I did a transaction with Indusind bank Credit card for Rs. 5099 to buy a phone from snapdeal.com on 25th October 2015.The transaction was of 12 Months EMI.

On 6th december 2015 there were four fraud transaction made on my debit card of Rs 8000 approx without OTP(One time password). As per RBI norms OTP is essential for any online transaction to avoid fraud otherwise bank will refund in such fraud, but IndusInd bank did not followed same.
