on a/c opening time they was told me open A/c i[censored] want to do A/c in 0 bal
than Open Demat A/C & do health policy with relicare . than i was open demat A/C & health policy .than also My saaving A/c not done in 0 bal & 1300 Deduted from A/c for Amb charge. so please refund my bal as posible as & convert my A/C in 0 bal

    This is regarding my PF Account No : MH/45118/34664

    Employee Number : IBL 25153

    It has been over 4 months my PF is not yet transferred .

    I am Rajeev Nagrik, I applied for my PF in month of June 2016, My Company INDUSIND BANK LIMITED, Confirmed that they have sent the documents to the PF office in Bandra and nothing is pending from there side. On verifying the settlement status with PF office there is TECHNICAL ISSUE at PF office as such the contributions are not correctly reflecting in their system due to which the forms are REJECTED and kept at their End, Also I have tried so many times to make call on PF office no is [protected] but no response from there side. So tell me what should i do now...

      Sir/Madam,

      I am Ram Surat Proprietor of R.M.Enterprises Previously I have current account in your bank my a/c No.[protected] and credit card No. is [protected] is opened in your bank . But due to the bad service of your bank I close my all a/c and I suffer loss of Rs. 50, 000/- in your bank. But previously before 3 month I am getting saving bank statement in my email [protected]@gmail.com. But I am socked because I am not opening any saving account then why this a/c is open. In my mail id the a/c no is showing my mobile number[protected]. So kindly close this account and takes necessary action to such staff who is open my saving account without my permission.
      I want to bring this into your kind attention that on 22.04.2016 I registered a complain of staff of indusind Bank Mr. Saurav Tomer, Desh raj and shyamu for misguided me to fulfill their target .once again I want to complain . so, that no other person suffer loss due to this staff and I also request you to close my account as soon as possible.

        Concern : I've been contacting IndusInd to resolve my issue. Its been morethan 6months still issue pending. I visited bank four times, written five emails, contacted customer care by phone over 40times. In july and august I received calls from your bank saying that joining fees withdrawn, I thaught I need not pay july bill, later I received one more call asking me to make minimum pay so that the issue will be resolved later. Joining fees not withdraws but added late payment and delay charges which is now about Rs.31000/- as per their statement.

        Acutal Issue : I applied for IndusInd platinum credit card last year november, executive informed me that there wont be any joining fees, But I received Rs.5000/- bill in first month statement as joining fees. I've taken IndusInd current account for my pvt ltd company and its salary accounts later. I visited somajiguda branch in march 2016 to resolve internet logging issue and to upgrade my current account. Mr Nageswara Rao (phone number [protected]) insisted me to take signature credit card. He was not showing interest on my current issues, but keep bugging me to take signature card. I thaught he 'd help me only if I take signature card. After few fallowups I agreed to take signature card for which he promised credit limit 2, 50, 000/- minimum credit limit, 4 Jet air tickets (not fuel charge, he promised full tickets) 2% cash back on each transation and Rs.80000/- benifits in a year as club memberships and promo codes. All went false. I contacted bank manager many times but he dint receive my call, left a message saying he is busy. I personally visited somagiguda branch, they neither resolved my current account issue nor credit card issue. I have been contacting bank from the day one, issue delayed and I was asked to pay the amounts to avoid bad cibil report. I contacted customer care more than 30 times everytime I had to explain issue and they cant reply immediately so each call lasted atleast 30mins they only asked me to wait as they escalate it to concerned department. I waited for 6months before i stopped paying. Finally I recieved a call saying charges cannot be withdrawn. When the promised features cannot be awarded to the customer why should customer keep the card. This issue causing lot of mental tension to me. I demand bank to execute the commitments or withdraw charges or card.

        Committed features with signature card 1. minimum 2.5lakh credit limit as per my existing credit cards limit ( executive taken my hdfc and standard charterd card details wich are minimum 2, 50, 000/- limit) 2. Four Jet ait tickets to travel any domestic destination 3. 2% cash back on each transatons ( as per his promise if i use 2.5lakh credit limit for atleast 6months i will get my joining fees back) 4. Rs.80000/- benifits ( free club memberships and promi codes )

        What I received 1. Card same as previous platinum credit limit Rs.50000/- ( I earlier paid Rs.5000/- for Platinum card just 3months before this upgraded card) 2. Received customer care call about the card saying Jet Codes only cover fuel charge not entire tickets. Still the tickets or promi codes not delivered. ( they claim tickets delivered to my mobile and mail, but I dint receive) 3. 2% reward points, not cashback. ( customer care person explains, these reward points can be redeemed to card bill, but 2% in 50k limit will not cover joining fees in an year) 4. Benifits only offers on purchase, not direct offers. They promised free access to airport lounges and free membership in golf club. I tried to obtain free laungue at RGI airport lounge and golf club which they said free access. But they rejected citing limitations.
        If they issued card with credit limit or jet air tickets are as per commitment, i'd have continued with the card.
        I contacted all levels of bank support, no one atleasted contacted me to resolve issue. Totally irresponsive
        I humbly request you to help me in this issue.

        Received reply from IndusInd to my registered mail which it says I agreed to pay charges, but they are not even considered any of the issues which I raised in my complaint. For the committed card value they are asking me to submit ITRs, which i submitted twice in last 6months. They claim jet vouchers which I never received from indus ind. Not mentioned about other issues. No official contacted me to seek details of my complaint.
        I sincerely request bank thru this forum. If they are really want to settle customer dispute why cant concern person speak directly to me, why cant they deliver so committed offers. If they are unable to execute the promises why should I pay charges for this so called premium card. Customer always expect returns for his payment wether its service or product. Im not doing charity to pay and leave profits. I demand bank to withdraw card and revoke all charges. Check my initial complaint again, how bank troubled me in last six months. Hope still there is management in IndusInd bank to resolve customer issues, if at all behaving like a fraudulent company, i finally try by consumer court. Im confident enough to fight anywhere because I was cheated by the bank. if bank really fallowing standards, send the executive who delivered wrong commitments, or arrange a call from higher official to resolve issue. No one contacted from bank, but you keep sending mails saying the issue resolved. Worst bank, running a systematic fraud.

        38 days since I given complaint, still no response. They neither execute their commitments nor they withdraw charges. Nobody has contacted me so far even for anykind of explanation.
        I request some one help me in this matter.
        these people now a days got habituated to doing acknowledgement and leaving the complaints.
        Please try to launch a complaint in the customers forum in judicial circle. If our cibil score gets affected tbecause of these AHoles, their busines should be affected with our complaints.

Will be delivered in separate courier but till today i have not been given pin no.           This has reference to the Loan a/c KBV00942H taken from your Bank for two wheeler and it was for 12 months period (from 28/09/2015 to 28/08/2016) and the loan period has been completed and I was informed by one of the executive the somebody would be contacting me and till date I have not got any contact from the Bank regarding the NOC or any letter sent to my address of communication, could this be looked into and let me know if I would be given the NOC for the same.

            Sir im having this bank credit cards, i have taken this card in january, the time of giving they had told that what ever you do trasaction will be converted in monthly emi'more ever the time of transection also i approched the customer care and asked about this they told yes it will be converted in same but after transection they are not doing same and telling there is no offer on your cards and they are using external agencies for minimum payment and they are giving threating more than half i have paid, so i request you to take the strong action against them this is a kind of fraud and mislead the the customer

            my accountis salary account and i have a benefits of maintaining Zero balance but the bank deducted the
            amount of Rs.101 and Rs.184 towards non maintenance charges.
            i have even raised a query regarding this but i did not got any response. if this is the case no one will have the account in indusind bank.

              Dear Sir,
              This is to inform you that Krishan Lal Grover had a saving bank account in IndusInd Bank details mentioned above, he made Mr. Ramesh Singh his son-in law as nominee of the said account. Krishan Lal Grover expired on 12.09.2012, leaving 5 legal heirs 3 daughters and 2 sons 1. Late Madhulika Chugh through her legal heirs Sarika Agarwal and Parikshit Chugh, 2. Meena Magon, 3. Ranjana Singh. (Daughters) 4. Ajay Grover, 5. Vijay Grover (Sons).
              That the deceased Krishan Lal Grover also executed a registered will, in which the undersigned is appointed as the executer of the will and having power to collect all the funds from all the accounts of the deceased and distribute it to the beneficiaries according to the will.
              That the undersigned after getting the signature of all the legal heirs submitted the necessary document on 16.10.2012, but later one of the legal heir Meena Magon revoked her consent by telephonic call to the then Bank Manager and the reason for her doing the same was because later when the will was read amongst the legal heirs, nothing was bequeathed in her favour, as she already had taken much of financial assistance time to time from the deceased in his life time.
              That the fact that the undersigned been the nominee and also the executer of the will of the deceased must have been enough proof for the bank to confirm the identity of the undersigned as per the bank policy i.e.
              “DECEASED DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
              a) Settlement of dues

              i) If the depositor has registered nomination with the Bank; – the balance
              outstanding in the account of the deceased depositor will be transferred
              to the account of / paid to the nominee after the Bank satisfies about the
              identity of the nominee, etc.

              iv) The survivor(s)/nominee would be receiving the payment from the Bank as a trustee of the legal heirs of the deceased depositor, i.e., such
              payment to him / them shall not affect the right or claim which any person
              may have against the survivor(s)/nominee to whom the payment is made.”

              That bare perusal of the above policy of the Bank shall be enough to understand that the undersigned satisfies the above given terms, Firstly, as he is both the nominee and a authorized executer of the Will unless it is challenged by any of the legal heir which is not yet challenged till now, Secondly the person who is objecting as a legal heir, unfortunately is not a beneficiaries in the will of the deceased and that takes away the right from her to challenge the will in the court of law.
              That it has to be clear to the bank that a legal heir will always be a legal heir nothing can change its status but it is not a compulsion that every legal heir is a beneficiary unless specifically mentioned in a registered will, in present case a registered will is present but the name of the legal heir who is objecting is no mentioned as beneficiary, so in total the objection raised by Meena Magon is nuisance and nothing else, which shouldn’t have been entertained by the bank on the first hand.
              That the bank inspite of asking Meena Magon to get the will probated and then file an objection in the bank asked the undersigned to get the will probated in order to release the fund of the account of the deceased. A simple logic bank is not willing to understand that why should an executer file for probate, the one who has objection shall file for probate.
              That the undersigned gave a written legal representation to the bank on asking for the grounds on which such objection has been entertained,
              That the bank is bound to pay the nominee of the account, as per the policy for settlement of claims in respect of deceased account holders unless any of the legal heir has filed any case in court of law, in regards with such bank account and which is affecting her constitutional rights, and objection has to supported with a judicial order, in which it is specifically mentioned as to status quo. As per law the burden to proof lies on the legal heir in this case to prove the nomination of the nominee is wrong.
              That the bank has not acted as per the laws and regulation of the bank and on the contrary has accepted the objection of a person who is not legally eligible to put any objection of any sort in terms of the banking rules and regulation which clearly states that the nominee shall receive the funds of the deceased in absence of any formal judicial order of any court of law filed by any legal heirs of the deceased in support of his/her objection to the bank.

                  An insurance policy was taken on behalf of my son s. ravi and the policy number is 03117307 for rs.1500/- per month from m/s exide life insurance. an ecs form singed by me and accepted for payment from my sb account number[protected]. now i retired from service and getting meagre amount of pension and could not able to continue the policy. while approaching the bank for closure of policy and requested for not paying the policy amount, they informed me that i have to approach the insurance company for cancellation of ecs, then only the payment will be stopped. but the insurance company is not considering my request. (the request was submitted by my son only). i very much shocked that as i had proposed a insurance policy and now i wish to close it, but i could not able to close due to a form given by me to recover the money from my account.

                  Now i want submit that whether i can close the policy or not. if it is possible kindly stop payment to policy from my above s b account.

                    Complaint against demand of bribe !!

                    This is regarding my application for a/c opening with Indusind bank at Gurgaon.

                    I got a call from customer care to reconfirm my application. A Lady on phone was gentle and courteous . She told me that you will get a call from nearest branch to collect the documents and will share more info. I said that's cool.

                    Next day I got a call from a gentleman says yes we will get your docs collected....

                      I am not writing thsi complaint to indusind customer care who just pass on this to branch. But this compalint is about the branch.

                      April month - i called up branch for cheque collection from home. Branch manager (Abhishek sharma); he assures me that executive named mr rathi will come to collect teh check or else he will send someone else by 11:00 am

                      It was 12:00 pm, no one came and i call up abhishek again.. He said he will check... And no revert given to me;
                      I called up again at 1:00 pm, abhishek picked the phone after long bell and wait; he started shouted at me that i was driving and you are calling me again... At a very loud done, its seemed that he is bringing down his frustration with bank ro his job on me... Because i had no idea on saturday working day instead of being in branch he is driving some where at 1:00 pm...
                      Instead he shouted at me, that he could have died in accident..

                      2) incident 2: it was working saturday, as i remember coming out fo nearby bank fo baroda to get some work done... And when i went to indusind bank. I entered branch fo sector 23 to see that only one guard and sweeper is in teh bank cleaning the floor and one trainee is sitting in branch, when i asked trainee where are branch amanger and where are others senior executives, he replied : sir aap bathiyee... Abhi aa jayenge... And since i was in hurry, i moved out,
                      Such a shameless and inefficient bank is indusind bank.

                      3) i had given compalint about my father's account[protected] about discrepancy fo fd funds showing in mobile app and in net banking...
                      It has been a week and i ahve not got any reply.

                      4) today i got a call form varun from indusind bank sec 23 for ac[protected] that by mistake a wrong credit (For some other account) is given in my account and need to be reversed.
                      First of all how inefficient system are there in indusind bank

                      And second despite asking all the details on my email (Varun from indusind bank sector 23), varun is yet to reply on my request, and no details are sent till now.. So poor and lazy are indusind bank executives

                      The above are my detailed reasons on whenever i go and close my account forever and for lifetime with indusind bank.

                      In closing form i will only tick :service issues... As my words are already in the complaint or blog as you call it..

                        In June 2016 there was deduction for no-transaction in the month of May 2016 against my account no.[protected]. I raised an issue on 18th Sept 2016 with a proof of transaction hitting in May 2016 and so nobody has replied to my mail nor they have called and confirmed that they are looking into it.

                        I couldn't believe how a private bank could behave like this. Even public Banks would have done something by now.

                        I strongly started to believe that IndusInd got some advice from Wells fargo on how to charge their clients wrongly and increase their share value

                              Indusind bank bank managers and officials do not sit in sector 23 indusind bank branch for most of the time..
                              I have even seen situations on working saturdays when no officer or executive is found in bank..
                              Only guard is there outside and seen sweeper sweeping the bank on saturday morning, when most customers want to get service from bank.

                              Who will dare to open locker in sector 23 branch... i am planning to close my account and close relation forever,

                                this withdrawl was on account of reissue of new ATM card however no request was given to bank from myside to issue a new ATM card
