    HI ALL,
    I am having savings account at Indus-Ind bank karur for past 2 years from my account opening date i didn't noticed my balance recently i went to bank to withdraw amount 14, 000 rs/-which i having at my account.But they said that only 9000 rs/- is available i asked to the bank officers why 5000 rupees is been debited from my account they have said that it is due to new ATM card renewal without my knowledge how can they took 5000 rupees from m y account i do know why they are cheating public without any intimation & the bank officers saying that amount will be refunded to you by gift voucher as i asked them to provide gift voucher instant of my amount kindly resolve my problem and give my cash back

      Sir we purchase mobile iphone last 3 months. We want to emi on my purchase
      But bank rejected my application. Bank force me to pay all payments but i am not capable to pay this amount. Bank increase

      I had touch continue in indusin bank credit cat costumer service and according to castumercare we pay two times minimum payments

      Referencd to the trailing mail on dated 23Jan-17 regarding my purchase v/s EMI from Indusind bank, we would like to file a complaint against the bank authority for mental harassment to customer against law.

      Kindly consider my reqeust under mental harassment of Indian citizen health and charge them for the same .
      Bank is directly responsible for my Any mental disease or disorder due to this reason. I am scared and alone.

        My account was opened by Akhil Ghadhok, with whom i had nice little period when i was very happy with indusind bank;
        and referred more family accounts also with indusind bank ;

        but since Akhil went away to other indusind branch and was relocated from Sector 23 gurgaon;

        Abhishek joined as manager and i and flavor of worst language and abusive words an taunting words from abhishek;

        his assistants like varun vaisahishta also provided me extremely poor service s and banking with Indusind bank was painful;

        so even i am happy to close my bank account with indusind bank..
        and for my life time;; i promise you i will never buy or recommend indusind bank products to me or my family or relations;

        whenever i will get time ; i will write free blogs against Indusind bank in this free democratic country;
        whether i live in India or abroad;;
        for em indusind bank will be a a third class bank..who allows its pathetic managers like abhishek to abuse and fight with customers;
        and give them extremely poor services;

        i have atleast 30 different bank managers who will be always ready to open a new account for me;

        and in the end only indusind bank will loose its business by not treating customers properly..

        And in my case also Akhil ghadhok came to my home to invite and open my new account with indusind bank.

        I got a account closure notice within one month yesterday at this email, but it might be a spam for me, so request indusind nodal officer to confirm which account you want me to close by giving details like name of account holder and account number.

        I will also like to put this complaint against Banking ombudsman and RBI against indusind bank.

        1) Because 1st ur bank officials approached me,
        For opening account not me...They came to my house to open account.

        2) your bank officials suggested and opened my FD in account[protected] which matures in march 2017, so as per the FD contract you cannot force closure of my account before this financial year.

        3) I wrote complaint and abuses indusind bank, because your responsible managers abhiahek abused me and spoke rudely with me..Issue could have been settled but I saw despite my complaints against abhiahek, manager of sector 23 branch, Gurgaon, you did not took any action against abhishek(indusind bank manager, sec 23, Gurgaon)

        This was shameful from indusind bank..

        I do not mind closing my account, but send me details on which account you want me to close..

        Respected officials RBI bank,

        I will like to report incident of harassment to an Indian citizen whose internet banking is blocked since 3 months,

        I have given application to unlock my account multiple times to indusind bank but the same is not unlocked till now.

        I have been harassed by indusind Ind managers of sector 23, Gurgaon named abhiahek and his supporting staff. I will also like to state that I have also reported this as harassment to disabled to human resource ministry against indusind bank because I cannot walk to indusind bank to resubmit my application or make request to unlock my account repeatedly...And rely on internet banking for my important transactions.

        As a strategy indusind bank manager sector 23, Gurgaon have even abused me and harassed me, are not giving me attention and help to unlock the account. I even have recorded conversation with staff of sector 23, which I shared with indusind bank, which I emailed to indusind senior officials and directors but instead of taking corrective action ..The clever managers have tied up with back office to give me notice to close my account..

        I will like to report this as a complaint in both1) RBI
        And 2) ministry of Human resources 3) submitting proofs of bad language used by indusind bank..4) for 3 months, I am repeatedly requested the officials to unlock my account but the same is not done...

          It is to complain that A representative of Indusind Bank came to our office and offered a credit card saying there is no joining or annual fee, so i opted for the card and after verification i was given a credit card on 28.12.2017 with a note that PIN No. will be delivered within 5 days but till today i have not been given PIN No. I have made a call to customer care no. which was most of the time busy or no person attended the call, therefore, i requested to cancel the Card because representative cheated by giving false details its charges joinining fees. however, Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card before getting bill.

              On 11/01/2017 at about 8.10pm I used my ATM card no- [protected] to withdraw Rs.4000 from ATM of SBI, Cossipore branch kolkata. But money did not come out instead a slip came stating that "sorry, unable to process". Few minutes letter I recieved sms from your bank stating that Rs.4000 has been debited from my savings bank a/c no[protected].

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have a Zero balance Savings Bank Account with Alleppey IndusInd Branch since 29.07.2006, Customer ID 10218479. I have taken a Vehicle loan (Loan No. ECD01693H) from Indusind Finance on 26.07.2014. The EMI of the loan was deducted from my SB account monthly (21st of every month) as per standing instruction given by me as signing the Loan agreement. Unfortunately last month ie, December 2016 my account was freezed without any notification. The Indusind Finance department send the cheque for clearing (Standing Instruction) and the same was returned with fine of Rs. 460/-. On 28.12.2016 I have contacted the bank and I got the information that my account was freezed and the same day, I have submitted KYC documents and Request letter for updating my account to Normal SB account with minimum balance 2500/-. Same day I had given the sufficient balance Bank statement with the Indusind Consumer finance division and they instructed me to pay the EMI of Rs. 1672/- with cash. Today I again contacted Alleppey Branch and not yet they can't activate my SB account. Now the Finance Division Instructed me to pay this month EMI + Dec Fine (460/-)+ Jan Fine (460/-). Today I Contacted Mr. Vipin (Mob. No. [protected]) with sufficient cash to close my Loan account but they are arguing If I pay the whole amount today, they can't stop this month EMI due to your old computerization Technic. Now I am instructed to contact on or before 30th January 2017 and they can cancel the standing instruction only on February 1st 2017. The problem is I will lost another Rs. 460/-.

                  So please activate my SB account (Today I have also submitted FATCA-CRS Declaration – Individual Customer) on or before 20th January 2017 and wavier the Fine accumulated

                    My conversation on SMS chat with the managers abhiahek and Varun vaishaiaht attached.

                    I will also lodge complaint to banking ombudsman and RBI for poor services and disgraceful acts by indusindbank
                    The worst services i have seen in my life, from next month i am going to stop next installment if i am not getting the foreclosure letter in next 2 working days.That’s my honesty i am continue paying the installemnt amount on 14.5 rate of interest in 11.29 % market scenario.Going to block indusind cheque schedule.

                        Iam CH RAMASURYA NARAYANA with customer code ART02687H with Indus Ind bank have taken a bike loan in 21/01/2009 and completed my total loan payment on 13/06/2012 .But recently when I approached a bank to avail car loan I have been declined loan due to my low CIBIL score that is affected due to INR 100 loan outstanding of bike loan which I was not aware of . So I went to the IndusInd bank and paid the outstanding amount with a overdue of 3900 INR ON 07/08/2015 and the bank employee said the payment will be updated in ur CIBIL score and hence I will not be having any problem with my scores further.But it's been over one year that I cleared the loan but the payment is not updated on my CIBIL scores and still I failed to avail loan due to low scores . I went to the bank in between requesting them to update the payment but they failed to do so. And I think these guys in IndusInd bank are pathetic and upon my many complaints they failed to resolve my problem . Here iam attaching my mobile number [protected] . Hope u guys understand my complaint n solve .

                          Im following up wef 4th Dec'16 -Still issue not resolved

                          Not able to reset my net banking password

                          System Error - Username blocked to reset password

                          1) I have make call to customer care from from RTN- Phone was kept on hold for 20 min
                          Such incident happens wef 4th Dec'16

                          2)Walk in to bank - Every one pass on the matter to next chair - Finally no one want to take this as responsibility.

                          3) E mail to official complaint address as per mention on company website- Only auto reply received without ant value addition.

                            I want to cash withdrowal as same govt.& Other banks. I am enter branch and tailking about a self withdrow vicher/Slip then Emplyee give answer that this faicility not avialable in bank or branch of adarsh nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
                            But this faicilitty are all govt. BankS
                            then how posiblle not avialable in this bank . What is RBI rulles is different in privite sector. This is very very bad from me. That is constmourS Rights not give that bank. Your wrong about this facility.

                              I have opened an online a/c with Indusind Bank on 10 December 2016. submited the documents and call many times to the bank but till the date they not started my account and when i call them they said it will be stated today. They neither start my account nor refund my payment. I need help to either they open my account or refund my money.

                                Sir i have applied for pf in dominos may 2016. Since then i am not doing job i have salary ac in indusind bank. I didnt closed account as pf amount will be credited to same account . They credited pf amunt in nov26 but im unable to draw because it is showing 6543 dr in account . Please let me know how to get my money back .I didn't got any message from indusind bank towards deduction of money from my account

                                  Hi,

                                  Im Sarath Racherla held a two wheeler loan account with INDUS BANK, Hyderabad with account number AHE1280H starting from June 2015.

                                  I made regular payment of 2526 INR on regular basis on every month on 21st.On 3rd month of my payment, i had received a call from INDUS BANK regarding the technical issue that my payment was successful. Next day agent from bank visited and took the same amount in cash, which continued for 2 months.( in form of cash payments).

                                  To my notice, when i applied for Loan/Credit cards, i got rejection from each and every bank i applied, due to my LOW CIBIL score. I enquired with a private bank, and realized that my CIBIL was down due to INDUS BANK Two wheeler Loan payment for default amount of 250 INR. This non payment of 250 has impacted my score.

                                  I had walked into INDUS BANK shalivahana Nagar, in Hyderabad for the statement, which showed my default status for 250 INR non-payment.

                                  I made 100 of calls to your so called CUSTOMER SERVICE to get this clarified but really Im very much, highly frustated due to your poor and pathethic support.

                                  Every time I make an email for support, they are requesting me to send a copy of my CIBIL score. Its a simple understanding that, if I was aware of my CIBIL score, i wouldnt have applied any LOAN .

                                  When i reviewed my statement, the amount of 250 was adjusted by bank, and they said IT WAS BANKS MISTAKE ( TECHINCAL ERROR). They retificed their system and havent done thing over improving my score.

                                  Becasue of this pathetic service, i already pre-closed my account on 16 Nov, and even then i was charged on 21 Nov an amount of 2526.

                                  By this complaint, I want an immediate resolution for the Fault by Bank which impacted my score and reverse the transaction of INR 2526 back to my account...!

                                    I have Not done Net Banking imps from my Indusind bank Website on My Saving Account No.[protected] on 04/01/2016 to My Other Bank saving ac in Andhra Bank of Rs. 2000, there was notification shown which says transaction error and then i got a text from indusb that, 'your fund transfer for Rs 2, 000.00 on 04/01/16 is timed out. Please check with your bank I will Explain IMPS No.

                                      I have taken car loan, and they promised monthly EMI 8800 Rs only.Later since 4 months thy have been deducting 9600 Rs .I have asked many times from the person .There is no response so far about.Totally thy have to credit 4000 Rs but no response. so its totally fraud finance team.

                                        I have a zero balance salary account in induslnd bank in sector 15 part 2 gurgaon. I have not operated that account after activation because my hometown was so far from this bank and i dont have this bank in my area. After shifting gurgaon, i have deposited 15000/- a day and after sometime 5000/- deducted from my account for non transaction charges.
                                        I have checked my account and they said this is a saving account of maintaining 10, 000/- per month. But i have no information about it from the staff. I have to share some transaction with you.
                                        I want my deducted amount back into my account asap.
