It is regarding personal loan a/c no[protected] with name of bhanu pratp singh.I have paid ECS of RS 3441 for the month of december 2015 through collection agency of indusind bank the details are as following:
Cheque no 297699,
Bank Name :Yes bank, AMT :3898 and the receipt ACKNOWLEDGE no is CHANAB0003704 as it was bounced because of no intimation of the bank and they also debited the charges for the same added in the cheque value which was collected by indusind agency employee MR Jagdeep singh and next ECS also debited in the month of Jan 2016 debited from my linked a/c but still i have got the message that i have not cleared my january 2016 month ECS which is already debited on the ECS date from my linked a/c .Today i have called the personal loan department for the same query but no buddy reply me back for the same.it is ex termly harassment for me to get loan from this bank.its a poor services to the customer and it effect to my Sibal aswell.

    I'm an employee from TCS (Chennai), I was given an offer saying there is no closing fee while pre -closing the loan and processing fee is only Rupees.1000 and I can close the loan after 6 months by the agent from Indusland Bank. Since I had an idea to close the loan as soon as possible I opted for Indusland Bank for personal loan. The application form was filled, when I asked for Loan agreement the agent informed that the agreement will arrive soon. If the agreement is shown and if the loan details are mentioned, I would have cancelled the loan that time itself. But till end the agreement was not shown and I have not signed the agreement papers. But the Loan was processed and amount was credited after one month delay. I got frustrated and informed manager of to cancel the loan since I dint get on time for my need. But manager informed if I cancel the loan, I will be charged 4% of loan amount, kindly come after 6 months I will help to close the loan he committed. Now it has become 6 months I'm interested to close the loan but as committed it is not done. According to the agents words following were mismatching terms used with the welcome kit we obtained after loan was given. Closing Charge was free, but it is charged 4% Processing Fee is Rs.1000 but it was charged to Rs.8000 Pre-closure duration was 6 months but it is 1 year My biggest concern is the agreement papers was not shown so i was not given prior information about the charges for the loan, so I am totally dissatisfied with the loan processing process. Kindly help to close my loan as soon as possible. I have given complaint to customer care but query is not answered, Informed Branch manager to resolve our issue and asked for Loan agreement, past two weeks the Agreement will be dispatched he said, but not yet received the agreement and no response if I try to reach now.     We have already raised a customer care complaint to [protected]@indusind.com requesting for Loan Agreement. They have sent a photocopy of Schedule Slip and Receipt saying that was the agreement.

    While applying for loan only empty application form was provided and they asked me to sign on the corners of the page. Since the agreement will be shown I was waiting for the agreement where I can cross check all the loan details which was communicated by the agent was entered correctly, but till end I dint get any agreement, but the loan was processed and was sanctioned. It was sanctioned but we dint receive the amount for about a month, Mean time when we asked to cancel the loan they said it cannot be closed since it is processed. After multiple time follow up Manager agreed to close the loan after 6 months, but as committed it is not closed and no response from manger now.

    Kindly find the Schedule slip and the Receipt sent by customerCare in the attachment.

    The sign in the Borrower Signature Field and Revenue stamp is signed by the bank people, Kindly take necessary action for entering my sign without my knowledge in the agreement and declaration statement which is so called as Agreement Form.

    Kindly help to close the loan as soon as possible, I am not interested to pay interest unnecessarily till one year and closing charge also needs to be revisited as communicated.

        I am using IndusInd Bank credit card from 2014. I have never counted how many times ever i tried to avail the offer of BUY1 GET1 on Bookmyshow, But, I never got that offer since I started using this card. Complained the same to the customer care 'n' number of times. and the default answer is to try at 12 O'clock in the night. I have even tried booking tickets at 12AM either and understood that these guys made me ULLU. The very default excuse i get is LIMITED TICKETS. I just don't understand how many tickets are available under this offer. you just escape saying first come first serve. I doubt, there is only 1 ticket available for every card user in the entire nation is competing for it. I am really fed up with this nuisance and these days i 've stopped even checking for this offer. Its better for you to stop such offers if you can not manage it properly.

My Brother Synuddin Opened a Fake account with my forgery signatures and using my photos and Voter Card Details i have Complained against him in Indusind Bank and also to Consumer Complaints on 25th August 2015. But Still now i didnt got any help or information from you or any else. Already I have complained against bank 125 days back and this problem is not resolved but when i checked it back in this consumer complaints site --- Its Status is Resolved...See Below attached Image WIthout taking any Action Bank Officials blamming me and warned me " If you went Police Station or Bank again We will file a Complaint Against you in police station that you has opened the account".                       A representative of Indusind Bank came to our office and offered a credit card saying there is no joining or annual fee, so i opted for the card and after verification i was given a credit card on 19.08.2015 with a note that PIN No. will be delivered within 5 days but till today i have not been given PIN No. I have made e-mail correspondences in this regard on 27.08.2015 & 01.09.2015 and also through there customer care no. which was most of the time busy or no person attended the call, therefore, i requested to cancel the Card and its charges through e-mail on 27.08.2015 & 01.09.2015 however, i have been receiving SMS messages for payment of dues which has now cropped upto to Rs.2393/-. Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card and the wrongly charged amount

                      Same situation happened with me, i have not used it once and i am getting bills for Rs. 1018.04 Its unfair and please deactivate my credit card and i am not going to pay the amount, as i have not at all used this card. Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card and the wrongly charged amount.

                      Same situation happened with me too, Indus bank person told me during enquiry that there is no joining fee only during verification you tell ok that charges the agent was suppose to pay miss Sapna from Indus bank agent now she is disappeared and direct bank is charging me the joining fees I have also talk on toll free number taken complains but no issue problem is as it is .this Indus bank is bokas and are missguiding the customers and taking money charges of nothing on this only the bank is live .No one of my friend use this Indus card I have taken bad experience by taking this card Reversal charges complain given two times I have but after 15 days I received the massage not approved means for compliant they have list a priority but for payment they are having first priority and giving late information of payments not giving proper information of credit card ussage. I have not at all used the card and i am getting bills for Rs. 2018 Its unfair and please deactivate my credit card and i am not going to pay the amount, as i have not at all used this card.                         I had taken education Loan (Acc No. 170800JB[protected] From Punjab national bank in 2007. I have paid up all Loan amount but manager is not giving NOC of my Loan Account.
                        My father has visit branch multiple time but bank manager is not given any response and I have also also do email to the bank but still did not for any reply from the bank side.
                        I have also complaint in Circle Office of the bank but they have also not taken any action on that.
                        Due to this reason me and my father have got depressed. My father is patient of BP. If any type of miss happening with father then bank will be the responsible for it.

                          Hi All, I have a CAR Loan taken for 3.5 Lacs against MARUTI WAGONR. Due to personal Reasons I wanted to opt for PRE-Closure of my loan. which is lke 16 months before. As of now my outstading balance is 2.13 lacs including the rate of interest for the 16 months. As i am going close the loan now (that would be 16 months earlier) the bank wanted me to pay the total of 2.13 lacs for the entire 16 months period with interest amount...

                            I have not received any response either of the service people who processed my application or even from the customer care team. Look for the info below on my case. I got a call from one of the sales manager on 25th November 2015 as I was interested to apply for a personal loan. While in process I completed my documentation by 28th of November and I got a confirmation email as you can see below on 30th of November and was told it would take 4-5 working days to finish all the formalities. On 1st of December, there was a phone verification, followed with in-person verification to my work place and home was done and also the very next day there was a verification call received by my company HR as well. Further to this, on 3rd or 4th of December(I do not recollect the exact date), there was one more person who did home visit as a verification(This person is not similar to the previous kind field executive and looks like he might be in some better position). Post which I had no response and when I called the same manager who processed my documentation, there was one SMS that was received on 8th December confirming the loan is under process and would take 4 – 7 working days. Interestingly that Cell # on which the SMS was sent was not my number or my alternate number that I have provided to the executive. I am concerned if there was any incorrect info updated on my application. However, all other contacts for the people who has to contact me that all happened on my personal cell number. I tried to call different people who were in touch with me and were responsible of taking my application further and has not received any response from them. It has been almost 3 weeks and there is no response from any of the bank personal. I did call the call center # and provided the details, they said would arrange a call back from loans department and never I received call. Also the email below confirms it takes 5 working days for me to get the response, which is highly unacceptable. There is no email or SMS confirmation that I have received and also none of the reference numbers that you have provided through email and SMS gives me any info online. Those are mere waste as garbage to me. 3 persons who are in responsible position for my case does nothing and they do not even answer my phone calls. I REALLY QUESTION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LOANS DEPARTMENT TO ANSWER THE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS, WHY DO YOU HAVE THE OPTION ON IVR FOR LOANS? Still I once again copy all the details as below for your reference, hoping you may come with some quick solution.                               I had a lifetime free credit card from Induslnd bank for last 2 years for which I always do full payments and maintain my clean image even having other 3 4 banks credit cards but with no problems, but when I decided to close the credit card and had last outstanding balance of 72500 for which I called customer care and asked him to reimburse my loyalty points which are more than 800rs in cash and he said he will do and ask me to do the rest of payment, I did 72000 rs payment and he closed my credit card. But later after 1 month I received credit card statement with extra charges as interest standing for my last payment which is according to them is not paid which they said 500 is less you paid even I asked them to raise service request that I already asked for points reimbursement before my last payment and card closing, but they said it cant be done now also. And after that everytime they add interest on that and keep sending me credit card payment statements.                               Just now I received call from [protected] and he said he is calling on behalf of IndusLnd bank credit card head office Chennai to resolve my complaint and was asking my card details, cvv, credit card limit etc, I didn't gave him anything as I suspect this is fraud as TrueCaller shows his identity as SBI Card Bihar. Also some of the forum in internet also shows his number as Fraud. If you want to communicate with me, please validate your identity first as I wont give my card details so easily without proper investigation.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I did a transaction with Indusind bank Credit card for Rs. 5099 to buy a phone from snapdeal.com on 25th October 2015.The transaction was of 12 Months EMI.

                                  But after few days Snapdel canceled my ORDER and refunded my money Back to indusind bank credit card account.

                                  Then After I call Indusind bank customer care on 3rd November to cancel my EMI as they got full money credited. They took a request (00362) and told me I wil be done by 4 working days.

                                  Now today on 12 December I called them to get a confirmation of that EMI cancellation they told me it not done and last 2 month they are charging me EMI also.

                                  Problem Even If they cancel my EMI now they told me they will charge precosure value to me.


                                  Request you to help me to get this issue sorted.

                                    I applied for the personal loan, i sent all the required documents for processing the loan. After 10 days i heard that the loan was rejected due to the my past company invalid reason which i won't accept. I tried to contact concern person (Santhosh-[protected])so many times (more than 10 times) but he is not responding to the call. I am expecting at least minimum follow up from him right? If simply confirm that due to this reason the loan was rejected, it's not at all correct i want to discuss with him. From his confirmation if next time i want to apply loan this wil be bad impression for me and that too my cibil score wil be reduced.
