This is with reference to my order[protected], bosch high pressure car and home washer, ordered on 26th oct and till date there is no update on what is happening to the order, when i try to call customer care they are not picking the call and not sure when they will deliver, i have already paid and really concerned about it. They cannot be so careless with customers

    The items i ordered from industry buying. Product: 1. Copper pipes for ac, order no:[protected].
    2. Decorative ceiling fan with light, order no:[protected].
    Ordered but no update and when called the automated message says press 4 for customer service. When i pressed 4 it gets disconnected and i tried this more than 100 times. The others transfer the call but again it gets disconnected 100 times. The baseline is don't buy from this useless site. The organisation is not at all fit to be in the business. It is just waste of time waiting for the order and no intimation what so ever. Still waiting for my stuff but no reply from industry buying after sending emails couple of times. # cannot change so be careful and buy from some other legitimate sites in the market.

      I was placing an order in industrybuying.com in 26.10.17 12.05 am for an meco multi-meter for rs 1916, during the payment process in net-banking payment the amount was debited from the account but the order was not placed.

      I was communicating with the customer care for past 4 days they were giving me no answers. Now my number automatically gets rejected when i call from my mobile, if i call from other mobile they will answer and if i give the complain number they will disconnect the call.

      On further research i found that they are making fraud like this to many of the customers.

      I have 8 audio recording regarding the customer care talk and 15 calls automatically rejected by them when i give my complain number. I have found that only my calls from my number is been getting rejected. It is a scam.

        I placed online order [no.[protected]] on 15th october 2017 for purchase of two havells leganza 1200mm 4 blades gold ceiling fans fhclestbgl48. The fans were delivered to me on 22nd october 2017. I shifted to a new flat and the electrician opened the packet on 24th october for fitting it, we found both of the fans were defective. I immediately tried to contact over telephone on customer care’s phone no.[protected]. Most of the time i got the recorded audio message, “the online customer care executives are busy please stay on line or contact after some time.” after numerous efforts when ever i got connected with the online customer care executives, each time they informed that the server was down and hence they asked me to ring after half an hour. I also sent message to [protected]@industrybuying.com and got a computerized response tat i would be contacted within 48 hours. Incidentally this is 6 days of my complaint, but they failed in even contacting me. I furnish here-under copy of their reply.

              I purchased an autocop gaurdian 4a car security system from industrybuying.com. Manufacturer said they do not entertain direct request from buyer for product installation, but will do upon receiving request from seller.
              I requested and followed up with industrybuying almost on daily basis to send a request to autocop for installation but it is still not done. Autocop is saying if the seller and the product are genuinine, they will rasie a request with invoice details and autocop will provide installation and warranty.

              My simple request to industrybuying is that the product is kept at my home in same state it was delivered and is of no use to me without installation and warranty. So either get it installed or refund the bill amount and take the product back.

                To whomsoever it may concern,
                My name is vaibhav, i ordered a product through industry buying (Tracking#[protected]) on 17/10/17. Ib handed over the product to xpressbees to deliver, xpressbees is a very unprofessional courier company. It has been the third day since the promised delivery date (21/10/17) and no sign of my product yet. Upon tracking the product on ib/xpressbees, i came to know that the xpressbees personnel wrongfully mentioned that i refused to accept the product, which is a plain lie, because i received no call on my mentioned mobile number, neither did anyone showup at the door.
                The aforementioned product was bought to be gifted to someone, but non delivery of the product on the promised date defeated the whole purpose.
                I hold industry buying responsible for handing over my courier to xpressbees, a company that has no customer support whatsoever, that never shares the delivery personnel phone number with consignee, that has a very bad delivery record.
                Industry buying has chosen a very bad delivery partner, i hope that my product gets delivered asap, and that no one else has to suffer like me. A humble request to ib to blacklist xpressbees.

                        I am one of the victim who is asking www.consumercomplaints.in to remove the wrong and baseless complaints done by people on their portal.

                        These guys call themselves a consumer forum where anybody can come and put anything against anynbody and these guys allow them to put this without any cross checking and proof. This anyboody can be a company's competitor as well who might want to spoil the company reputation deliberately.

                        Against that when company owners like us approach them to remove complaints they dont even assist.

                        When you run a portal like theirs it is mandatory to provide the contact details through which people can communicate with them and display only the right information.

                        This is wrong... These baseless things spoils the reputation of companies who have been operating hard since generations. This is bad... Very bad.

                        I think the time has came when we should complain against WWW.CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN so that such things wont happen to companies who are not wrong.

                        Shameless people they are.

                        We need people to put pil against WWW.CONSUMERCOMPLAINTS.IN. We want to make this a national issue on behalf on all companies who are frustrated with utterly disappointing and baseless complaints being made here which these guys publish even without cross checking.

                        The guy who owns this portal is from latvia... Have got nothing to do with india then why are they not keeping a watch.. This clearly reflects their intention of extortion... Please suggest what to do and how to proceed..

                        I purchased a DC motor on 22.05.2018 from Industry buying by making full payment from my Credit card.
                        The delivery time was indicated as 4-7 days. The order number is[protected]. After this there was absolutely no communication from them. I called their customer care number on 31.05.2018. The lady said that she will take it up with the concerned department, but I have to wait for 24 hrs for an update, (not delivery of the product. ). She cut the line abruptly. Again I called up after half an hour and this time it was another person who answered. He said that I will have to wait 48 hrs for an update. Now 24 hrs became 48 hrs. But he gave me no guarantees about the delivery. I requested the procedure to cancel my order, but the executive said that I have to write an email to them to cancel my order, but it will take them a week's time to return the money after cancelling the order.
                        Overall .
                        I have a feeling that this company has cheated me or planning to do so. After this I read many such cheating cases by this company on the net.
                        Because I tracked my order on 01.06.2018 and the status of my order is still in the approval stage after fine 10 days.
                        Another problem is they have updated a different product on the tracking and asking me to confirm that. I refused and they cancelled the order and said that they will revert the money back to my credit card which will never happen
                        I understood their plan. Take money from customers, delay the order and create frustration in the customer's mind by deliberately putting wrong products in the tracking.Now customer gets upset and cancels the order, but never gets back the money

                        To all my fellow citizens. This company is out to cheat you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

                              It delivered on 20th sept.. After installation printer was not working. After complaining, wenever canon engineer checked they said that printer was jam.. Nd there is some part is totally not workinng so should changed the printer.. After all. I take report from him and attached here
                              So please provide new printer.

                                  Dear sir, i have booked two nos. Items e. G. 20 nos. 15 w led bulbs vide order no.[protected], which was received on 30th sept, however the remaining items which was booked i. E. 2 nos. Of led tube is still in processing.
                                  20 nos. 15 w led bulbs vide order no.[protected], is worst quality hence it is requested to take back this supply and remaining order will be commented after its delivery.

                                        It is 13th of october . Still the product is not delivered . One of the worst ever online portal that i ordered in my life. No response from email id [protected]@industrybuying.com despite raising issue . It is still stating shipping. Please refer the attachment . It is almost 20 days from the date of order till the product is not delivered.
