Subject: complaint letter for staff.
Sir/madam,
I am an account holder in your bank since 9 month . My current account no.[protected] and credit card is no. Is [protected] is opened in your bank . I want to bring this into your kind attention that the staff mr. Saurav tomer (Sale manger) are misguided me to fulfill there target . I want to take loan from your bank firstly they said me to open current account in bank then i opened it. Then they told me to take credit card for that i revised my itr on that i expend rs. 10, 000/-(Ten thousand) i paid . After that my credit card is dishonored . Then they told me to make fixed deposit of rs.56, 000/- (Fifty six thousand only) .Then they gives credit limit of rs.51, 000/-(Fifty-one thousand). Then i done whatever they told me but at last i am not getting loan and also i suffer loss of processing charge of rs. 12, 000/-(Twelve thousand only) . And also he told me to opened atleast 10-12 near customer to open there account in this bank i done that also but no result is came.
For this regard i also complaint to helpline customer number firstly i talk sumit my complain no. Is 660072 he told me your problem will be solved after 3 days. But no problem is solved . Then secondly i call to priyanka on 17.03.2016 my complaint no. Is 660072 she told me your problem will be solved after 5 day but no problem will be solved. After that once again i call to sabrajee my complaint no. Is 60072 but till now my problem is not solved.
So i request you to close my account because my cibil rating is down and take necessary action as soon as possible .

one fraud Deepak kumar sharma has called me on my no. & 38000 rs has been deducted from my ATM . I have submitted dispute form & FIR copy to INDUSIND bank thane branch but no help from their end I need to take follow up on daily basis but there is no support.this is really pathetic bank they should close their bank. today I have called on call center then I came to know I will not get my refund. INDUSIND BANK is such a pathetic bank if they are not going to help to customer & not returning their fund it simply means they should close their bank too. such a pathetic service of indusind bank. my bad wishes are there for INDUSIND BANK. Cheap & pathetic bank. they are just doing pathetic service & not returning money refund, .kindly close your bank asap as you all are not taking seriously about customers queries.

    Dear sir,
    I was working with indusind bank ltd, where i had resigned from the job at the end of december-2015 and started serving notice period from jan-2016.

    I had earned incentives for the 3rd quarter ending decemebr-15 and same was declared during my employment as live employee with the said bank's pay role.
    As per the process of the bank, the declared incentives get credited with next month salary. As i was under notice period in january-2016, hence neither received the salary nor the declared incentive.


    Now at the time of full & final settlement, the hr of the said bank is declining to credit the incentive, stating its not as per their policy. To state you, such policy intimation was not there in my offer letter.

    Hence request your guidance on the same issue.

        We have taken vehicle loan from your Bank's Borivali /Kandivali Branch.The loan was disbursed in Sep2012.

        Our Customer ID is CU2056870.

        Since then we have been regular in repayment of the loan except for initial 2-3 months.

        We have proposed to pre-close the loan account and requested your Branch to advise us the amount payable.

        With continuous / repeated follow up they advised the amount after a gap of 2 months, which includes the following:

        1.Interest till the normal date of re-payment i.e.up to Sep2016 (being the 48 months repayment term) Approx.Rs.18000.00

        2.Late payment Charges which are Approx.Rs.2000.00.This was not informed to us in last 3years.Otherwise same would have been paid by us long ago.
        Interest on the same is also being charged to us.

        3.Insurance of the vehicle was taken by us. In spite our submitting the copy of policy bank has decided to recover the insurance premium of Rs.1000/per month from us. There is no satisfactory reply from the bank as to why these charges are being recovered from us. Approx.Rs.9000.00


        4.There are few charges like AFC system charges, journal charges etc. which have been debited to the account without our knowledge. To the utmost surprise these charges are debited till Sep2016.No one in the branch is able to explain as why these amounts have been debited in past and for future. This amounts to Rs.5000.00.

        From the above it is clear that bank has charged an amount of Approx.Rs.35000.00 without any valid reason.

        Our requests to the concerned officers including Branch Manager have received ONLY DEAF EARS and forced us to approach you.

          Indusind bank did not send the ecs mandate form to RBS bank, because of that the cheque was not cleared regarding my bike EMI, which is DMS00840H and they haven't been replying since April 2nd. Moreover they have charged me Rs 250 fine for 2 months.

            I was offered a free card by indus ind bank as per the manager of indusind bank.I never used the card to buy anything.The card is now having an unpaid due of amount around 5000 on 19th april, 2016. I am dropping them mail to their id [protected]@indusind.com, while i am not having any reply from them while they are having auto generated mail replies saying that they will catch me up within 3 days.

              I paid Rs 12500/ for cr.card payment ch.no 942948 last week.after i received message that ch.no 942948 is returned for reason wrongly delivered/not drawn on us. pl make alternate payment to avoid charges. Immediately my wife went to malleswaram branch, and given another cheque for 12700/, and she asked the bank authorities to return the old cheque, but they told that cheque leaf is destroyed and it wont sent for clearance.
              now both cheques 12500+12700/ cleared, How? and when cheque leaf is destroyed and it wont sent for clearance how it got cleared?. Also i request and inform you that with in two days i have to pay for my Housing loan, Because of this my housing loan cheque get bounce.
              Is it correct, If its happened it will be big problem also big remark in life.
              So please immediately return the amount Rs 12500/ before 20.04.16, also i don't want your excuse, OR i will go to consumer forum.

I know you all are aware that how indusind bank involve in making fraudulent money from exchange of foreign currency with the help of there manager and employee. Recently (March 2016) and november 2015 same done with me in exchange of dollar to indian rupees . Find the attachment which is self explanatory as discussed with bhusan parashare pcmc pune branch and statement.
                        Market rate on 29 march- 66.51
                        Bank told me - 65.61
                        Finally in account - 64.17
                        This is my hard earn money and for this fraud i will not hesitate to knock indusind president and vice president and even reserve bank also.
                        I lose my hard earn money and bank not even bother to investigate and give satisfactory reply to there coustmer.
                        I request you to take corrective action and do not force me to take further action. I make a biggest mistake to open account in indusland bank.

                          I would like to draw kind attention of concerned person over my complaint agonist a branch Manager Indusind Bank Rajouri Garden branch..
                          He is not right person to be there as he used some abusive word to their employees in regrds of sales. HE mentally harassed the operations team by putting huge sales presure and asking for gave resign again and again. Some of employee s are hospitalized by taking huge pressure. He doing comments even on family membees as well. Each and ever person in the same branch is harassed by him .
                          My motive is to file case against same person and request you to please take strict action against this man or transfer him to the corner of the country...

                            I bought indusind platinum select card only for the bookmyshow offer (Buy 1 get 1).
                            By paying single time payment of rs. 1700/-, they have already mentioned in t&c that offer will be serve on first come first serve basis, that is understood. But since last 2 months i have tried too many times to apply the offer on bookmyshow site. It never works. It's 100% fraud way of marketing and cheating by giving offer with * that will never applied.

                            Stay away from indusind, a faltu bank.

                              Indusind bank, vaishali nagar, jaipur branch is the worst bank i have ever seen. The employees always speak lies, do not stand up to their commitments. Do no answer emails, customer care email is also like them. They make customer crazy by not allowing them to submit standard form-15 h forms, do not send their pre-filled form-15 h by mail or email. When the customer approaches them personally, their system do not work. Employees do not have the decency to answer the customer emails. Mostly, dumb, useless, good for nothing employees like abhishek sharma, mittal bhatt, in vaishali nagar, jaipur branch. Beware of this bogus bank!!

                                Dear sir,
                                This is in ref of application of credit card which i enrolled on request of credit card executive call from the bank. I got assurance that with 25K monthly salary and 80K another HDFC credit card limit.I am eligible for the credit card thus i sent the details and submitted hard copies on 3rd March 2016 to executive who came for collecting it..i got SMS on 15th March about the initiation of process. Further i also got rejection SMS on 4th April 2016 without assigning any reasons. My question is if I qualified all necessary requirement and after confirmation from executive only i did this then now on what basis its rejected. Salary is what they asked, BCIL score is 729, that is good, I gave Office memorandum too, ..all necessary document including Passport for verification..I got verified on office phone number and personal phone number. Then also i got rejected and want to know that special reason first of all which they didn't tell initially and remembered later while processing and collecting my details.
                                I want to suit them with compensation fine for mental torture for about one month inured to me.

                                    Hello Madam,

                                    My name is Gopal K from Hyderabad. Few of my friends who own and live in an apartment complex in Hyderabad, Telangana have asked me to send this query/ clarification to find out if they can get a response from your bank.

                                    One of the owner of this apartment complex who is the Zonal Manager/ Senior Manager with your IndusInd Bank, Somajiguda Branch, Raj Bhavan Road, Hyderabad, Telangana has submitted the unregistered/ wrong bye-laws details of this apartment complex so that he could open the Corpus Fund account. According to the association members the bye-laws has not been either registered with the registrar or it has the wrong details in the bye-laws (for example the bye-laws states that the apartment complex has a swimming pool and likewise few other facilities which doesn't even exist) and it seems that the Zonal Manager somehow was able to manage to provide or change the bye-laws accordingly and submitted the same and has opened the Corpus Fund account for this apartment complex. The Zonal Manager also it seems has told the residents before opening the account that if the bank finds out that he has manipulated the document details he would have issues/ problems as it is illegal to submit or provide such false/ wrong information.

                                    Also, it seems there were only 1-2 Association Members who have signed to open this account which I was told was not the correct procedure. All these was done because the Zonal Manager it seems said that the Bank would have about 10 Lakhs in the account and that it would give him both the name and may be an increase in his salary and a promotion/ award from the Bank as usually the Corpus Fund Account is not withdrawn regularly and maintained for a long duration of time.

                                    Please let me know if it was the correct procedure to open this kind of account with false details and the number of members who had signed so that I can reveal the name of the Manager based on the feedback I receive from my friends who wanted me to check with you in this regard.

                                    In case IndusInd wants these people to approach the RBI or the media or the registrar or consumer court or the Police in this regard they said they would as they feel that it was not the correct procedure to open the account with false information that was provided to the bank which was even acknowledged by the Manager by stating that he would have problems legally if the Bank becomes aware of this situation and that the Bank/ RBI can even take legal action for cheating/ fraud against him,

                                    Please request for further guidance or advice soon in this regard.

                                    It gives me a feeling that IndusInd Bank Management doesn't want to even look into this matter and investigate as well as feels that whatever this senior manager has done is correct.

                                    Name of the senior manager: Mr. (Dr.) Ramesh Naidu
                                    Name of the apartment complex for whom he has opened the Corpus fund by submitting false info/ document: ShreeMukh's Kontham Towers, Brahmanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad
                                    Opened the account in Nov. or Dec. 2015.

                                    I would be submitting the written complaint with RBI, Hyderabad by Monday in this regard as I feel that IndusInd Bank doesn't wish to address or think that this is illegal even though false document/ info. has been submitted by a senior manager of this bank.

                                    Sorry to say but so hectic to tolerate the inconvenience, i had cleared my EMI and related late fees before 2 months, still now not getting NOC, every time i am getting different reason from your employee.

                                      I had redeemed my accumulated points on my IndusInd credit card on 22nd of January, 2016 for two products: 1 Philips air straightener and 1 Panasonic Trimmer this was done on the More store website which is the online portal for redeeming the indus ind reward points. The philips straightener has been delivered where as the trimmer has not yet been delivered. After a couple of days of placing the order we got a call from |"the more store", which is the tied up agency for redeeming the reward points saying that ordered product was no longer available and an alternative product would be delivered instead which would be dispatched in 2 days which has not happened till now. And lastly i got a call saying that there is some problem because of which the order will be cancelled and the points will be refunded back to my account, which also has not happened till now. Regarding the same, i have registered several complaints with the bank which have gone unheard. Kindly look into this issue. Provided below are the details:

                                        Hi, This is Balusamy, I got a loan from Indusind Bank, Thiruchengode branch... (Loan No:TAT01278H).. Bike No: TN88 Z 3493..
                                        i hv settled the loan amount fully.. i hv finished that on or before Dec 2016.. But tilnow i didnt get yet my R.C.. I hv approched the branch repeatedly.. but i got no response.. here after, i cant wait...
                                        Plz stop these nonsense.. Plz take any further steps to get it... If it continues, U will face the consequenses...
