaching fast, I don't have sufficient money in my bank account. Looks like my new year will be spoiled because of you guys.

            Please, I request you guys to pay back my 6700 Rs immediately. I'm already been too much harassed.

              RBI gives notification(nov 1 -2016 to dec 31-2016 ) on loan due relaxation but indusind bank not followed, they make a call to me and asks for the loan due amount, we will get it on ur place .

              cheque also returned and return charges also debited because of insufficient balance.

                Kindly Look Into The Matter On Immediate Basis With Desired Action Against
                IGL, New Delhi .

                The Complaint is " Violation of RBI ( Reserve Bank Of India ) Notification on Levying fees on debit card transactions by merchants – There are instances where merchant establishments levy fee as a percentage of the transaction value as charges on customers who are making payments for purchase of goods and services through debit cards. Such fee are not justifiable and are not permissible as per the bilateral agreement between the acquiring bank and the merchants and therefore calls for termination of the relationship of the bank with such establishments. "

                  I have purchased a bike Honda dream CD 110 on finance from your bank on 22/06/15. My loan a/c no ORR00198H.
                  Till now no EMI has been deducted from my loan a/c.
                  Only cheque return charges are collected by your loan recovery agent Mr Tufan sharma. Some time he not give my transection slip and he find extra mony.

                  Kindly do the need full; so that I will not harass by giving chaque return charges and also it affects my civil records.

                    I made a transaction made on 28/10/2016. and i still did not receive any services/package as they promised. and its been more than 40 days i was waiting for it.In between these days, i tried reaching them and there is no response form them for my emails and calls.. So i have decided to file DISPUTE against them.when i called customer care for the procedure.. they told us to submit "NON RECEIPT OF SERVICE" from the merchant along with the dispute form which i cannt get it. with out this they can tfile it seems..
                    IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    When I made online payment transactions for shopping then money was deducted and transaction failed. It was happened twice and money is not refunded after 6 days.
                    I made a transaction of 20, 000 from my aura credit card, money got deducted from my card however I received a failed payment message at merchant end. Still the money is not refunded.

                      Respected Sir,
                      My Wife Purchased an Activa on finance from your bank on 09/07/2011 from C. R. SCOOTERS VADODARA. her loan a/c.no is GVD02196H.& I was as a gaurenter. At that time we requested your loan executive to keep the EMI DATE ON OR AFTER 15th of every month due to delay in salry sometimes. your executive assured us that cheque will come to your a/c. After 15th of every month.
                      Loan was completed on 07/06/13 but due to delay in Salry one
                      cheque of Date 12/03/13 returned due to insufficient funds. Later on we paid the emi by cash on 03/04/13. But your executive was asking for cheque return panelty of RS. 449/- which we refused to pay at that time.
                      On completion of loan we asked for NOC But they asked us to pay the Penalty but we refused to pay because according to us it was not our fault. Due to which your bank has spoiled our a/c. Status in CIBIL. Which came to our notice when we applied for a car loan which was once approved & then rejected due to CIBIL STATUS.
                      Then we paid the Penalty with interest Rs.1053/- on 29/07/16 & Received NOC 24/08/16. your executive assured us that CIBIL will be updated within two months by 24/10/16.
                      But CIBIL status is not yet Updated till date & showing the CIBIL score of 618.
                      I request you to Update the CIBIL as soon as possible.
                      Plz. do needful into the matter.

                        On the 8th december 2016 i swiped my sbi debit card into the atm counter of the indusind bank at jadavpur, kolkata 700032 at 08:36:20pm for withdrawing an amount of rs.2000/- but was not dispensed with the amount and a message received that my account has been debited, the text was as under
                        Rs.2000 withdran from a/c xxxx8955 on 081216 at iib atm sc002948. Txn#540. Please look into the matter seriously in this chronic juncture of india so that no innocent person may be deprieved of banking channel at your earliest action.

                          Bank give termination letter to my younger brother & give only 10 days to work .He is only bread winner in my house. I lost my father before 4 years.He has lot of responsiblity ...the reason is only that he had open an Account of our relative and they said that sign does not match .I know some mistake also will b happened from my brother's side but still termination letter is big matter to any one for his future .Recently he achaive appriation letter from his bank. also not getting increment from last one and half year . we all r suffering a lot now no money no job n my mother need medicines I know u all are not interested in this complain but please give some positive response

                              I took car loan from the bank Indusind, have shared all the required documents to process it and it has been done.
                              Is responsible or not to send/share the document of "list of EMI's, interest rates and dates"..to the customer??
                              The person who contacted me(Mr. Ravindar)working with Indusind Bank was so rude and he explained me clearly that all the information which you guys providing about the loan has to be noted on paper(i have to note it down on my own).
                              There is no clear information of my loan, how can i pay the amount without knowing all..
