Complaint marked as Resolved Hi,
I am requesting to re-open the complaint.
Complaint is to reverse the invalid transaction for the amount of Rs.980/- and raised request on 9-12-2016 and resolved, reversed after 3 months for amount of Rs.980/- but here new complaint start as they put Rs.2000/- late payment for the 3 months.
Now i need to pay 3 months late payment fee in which i have made payment Rs.300 due amount for the Feb 2017, remaining balance amount need to pay for the month April 2017.
Please assist me.

Updated by madhu4india Complaint resolved by reversal of invalid transaction as they have done the investigation for 3 months and reversed amount of Rs.980/- and put 3 months late payment fee+Interest+Service tax of total amount Rs. 2000/-.
I am requesting the Govt of India take my complaint and take action against all fraud Banks like this.
I am pissed off and worried :-( how fraud banks making money by putting unnecessary charges on customers head.
