Hello sir I am contacting u from last week I am not getting a proper response I have submitted a credit card application .and all my process has been completed after a few days ur's bank told we can't issue the card

    When i open my Salary account in Your Branch your Executive not inform about this that if i not get salary in my account it will charge some amount

      Below mentioned details I wrote to indusind complaint cell. Still no response from their side. Today I got a call from indusind recovery department regarding the same payment which they still not received.

      Subject: Late Fees Charges Wave off Request

      My self Shyju Kumaran Chakkalakal holding your Banks Platinum Credit Card [protected]. I have submitted Rs.25, 000/- D.D. OF SBI Dated 04th February 2016 on 06th February 2016 at your J.B. Nagar Andheri Branch Reception.

      Today is my card's Due Date, so I called up to update the payment details which I made yesterday, to your customer care department. When I explained about the payment made. I was told that I have to pay late fees charges for late payment i have made.

      I am very disappointed hearing this.Because iam using other 4 Banks Credit Cards other than yours and i always makes payment a day prior to the Due Date & they never ever charged me late Fees or or given me a penalty threat of changing late Fees. lf you are going to charge me late fee then iam surely going to cancel your credit card. I don't want a relationship with a bank who doesn't care for their Customers.

      Requesting you to Wave off my late Fees & allow me to use your card in future.

          To whom so ever it may concern,

          I had availed a credit card ending with 5004 from Indus Ind Bank on Jan'15 .The transaction and payments were on time and date till last month i.e. Jan'16.

          The problem started from Nov'15 when my card was blocked. I called up the customer care and asked the reason and came to know that I have exceeded the credit limit which was fair enough. I made the payment in the month of Dec'15 of Rs 5900 for which they released my card and I was able to use my card again for Rs 2300.Again my card was blocked saying reached maximum limit. I made the payment again of Rs 5900(Min due)in the month of Jan'16 for which they haven't released the card and when called up the bank they asked me to call the customer care which I did and surprisingly got an answer saying I cant use the card until I make full payment for which I was very much disappointed and irate. Hence I skipped the payment for Feb'16.

          Today a lady called up(wont remember her name)saying she is calling on behalf of Indus Ind and asked me to make the payment as I told her my problem and informed her I will not make the payment until I get a clear picture of my payment made till date and I need some one to address it if possible to visit home and do the same.The lady who spoke to me doesn't have a basic etiquette of how to speak to the customer and she was yelling at me saying why did you use the credit card if not able to make the payment and some harsh words. She totally harassed me.She hurt my feelings and ego with her harsh words. I repeatedly told her to stop and learn how to deal with the customers and explain him about the pros and cons for which she was unable to listen and kept on shouting on me.I don't know how you people take this complaint but ensure customer is treated with utmost care and respect even if he/she is a defaulter. Collecting payment and getting money from the customer is an art and cleverness. If you(Indus Ind Bank)hire this type of employees than surely there will no customer satisfaction and hit in revenue.

          Also about my payment, I do not want to have a conversation with such type of employees anymore, please arrange an representative to explain me of my payment done right from the beginning till date. Till then i will keep this payment On-Hold.

              I had purchase my 2 wheeler Honda Activa on loan from IndusInd Bank hyderabad branch (Tirumulgiri Secunderabad branch) on Feb 2009.
              And loan was cleared in 2010, they issued the NOC letter for the same,
              When today I went to change my vehicle ownership as per RTO rules they require NOC certificate from the bank, I provided my certificate, The RTO guys said that this certificate will not be accepted as the IndusInd Bank has specifically provided them instruction that older NOC's should not be accepted.
              So I went to the bank asking the reason why my NOC was not accepted, they said you have to apply for new NOC and have to pay fee of Rs.250 for it and you will get the NOC after 15 days. I needed the NOC urgently, I requested them that to issue me the NOC immediately and take the required fees, but since its very urgent I might need it. But they refused to provide me he NOC.
              NOC was required by me for urgent I cant wait for 15 days, for the loan that i have cleared years ago and also have an old NOC from the given bank.
              Who gives the bank authority to cancel their old NOC when its completely valid. Its just a gimmick to earn fee from public for no reason.
              I regret my decision to apply for any loan from IndusInd Bank and will ask every other person I know to not apply for loans from this bank in particular.
              Please do something about this kind of illegal nonsense going on in this bank.

                  Today at about 22.25pm myself log for payment ofICICI PRULIFE premium and as per system i, was opt for otp.After a long time OTP was generated and meanwhile my self opt for regenerated of OTP.At 22.27pm OTP was 366197 but again another OTP generated as 968865 at 22.29pm which is not traced to me, and repeated the OTP 366197 and card blocked.

                    It is regarding personal loan a/c no[protected] with name of bhanu pratp singh.I have paid ECS of RS 3441 for the month of december 2015 through collection agency of indusind bank the details are as following:
                    Cheque no 297699,
                    Bank Name :Yes bank, AMT :3898 and the receipt ACKNOWLEDGE no is CHANAB0003704 as it was bounced because of no intimation of the bank and they also debited the charges for the same added in the cheque value which was collected by indusind agency employee MR Jagdeep singh and next ECS also debited in the month of Jan 2016 debited from my linked a/c but still i have got the message that i have not cleared my january 2016 month ECS which is already debited on the ECS date from my linked a/c .Today i have called the personal loan department for the same query but no buddy reply me back for the same.it is ex termly harassment for me to get loan from this bank.its a poor services to the customer and it effect to my Sibal aswell.

                      I'm an employee from TCS (Chennai), I was given an offer saying there is no closing fee while pre -closing the loan and processing fee is only Rupees.1000 and I can close the loan after 6 months by the agent from Indusland Bank. Since I had an idea to close the loan as soon as possible I opted for Indusland Bank for personal loan. The application form was filled, when I asked for Loan agreement the agent informed that the agreement will arrive soon. If the agreement is shown and if the loan details are mentioned, I would have cancelled the loan that time itself. But till end the agreement was not shown and I have not signed the agreement papers. But the Loan was processed and amount was credited after one month delay. I got frustrated and informed manager of to cancel the loan since I dint get on time for my need. But manager informed if I cancel the loan, I will be charged 4% of loan amount, kindly come after 6 months I will help to close the loan he committed. Now it has become 6 months I'm interested to close the loan but as committed it is not done. According to the agents words following were mismatching terms used with the welcome kit we obtained after loan was given. Closing Charge was free, but it is charged 4% Processing Fee is Rs.1000 but it was charged to Rs.8000 Pre-closure duration was 6 months but it is 1 year My biggest concern is the agreement papers was not shown so i was not given prior information about the charges for the loan, so I am totally dissatisfied with the loan processing process. Kindly help to close my loan as soon as possible. I have given complaint to customer care but query is not answered, Informed Branch manager to resolve our issue and asked for Loan agreement, past two weeks the Agreement will be dispatched he said, but not yet received the agreement and no response if I try to reach now.                       We have already raised a customer care complaint to [protected]@indusind.com requesting for Loan Agreement. They have sent a photocopy of Schedule Slip and Receipt saying that was the agreement.

                      While applying for loan only empty application form was provided and they asked me to sign on the corners of the page. Since the agreement will be shown I was waiting for the agreement where I can cross check all the loan details which was communicated by the agent was entered correctly, but till end I dint get any agreement, but the loan was processed and was sanctioned. It was sanctioned but we dint receive the amount for about a month, Mean time when we asked to cancel the loan they said it cannot be closed since it is processed. After multiple time follow up Manager agreed to close the loan after 6 months, but as committed it is not closed and no response from manger now.

                      Kindly find the Schedule slip and the Receipt sent by customerCare in the attachment.

                      The sign in the Borrower Signature Field and Revenue stamp is signed by the bank people, Kindly take necessary action for entering my sign without my knowledge in the agreement and declaration statement which is so called as Agreement Form.

                      Kindly help to close the loan as soon as possible, I am not interested to pay interest unnecessarily till one year and closing charge also needs to be revisited as communicated.

                          I am using IndusInd Bank credit card from 2014. I have never counted how many times ever i tried to avail the offer of BUY1 GET1 on Bookmyshow, But, I never got that offer since I started using this card. Complained the same to the customer care 'n' number of times. and the default answer is to try at 12 O'clock in the night. I have even tried booking tickets at 12AM either and understood that these guys made me ULLU. The very default excuse i get is LIMITED TICKETS. I just don't understand how many tickets are available under this offer. you just escape saying first come first serve. I doubt, there is only 1 ticket available for every card user in the entire nation is competing for it. I am really fed up with this nuisance and these days i 've stopped even checking for this offer. Its better for you to stop such offers if you can not manage it properly.
