Hello sir.. i am very frustrated to write this to complaint against indusind bank.. in 2 days there is 1064 amount deducted from my account .. this is unfair.. there should bea limit in charges.. simoly they are charging feea from my account and today there ia deduxtion of 41 rs from my account..guys please dnt open any account in indusind.. they charge u money withoit reason.. and they tell some when u ask reason.. keep urself away from this cheaters

          Pathetic! Just PATHETIC!

          Never was subjected to such a rude treatment by any institutions, including the government ones where I actually expect that kind of treatment.
          My interactions with the Indusind Bank has proven to me that they will do anything to get a sale including defrauding the customer.

          I opened my company account "E-Creative Digital Marketing LLP" at Bhayandar (East) branch. Before opening the account, I asked them that I wanted an account with minimum balance of INR 25, 000. But your sales executive, VARSHA PARMAR, forced me to open an account with minimum INR 50, 000 as that will speed up my account creation process and after the account is opened she will turn that account back to INR 25, 000 one.

          Everything was smooth upto that point!
          Then I started incurring monthly charges for not maintaining monthly balance as I only had INR 48, 000 in my account. Imagine paying INR 855 as a charge for not maintaining just INR 2000.

          When I called Varsha Parmar to explain to me as to why was charge levied. She was downright rude. To quote her exact words, "Mai Bank nahi hu. Mujhe kya pata. Aap bank manager se baat karo. And kya hua, maintain karo na balance."
          Seriously, is this how Indusind bank treat it's customers.
          And unfortunately this was just the starting for me.

          In first month, on the insistence of Varsha Parmar, I applied for IndusInd credit card. It got approved and everything was rosy.

          However, when I studied my first month's statement, I got to know that there was an ECS attempt made. And I was charged INR 250 as the transaction didn't go through.

          I was shocked. I never gave any instruction for ECS. Hell, I didn't even give any of my account number.
          I called up customer care, and they gave me last 4 digit of the account number that was linked and that is when I realized that the account linked was my company's current account.

          I mean how can you guys do it.

          Customer care guys kept saying that I must have signed it. But honestly I didn't sign up for that. The guy who filled my credit card application(VIVEK TRIPATHI) just told me to sign at the marked places and that he will fill the form at the office. I didn't think much of it as ICICI and SBI do the same.
          But little did I know that IndusInd bank was so shady.

          The guy without even informing me linked my company's account to my personal credit card. I am only a director and as such answerable to other directors too. How would anyone explain such a thing.

          And few minutes before I type this, I called up Varsha Parmar, so I could get the full name of the guy who filled my credit card and as expected, she was rude. Trying to shield the guy who wronged me.

          You can verify my story by contacting VINOD BAJALA(customer relations). He was looking after my refund request for the past 1 month. He gave up today and hence I am writing this and even considering my legal options.
          You guys should deliver on what you promise or not promise at all!

          I'll never recommend this bank to anyone. Infact, I'll ask all my friends, relatives and clients to shut their account. The same thing can happen to anyone.
          And no one from IndusInd Bank will take ownership for their mistakes.

              I have an offer of a free ticket every month on my new IndusInd bank credit card. I have been trying numerous times since last three months to avail this offer, but it gives the same error every time, due to which I have lost three of my free tickets. Today again I have received the same message. Seems I am being cheated and fooled by you. please refer the message below.
              "Sorry, we can`t proceed with the booking for this offer since the Total Number of Transactions for today has been exhausted. Please try again after 20 mins. For any queries please write to us at [protected]@bookmyshow.com. (#-4011)"

              Now I want a clean and clear reply as to who is going to compensate my loss.

                इनलोगों ने मुझे बिना बतये मेरा अकाउंट के चेक 21 OCTOBER 2015 दो चेक लगा दिया है और मेरा चार्ज मेरा स्टेट बैंक अकाउंट से इनसुफिसेंट का चार्ज कट गये ये मुझे वापिस चाहीए सर प्राथना है मेरे सभी चार्ज इन दिनांक में काटे गये या कटे है मुझे वापिस कर दिजए और आपके यहाँ कर्मचारी की जिसकी गलती है उसे नोकरी से निकाल दिजीए और नहीं तो सर जी मै आगे किश्त नहीं पे करुगा मेरे अकाउंट में आज तो ७०००० है मै दे सकता हु पर लोन का मतलब क्या है किसी की गलती किसी के सर पर भारी पड़ रही है सर मुझे गलत ये भी लगा मेरी बैंक में क्रेडिट है जो एक बौन्स से गन्दी हो रही है मेरे अकाउंट से स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया से वो पैसे वापिस करवा के दिजिये मै अपना इन्कम टैक्स भरता हु और मुझे रिफंड ३४००० रूपये आज आये

                भी बस क्रेडिट की बात है और नहीं तो सर जी रिक्वेस्ट है मै कनसुमर कोर्ट लड़ना और बाद मै कोर्ट मै और नोडल अधिकारी और सभी जगह मै तयार हु

                परन्तु मै सही हु और आपका जबलपुर मै जो भी यादव है पहले उसे बोलना सिखा दीजिये वो कहता है हमसे की चेक की ३ माह वैलिडिटी होती है हम कभी भी लगा सकते सर ऐसा है तो सर फिर लोन का मतलब क्या है आप बताये सर जी सर ऐसा है तो फिर तो सर आज या कल मै पूरा पैसा काट लो ना सर मुझे

                बस' अपना रुपया और क्रेडिट वापिस और यादव को सजा बस सर जो सही और कुछ नहीं चाहता हु और सर जी आपके बैंक में लोन पहली बार होता है तो कोई

                मेल में response नहीं आता है की ये आपका लोन है और यहाँ से आप अपने लोन का अमाउंट देख सकते है और id and password सभी बैंक में होता है

                और मै इससे पहले hdfc से लोन था उसमे तो था id and password और बैंक साइड भी ठीक नहीं सर बहुत पुरनी है developed करवा ले

                  My credit card number [protected] for which I got a message that I tried to make a transaction on 26-10-15 at20:42 at paramountinn for amount 1182 is declined. But the card is with me only and I have not tried to make any transaction also means some body is having the duplicate card of my account and he may also having the many cards of others also so do a enquiry and catch the thief

                              We are importer of paper and most of our business is on LC. We have ask our banker to pre close the part payment of our LC as the rupee was in favourable price. But our banker refuse to pre close stating that RBI guideline doesn't permit to pre close the LC. We are confuse why we cannot pre close our LC payment. Please provide the detail for the same.

                                My car loan a/c no.AVO00602c, i have taken car loan two years back, now the problem is they are asking for extra OD charges every six months, as i am asking to the manager he is telling that go to hell otherwise go to consumer court do as you like, he is telling that i am not responsible for this charges it was given by company. worst response giving to the customer.

                                  My name is Nisha Haridas. I had an motor vehicle loan account ESU3630U with your finance wing at tripunithura. My EMI starts on december 2014. I got a message in my phone to ensure the account with sufficient balance on 23rd December 2014 because they were collecting my first EMI on 23rd December 2015. So I filled my account with the amount on 20th December itself. But they didn't collected it till 6th January 2015. And I withdraw the money on 6th January 2015. But they collected the amount on 9th January 2015. Actually without any prior notice they tried to collect it. And they asked me to pay the return charge of 420. As its not my issue, because my account has more than that amount till 6th of January.So I refused to pay and also shown them my account statement. The people at edappilly branch agreed to pay the EMI amount only without the return charge. So I payed that amount.And now I need to get the NOC. When I approach for them, they are saying that the cheque return charge is not waved off from my loan account. I again approach the workers at edappilly, submit them with the account statement. They are saying like my request is rejected from head office. So I have to submit a complaint against them.

                                    Indusind Bank sold me a debit card service(platinum premier card) by deducting Rs 2800/- from my account promising me Rs 2500 gift voucher from My gftr. . I havnt recieved this gift coupen even after 90 days. I have lodged several complaints regarding the same to indusind bank, several resolution dates and promised call backs was never fullfulled .

                                      I Nikhet Tandel had taken a commercial loan from indusind bank kandivali branch on nov 2011 agreement no. MWB00177D.At the time of foreclosure my overdue amout was 5, 27, 038. But bank employee Mr. Abhijeet shinde and his team planned to rob me. They made fake documents of show overdue of more then 8, 00, 000. Then in name of settlement mr. Abhijeet Shinde told me pay 7, 50, 000 ( seven lacs fifty thousand) for account closure. After a conversation of more than 5 days i agreed to settle my account by paying rupees 7, 50, 000/- (seven lacs fifty thousand). On 5th October 2015 i went to kandivali branch for settlement of account. But mr. Abhijeet shinde asked me to wait outside. Where he collected cash of rupees 7, 50, 000 for me and went to cash counter. Afterwards mr. Abhijeet shinde gave me a receipt of rupees 6, 71, 500/- ( six lac seventy one thousand five hundred ). When i asked for receipt of remaining 78, 500 ( seventy eight thousand five hundred). Mr. Shinde replied that's remaining amount is his charges for settlement of account. I feel robbed in name of settlement by indusind bank and by it's employees.

                                        Sir/Madam, The IndusInd Bank Credit Card dept. employees have sticked to their policy of issuing their Credit Card by saying that "There is no Joining Fees and/or Annual Charges". Previously on July'15 the Bank executive said me that they are issuing Credit Card with no Joining & Annual Fees(Lie). But in their confirmation call they said me that there is a joining fees of Rs.500/- which I agreed for, but to my utter shock the Credit Card statement showed the amount due Rs.570/- which on calling the Bank they informed me that Rs.70/- is Service Tax. Means first it was a Free Card, then Rs.500/- was chargeable and finally the Charge levied was Rs.570/-. What I want to say is I have to pay the charges for which I agreed, the Bank should have informed me about the S.T. at the time of Confirmation call; ultimately all I have to bear is from my pocket whether its Bank's Income or Service Tax. Finally I got the Card cancelled after so many followups after a month from the date of putting up the query with the Bank. After the incidence the IndusInd Bank people started harassing me by regularly calling me for applying for their Credit Card which I ignored. But on 8/10/2015 again their executive Miss. Roshni called and said the same old statement about No Joining & Annual Fees(which was again a Lie) as she called me today and asked me about the previous issue with the Bank and I narrated her the whole matter. To which she tells that there will be a Joining fees on this Card also(Yesterday It was a Free Card & Today its chargeable), so I said her that previously also they lied & now also they are doing the same thing, then she said Ok, and she will not process my request and the conversation ended. Then some Mr.Aditya called and started abusing me saying that Miss. Roshni have informed my yesterday about the charges. So, I want to file a Harassment complaint against InduInd Bank's Credit Card Department.
