I am a Existing coustomer by last five years of vehicles loan department and a call was done by the Miss dimple of personal loan department an gave me a offer of loan of two lac with commitment of one percent of processing fee and at the rate of 16.50 percent at reducing price which I accepted and full filled bank processes. On 17/5/16 a amount of 195410 Rs is tansfered in my account a two percent of processing fee is cut from my amount and rate of 18.50 percent with fixed rate was charged .so kindly look into the matter with proper investigation and take proper action and return my balance amount and punish the guilty.

    This has reference to my previous complaint as cited in the subject. Since then and even before that i am continuouly following with local branch of indusind bank, but the problem is still pending. This is the first time i am facing too much harashment. Even a single call or message i haven`t received from bank that how much time it will take to unfreeze my account. Everyday i listen from bank that with in a day or two my case will be resolved but sorry. So, please look into the matter seriously and do whatever you can do to resolve the issue.

        I am holding a very good relationship with your bank from past so many years across all the products with the name of kiranjot kaur vide savings account numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected] as cust id is 30348273.
        I am very frequent customer to your net banking as i need to transfer the funds anytime as per my comfort. But unfortunately from last two days whenever i opened my net banking in that i am unable to find any of my above mentioned accounts. I have tried alot after logging out and login again and again but i failed to get my accounts.
        It shows the error "no live open accounts". For your clarifications below am sending you the screen shot for my net banking. I need a quick solution as i got badly stuck because of this problem.
        I need a immediate resolution otherwise you guys will left with me only one option that is to shift all my accounts and portfolio to other reputed banks.

          I bought tvs jupiter on loan #tke03753h from indusind bank avinashi road branch, coimbatore and paid all the instalments promptly within the date provided and the loan was closed on april month itself and got noc and rc book endorsed. But i have not received the duplicate key which is with the bank yet. I have called that responsible person (Mr. Prakash[protected] and mr. Vinoth[protected] for the reimbursement of key but no response. And i have step in to that branch directly and asked for the key several times, for that also no response from them.
          At the time of loan process indusind bank persons acting very friendly and after that their behaviour are very worst.             My vech reg no :tn65 s5334, i bought this bike from ragem motors, malligai nagar, madurai nh road, ramanathapuram-623501. Two years back. From your indusind bank ramanathapuram branch. Your bank only approval for finance to buy a bike. Now my finance is closed last four month back. Till now i cant get my rc book from your side, more are times i kindly request to ramanathapuram branch no one response for my issue. Am totally disrupted for this kind of response.

            Once am request to u solve this problem. Kindly to it this. Fully hope on you to solve this problem.

              Dear friends, dont commit personal loan processing with eswar (Eswar. Veeravinothan) and vijay from indus ind bank. They will play double game on interest rate once you got the loan amount.

              Because i applied personal loan of 4 lakhs with rate of interest is 14%. Before sanction the no one informed the intest rate and emi details also no mail confirmation. Finally i got the loan with rate of interest is 16%. At the time i called to that eswar and vijay, they told the roi is already confirmed. I have fight more than one month, then they said loan amount was credited now we wont do anything.

              Also please careful to apply personal loan in indusind bank with fake persons for eswar (Eswar. Veeravinothan) and vijay.

                10 days before i had got message from indusind bank that the said account has been blocked and on visiting the branch at miller ganj, ludhiana(pb) that the a/c was freezed because of transaction of rs.70000/- (deposit) in the a/c and according to bank people that the account holder couldn`t transact more than rs.50000/- as the a/c was non-freeze.At the time of opening of a/c i was not told that the a/c is of such type that i can`t make transaction more than particular amount.I was not aware of the type of a/c at all.Now my a/c has been freezed without any fault on my end.I am following the local branch for 10 days but no positive response has been received to unfreeze the a/c.Now i need money for admission of my daughters and i can`t withdraw money until the a/c is unfreezed.You are requested to intervene the matter and resolve my issue.

                    We are NRI customers holding two accounts viz. one NRE and one NRO account with your Dubai office. Our relationship managers and support relationship managers are Ms Bharti Hingorani and Mr Eugin Ramesh respectively. We have a few mutual fund for which the SIPs were scheduled. First, we had difficulty opening the mutual funds and after lots of chasing we finally got your bank to enable this facility. Then we created SIPs and that is where all the trouble began so to say. Initially, all the SIPs would get initiated but subsequently cancelled. As no reason or rationale was being provided by your bank we moved our business to other Indian banks and requested that our SIP instructions be cancelled with immediate effect. It is with deep regret we have to inform you that our written request since 2 May 2016 have not be dealt with. Please note we have been chasing up over the phone long before this date. As we have failed to receive a response from your bank or our so called relationship managers at your bank, we are resorting to formally logging a complaint. We strongly recommend that our relationship managers be changed with immediate effect. Further, if possible we would like to lounge a disciplinary action against both Ms Bharti and Mr Eugin with your bank for total negligence in customer care and lack of support. If we had the option or we had a voice which we hope will be heard we strongly recommend for their dismissal. It is so unbecoming conduct of a bank official especially a relationship manager to have the basic courtesy to pick up the phone and give the customer a feedback on their request. It is so painful for us to deposit our hard earned money with a bank especially an Indian Bank and then keep chasing you for a simple instruction to be implemented. As you may be aware in the past we have complained to the Banking Ombudsman for the same lack of professional conduct and negligence on your bank. Please note that we will not hesitate and completely reserve our right to approach any of the authorities viz., the consumer court, the civil court, the RBI, the Banking Ombudsman to get the complaint resolved. This conduct of your bank and your relationship managers is totally unprofessional and a case of total gross negligence on your bank to deliver services. We hope to hear back from your at the earliest.

                      I have a credit card from indusind bank since 6 month. I always used to pay my bill in time so one guy called me and said that as a valued customer we have an offer for you. He explained me about signature card and said you will get a confirmation call from indusind then they will upgrade but these cheaters sent iconia visa credit card which has joining fee of 20000 and i was not aware of it. Without any confirmation they sent the card and deducted 20000 from my credit card even though i did not receive and activate the card. Its already been more than 20 days i have been complaining every two days but there is no response from their side. I spoke to imran and sharbari (Manager) over the phone but they have not yet solved. I have due amount of 23000 due on 23 may. I am not going to pay even 1 rupee until unless these cheaters solve my problem. I am also planning to lodge a consumer case.

                      At present, I too facing similar issue with the stupid IndusInd credit card. They too cheated me with similar manner. this is a big fraud and cheating their own customers. people must have aware on this fraud of premium credit cards. the customer service is really worst than any other bank.

                        I have indusind credit card and i received a voucher from askme bazaar with 10% discount above Rs.600. Based on Recommendation promotion i have ordered LG Bluetooth headphone and i received only the sealed empty box without a product. I logged a complaint with them and their reply is pathetic and no proper investigation done. please do not send this type of cheating company voucher to your customer and improper association with cheating askmebazaar company would cause wrong name on you.

                        Only in india online cheater are commonly exist with big name no proper protocal with them.

This is real cheating of
                        the customer by sending a package without a product. this public robbing should not be there i strongly recommend this type of irresponsible answer with wrong approach would make customer threatened. please take action also how you are allowing this type of advertisement in consumer complain forum itself. this is not porno graphical site.

                          i do not have this card and it does not belong to me.I am not ablr to
                          open the statement even as obviously my details does not match.

                          I was getting this email since ages in my spam folder, so i never
                          noticed it. But recently when i was denied for credit cards, then i
                          checked cibil report and came to know that this impacts negatively my
                          credit report.

                          So please do the needful asap as i am a victim of frauds already and
                          correct my cibil report.

                            I have my account in Indusind Bank, A.B. Road, Indore for more than 10 Years.
                            I put my Indusind Credit Card link request through online banking portal on 2nd Dec 2015 which was marked as closed on 23rd Dec 2015 without being my card linked to my account. I sent a mail on [protected]@indusind.com on 23rd April to check why did my request get closed without resolution. While writing this today i.e. Friday 13th May 2016 there is no any firm answer received from bank executives.

                            Indusind Bank — Un able to do regular transaction

                            I have american express card no [protected] valid from 01/11 To 01/20 i am unable to do transaction or swipe my card hence pl replace with visa card
                            I got a call from Ms. Hiteshi and as per her my card has been linked and she wanted to get confirmation from me. I checked my account again today i.e. 17th may 2016 and still reported problem is pending to be resolved.
                            This is very-very bad service from Indusind.
                            Even after my confirmation she asked me to share the screenshot, these people takes the customers as granted and think that customer sits idle to share all such information with them to keep getting mail of assurance to get their problem resolved in 3 working day...

                            I think there is nobody at senior level available in Indusind bank and they have given their responsibilities to a group of kids who just understand playing, and they keep playing calling the customers.
                            It is better to post Vacancy for suitable members in Indusind Bank to take care of their customers as nobody is there at present who is handling this Job.

                              i have loan in Indus bank each on 4th the amount is getting debited but no Mail or MSG conformation on this. And even call centre is not responding properly.
                              so i need the mail conformation on every debit part of loan.
                              ATM card is not their so dont tell to use AMT card and get the statement.

                                As per your TW loan Statement it shows that my first EMI cheque bounce due to insufficient balance in my account and your BM give me Memo of dutch bank, but i provide IOB cheque. Also there is no any cheque hit to my account and no any record show on my account then how you can charge fine to me and show overdue on my account. already i had launched complaint regarding this but no any response from your side. Please do needful in this case as early as possible other wise i have to take legal action against you.

She was known to me since she was with icici bank. So faith was there to hand over money and accordingly on 13/10/15 while she approached me for the fixed deposit, i had handed over an amount of rs 1, 00, 000/- ( rupees one lakh)...

                                    I am an account holder in your bank since 9 month . My current account no.[protected] and credit card is no. Is [protected] is opened in your bank . I want to bring this into your kind attention that the staff mr. Saurav tomer (Sale manger) are misguided me to fulfill there target . I want to take loan from your bank firstly they said me to open current account in bank then i opened it. Then they told me to take credit card for that i revised my itr on that i expend rs. 10, 000/-(Ten thousand) i paid . After that my credit card is dishonored . Then they told me to make fixed deposit of rs.56, 000/- (Fifty six thousand only) .Then they gives credit limit of rs.51, 000/-(Fifty-one thousand). Then i done whatever they told me but at last i am not getting loan and also i suffer loss of processing charge of rs. 12, 000/-(Twelve thousand only) . And also he told me to opened atleast 10-12 near customer to open there account in this bank i done that also but no result is came.
                                    For this regard i also complaint to helpline customer number firstly i talk sumit my complain no. Is 660072 he told me your problem will be solved after 3 days. But no problem is solved . Then secondly i call to priyanka on 17.03.2016 my complaint no. Is 660072 she told me your problem will be solved after 5 day but no problem will be solved. After that once again i call to sabrajee my complaint no. Is 60072 but till now my problem is not solved.
                                    So i request you to close my account because my cibil rating is down and take necessary action as soon as possible .

INDUSIND BANK is such a pathetic bank if they are not going to help to customer & not returning their fund it simply means they should close their bank too. such a pathetic service of indusind bank. my bad wishes are there for INDUSIND BANK. Cheap & pathetic bank. they are just doing pathetic service & not returning money refund, .kindly close your bank asap as you all are not taking seriously about customers queries.

                                      I was working with indusind bank ltd, where i had resigned from the job at the end of december-2015 and started serving notice period from jan-2016.

                                      I had earned incentives for the 3rd quarter ending decemebr-15 and same was declared during my employment as live employee with the said bank's pay role.
                                      As per the process of the bank, the declared incentives get credited with next month salary. As i was under notice period in january-2016, hence neither received the salary nor the declared incentive.


                                      Now at the time of full & final settlement, the hr of the said bank is declining to credit the incentive, stating its not as per their policy. To state you, such policy intimation was not there in my offer letter.

                                      Hence request your guidance on the same issue.
