I swarn Shekhar Informing you that I have withdrawn cash from my account using my Indusind debit card on 07/07/2016. At Noida location where cash was not dispensed but my account balance debited from my account.

Kindly let me know the status in this case may I get back my debited balance in my account.

    Dear sir,

    Last one month before your executive have contacted me for indusind bank credit card thru phone. Based on the conversation with them i had accepted for the terms and

    Handed over all the necessary documents, proofs and my passport size photo. They have processed my application and verification like mobile and visited my home for address three weeks

    Before. But still i haven't received any confirmations from your side. Hence, i would like to know the status of my credit card application (No: 840087).


    To know my application details, i have the contacted following executives (Which who contacted me initially for confirmation and document collection), but nobody was responding

    The exact status. I have tried so many times but no response. I had blathered so much and doubted that my documents may misused.


    As a customer i'm very much unhappy with your services. Arrange required details asap.

      Hi,

      My name is arun and i own a credit card with indusind bank.

      My statement generation date is 3rd of every month. Today, i received a call from a girl name savita from indusind collections department. She informed me that my card had crossed the limit and that i need to pay the over limit amount asap.

      I told her that it has happened previously as well and i was promised that i wont be ever harassed for this.

      And she was like, "sir, aapko bharna toh padega"

      And i was like, wtf, it is not even my due date yet. I told them that it is not even my due date and i have never ever missed any payments and have always paid in full.

      And if it was such an issue, why did they allow me to go over my credit card limit and they are charging me for it as well.

      And the rude woman savita was like, "aapko bharna toh padega" and when i told her that i won't pay before my due date, she threatened me and these were her exact words, "sir, mai bhi addmi bhejke paise collect karwa sakti hu"

      Now what is she trying to say. That she will send goons to my house and forcefully collect money from me.

      I am now very worried about the safety of my wife and family. I stay in office during the day and god forbid if some unforseen incident happens during my absence.

      Also, i am left to wonder if they are willing to go such great lengths to just forcefully take the over limit fee from me, what lengths would they go if someone skips their due date.

      I am even going to notify my local police station about this as i don't think what they are doing is legal.

      Also, the way the woman spoke to me, i wonder what kind of man would come to my place to collect the money and what will he do to my wife and family, if they tell him that i am not there or i have asked them not to pay.

      Scared.

      11. Fair practices in debt collection
      11.1 in the matter of recovery of dues, banks should ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (As also bcsbi’s code of bank’s commitment to customers (Those banks which have subscribed to the bcsbi code).In case banks have their own code for collection of dues, they should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of bcsbi’s code referred above.
      11.2 in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank/nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.
      11.3 banks/nbfcs/their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.
      11.4 the banks should also ensure to comply with the extant guidelines in respect of engagement of recovery agents issued by rbi, as amended from time to time.


      If you want safety of your family, stay away from this bank and any of it's service.

      Update 1:

      I received a call from Indusind bank Social Media complaint team. Agent name was Hiteshi and she came across as an indifferent person.

      She did nothing to quell the fears of family's safety. Even a "No Sir, no one from our collection team will come announced and misbehave with your or wife and family" would've done it.

      But instead, what she told me was that she'll look into the bank's policy about this and update me.

      Can you beat that!

      Anyways, let's see what they reply me in 48 hours. Else I approach the banking ombudsman.
      Update 2:

      Indusind bank is a huge scam.

      Their agent apologized on the call(unwillingly with no remorse) but after a day they send me an email saying it was all my fault and that now my credit card due date is immediate. This is totally wrong.

      I have emailed the Banking Ombudsman and hopefully I'll get better clairty as to if they are right or wrong.

      I will keep everyone updated. Don't want anyone else to suffer.

        A total of ₹147303.79 was due on my credit card. I received a call from the collection team of indusind bank time and again to clear the dues. Having arranged the funds, i asked them the total amount to be paid for full and final settlement of dues, so that no due amount is reflected i subsequent statements. I was told to make a payment of ₹1, 47, 304/- and was assured that if i made the payment, no dues would reflect on my credit card statement subsequently. I was also assured that if the payment was made, the bank would waive of charges/ interest, subsequently levied, if any. The person who made this commitment to me represented himself as manager and his name was mr. Loveleen arora. His contact no. Is +91 [protected]

        However, shockingly, the last month's statement which i received today again shows that an amount of about ₹7, 000 is due and payable. It is pertinent to mention that previously also i kept making payments of minimum amounts ranging from ₹7, 000 to 14, 000 per months. Despite making payment of full outstanding with a commitment from indusind bank officials that no charges would be levied, this levy o[censored]nreasonable and onerous charges on my credit card, is unlawful and ought to be reversed/ waived. I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

          I am having rd at indusind bank waghodia rd branch vadodara. Interest rate comitted was 9.10%. I have made an rd for one year. I m having rd of 10000/ month. Maturity amount was 126035.00 rs. Maturity amount given was 125200.00 rs. Maturity date was 20 may 2016. Till today no satisfactory answer was given from the branch. I m very much disappointed with the service of the bank. Pls help me to solve the issue.

            Hi, my loan account number is[protected]. I have submitted a cheque to foreclose the loan account, but the bank is not closing it. I am still being charged the EMI. The cheque was of a higher amount than the amount due, in spite of that they are asking for further monies.
            I have been able to foreclose the loan by putting together a lot of effort and I don't have any surplus resources to keep paying the EMI anymore. Please help.

              This has reference to my complaint as on 26.05.2016 and subsequent reminder to that as on 31.05.2016. I lodged complaint also on customer care no. Of bank at [protected] as on 03.06.16 vide complaint no.39331658. At 5.13 pm on the very same day i received a call from landline no.[protected] of local branch of indusind bank that my account has been re-activated and i can withdraw cash any time. Today morning when i visited the branch to get withdrawl the cash, i was asked again that my a/c is still blocked. Then i got shocked that this is the working of bank that on yesterday i got a call from bank that a/c is reactivated on the next day the a/c is found again blocked. This is the fund bankers are making with me. Are they befooling me or themselves. From this incident i experience that the staff of bank is so responsible that they make a false call to their client that the matter has been resolved but on visiting the branch the client finds that matter is still pending. I am waiting till monday because the representatives at customer care has given a time of 3 days to resolve the issue. I hope by monday the problem may be sorted out and i could withdraw cash from my saving a/c.

                I have ac no[protected] with indusind bank. Over last year i found indusind bank is a 3rd class bank. Your staff misbehaves and uses bad abusive language against customers. Your services are pathetic.

                Your managers in indusind branch sector 23 gurgaon like manager abhishek uses abusive words with customers.

                Indusind bank is a cheat and liar organisation.

                Your toll free no starting with 1860 are not toll free but premium nos which are charged by all telecom operator.

                My question is why indusind bank tell and broadcasts lies to all customers?


                Your lies and service failures should be reported in banking ombudsman and rbi.

                  I went to patiala branch for some queries with wife and there is a man sitting in his room with open door and talking on phone with some one. he was so loud and using so much abusing language like chu****** and like sister's abuse word. its was very difficult to sit there with family and when i asked that lady employee why dont u stop him she said he is RH of this bank named jiwanjot singh. i really want to ask these banks how they imagine the good customer to visit and to do business with these bank when they are providing such a bad atmosphere for customers.

                      I am a Existing coustomer by last five years of vehicles loan department and a call was done by the Miss dimple of personal loan department an gave me a offer of loan of two lac with commitment of one percent of processing fee and at the rate of 16.50 percent at reducing price which I accepted and full filled bank processes. On 17/5/16 a amount of 195410 Rs is tansfered in my account a two percent of processing fee is cut from my amount and rate of 18.50 percent with fixed rate was charged .so kindly look into the matter with proper investigation and take proper action and return my balance amount and punish the guilty.

Since then and even before that i am continuouly following with local branch of indusind bank, but the problem is still pending. This is the first time i am facing too much harashment. Even a single call or message i haven`t received from bank that how much time it will take to unfreeze my account.                             I am holding a very good relationship with your bank from past so many years across all the products with the name of kiranjot kaur vide savings account numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected] as cust id is 30348273.
                            I am very frequent customer to your net banking as i need to transfer the funds anytime as per my comfort. But unfortunately from last two days whenever i opened my net banking in that i am unable to find any of my above mentioned accounts. I have tried alot after logging out and login again and again but i failed to get my accounts.
                            It shows the error "no live open accounts". For your clarifications below am sending you the screen shot for my net banking. I need a quick solution as i got badly stuck because of this problem.
                            I need a immediate resolution otherwise you guys will left with me only one option that is to shift all my accounts and portfolio to other reputed banks.

                              I bought tvs jupiter on loan #tke03753h from indusind bank avinashi road branch, coimbatore and paid all the instalments promptly within the date provided and the loan was closed on april month itself and got noc and rc book endorsed. But i have not received the duplicate key which is with the bank yet. I have called that responsible person (Mr. Prakash[protected] and mr. Vinoth[protected] for the reimbursement of key but no response. And i have step in to that branch directly and asked for the key several times, for that also no response from them.
                              At the time of loan process indusind bank persons acting very friendly and after that their behaviour are very worst. Because of this issue how can i go to indusind bank for any loan and how to refer or suggest indusind bank to my friends and colleagues? Indusind bank failed to protect a single two wheeler key, then how can it protects money or such valuable things of customers. Such issue gives very poor representation about indusind bank. So understand my situation and take necessary steps in this regard.

                              I bought TVS Jupiter on loan #TKE03753H from Indusind bank Avinashi Road Branch, Coimbatore and paid all the instalments promptly within the date provided and the loan was closed on April month itself and got NOC and RC Book endorsed.                                 My vech reg no :tn65 s5334, i bought this bike from ragem motors, malligai nagar, madurai nh road, ramanathapuram-623501. Two years back. From your indusind bank ramanathapuram branch. Your bank only approval for finance to buy a bike. Now my finance is closed last four month back. Till now i cant get my rc book from your side, more are times i kindly request to ramanathapuram branch no one response for my issue. Am totally disrupted for this kind of response.

                                Once am request to u solve this problem. Kindly to it this. Fully hope on you to solve this problem.

                                  Dear friends, dont commit personal loan processing with eswar (Eswar. Veeravinothan) and vijay from indus ind bank. They will play double game on interest rate once you got the loan amount.

                                  Because i applied personal loan of 4 lakhs with rate of interest is 14%. Before sanction the no one informed the intest rate and emi details also no mail confirmation. Finally i got the loan with rate of interest is 16%. At the time i called to that eswar and vijay, they told the roi is already confirmed. I have fight more than one month, then they said loan amount was credited now we wont do anything.

                                  Also please careful to apply personal loan in indusind bank with fake persons for eswar (Eswar. Veeravinothan) and vijay.

                                    10 days before i had got message from indusind bank that the said account has been blocked and on visiting the branch at miller ganj, ludhiana(pb) that the a/c was freezed because of transaction of rs.70000/- (deposit) in the a/c and according to bank people that the account holder couldn`t transact more than rs.50000/- as the a/c was non-freeze.At the time of opening of a/c i was not told that the a/c is of such type that i can`t make transaction more than particular amount.I was not aware of the type of a/c at all.Now my a/c has been freezed without any fault on my end.I am following the local branch for 10 days but no positive response has been received to unfreeze the a/c.Now i need money for admission of my daughters and i can`t withdraw money until the a/c is unfreezed.You are requested to intervene the matter and resolve my issue.

                                      Worst.

                                      Branch informed within three working days i would receive the rd amount in my account. After three days, i have called simply gave wrong number and asked me to contact. Irritating. Since out of station i couldn't reach directly

                                        We are NRI customers holding two accounts viz. one NRE and one NRO account with your Dubai office. Our relationship managers and support relationship managers are Ms Bharti Hingorani and Mr Eugin Ramesh respectively. We have a few mutual fund for which the SIPs were scheduled. First, we had difficulty opening the mutual funds and after lots of chasing we finally got your bank to enable this facility. Then we created SIPs and that is where all the trouble began so to say. Initially, all the SIPs would get initiated but subsequently cancelled. As no reason or rationale was being provided by your bank we moved our business to other Indian banks and requested that our SIP instructions be cancelled with immediate effect. It is with deep regret we have to inform you that our written request since 2 May 2016 have not be dealt with. Please note we have been chasing up over the phone long before this date. As we have failed to receive a response from your bank or our so called relationship managers at your bank, we are resorting to formally logging a complaint. We strongly recommend that our relationship managers be changed with immediate effect. Further, if possible we would like to lounge a disciplinary action against both Ms Bharti and Mr Eugin with your bank for total negligence in customer care and lack of support. If we had the option or we had a voice which we hope will be heard we strongly recommend for their dismissal. It is so unbecoming conduct of a bank official especially a relationship manager to have the basic courtesy to pick up the phone and give the customer a feedback on their request. It is so painful for us to deposit our hard earned money with a bank especially an Indian Bank and then keep chasing you for a simple instruction to be implemented. As you may be aware in the past we have complained to the Banking Ombudsman for the same lack of professional conduct and negligence on your bank. Please note that we will not hesitate and completely reserve our right to approach any of the authorities viz., the consumer court, the civil court, the RBI, the Banking Ombudsman to get the complaint resolved. This conduct of your bank and your relationship managers is totally unprofessional and a case of total gross negligence on your bank to deliver services. We hope to hear back from your at the earliest.
