Dear Sir/Madam

My Debit card (No.[protected] ) is showing unauthorised use while using. when contacted customer care service he said new card is delivered to you, so old card is blocked. Neither I have requested for a new card, nor I received any card.
I would like to know how the card is blocked without intimating or confirming with me. this has cause lot of inconvenience to me. Kindly get back to me immediately.

    I mujibul hai faruqui nre account no[protected] with indusind bank pcmc pune. I know you all are aware that how indusind bank involve in making fraudulent money from exchange of foreign currency with the help of there manager and employee. Recently (March 2016) and november 2015 same done with me in exchange of dollar to indian rupees . Find the attachment which is self explanatory as discussed with bhusan parashare pcmc pune branch and statement.
    Market rate on 29 march- 66.51
    Bank told me - 65.61
    Finally in account - 64.17
    This is my hard earn money and for this fraud i will not hesitate to knock indusind president and vice president and even reserve bank also.
    I lose my hard earn money and bank not even bother to investigate and give satisfactory reply to there coustmer.
    I request you to take corrective action and do not force me to take further action. I make a biggest mistake to open account in indusland bank.

      I would like to draw kind attention of concerned person over my complaint agonist a branch Manager Indusind Bank Rajouri Garden branch..
      He is not right person to be there as he used some abusive word to their employees in regrds of sales. HE mentally harassed the operations team by putting huge sales presure and asking for gave resign again and again. Some of employee s are hospitalized by taking huge pressure. He doing comments even on family membees as well. Each and ever person in the same branch is harassed by him .
      My motive is to file case against same person and request you to please take strict action against this man or transfer him to the corner of the country...

        I bought indusind platinum select card only for the bookmyshow offer (Buy 1 get 1).
        By paying single time payment of rs. 1700/-, they have already mentioned in t&c that offer will be serve on first come first serve basis, that is understood. But since last 2 months i have tried too many times to apply the offer on bookmyshow site. It never works. It's 100% fraud way of marketing and cheating by giving offer with * that will never applied.

        Stay away from indusind, a faltu bank.

          Indusind bank, vaishali nagar, jaipur branch is the worst bank i have ever seen. The employees always speak lies, do not stand up to their commitments. Do no answer emails, customer care email is also like them. They make customer crazy by not allowing them to submit standard form-15 h forms, do not send their pre-filled form-15 h by mail or email. When the customer approaches them personally, their system do not work. Employees do not have the decency to answer the customer emails. Mostly, dumb, useless, good for nothing employees like abhishek sharma, mittal bhatt, in vaishali nagar, jaipur branch. Beware of this bogus bank!!

            Dear sir,
            This is in ref of application of credit card which i enrolled on request of credit card executive call from the bank. I got assurance that with 25K monthly salary and 80K another HDFC credit card limit.I am eligible for the credit card thus i sent the details and submitted hard copies on 3rd March 2016 to executive who came for collecting it..i got SMS on 15th March about the initiation of process. Further i also got rejection SMS on 4th April 2016 without assigning any reasons. My question is if I qualified all necessary requirement and after confirmation from executive only i did this then now on what basis its rejected. Salary is what they asked, BCIL score is 729, that is good, I gave Office memorandum too, ..all necessary document including Passport for verification..I got verified on office phone number and personal phone number. Then also i got rejected and want to know that special reason first of all which they didn't tell initially and remembered later while processing and collecting my details.
            I want to suit them with compensation fine for mental torture for about one month inured to me.

                Hello Madam,

                My name is Gopal K from Hyderabad. Few of my friends who own and live in an apartment complex in Hyderabad, Telangana have asked me to send this query/ clarification to find out if they can get a response from your bank.

                One of the owner of this apartment complex who is the Zonal Manager/ Senior Manager with your IndusInd Bank, Somajiguda Branch, Raj Bhavan Road, Hyderabad, Telangana has submitted the unregistered/ wrong bye-laws details of this apartment complex so that he could open the Corpus Fund account. According to the association members the bye-laws has not been either registered with the registrar or it has the wrong details in the bye-laws (for example the bye-laws states that the apartment complex has a swimming pool and likewise few other facilities which doesn't even exist) and it seems that the Zonal Manager somehow was able to manage to provide or change the bye-laws accordingly and submitted the same and has opened the Corpus Fund account for this apartment complex. The Zonal Manager also it seems has told the residents before opening the account that if the bank finds out that he has manipulated the document details he would have issues/ problems as it is illegal to submit or provide such false/ wrong information.

                Also, it seems there were only 1-2 Association Members who have signed to open this account which I was told was not the correct procedure. All these was done because the Zonal Manager it seems said that the Bank would have about 10 Lakhs in the account and that it would give him both the name and may be an increase in his salary and a promotion/ award from the Bank as usually the Corpus Fund Account is not withdrawn regularly and maintained for a long duration of time.

                Please let me know if it was the correct procedure to open this kind of account with false details and the number of members who had signed so that I can reveal the name of the Manager based on the feedback I receive from my friends who wanted me to check with you in this regard.

                In case IndusInd wants these people to approach the RBI or the media or the registrar or consumer court or the Police in this regard they said they would as they feel that it was not the correct procedure to open the account with false information that was provided to the bank which was even acknowledged by the Manager by stating that he would have problems legally if the Bank becomes aware of this situation and that the Bank/ RBI can even take legal action for cheating/ fraud against him,

                Please request for further guidance or advice soon in this regard.

                It gives me a feeling that IndusInd Bank Management doesn't want to even look into this matter and investigate as well as feels that whatever this senior manager has done is correct.

                Name of the senior manager: Mr. (Dr.) Ramesh Naidu
                Name of the apartment complex for whom he has opened the Corpus fund by submitting false info/ document: ShreeMukh's Kontham Towers, Brahmanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad
                Opened the account in Nov. or Dec. 2015.

                I would be submitting the written complaint with RBI, Hyderabad by Monday in this regard as I feel that IndusInd Bank doesn't wish to address or think that this is illegal even though false document/ info. has been submitted by a senior manager of this bank.

                  I had redeemed my accumulated points on my IndusInd credit card on 22nd of January, 2016 for two products: 1 Philips air straightener and 1 Panasonic Trimmer this was done on the More store website which is the online portal for redeeming the indus ind reward points. The philips straightener has been delivered where as the trimmer has not yet been delivered. After a couple of days of placing the order we got a call from |"the more store", which is the tied up agency for redeeming the reward points saying that ordered product was no longer available and an alternative product would be delivered instead which would be dispatched in 2 days which has not happened till now. And lastly i got a call saying that there is some problem because of which the order will be cancelled and the points will be refunded back to my account, which also has not happened till now. Regarding the same, i have registered several complaints with the bank which have gone unheard. Kindly look into this issue. Provided below are the details:

                      This is a worst experiance i had with INDUSIND Credit card which i have taken 6 months back.While taking the card they did not mention about EMI will not be available till 3 months o[censored]sage .After 3 months als o there is same problem but your team giving a wonderful option to converert into EMI with 18% of intrest and some more charges (is this a business strategy to get more intrest rate ?). So my humble request to sales team, please tell them clearly about there is no EMI option available for this card (even though we say after 3 months it will not get available for years and years ..)Please don't blame people.

                        Respected Sir/ Madam,

                        I, Narasimha Kadiyam, was the customer of your esteemed services. As I have been used the services around 3 years without any issue of subject mentioned card, finally it was ended with bad experience.

                        I faced many problems in with unexpected and extra amounts without any proper reasons and any information (you can find my track for entire usage period). In June month, I requested to reverse the late fee charges even I paid more than min amount before the due date as I was in serious personal issue and it was first time, but my request has not been considered. It was upset for me as I am using other cards also when there is genuine reason I am able to get the same and how it was even not considered in Indusind services.

                        For this reason I have cancelled the card and I have paid Rs.3000 and the actual amount which I need to pay is Rs.1, 207.89. The including/accumulated with late fee it was Rs.7, 926.16, as its big amount when compare with actual due is Rs.1207, I have requested to help me reverse possible charges. After that I assumed my card was cancelled and that that time, extra charges of Ra.2086.51.

                        After that two time your customer service people have contacted me, saying that we are okay to reverse those charges and you can continue our services but i was not ready for that time. This is only minor reason and nothing is there.

                        During that period, the collection staff has called me and that they are telling there is due of Rs.6, 093.61, i was surprised for this amount as its seems very big amount when i actually to paid. And also, they told your card is still active status and this very bad and wrong information update from your concerns.

                        As I have maintained good relations and good track in my banking activities and having good track for all the financial concerns, i am really shocked for this bills generation after cancellation without any proper information. I am still okay to pay my pending amount of Rs.2280.74 (initially as I guss). All these consequences, I came to know my card has been cancelled in June 2015.

                        In the view of above all the concerns, even, every month credit card statement is generating and due amount is increasing without any proper reason and no one has contacting me for due amount. As per the current statement, the due amount is Rs.12, 297.01 instead of actual due is 1, 207.89.. which is really shocked me.

                        Hence, I am request you to kindly consider my request above all the concerns and confirm us with clearing amount as possible minimum and update for the same and once I get confirm then I can able to clear the same.

                        I am okay if my concerns has considered favorably as its really very burden charged of Rs.12, 897.01 instead actual due is 1, 207.89.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          My name is asfak paliwala from ahmedabad, gujarat, and this’s regarding my two wheeler loan first emi misguided. I taken two wheeler loan from indusind bank ltd, rakhial road, ahmedabad, gujarat on 14/07/2014 for honda aviator while the loan account number:-gbb01794h.

                          Your salesman ( javed chandniwala ) was called me regarding approve my case around 14/07/2014 and told me my first ecs was effect from my bank on after 07/08/2014. But my first emi was effect on 23/07/2014.

                          As i could have received first emi against fraud without any verification, i believe the communication regards emi was misrepresented to me and i therefore wish to make a complaint.

                          I wish to claim reversal of my late payment charge against my first emi return amount of rs780 loan a/c no. - gbb01794h in view of the fact that i have been deprived of return emi late payment charge of this loan account.

                          Please now investigate my complaint within a week allowed to you.

                              Hello I am Ravi Rahangdale holding Presonal Loan with IndusInd Bank.

                              I have taken PL on July 2013 in Pune- Maharashtra, while Issuing the PL, Bank had given me an instruction, “if I’ll close Personal loan before 2 years there will be pre-payment charges of 4% on outstanding amount”. That’s why I have not yet close the loan,

                              Now after 2yrs I had visited IndusInd branch for closer of PL (B’coz there is no pre closer charges of 4% after 2 yrs as per policy),

                              But still bank want me to pay 4% of pre-closer charges even after 2 yrs for closing the Personal loan.

                              Request you to kindly check with your policies, during the time you had issued PL.

                              Do the needful on urgent basis.

                                I have opened women saving account with indusind bank with normal ATM card which fees under 100 rs but one of they employee provided me premium debit card and deducted more than 500 rs without my permission and for last 15 days I have raised complaint through video branch but they are non qualified person operating indusind video branch

                                Please be aware with indusind bank they are cheater fraud bank and sucking your hard earned money without your concern

                                  I went to Bank Of India Phoolpur Banaras ATM on 18th of Feb to transact Rs. 1000/- but Rs. 10, 000 was deducted from my account and not a single note comes out. Then I got message of deduction I thought that it would be refunded but it didn't . I complain about this to my branch at lucknow . But getting no response from there till date.

                                    This is to inform you that we are valuable customer of your bank. We regret to say that our credit card bills have been paid on time. Details are given as below:

                                    Dated-24.1.16
                                    The above cheques belong to your bank account no.[protected] and the amount in the account was sufficient. I dropped the above cheques at your bank atm sector 11 rohini on 24.1.16. The delay in clearing of cheques is from your side and this is not my fault so I called the customer care for reversal of invalid charges and the reqest no. are:
                                    1. 618488
                                    2. 624877
                                    on 24.2.16. When I inquired about the above request numbers they denied for the reversal.

                                    We are very harassed with your wrong service and unlawful act. So it is requested to do the needful as soon as possible and please don't force us to knock the door of consumer court.

                                      Again indusind bank has deducted my account for Jan and Feb... Rs 458 for each month..
                                      As per the conversation had with Mr Vincent G from escalation dept...I had deposited 10000 in the account...
                                      I am not happy with indusind bank services the way they r working and harassing . I want my money back which u have deducted asap... pls revert asap.

                                      U said ur bank people will get back... but when ... is this a service u give to ur customer... ur vincent from social media or ur anita varghese.. both are not reverting ... only one mail received that also have forwarded my issue to concern dept.. but tell me one thing while deducting u dont take a single time to deduct deom our account and while reverting u take ao much days... i think so now i should go for the cancellation only.. and pls dont forget we people make ur bank run not u..

                                        Indusind Bank agents called and told me about the life time free credit card by the bank. I was told it will be free without any conditions. The calls were made from numbers [protected] and [protected]. After collecting the documents I received a verification call from bank after couple of days . The bank employee told me I need to spend at least Rs 25000 in first three months otherwise I will have to pay joining fees. This condition was never told to me before they collected the documents. The documents were collected from me on 27Th February 2016. I have asked the bank not to process my credit card.

                                        This agency/bank is fooling people by doing fraud. Please take action against them.
