    Dear sir / Madam,

    I am Aroulselvi,
    I have account on your pondicherry branch, since, last 3 years. Some my personal reason i want to be close my account with your bank. due to this, i am roaming. but there is no positive result. I do not know i should maintain minimum rs 10, 000 during account opening.

    After, i bought two wheeler i gave the bank cheque. then they detect more than
    450 rs as non maintain charges per month.I lost 12, 000 rs last 2 years. i have mental depression.
    At final, i have approached the bank to close the account. there are no positive result. when i leave the account without closing, they will keep on add non maintenance charges on my account. finally, it's reflected in CIBIL. I don't want Continue with INDUS IND BANK Service in future.

    Still pending the issue .i update my detail below given mail.
    Getting calls from numbers saying they are from INDUSIND bank and asking to pay in cash to their agents for credit cards.

    When asking them to send a confirmation via email they are refusing.

    The number they call is [protected].

    Request bank authorities to investigate.

      My father, who is a senior citizen with 69 years of age, was called by bank representative and informed that a debit card was sent but returned back and asked for address confirmation. When my dad denied any debit card, they informed that to reduce bank load for cash transaction the bank is providing debit cards to all customers. The card was received yesterday, and my dad was charged ₹1150 as issuance charge.

      I. How could the bank issue a debit card without customer application or consent?
      Ii. Does the bank have the right to charge for a service without prior communication of applicable charges?
      Iii. Indusind madhyamgram branch manager went to the extent of lying that it is an rbi mandate!!

      Need the money reversed w/o any charges levied.

        Hi Team,
        I want to cancel my Indus ind Aura card. I have received it about a month back (26 July, 2016) and have not used it till now as I have not received PIN. I called up the customer care. Call went for about 30 minutes and I was not able to generate my PIN because of the delay in obtaining OTP. Then I requested representative to send it through post/ Courier. She had processed the request and I have not received pin till now. Hope I will not receive it for ever. Unfortunately I paid RS 500 for the monthly statement bill. If you can refund the amount or give a credit note that is fine else leave it. It is the worst bank I had ever seen.
        I want to cancel my Aura Card immediately.Please suggest the procedure.
        I had been using Stan chart card for past 8 years and I don't find any issue with it. I have a handsome credit of for my card.
        I had been using Citi card for past 4 years and had no issues at all.
        In fact I had no need of Aura card but as per discussion with your representative though I was not much convinced I accepted.If I would had seen the below blog I would have never applied for such card.

        Yes, i am totally agree with Kalyan. I have also faced worst experience with Induslnd Bank. Indusilnd Back have pathetic customer service/support. They are cheating his customer by giving false plan/offer time of selling new credit card.

        I have also experienced worst banking services from Induslnd bank. Never want again to be a customer of Induslnd bank and never suggest to any one to take any service from this bank as well.

            I used my debit card to withdraw money from a near by branch. Unfortunately, my account got debited but I received no money from the ATM.
            Its been 2 months, and no action has been taken by the bank. Customer Care is also good for nothing.
            I would recommend not to open an account here as this bank is trying to eat people's hard earned money.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I am writing this to bring to your kind attention of a very fraudulent behaviour by indusind bank aquisition manager namely (Ms. Vijita kumari) of kolkata branch and your regional manager mr. Sushant nahata.
                  I had applied for an indusind bank indulge credit card the name mr rajesh kr goel.
                  My credit card details are as under:
                  Card no:4271*1009

                  When i was applying for the above card i was told that my annual credit card fee/charges will be reversed. To be doubly sure, my father asked their representative to send me an email stating the above, which was sent to me on (6th december 2013) with a carbon copy sent to regional manager. I still have that email in mailbox as a documentary evidence.in the 1st year my annual credit card fee was charged and was reversed at later date as per the verbal commitment and also on the email.

                  However i was charged with the full amount of your annual charges in 2nd year. When i asked for the reversal i was denied and was told that fee reversal for the 2ndyear cannot be done. After a lot of discussions and meeting their representative agreed for only a 50% fee reversal which was not acceptable to me. Finally, i was informed that my card has been blocked/cancelled and cannot be used any more. All my payments were done timely with zero late payment penalty charges till date.

                  This according to me was an act of complete fraudulency. I would request you to please look into the matter.
                  I am attaching with this letter a copy of the email that was sent to me when i was applying for credit card which clearly mentioned about the fee reversal.
                  I never expect such confrontation from the esteemed bank.

                    Dear sir, i have used indusind bank credit card and i could not able to make the payment due to financial crisis and continuous death of my grand mother and uncle. So i have informed to the bank to close my card and will pay interest on[protected]. But they have not responded my request and instead of settlement they have put the interest on every month even after my request. But suddenly i got the call from collection agent from banjara hills branch by the name sirisha on monday evening 4.30 pm from[protected]-2016) and she used very bad language stating “ why you have taken card when you can’t pay money if you don’t have money than you should behave like that why you taken card and she claimed that i have provided wrong address which is not true, i hope without address verification bank will not provide the card then how she can say that i have give wrong address and used the card and cheating the bank. If you check my details i have paid the interest whatever you people said and if i delay the payment this not the way you treat your customers and also she involved my family stating that your mother teach you all this type of thing that take money from bank and don’t pay how can she involve my mother in this matter and also she said that you are not getting any pay from your company. When i ask her to transfer my call to the manager she said you don’t have rights to talk to manager that until you pay the amount. I don’t understand your bank people only force us to take cards when we delay the payment you will treat the customers like hell. If customer not paying they are certain ways to collects but not harassing mentally. I have used 75000 and every time i am paying around 10 thousand yes i its my mistake that paid late but still i have only paying not escaped. After harassing so much how can i pay the amount i need proper explanation for harassing me or else i am ready to complain in consumer court for the mental harassment. Think once if i want to cheat the bank then how i proved my new number to banker than how can she use such language. How i can close the matter. So please take the immediate action against these incidents

                      I mohammad sameer, have issued a chq no:018362 [central bank] of rs30000/- to indusind bank, ganesh chandra avenue branch, kolkata - 700 012 on dated:21st day of july 2016 to mr swapan [a account opening staff].

                      He came to my office and offered to open a new saving account with a facility of choice number for my account, hence i fell interested and given all documents on 21st july 2016. Since then i call him every 2nd day to know the status of the process but this guy never shows any professionalism towards me. He noted all my office address, home address, father and mothers details etc in his diary and i requested him a 10 digit number to be my new choice account number with indusind bank and told him that if my given choice number is not avialable, please inform me i will give you another number and dont make my mobile number as account number. I called him many times and he says i am there and i told him that i dont want my mobile number to be my account number. On 26 july 2016 i receive a sms in my mobile that[protected] is reserve for indus priviege account. On 29th july 2016 i received welcome sms saying my account has been opened at g c avenue branch, kolkata. On 31 july 2016 i again received a sms saying my branch address, email, tollfree no and again i received a sms saying that my account[protected] is blocked for debit transaction, for details contacts branch or call toll free. I immediately call this swapan and informed about this. I scolded him how my mobile number has become my mobile number and he said sir this is not in my hand, all this account opening process happen from mumbai, our bank h. O. [he says h. O. Has the right to select account number for customer]

                      Hence i feel myself cheated and asked him to check with the bank, why i receive the my account has been blocked and i called him several times and he says he is outside and on reaching branch he will inform me, but it never happen and my repeated calling, he answered that my cheque had been returned and i angrily shouted at him in phone and asked the reason and he replied with insufficient balance. I want him this in written cheque returned note with narration saying insufficient balance in my issued account and challenged him to sue indusind bank, legally.

                      On 2nd of august 2016 i saw my passbook app of central bank, that amount of rs30000/- has been credited to indusind bank and informed the same to swapan and asked him about the cheque book, atm card, and pin and never got any information about the kit. He replied after two days that this information is not with us, all atm card, cheque book, pin dispatched is also from our h. O. At mumbai. I asked him whom to approach, whom to call he said nothing is in my system. On 6th august 2016 i received atm pin at my home address through bluedart courier. I again informed to swapan about this atm pin acknowledgement and ask him to enquire about atm card. Next day i called him and he replied no information is with him, all mumbai h. O. Knows about the dispatch. On 8th to 10th august i went ranchi for my work and came to know that atm card returned after watching my door locked and i came back and enquired the bluedart no:awb[protected].
                      I visited bluedard office at ajc centre and they said i returned the document. Again i asked him swapan about this and he said it will come again. Again it came by registered speed post and i received 11/08/2016. I came to branch to use atm card and got the message that card is blocked and report to g c avenue branch itself with swapan.

                      Some staffs at the panel hear about my problem and checked and told me that it will be sort out within two days. Again i used another atm to withdraw cash but were unable. Again i call the guy about this, he want me in branch. On 18 august 2016 i visited branch, told the whole story to miss susmita and she apologize about the harassment and scolded the swapan and uses my mobile to communicate with indusind bank customer care and came to know about my account has been freezed and will be done within couple of days. She assure me that i do not need to visit branch and offer me the visiting card of miss shristi srivastava. She advice me to call directly to branch and the above problem will be solved and again i call to branch on 20 of august 2016 and i asked for susmita and she came on call and handed over my call to male staff behind her - he assure me that till the saturday evening or sunday morning, my freezing can be solve.

                      Hence till date 22 august 2016 i used indusind atm at ripon street, kolkata but again i get message of card blocked and lastly i call customer care and informed everything to them on call duration:33min 8sec [[protected]] and they register my complain reference no:42294008. He told me to send email and now at the end of his call, he assure me that i will get quick resolution. I told him that i am now fed up of this harsh account opening fraudulent happen to me and esclating this matter to senior level of hierarchy of indusind bank.

                      Can u believe sbi bank atm allows me to withdraw 40k cash in a day and this indusind fraud sales person i told him i need 50k limit of atm card and hence i received pathetic 25k card limit. Thats why i tagged the subject as fraudulent in every arena — indusind bank, a newly opened branch at g. C. Avenue, chandni chowk, kolkata-700012

                        I have been availed a two wheeler loan vide your loan acc no tag03146h, loan dated 30.4.2016, finance amount of rs 54, 366-/-.

                        And i foreclosed the loan on 2.6.2016 by payment of cash of rs 54, 400-/-

                        Since my repayment are routed through ach, emi amount rs 2905 -/- debited on 21.06.2016 after foreclosure of my loan.

                        Hence i request you to refund the debited emi and issue the below documents.

                        1.) noc and form 35 to rto
                        2.) noc to insurance hupothecation cancel
                        3.) no dues certificate

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          I have taken car loan (Car loan account no mwt00602c) from indusind bank, as per the agreement they needs to give me rs 5000/- back each year, which they have added in my emi for the insurance. But, after repeated reminders and mails, nobody has turned up till date. This amount should be deposited in my account in the month of march 2016. Last year also the same way they behaved but after launching complaint with you they refunded after 5 months.

                            On 26th july, 2016
                            Two of your staff members (Mr. Varun and mr. Praveen) came to me and done a request for new account opening because of their closing issues...

                            On 27th july, 2016
                            I gave them a cheque of rs. 20, 000 (Bank of baroda) for new account opening with the name of chanderkala.
                            On 4th aug, 2016,
                            Rs.20, 000 debited from my bank of baroda account for new account opening in indusind bank.
                            On 20th aug, 2016
                            Still, i don’t receive my account number, cheque book, debit card as well as don’t received the reason for delay. Its amazing...
                            Now, i give you one weak time to do all issue in a streamline flow. I am fed up.
                            I am planning to close my all accounts in indusind bank, and never ever suggest to my near and dear ones.

                              I have applied for the credit card ( Application no. 961824). Try to check it online but its not working.no response from customer care and the agent who has collected my document he is not lifting the phone. I am doubtful that, whether the bank is really interested in issuing the card or only to collect the documents?...

                                I'm nikhil, i'm located in bangalore and from more than a month the indusind people call me saying that my number has been offered with a credit card and call me 1000 times a day to collect the documents,
                                Once the documents were submitted no one bothered to contact me back with the application status.

                                Therefore, i myself called the customer services after 10+ days and get an update saying that the documents have not reached them and asked me to call them after 10 more days.

                                I wrote and email to the customer services which was replied after a long period stating that the application has been rejected.

                                Indusind bank: do recheck my documents and let me know the exact status. This is the worst services i ever experienced before.
                                This is not customer services, this is fraudulent.

                                  This is m. Shanti anjamma having deposits @sarpavaram branch in kakinada. The bank staff has issued a credit card worth 1.8l (Limit) and we were not informed about rs 23, 000/- coupons.

                                  The registered mobile number suddenly stopped getting alerts and they take money from flexi fd and mark another fd with a lean amount without an intimation. No alerts have come during this process.

                                  Is this safe banking?

                                  Please take immediate action on the sarpavaram branch staff.in other case, the customers will tag your bank as a fraudulent bank.

                                    Sir, the employee of Induslnd Bank, Swaroop Nagar Branch, Kanpur Mr Shyam Gupta was issued a Debit Card against my permission and Rs 5000 of transected for the card scheme for which i was not interested.So i went for solution to the same branch then Mr Shyam Gupta and his senior Mr sarbjit Singh said when your coupon comes for Rs 4000 (as per the card scheme) we will give you cash and you only give us the coupon code and they were requested for that and they said i[censored] cancelled this card then Mr Shyam Gupta(your bank employee) has to pay for your card and might be he lost his job. So humanity i agreed but when my coupon code came I asked them for cash then both of them ignoring since one and half month. Now i am very unsatisfied with your Bank.

                                    I got the response once from one of your team member and after that I don't get any update from your side. And I also visited the Branch and the employees of that branch not interacting properly. Because of that Rs 5000 deduction(issued debit card) my account balance has less then Rs 10, 000, and Rs 540 deducted which was not my fault. So I request you please look in this matter and credit that money on my account soon. I am not responsible for this. And I also don't want to waste my time in this matter and I request you in future i don't want any of the scheme from your bank.

                                        Mr ratnesh mishra approached me for locker in aundh branch through reference.
                                        Further details revealed that i need to take a policy for locker.

                                        I refused him due to financial constraints. Next day he told me that i can take policy 6 month later but can have locker now. Only account with 30000 rs initial is required.

                                        Asked me to fill in account opening document and give cheque. Further he asked me to sign policy document. Without cheque and asked me to gave him policy cheque 6 month later.

                                        He asked me to attend the verification call and insisted that money will not be withdrawn as i have not given cheque.

                                        My account was opened and 30000 + deducted for policy. Now he says he do not know money was withdrawn
