Loan account

Hi, my loan account number is[protected]. I have submitted a cheque to foreclose the loan account, but the bank is not closing it. I am still being charged the EMI. The cheque was of a higher amount than the amount due, in spite of that they are asking for further monies.
I have been able to foreclose the loan by putting together a lot of effort and I don't have any surplus resources to keep paying the EMI anymore. Please help....

This has reference to my previous complaint as cited in the subject. Since then and even before that i am continuouly following with local branch of indusind bank, but the problem is still pending. This is the first time i am facing too much harashment. Even a single call or message i haven`t received from bank that how much time it will take to unfreeze my account. Everyday i listen from bank that with in a day or two my case will be resolved...
