Staff of Indusind bank approached me for credit card issue as I was maintaining savings account with them. They asked me to sign certain papers .
and marked lien to my fixed deposit with them. Wrong credit card was issued after giving false information. Now they are not cancelling credit card which I have never used and also not releasing my fixed deposit. They are giving no attention to numerous complaints to their customer care centre and online complaints .

    I would like to inform you that i have submitted all supporting documents of M/s AIRMECH SOLUTIONS in your branch Induslnd Bank Ltd. G-11 & 12, RG square Mall, Plot No 2, LSC IP Extention, Patparganj, New Delhi- 110092, India, along with cheque of Rs. 25000/- on dated 08.02.2017 for current account opening. It was said to me that my account will be opened with in 2-3 days. Today 4th day has passed away but still i am waiting for the account. I am not getting any reliable update or status accordingly from your above mentioned branch.

    I request you to please return my all signed documents along with cheque on my address as soon as possible. Now i am not interested to open any account with Indusind Bank.

      After paying the entire outstanding, I called Indusind customer service for cancelling my Indusind aura credit card but request for cancellation was refused.
      Now that I will not pay a single penny if another liability gets created.
      Hence please cancel the card and confirm.

        All the code of conduct, ethics, values, policies. All are jokes from this bank. And bank being called as customer centric is a sinful lie.

        I am an existing credit card customer. Customers get harassed from the collection team.
        The surprise here is that I get calls from the collection team even on sundays-here is the number[protected] there is more. I have repeatedly raised a complaint with the customer care (complaint no's 87681 & 48625)
        I only asked them to not call me until the due date and not to remind me calling 10times everyday.

        I would never in my life again be a part of INDUSIND bank and would not even recommend as well.

        First thing is to clear the credit card due and close the relationship with this bank is what I've understood.

        And I would kindly request the bank to not call itself as being customer centric and would look funny if the bank is aiming towards acquiring customers.

        This is in regards to non payment of my Card No : xxxx5370. As you can see the email followups, i have been writing to the bank about my problems and also have been speaking to various people in your bank, have come down to your Head Office in Kalina and have spoken to person name Adil, Over the phone with Vishal who had asked us to make a payment of 500 Rs and who told after this payment case will be with him. There after i am still getting lots of calls and people coming to my place. One of them is Shyam Rajwal who has come to my place in my absence and has been threatening my wife, creating nuisance in the vicinity, trying to shout and gather neighbours, my wife has asked him to come when i am present. also she has spoken to his Manager Tushar over the phone who is also rude and threatening her to make payment anyhow. Dear team, i have lost 3 jobs last year but still was able to make payments on time, my wife is having spinal and mental issues for which her treatment was going on last year right now i have stopped because i cannot afford the treatment and she is unable to work as of now. My sister was working but she is married last year. I was the whole and sole earner of the family. As of now i haven't been paid from my previous job amount of 80k + and i am trying to chase them, my rent is pending for last 3 months, i have been managing my payments last year after job losses but this one was big for me. I am trying to find a good job but to my avail not able to get any. Checking of my current situation even if i get one i will not be able to repay the entire amount immediately. I therefore request the bank to come to a middle ground. Fix one amount, equate it to a monthly EMI of around 2K coz my salary wont be above 25k and i have to manage other expenses and give me a final closure letter on that amount. I am ready to go down this path starting from 2 months down the line. I have spoken to multiple people over the phone but they are not ready to give the solution. In case as my wife stays alone at home and she is being threatened also she has gone through trauma in the past, if anything happens the person for collection will be responsible as they have been informed to come when i am at home. Its a request to understand my situation and take into consideration and come to a middle ground to a solution, its been 2 months i have been chasing it. This type of behavior i will have to file a complaint in banking ombudsman for such type of people coming to my house.
        I have spoken to Adil and Tushar today over the phone today and have asked them to come to a solution. They both are very rude and have been asking payment. I have told Adil i will be able to pay from next month that too amount of 2 - 3000 k per month. I have asked them to come to considerable amount and help me out with a loan or a permanent clousre of account with a fixed monthly payment. They are sending this guy named Shyam to my place stating he has the authority to sit at my place everyday until 7 for the payment and even in my absence if my wife is alone they will still send him to my place. Its since Feb i have spoken to Adil and their actions are the same about recovery agent harrasing and shouting. Threatening to take payment anyhow going to society office and defaming. Hence, i spoke to them again for the last time and they were still the same. I ahd written about this the last time and spoken to Adil about it when i was in branch. I have filed an official complaint to Banking ombudsman of RBI as its more than a month as there is no action being taken. Attaching the copy of the same.

        Hello team,

        I thought I closed by cc bill with indusind bank as there was no notifications from the bank for almost 1 and a half year. Suddenly in last couple of weeks I have started receiving calls from ur agents stating that my dues are pending and they keep calling me every 2 or 3 hours... Untill I don't answer the call. If I don't answer the call they call my wife... Not sure how did they get her number as it's not listed any where... Can u please check and let me know... All I need is I should not receive any calls... And reading thru the reviews I have seen agents been rude and keep visiting customers house when he is not available.

          Hi,

          Could you please help to resolve the problem.

          Someone got my credit card details and made transaction in mmtrip for hotel booking on[protected] for the amount of rs.938/-.

          I have submitted dispute form (Pfa) in the same day and deactivated credit card.

          Till now i didn't get reply from indusbank but they generate creditcard statement for two months with late payment fee.

          For the amount rs.938, after late payment, now it is rs.2000.

          Please note as they didn't revert for my complaint/problem for the unauthorized transaction, but ask me to pay the transaction amount with late payment fee.

          Please help and resolve the problem as i am not responsible for the transaction done by others.

          Please do needful.

          Hi, I am requesting to re-open the complaint. Complaint is to reverse the invalid transaction for the amount of Rs.980/- and raised request on 9-12-2016 and resolved, reversed after 3 months for amount of Rs.980/- but here new complaint start as they put Rs.2000/- late payment for the 3 months. Now i need to pay 3 months late payment fee in which i have made payment Rs.300 due amount for the Feb 2017, remaining balance amount need to pay for the month April 2017. Please assist me.           Complaint resolved by reversal of invalid transaction as they have done the investigation for 3 months and reversed amount of Rs.980/- and put 3 months late payment fee+Interest+Service tax of total amount Rs. 2000/-.

          I am requesting the Govt of India take my complaint and take action against all fraud Banks like this.

          I am pissed off and worried :-( how fraud banks making money by putting unnecessary charges on customers head.

            Debited penalty for non maintenance of account balance without any notification

            Dear Concern,

            Today, i was just shocked after seeing my wife's account (previously salary account) statement after long time. There was sequentially debit with description "To non maintenance charge Mar 2016" from March 2016 till Dec 16 as on current date.

            I tried to withdrawI Rs 2500/- so, I made ATM transaction through ICICI ATM on 08/02/17, the same amount got debited from my Indusind a/c but I could not receive any amount from ICICI ATM which I made.                 Today I visited in saket indusind bank for check issue. I asked about how to issue my new name check book. There is a lady she says please deposit 80 rs rupees at cash counter. I goes to cash counter he is busy with his phone after that I submit 100 rs with cash slip he saying you fill wrong information fill it again and he throw slip in front of my face at the counter I said you don't know how to treat a client after that he says (chal ja yaha se) I fill up cash deposit slip again and given to him. There is bank manager also there but he is useless he also not rectify my my issue. I had never seen this type guys. I am a regular client of your bank last 4 years. I think in don't want to continue with bank. And I will publish this complaint all over social media also and never suggest any people to connect with your. If I compair to govt bank they do good job as compair to your indusind bank. If you guys have some standard then please look at this matter and contact me on [protected]@gmail. Com

                      My name is Siva.Rao, residing at bangalore.IndusInd had issued one platinum credit card to me three months back and now after issuing this they had done some fraud-transactions on behalf of me in buying health insurance policy from Religare.And they had payment with out taking any confirmation from my side and they had shared and sharing my Sensitive personal information to third parties and other insurance sectors, sharing other individual personal information is violation of PCI-DSS compliance, IndusInd is not following compliance rules and laws.

                      now i am planning to lodge a complaint on IndusInd for doing and encouraging such fraud and cheating transactions.

                          I am having savings account at Indus-Ind bank karur for past 2 years from my account opening date i didn't noticed my balance recently i went to bank to withdraw amount 14, 000 rs/-which i having at my account.But they said that only 9000 rs/- is available i asked to the bank officers why 5000 rupees is been debited from my account they have said that it is due to new ATM card renewal without my knowledge how can they took 5000 rupees from m y account i do know why they are cheating public without any intimation & the bank officers saying that amount will be refunded to you by gift voucher as i asked them to provide gift voucher instant of my amount kindly resolve my problem and give my cash back

                            Sir we purchase mobile iphone last 3 months. We want to emi on my purchase
                            But bank rejected my application. Bank force me to pay all payments but i am not capable to pay this amount. Bank increase
                            My payment day by day with interest and others charges.
                            I had touch continue in indusin bank credit cat costumer service and according to castumercare we pay two times minimum payments

                            So please help me and solved my problems

                            Dear sir/Mam,

                            Referencd to the trailing mail on dated 23Jan-17 regarding my purchase v/s EMI from Indusind bank, we would like to file a complaint against the bank authority for mental harassment to customer against law.

                            Kindly consider my reqeust under mental harassment of Indian citizen health and charge them for the same .
                            Bank is directly responsible for my Any mental disease or disorder due to this reason. I am scared and alone.

                              My account was opened by Akhil Ghadhok, with whom i had nice little period when i was very happy with indusind bank;
                              and referred more family accounts also with indusind bank ;

                              but since Akhil went away to other indusind branch and was relocated from Sector 23 gurgaon;

                              Abhishek joined as manager and i and flavor of worst language and abusive words an taunting words from abhishek;

                              his assistants like varun vaisahishta also provided me extremely poor service s and banking with Indusind bank was painful;

                              so even i am happy to close my bank account with indusind bank..
                              and for my life time;; i promise you i will never buy or recommend indusind bank products to me or my family or relations;

                              whenever i will get time ; i will write free blogs against Indusind bank in this free democratic country;
                              whether i live in India or abroad;;
                              for em indusind bank will be a a third class bank..who allows its pathetic managers like abhishek to abuse and fight with customers;
                              and give them extremely poor services;

                              i have atleast 30 different bank managers who will be always ready to open a new account for me;

                              and in the end only indusind bank will loose its business by not treating customers properly..

                              And in my case also Akhil ghadhok came to my home to invite and open my new account with indusind bank.

                              I got a account closure notice within one month yesterday at this email, but it might be a spam for me, so request indusind nodal officer to confirm which account you want me to close by giving details like name of account holder and account number.

                              I will also like to put this complaint against Banking ombudsman and RBI against indusind bank.

                              1) Because 1st ur bank officials approached me,
                              For opening account not me...They came to my house to open account.

                              2) your bank officials suggested and opened my FD in account[protected] which matures in march 2017, so as per the FD contract you cannot force closure of my account before this financial year.

                              3) I wrote complaint and abuses indusind bank, because your responsible managers abhiahek abused me and spoke rudely with me..Issue could have been settled but I saw despite my complaints against abhiahek, manager of sector 23 branch, Gurgaon, you did not took any action against abhishek(indusind bank manager, sec 23, Gurgaon)

                              This was shameful from indusind bank..

                              I do not mind closing my account, but send me details on which account you want me to close..

                              I will like to report incident of harassment to an Indian citizen whose internet banking is blocked since 3 months,

                              I have given application to unlock my account multiple times to indusind bank but the same is not unlocked till now.

                              I have been harassed by indusind Ind managers of sector 23, Gurgaon named abhiahek and his supporting staff. I will also like to state that I have also reported this as harassment to disabled to human resource ministry against indusind bank because I cannot walk to indusind bank to resubmit my application or make request to unlock my account repeatedly...And rely on internet banking for my important transactions.

                              As a strategy indusind bank manager sector 23, Gurgaon have even abused me and harassed me, are not giving me attention and help to unlock the account. I even have recorded conversation with staff of sector 23, which I shared with indusind bank, which I emailed to indusind senior officials and directors but instead of taking corrective action ..The clever managers have tied up with back office to give me notice to close my account..

                              I will like to report this as a complaint in both1) RBI
                              And 2) ministry of Human resources 3) submitting proofs of bad language used by indusind bank..4) for 3 months, I am repeatedly requested the officials to unlock my account but the same is not done...

                                It is to complain that A representative of Indusind Bank came to our office and offered a credit card saying there is no joining or annual fee, so i opted for the card and after verification i was given a credit card on 28.12.2017 with a note that PIN No. will be delivered within 5 days but till today i have not been given PIN No. I have made a call to customer care no. which was most of the time busy or no person attended the call, therefore, i requested to cancel the Card because representative cheated by giving false details its charges joinining fees. however, Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card before getting bill.

                                  I submitted all docs and also receive confirmation call, but none of the thing is productive.

                                    On 11/01/2017 at about 8.10pm I used my ATM card no- [protected] to withdraw Rs.4000 from ATM of SBI, Cossipore branch kolkata. But money did not come out instead a slip came stating that "sorry, unable to process". Few minutes letter I recieved sms from your bank stating that Rs.4000 has been debited from my savings bank a/c no[protected].
