I have received 3 calls today and they were filled with derogatory remarks, harassment, mental torture and insulting words. I have the call recordings and would approach the court, if required.

I need this employee to be terminated and black listed.

I have tried to be as polite as possible unlike the caller

Your Credit card working wrong.
I have a credit card 2time extra charges aid my card.
Please see this case other wise i am going to court for this issue.

This is the usual misbehaviour done by Indusind Bank Employees and customers. I was bullied too by the employees and the branch Manager within the Bank. Its really the worst bank of all kind. I will highly recommend and request The consumer Complaint Form, The RBI and the Higher Authorities too take Stern action against this Indusind Bank at every cost. They not only torture the customers, but abuse them too. I had received threatening calls too for the complaints I had launched and I am still fighting to get justice from the Higher Authorities. And I will definetely see to it that this bank is declared the worst and the whatever damage the bank has done to me, both mentally and physically. They repay for the same by getting permanently closed down on the strict actions of RBI, Government and the Higher Authorities.
Indusind card offered me card after checking my credit score 861.had been issued a new card today and its blocked . Called the customer care and asked why it has been blocked. They replied my address is not proper. Been through two verification process .one in my home and the other in my office. Been on video call for kyc. Given all address proof aadhar and pan card. Still they say address not proper. If its not proper then why it has been approved in the first hand.

Now they say they want electricity bill or gas bill which both are in my mothers name.

I already own another card from kotak mahindra bank. That process was same .got that card without any hassles.

    I took a loan last year dec, 2015. Without my confirmation on the roi and processing fee my loan amount was disbursed. After repeated complain bank just provided me the agreement copy which the executive generally force to sign without filling full loan details. Also i was informed that the preclosure would be nil after 12 emi.
    Hence you couldn't help me with roi and processing fee, so requesting you to waive off the preclosure charges and guide me a easy way to close the loan.

      Iam vishal pillai i have already raised so many complaint regarding my bank branch and Customer service, After raising the complaint i had received a call from indusing bank by today the manager called me and she said i will not pay you your money so what ever you can do try your best cause from head office of indusind bank they have not approved your banking revert of your cash .. So sir really even after raising the complaint to consumer complaint department iam helpless so sir kindly help me to recover my money back

        Hi,

        Im a credit card user o[censored]r bank & I paid outstanding amount as I was promised that remaining about will converted to EMI. However, after paying 12, 200 Rs. Nobody gives a damn and now wants me to pay again the minimum amount.

        Kindly look into matter on priority and have an Escalation desk personal call me by EOD else I'll file complain 8n consumer court this is absurd.

          I want to open an account in you bank Sadar Bazar Branch Gurgaon.I had given the appilcation for new acc. On 11 nov. And on 12 nov i got my application ref no - AO-[protected]-IB. Today 19 days is completed but i didnt get any update on my application.When i visited your branch they tell ur account will open in next 2 working day its been saying from 18 days but no update is there. Today when i go the branch one of your executive MANNU misbehaves with me and talking very rude to me.When i say just tell me your name i will file a complaint against you then he said my name is mannu and do whatever you want to do if you want to complaint you can do it.Is this the way ur executives deals with customer, is this the way the banking of bank.
          Kindly take some strict action against him as soon as possible.Kindly make sure he should appolozise for his rude behaviour.

                This is a kind request for all the IndusInd Bank credit card customer, please do n't use IndusInd Bank CC, as they are making fool by committing wrong commitment..

                April 2016, I was making the IndusInd bank credit card payment thru online payment gateway and my transaction got failed for 4 times. I called customer care IndusInd bank and shared all the information. The customer executive advised me, please make the payment & call customer care about the same.
                I did the same as per his guidance & relaxed. Next month I got a late payment charges & called customer care for reversal. Got a confirmation for reversal but I am not getting any reversal for that. And after that I've not used the card and calling every month for the reversal, same response I am getting but nothing happening. Now my outstanding is INR 8100/- without spending a single penny. Finally one customer care executive confirmed me with positive assurance that make the payment, I'll check all your previous complain & 100% you will get reversal from May month. I made the payment & now they are saying reversal is not possible. Really they are chitters & making people, I am holding almost 6 credit cards and never faced this issue in any of them except this bank. They will force people & push the card with good node, but very poor service.

                  They Deducted 230 rs after withdrawal cash of 2000 rs on 25/11/2016 Mid Night 12 and they have already deducted 9000 rs as banking charges one time regarding this i spoke to customer care but they are not responding me .. Respected Sir/ Madam . Really Indusind bank loot customer Money so kindly look into this matter my previous Complaint (PMOPG/E/2016/0496439 And PMOPG/E/2016/0506728) Kindly close this banking service in india cause they support black money holders.. and Cheat all poor customer Has a INDIAN i have raised my complaint to Consumer complaint department So Kindly help me with this issue and close the indusind banking service in india

So Sir kindly help me to recover my cash And Iam Really helpless ...

                  When Each and every employee of indusind bank says that banking service is free of cost and there will be no deduction on any process but after opening an account we face such problem like banking charges and Atm scam after banking charges deduction and atm scam they have all new process which has been not yet mentioned in indusind bank web site

                    Tried opening an account in Indus ind- I gave a cheque at your branch in Prabhadevi.For which I received this msg

                    "Your account opening application is received on 05 Oct and will be processed in 6 working days.."

                    After this money was promptly deducted- I gave all the proofs my adhar card, voter id employment proof, present address proof etc .But still my account hasn't been created and its been more than 2 months...

                      This is dheeraj chauhan, want to make a complaint against one of your executives (telling name as mohit) called me today (24 nov 2016) around 04:50 pm from [protected].

                      He asked me to go for indusind life time free credit card. on deniying for that, he forced me to tell him the reason why i don't want to go for it. after few seconds he started talking in very rude manner and used very abusive language. you can yourself check recording of call made on my mobile number - xxxxxx2255 from [protected]

                      Please take an appropriate action against him (other than firing from job) which will be a lesson learnt for him, going forward.

                        Sir, I Manish Chauhan, Employee of bank of India, availed a vehicle loan in 2007. Now the loan is repaid fully but your Rajkot office refused me to give no due certificate and told.me we don't have your records it might be misplaced so you give us one stamp paper and all.i want to know how can an official tell me to bring stamp paper for no due certificate when it's misplaced by him and not by me.even i didn't get it before.i hope you will contact me on [protected] and take necessary action for that.else I don't have any options but to go for ombudsman.

                          I have raised a complaint regarding Bank has deducted 10000 with out informing a customer But your Chembur branch Employee have not given me any details regarding the same till date so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible so in can recover my 10000 rs from my account cause the only amount is left for me to manage my college fees

                            I submitted complaint vide reference number is 45180945 and this has been at nodal and even after a week there has been no response.

                            Absolutely pathetic if this is the service level of nodal team. The bill seems to have issues and I have requested an explanation however they are least bothered.

                            My mail sent is as below:

                            Dear Ms.Meghna/Ms.Anita,

                            I hold credit card number [protected] of your bank. I have an O/s of Rs. 2 Lac and I need to have clarity in terms of the invoice generated.

                            I called up your customer care on 5th November to understand the bill as there is a debit transaction of Rs. 18999 reflecting which should not have been there as that was reversal done by Flipkart in May 2016 when I returned the handset procured by them

                            The nice lady who received the call at 13:20 hours said that its credit entry which is not possible as there is (Dr.) mentioned against it so I checked my bill and again called up at 13:33 hours and spoke for almost 32:03 minutes wherein your customer care executive kept speaking to me and time again putting me hold however he could not make me understand the invoice. After that long time he said he would understand same from his seniors and would call me back which is awaited till date.

                            I have few simple queries if someone can speak to me and make me understand the invoice:

                            1. My previous balance is Rs. 183436 and current purchase is Rs. 11362 so it makes total Rs. 194798 so that should be my bill but its Rs. 202603. ????? Which calculation sir/madam.

                            2. Now other point I paid Rs. 10000 cash so that makes above amount of Rs. 194798 o/s to Rs. 184798 then from where is the higher amount reflecting?????

                            3. I paid Rs. 10000 however Rs.7804 is reflecting as credited then where is rest amount gone. I would tell you where it is, the transaction which your customer care girl was telling me as its credited its actually debited (remember Rs. 18999 transaction I mentioned above). Its like this Rs. 18999 debited - {Rs. 10000 paid + Rs. 1186 (points credited} = Rs. 7804. So now again query on what grounds is that Rs. 18999 debited.

                            4. Just for reference you were charging me interest month on month for this Rs. 18999 though the amount was already reverted by Flipkart. This amount has been now credited back to my account only after my complaint. Oooops this makes Rs. 9641 to be credited to my account but its showing only debits else my O/s would have further reduced by Rs. 9641 from Rs. 194798 (check point 1 for this Rs. 194798 calculation)

                            Overall I have shared my basic concerns so can someone call me and make me understand this stuff. Now please don't come back saying that your right hand side figures are just something else and the debited I am imposed is calculated in some way other. If you have charged me then you should show me on your right hand side figures which is as per attachment.

                            I need a call please or a senior mail ID who can make me understand your billing and I need to check out previous bills also as now I fear there would be issues with that also.

                                Sub : - ridiculous experience from indusind kandivali (w) branch

                                I bhavin b. jhaveri having multiple accounts (7 accounts family & current account) with your bank kandivali (w) branch. there are 2 queues ie. for bankers and non - bankers for cash exchange, cash deposit and cash withdrawal. i am standing there for 1 1/2hr and in that it came to my notice that indusind kandivali (w) branch are allowing their friends and relatives as a 1st preference. when i was standing in line, the person came after me and finished her transaction within few minutes.
                                I immediately told to rashmi madam and indusind bank branch manager mr. nilesh shikre about this, but no action or response taken for that. here i am having so many accounts but whats the use of that if you cant give the service and specially at that time when people need your support. you can check the cc camera foot age for your reference for date - 16/11/2016 at 12.45-1.00 pm.
                                Kindly take some action against such people. people should help but not as their friends/relatives at 1st preference and account holders afterwards. there should be some law, rules and regulation to be followed. this is their duty to help us and manage the crowd. even our pm mr. narendra modi is not giving 1st preference to their family, for him our country, our nation is 1st.
                                Felt extremely bad about indusind bank services and staff. sorry to inform you that i am forwarding this complain to many peoples like senior officers of indusind bank, may be to rbi, indusind clients, etc.

                                  I purchased active through indusind loan. I bought vehicle on jan 25th while in cibil my score was updated as "delayed payments" in feb 2016 with "30 days" status. What the hell is that? I paid advance emi as requested any my details were submitted to cibil showing 30 days overdue in feb 2016. How can it be 30 days overdue when i paid a advance emi and my bank had enough balance incase for any cheque clerance? Please rectify this in 30 days else i will have to give a written compliant on the same as it effected by cibil score.

                                      I have 80 days leave balance but leave not provided and every sunday and holiday cumpulsary working day in my office. One day i am take leave and directly not informed to teamleader. He told to me dont work .i will locked your user id go and sit.
