I am having account number[protected] since 2006. I am also having indusind credit card number [protected]. Today morning while checking my mini statement i realized amount of 28983/- got debited on 26th may 2016, without my knowledge. While speaking to kolkata prince anwar shah road branch i came to know amount got deducted against my credit card outstanding.

I have not opted for any ecs system, neither i have mentioned in form while applying for credit card for auto debit. I am also paying outstanding / min amount from my other icici account on monthly basis. How can bank decide on its own to debit full amount from account without informing me. I am shifting to different city and was planning to withdraw some money and i realized that money is already being utilized against my credit card.

I want you to reverse the amount debited from my account without my authorization on immediate basis. Also ensure no such future transactions are done without my knowledge.

If this is the policy you want continue than please let me know process i want to close both account and settle card once for all and close relationship with indusind.

Revert back asap with amount reversal.

Pls note. After having a word with the customer care they told that they won't reverse the amount and they hv cancel the auto ecs payment for the card. But still its been debited from account.

Thank you for forwarding my issue with the bank. And they have called me regarding this issue many times, even the manager of the branch called me, but none were able to solve the issue. Got the same reply will get back to you soon. When I call the person who filled my form to ask the status, very politely she said she is not well so she will call tom which never came till date. Bloody for their targets to fill the credit cards forms they do everything, but when it comes to solve the issue their hands tight with terms and conditions. Indusind people u need to solve this issue ASAP .

      Hello,

      I Girish Aiedasani, am holding a credit card and a personal loan from IndusInd bank. Around 2 months ago I lost my credit card, and I requested it to be blocked on 08-APR-2016. I requested them to change my address on the same day. I also got a confirmation for the same. As discussed with CSE, I called them on 11-APR-2016 after changing my address to dispatch my credit card.


      On 16-May-2016 I got a message stating that “your Indusind bank credit card is returned” and I got call from courier boy saying that he will not deliver the card as the wing is not mentioned. However I got my credit card statement on same address and I can see wing is mentioned on my credit card statement. I again called Customer Support on 20-May-2016 and then on 01-Jun-2016. I got a message confirming that the request is under process for which the reference number was [protected]. On 02nd June I got a message “your credit card is dispatched via Blue Dart”. On 10-June-2016 I got a message “your Indusind bank credit card is returned”. I invested my time and applied again for credit card and on 14-june-2016 I got message “Your request for dispatch of credit card is under process” and on 15-june I again got a message “your credit card is dispatched via Blue Dart” and finally today again “your Indusind bank credit card is returned”.

      I would like to understand if IndusInd wants to do business with me or not. If not I can apply for another bank’s credit card and also transfer the loan to another bank at a better rate. I will need a resolution ASAP as I cannot keep waiting and following up for a service which is readily available. I appreciate your co-operation and understanding in advance. Looking forward to a fast resolution.

          I am holding my savings account in punjab national bank. On 27.05.2016 i visited the atm of indusind bank located near laxmi nagar metro station (Atm id sn000543). When i pressed the pin the machine got hanged and i pressed the cancel button many times. Along with guard one more person was present in the atm. They said, 'the machine is hanged, you can try in some other atm". After waiting for few minutes, i left the atm, when i left machine was still hanged. I went to another atm, and there my account showed a deduction of rs.10000. I visited the nearest branch of indusind bank located at c-61, preet vihar, new delhi, and requested them to show me the footage, but they didn't accept my complaint. I approached my bank (Punjab national bank), after they entered the inquiry, indusind bank rejected my claim. I request to you to please provide me with the footage of that day (27.05.2016).
          I shall be highly obliged.

            Hello friends,
            Never open your account with indusind bank. They promise you to give a good service but always fails to do so. I opened an account, they charged 1150/- for platinum debit card, and said to me that i will earn more reward points on it, and they will give me 1000/- cash voucher for shopping, and free 1 movie tickets every month from bookmyshow.

            All things went wrong,
            1. I earned 1100+ points in first month, i requested for cash back, they gave me as 0.50 rs per point, while my husband have salary account in the same bank with regular debit card, he earns 1.00 rs per point.

            2. I choose jabong for 1000/- free shopping voucher, they sent me code for yatra dot com. I raised this issue on 25th may 2016, and its 18th june now but not resolved yet. Waiting for their response.

            3. When i tried to get free book my show ticket (One free on one purchase), i selected indusind bank offer but it says quota full for the month, please try next month.

            I raised this issue on IndusInd bank website on 25th May, now its almost one month completed and read what they replied to me today.

            "Dear Ms. Ahire, We refer to your request dated June 11, 2016 received through Internet Banking regarding your account. We apologize for delay in resolving and inconvenience caused to you. We wish to confirm you that we are following up with the concern team and we shall revert to you with the further status at the earliest. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Yours sincerely, Anjali Pathare IndusInd Bank Limited"

            In this message the date is 11 June because they are replying every 5-6 days to my added messages about the issue. And of course you can easily see that, they replied after 12 days. 11 June - 23 June.

              Long back ago, i have applied for induslnd bank credit card. I changed the registered address to deliver it into proper address.

              Since then i got all the monthly statement with cpp charge applied with it but the strange thing is still now i didn't get that card.

                We have cleared a four wheeler loan on 21/02/2016, but NOC not received yet. When i went to the main branch still they are asking us to wait 3 more weeks. I asked the reason why it got delayed even though after completion of total loan and its been 3 months after that. because of them i am loosing money day by day.

                Customer care service is worst than this, whenever i call them they will give some complaint number and they will say they will reach us in 24hrs. its been 1 month i am just calling them every time and they are saying the same word.

                i am not at all happy with the service.

                please take some action on them to get this cleared.

                Once i had posted this complaint, they responded in 3 working days and it got resolved and 3 more working days. They called us and gave status thrice. they sent a message after it got resolved. when we went to collect NOC from them, they are so polite and handed over NOC. I am satisfied with the action they have taken and the response too.

                    Dear sir my indusind visa card bearing no [protected] used by someone and made payments on my card to airtel @ 13.29 for rs.4971 through billdesk, and another rs.2497 to vodaphone @ 13.33 through bill desk. Only when i got a call from your officer i came to know about it and your officer also assured me that he is blocking my card i am happy about it. Some whesre in june 2015 i used the said card the amount i am paying on emi of monthly around 12000 and odd. There after i did not used the card and i am in madras and did not go any where. /the frad person spoke to me as if he is your officer and arranging my payback points. His phone no is[protected], latter i tried his number and it is off. So sir i request you to stop all these payments, traces him and take action here i am also making a complant to police.                         Last one month before your executive have contacted me for indusind bank credit card thru phone. Based on the conversation with them i had accepted for the terms and

                        Handed over all the necessary documents, proofs and my passport size photo. They have processed my application and verification like mobile and visited my home for address three weeks

                          Hi,

                          My name is arun and i own a credit card with indusind bank.

                          My statement generation date is 3rd of every month. Today, i received a call from a girl name savita from indusind collections department. She informed me that my card had crossed the limit and that i need to pay the over limit amount asap.

                          I told her that it has happened previously as well and i was promised that i wont be ever harassed for this.

                          And she was like, "sir, aapko bharna toh padega"

                          And i was like, wtf, it is not even my due date yet. I told them that it is not even my due date and i have never ever missed any payments and have always paid in full.

                          And if it was such an issue, why did they allow me to go over my credit card limit and they are charging me for it as well.

                          And the rude woman savita was like, "aapko bharna toh padega" and when i told her that i won't pay before my due date, she threatened me and these were her exact words, "sir, mai bhi addmi bhejke paise collect karwa sakti hu"

                          Now what is she trying to say. That she will send goons to my house and forcefully collect money from me.

                          I am now very worried about the safety of my wife and family. I stay in office during the day and god forbid if some unforseen incident happens during my absence.

                          Also, i am left to wonder if they are willing to go such great lengths to just forcefully take the over limit fee from me, what lengths would they go if someone skips their due date.

                          I am even going to notify my local police station about this as i don't think what they are doing is legal.

                          Also, the way the woman spoke to me, i wonder what kind of man would come to my place to collect the money and what will he do to my wife and family, if they tell him that i am not there or i have asked them not to pay.

                          Scared.

                          11. Fair practices in debt collection
                          11.1 in the matter of recovery of dues, banks should ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (As also bcsbi’s code of bank’s commitment to customers (Those banks which have subscribed to the bcsbi code).In case banks have their own code for collection of dues, they should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of bcsbi’s code referred above.
                          11.2 in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank/nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.
                          11.3 banks/nbfcs/their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.
                          11.4 the banks should also ensure to comply with the extant guidelines in respect of engagement of recovery agents issued by rbi, as amended from time to time.


                          If you want safety of your family, stay away from this bank and any of it's service.

                          Update 1:

                          I received a call from Indusind bank Social Media complaint team. Agent name was Hiteshi and she came across as an indifferent person.

                          She did nothing to quell the fears of family's safety. Even a "No Sir, no one from our collection team will come announced and misbehave with your or wife and family" would've done it.

                          But instead, what she told me was that she'll look into the bank's policy about this and update me.

                          Can you beat that!

                          Anyways, let's see what they reply me in 48 hours. Else I approach the banking ombudsman.
                          Update 2:

                          Indusind bank is a huge scam.

                          Their agent apologized on the call(unwillingly with no remorse) but after a day they send me an email saying it was all my fault and that now my credit card due date is immediate. This is totally wrong.

                          I have emailed the Banking Ombudsman and hopefully I'll get better clairty as to if they are right or wrong.

                          I will keep everyone updated. Don't want anyone else to suffer.

                            A total of ₹147303.79 was due on my credit card. I received a call from the collection team of indusind bank time and again to clear the dues. Having arranged the funds, i asked them the total amount to be paid for full and final settlement of dues, so that no due amount is reflected i subsequent statements. I was told to make a payment of ₹1, 47, 304/- and was assured that if i made the payment, no dues would reflect on my credit card statement subsequently. I was also assured that if the payment was made, the bank would waive of charges/ interest, subsequently levied, if any. The person who made this commitment to me represented himself as manager and his name was mr. Loveleen arora. His contact no. Is +91 [protected]

                            However, shockingly, the last month's statement which i received today again shows that an amount of about ₹7, 000 is due and payable. It is pertinent to mention that previously also i kept making payments of minimum amounts ranging from ₹7, 000 to 14, 000 per months. Despite making payment of full outstanding with a commitment from indusind bank officials that no charges would be levied, this levy o[censored]nreasonable and onerous charges on my credit card, is unlawful and ought to be reversed/ waived. I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

                              I am having rd at indusind bank waghodia rd branch vadodara. Interest rate comitted was 9.10%. I have made an rd for one year. I m having rd of 10000/ month. Maturity amount was 126035.00 rs. Maturity amount given was 125200.00 rs. Maturity date was 20 may 2016. Till today no satisfactory answer was given from the branch.                                 Hi, my loan account number is[protected]. I have submitted a cheque to foreclose the loan account, but the bank is not closing it. I am still being charged the EMI. The cheque was of a higher amount than the amount due, in spite of that they are asking for further monies.
                                I have been able to foreclose the loan by putting together a lot of effort and I don't have any surplus resources to keep paying the EMI anymore. Please help.

                                  This has reference to my complaint as on 26.05.2016 and subsequent reminder to that as on 31.05.2016. I lodged complaint also on customer care no. Of bank at [protected] as on 03.06.16 vide complaint no.39331658. At 5.13 pm on the very same day i received a call from landline no.[protected] of local branch of indusind bank that my account has been re-activated and i can withdraw cash any time. Today morning when i visited the branch to get withdrawl the cash, i was asked again that my a/c is still blocked. Then i got shocked that this is the working of bank that on yesterday i got a call from bank that a/c is reactivated on the next day the a/c is found again blocked. This is the fund bankers are making with me. Are they befooling me or themselves. From this incident i experience that the staff of bank is so responsible that they make a false call to their client that the matter has been resolved but on visiting the branch the client finds that matter is still pending. I am waiting till monday because the representatives at customer care has given a time of 3 days to resolve the issue. I hope by monday the problem may be sorted out and i could withdraw cash from my saving a/c.

                                    I have ac no[protected] with indusind bank. Over last year i found indusind bank is a 3rd class bank. Your staff misbehaves and uses bad abusive language against customers. Your services are pathetic.

                                    Your managers in indusind branch sector 23 gurgaon like manager abhishek uses abusive words with customers.

                                    Indusind bank is a cheat and liar organisation.

                                    Your toll free no starting with 1860 are not toll free but premium nos which are charged by all telecom operator.

                                    My question is why indusind bank tell and broadcasts lies to all customers?


                                    Your lies and service failures should be reported in banking ombudsman and rbi.

                                      I went to patiala branch for some queries with wife and there is a man sitting in his room with open door and talking on phone with some one. he was so loud and using so much abusing language like chu****** and like sister's abuse word. its was very difficult to sit there with family and when i asked that lady employee why dont u stop him she said he is RH of this bank named jiwanjot singh. i really want to ask these banks how they imagine the good customer to visit and to do business with these bank when they are providing such a bad atmosphere for customers.

                                        I Abhishek Singh Shekhawat applied for a bank account in indusind bank mayur vuhar phase2 branch Delhi on 19 the of may n today it's 2nd of June and I am not getting my account opened. At least 7-8 times I went there but such a worst customer service.employee gives so rude response I can't even imagined.they never respond to my calls.in a day I call around 10 times but no reply.I am feeling like totally harreshed by them. Please help me out
