My account is low and i have lost my bissness deals becous your bank my account dr. By cheque without any inform me

Hi Team,

I need to close my credit card as I do not like the services for same. Please share the total amount overdue, I will pay in one go to close this. I called couple of times for the same thing but they never resolve the query after calling them number of times.

    My name is CA JATIN SAINI. I have opened 2 accounts (1 SB & 1 CA) with IndusInd Bank, Branch Rewari (Brass market, Rewari) almost 2 years back. I was told by the bank representative that no charges except cheque book charges will be debited to my account but after few days of opening of account bank charged me for debit card in both of my accounts. When I asked the representative about these charges, he told me to wait and said that charges will be refunded. After few days he left the bank job. Next year bank again charged the debit card expense. Today one of my client deposited Rs. 6300.00 in my C/A[protected]/ JATIN SAINI AND ASSOCIATES) but when I went to bank to close my account they told me that they can refund only Rs. 5265.00 and balance has been deducted as charges. They not even explained me what for they charged me. Mr. Jitender (bank representative) misbehaved with me and threatened me. Miss Manisha (bank representative) made me sit for almost two hours for getting my account closed. Mr. Manager did not even bother to come out of his cabin. I told the bankers that its busy schedule of mine now a days due to TAX Audits and other professional work and please do it as early as possible but they were busy in chit-chatting and not bothered about my request.
    If this kind of behaviour is there with a professional, then one can imagine how they behave with under educated and non-educated person. It will be not possible for me to recommend IndusInd bank to any other person /staff /relatives/ clients/ associates etc.
    I requested you to kindly take some strict action against the staff and make them behave properly with customers.

    No action has been taken on my complaint till date. I think Indusind bank is not interested in customer service. Few days back, I received a mail regarding closure of my accounts but they have not stopped sending mails regarding promotions of bank and other banking services. As I am no longer a customer to them, why they are sending me mails.

      Error while processing in my online loan repayment

      Refer our telephonic discussion, i was absolutely shocked to know that there is a joining fee of rs. 899 on my credit card!!! In spite of my hesitation to take a second credit card (As i am not an avid user of plastic money), i was pursued by your telemarketing team saying that the card if free to use for lifetime (No joining/subscription/any other sort of fees) along with various benefits available as a promotional offer for a limited period. To my first disappointment, i understood that there is no offer with bookmyshow.com. And all the aforementioned came to my notice within a week of my card purchase and i am unsure how many more are there to follow!!!

      First of all, i don’t need a credit card which has a fee when i already enjoy the luxury o[censored]sing one free for lifetime. I have opted for your credit card only because there is no fee to take it. Irrespective of what beneficial offers you provide, i would always stay away from getting a card which has some kind of hidden charges. My current credit card issuing bank is offering me a credit increase along with a few bundled offers without any charge/fee or whatsoever for lifetime. It is nonsensical to pay rs. 899 even if i don’t use your credit!!!

      Secondly, this came as a big blot on my trust on indusind bank as i feel that to sell a credit card an outright lie was used. Trusting your words, i have referred one of my friends to go for indusind bank credit card which has already put me in bad light.

      If you want me to continue using the card, i need to be assured that there are not any sort of charges for the card for lifetime. If not, you may send your representative to take your card back and i shall settle my outstanding. I would rather use a card with straightforward offers/charges and not with twisted ones.

      You are requested to acknowledge this email on receipt and take it up further. I am awaiting your reply on the matter.

          I've taken two wheeler loan in May, 2015. I was informed by ur executive that EMI will be deducted from bank on 7th of every month, Somehow EMI not deducted on 7th june, so i transferred amount to my saving account. Now on 20th June, Saturday in evening, I got message that amount will be deducted on 22nd June. Because it was weekeend, I was unable to deposit into my bank account and was levied charges for late layment, Also I've sent ample of mails to your MD's, Nodals, but not getting proper response from anywhere. Also I've received call from Mr.Sanjay who was branch head of Jamnagar Branch(Now Gujarat's business head) that LPC will be waived off yet not received any confirmation from more than last one year! Also I've sent mails to Ms Anita Verghse and other heads like head of Loans, Head of bank but no one of you are interested to take care o[censored]r customers..!!             I am holding a IndusInd premium credit card. I wanted to have some information regarding my credit card, for which I have called the premium credit card call centre number thrice but nobody bothers to pick up the call. Is this the premium service expected from a growing bank like yours.. I m sorry to say this but there are other players in the market, who are giving much much good service than your bank. I want to surrender my credit card in an immediate basis.. There is no point of keeping such type of cards where I m not getting service..

              I'm Dharani, recently opened saving account in IndusInd bank, I have paid 10000.00, bank employee asked me to do some credit and debit transaction in my account, so i did some transaction.
              Later few days I got a call from Customer care they spoke top me in Hindi, I told to speak in Tamil, because i don't know Hindi and English ( I'm typing this complaint with my brother's support) then they have disconnected my call.
              Then i got a sms stating I'm getting Signature card and Rs. 5250.00 has been debited from my account. without my knowledge they have took money from my account.
              Then atlast they told i will get coupon for Rs.4000.00 that also i didn't get so far.

              Finally again they have debited Rs. 1599.00 from account, then really i got frustrated, I went to the nearest branch (Pondicherry) the Branch manager saying he is not responsible for these activity, already i have received 2 complaints, so can give the written complaint and wait.

              So at this point my balance is less than 10K, now they will debit some amount for balance maintenance fee.

                As per the bank representative i was supposed to receive a card with no fees lifetime.
                She told i will receive a powerbank with the card and i will be required to pay rs 500 initially.
                I have received no gift and not used card even once as you have not provided any pin.
                Now i am getting messages to pay an amount of rs575.
                I request the bank to cancel my card and amount.
                Aying that i am not interested now due to these issues.
                However the bank replied by saying that no powerbank is given. Also told me to pay the amount which has now grown to rs 1100 by requesting pin from their customer care number.

                Since i have not used the card even once and i don't intend to use it now due to their unprofessional attitude, why should i pay the amount.
                They are also not closing my credit card.

                I feel trapped and helpless.

                      I am Aroulselvi,
                      I have account on your pondicherry branch, since, last 3 years. Some my personal reason i want to be close my account with your bank. due to this, i am roaming. but there is no positive result. I do not know i should maintain minimum rs 10, 000 during account opening.

                      After, i bought two wheeler i gave the bank cheque. then they detect more than
                      450 rs as non maintain charges per month.I lost 12, 000 rs last 2 years. i have mental depression.
                      At final, i have approached the bank to close the account. there are no positive result. when i leave the account without closing, they will keep on add non maintenance charges on my account. finally, it's reflected in CIBIL. I don't want Continue with INDUS IND BANK Service in future.

                      Getting calls from numbers saying they are from INDUSIND bank and asking to pay in cash to their agents for credit cards.

                      When asking them to send a confirmation via email they are refusing.

                      The number they call is [protected].

                      Request bank authorities to investigate.

                        My father, who is a senior citizen with 69 years of age, was called by bank representative and informed that a debit card was sent but returned back and asked for address confirmation. When my dad denied any debit card, they informed that to reduce bank load for cash transaction the bank is providing debit cards to all customers. The card was received yesterday, and my dad was charged ₹1150 as issuance charge.

                        I. How could the bank issue a debit card without customer application or consent?
                        Ii. Does the bank have the right to charge for a service without prior communication of applicable charges?
                        Iii. Indusind madhyamgram branch manager went to the extent of lying that it is an rbi mandate!!

                        Need the money reversed w/o any charges levied.

                          I want to cancel my Indus ind Aura card. I have received it about a month back (26 July, 2016) and have not used it till now as I have not received PIN. I called up the customer care. Call went for about 30 minutes and I was not able to generate my PIN because of the delay in obtaining OTP. Then I requested representative to send it through post/ Courier. She had processed the request and I have not received pin till now. Hope I will not receive it for ever. Unfortunately I paid RS 500 for the monthly statement bill. If you can refund the amount or give a credit note that is fine else leave it. It is the worst bank I had ever seen.
                          I want to cancel my Aura Card immediately.Please suggest the procedure.
                          I had been using Stan chart card for past 8 years and I don't find any issue with it. I have a handsome credit of for my card.
                          I had been using Citi card for past 4 years and had no issues at all.
                          In fact I had no need of Aura card but as per discussion with your representative though I was not much convinced I accepted.If I would had seen the below blog I would have never applied for such card.

                          Yes, i am totally agree with Kalyan. I have also faced worst experience with Induslnd Bank. Indusilnd Back have pathetic customer service/support. They are cheating his customer by giving false plan/offer time of selling new credit card.

                          I have also experienced worst banking services from Induslnd bank. Never want again to be a customer of Induslnd bank and never suggest to any one to take any service from this bank as well.

                              I used my debit card to withdraw money from a near by branch. Unfortunately, my account got debited but I received no money from the ATM.
                              Its been 2 months, and no action has been taken by the bank. Customer Care is also good for nothing.
                              I would recommend not to open an account here as this bank is trying to eat people's hard earned money.

                                    I am writing this to bring to your kind attention of a very fraudulent behaviour by indusind bank aquisition manager namely (Ms. Vijita kumari) of kolkata branch and your regional manager mr. Sushant nahata.
                                    I had applied for an indusind bank indulge credit card the name mr rajesh kr goel.
                                    My credit card details are as under:
                                    Card no:4271*1009

                                    When i was applying for the above card i was told that my annual credit card fee/charges will be reversed. To be doubly sure, my father asked their representative to send me an email stating the above, which was sent to me on (6th december 2013) with a carbon copy sent to regional manager. I still have that email in mailbox as a documentary evidence.in the 1st year my annual credit card fee was charged and was reversed at later date as per the verbal commitment and also on the email.

                                    However i was charged with the full amount of your annual charges in 2nd year. When i asked for the reversal i was denied and was told that fee reversal for the 2ndyear cannot be done. After a lot of discussions and meeting their representative agreed for only a 50% fee reversal which was not acceptable to me. Finally, i was informed that my card has been blocked/cancelled and cannot be used any more. All my payments were done timely with zero late payment penalty charges till date.

                                    This according to me was an act of complete fraudulency. I would request you to please look into the matter.
                                    I am attaching with this letter a copy of the email that was sent to me when i was applying for credit card which clearly mentioned about the fee reversal.
                                    I never expect such confrontation from the esteemed bank.

                                      Dear sir, i have used indusind bank credit card and i could not able to make the payment due to financial crisis and continuous death of my grand mother and uncle. So i have informed to the bank to close my card and will pay interest on[protected]. But they have not responded my request and instead of settlement they have put the interest on every month even after my request. But suddenly i got the call from collection agent from banjara hills branch by the name sirisha on monday evening 4.30 pm from[protected]-2016) and she used very bad language stating “ why you have taken card when you can’t pay money if you don’t have money than you should behave like that why you taken card and she claimed that i have provided wrong address which is not true, i hope without address verification bank will not provide the card then how she can say that i have give wrong address and used the card and cheating the bank. If you check my details i have paid the interest whatever you people said and if i delay the payment this not the way you treat your customers and also she involved my family stating that your mother teach you all this type of thing that take money from bank and don’t pay how can she involve my mother in this matter and also she said that you are not getting any pay from your company. When i ask her to transfer my call to the manager she said you don’t have rights to talk to manager that until you pay the amount. I don’t understand your bank people only force us to take cards when we delay the payment you will treat the customers like hell. If customer not paying they are certain ways to collects but not harassing mentally. I have used 75000 and every time i am paying around 10 thousand yes i its my mistake that paid late but still i have only paying not escaped. After harassing so much how can i pay the amount i need proper explanation for harassing me or else i am ready to complain in consumer court for the mental harassment. Think once if i want to cheat the bank then how i proved my new number to banker than how can she use such language. How i can close the matter. So please take the immediate action against these incidents
