[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card fraud by bank agent (shipra) | |||
Hi all, I am writing this letter to indusind bank to inform and complain about a credit card fraud happened with me. One of the bank employee "miss shipra" of crossing republic, ghz branch of indusind bank visited my home to complete the formalities for opening one fd later i have received a credit card without my request and permission. Which i Haven't activated yet but i have received a credit card bill of ₹29500/-. Yesterday, i checked with the bank branch and they tried to neglect/ignore it. They have not taken it seriously. I am under deep mental stress due to it. It is a serious financial offense and i want the bank to seriously look into this and take appropriate corrective action immediately. I have raised a complaint #[protected] about this fraud and another request #[protected] to cancel this card with the help of customer care. Please cancel my card and clear all the charges imposed on this card. The bank should take necessary action to maintain its service integrity. My last January deduction my 239 reason of no transaction money will be deducted in my account this month also they are deducted my money..very worst services even bank not any initimated regarding my deduction worst bank worst services continuously there are charge my bank account

I have balance amount Rs.6752.11 on 24/12/2018 and suddenly Rs.6700 cash deducted from my account through ATM in Bhopal . How is this possible since I am in Delhi and I have my debit card with me in Delhi . This is my money someone fraudly withdraw it, I dont want to listen any ### from bank management sides .So kindly I request you please take a serious action at the issue and refund my money and solve my problem as soon as possible.
i want to the bank (Naraina Branch), Very worst service, bank employees don't know how to handle the complain rather they dont bother. i feel very bad that they are not serious about the incident. I am taking follow up from bank and as well as CUSTOMER CARE, but no body is serious.
Please Reimburse my money

I am Senthil, till now i don't generate login. But i received bill statement one assist & some card loaded. Totally i disturb. I think indusind bank loose customer scope. Worst experience.
