I had received a Product Namely Ford stepney but unfortunately i had received a damaged product and there was a color mismatch so i wanted the refund of the amount paid Rs 5512/= then afterwards when i informed them all this they said forward the photos then only product will be accepted back i fulfilled that Criteria of there also after uploading pics on there particular given mail they responded after 2 Days and for that also i called to there call center no. in order to make them respond to my issue after that Thanks to there so called good Inconvenient Service they said Return the product as they had received the pics to There given Address through India Post and they will refund the courier charges of the Return Shipment also And As per there Executive i was to upload the Receipt Pics also with them i followed that particular process also but Again Masha Allah they least bothered to Reply again i approached them and now they are saying that they haven't received my return product yet its in transit so call India post in order to Track the product and India Post is also not responding ...so Much Inconvenient Really what kind of a Service are they providing they are making Customer suffer so Much I really feel like i Had committed the biggest Mistake of by life by opting to shop from this site ...My ORDER No. is[protected] and Kindly please Return My Hard earned Money Which I had paid for order Amounting Rs 5512 and Return Courier Shipment Charges Rs 520...

But I did not receive the material even after 15 days.Your commitment to deliver the material on 16/03/2017 was not fulfilled even on 17/03/2017.Due to the delay, we are facing a threat of loosing business for the total volume of Rs.25000/-.

        My client multiple time requested to remove above false complaints from
        culprits web https://www.consumercomplaints.in through his ticket system but
        till date they have not responsed positively.
        My client constrained to report you the criminal act of abusive comment on
        social media by the culprit company named with detail below ( attached full
        detail as annexure-A) who has allowing posted offensive comments and false
        complaint on social media against my client through computer resource/
        [Mobile PhoneJ which is grossly offensive and has mdnacing character. The said
        culprit very well knows that such information is false and has posted the same
        for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction,
        ins.ulg injury criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred and ill will. He is persistently
        doing such acts by making use of computer resource and communication device
        (MobileJ for posting such message.
        The said culprit has circulated the said offensive and false material on the
        internet which is visible at on web https://www.consrlmeriomplaints.in. The
        offensive material is not only false but frivolous, defamatory, abusive and
        insinuative and has been done with the intention to insult and libel to my client
        and cause a scandal by slandering and slurring my client's character. This
        amounts to making defamatory comments and false complaints on social media
        and several persons have already asked my clients about the same believing the
        same to be true. This has been done with the intention to defame and injure my
        client's business, character and reputation and cause injury to my client's
        character. The aforesaid culprits is liable for prosecution for offensive comment
        and false complaint on social media and other offenses. My client request you to
        take legal action against the said culprit at the earliest and instruct him to
        remove above said false comments and complaints immediately from his web. A
        snapshot along with the printout of the said offensive message and material is

              This site only logs the complaint but it don't have any information how it helping to resolve the issue. It is also not mentioned who are maintaining this site. It would be helpful if this information is provided. Without this information It appears to me that someone can misuse the complaints information.

                I ordered a karcher pressure washer costing 25k from industrybuying.com. They took 20 days to deliver the product and when it arrived in my company, I was unavailable. So I couldnt open it for 2 days. But I open it on the third day to see it was damaged and clearly it was a transportation damage with a wheel broken from impact. So rest of the damage is yet to be seen. After many request from my side and their requested to send the pictures, their reply was that I was late by a few hours from their policy of 48hrs. So now I am stuck with a damaged product which I already paid for. They honour their policies of profit more than a customer. I feel very bad that I have wasted my money.

                  We had order the product mentioned in the subject line above. Instead they delivered another design of a shoe rack (Churchill) which had different specifications and dis not meet our needs. The product that was delivered is completely different than the one ordered and is also a lower cost product as compared to what we ordered. We have called the helpline a lot of times and provided them all the necessary details. However no action has been taken. They keep putting the complain off by saying provide the sku. We have given pictures and details of all bills and invoices but no progress has been made.

                      I had booked the following product (Order no.[protected] on 14 jan 2017 by making an online payment of inr 3726:

                      Colour: wenge
                      Material: particle board
                      Dimension: 780 (W) x 470 (D) x 910 (H) mm
                      Expected dispatch by jan. 28, 2017

                      They clearly confirmed the order on 17 jan and said expected date of dispatch as 28 jan 2017.

                      Following are the complaints:
                      1. No update by call/sms/email on 17 jan about the status of the product delivery
                      2. No delivery of the product till 04 feb 2017 and when i called on 04 feb; they have refused to deliver the product citing reason as 'out of stock'
                      3. As a customer, i had to keep calling them multiple times from 17 jan onwards and go through their painful ivrs call center approach to talk to the cusotmer executive
                      4. The customer executives only replied statuses in the calls that the product will take more time and will surely be delivered.
                      5. The product has not be been delivered. The order has been cancelled from the seller side without my agreement.

                      My questions:
                      1. Why is the product advertised and sold online when they dont have stock to deliver??
                      2. What are they doing about the customer money which they kept for almost 20 days?
                      3. Why is the customer not updated on the status of the product?
                      4. No senior accountable and responsible manager intervening for handling customer complaints
                      5. For the delay, discomfort, inconvenience (I could have bought this from another vendor) and harrassment; i think there should be a compensation penalty in addition to refund money to be paid by the vendor

                      Hope to see some serious actions on above line if we really need to improve the e-commerce trade in india

                        Thier custom support is worst . They first redirected me to some other place. Then they said to send a email with pictures. I sent them
                        Till date its been over a week and they failed to respond in all ways.

                        The product is used one and its missing part and some parts are faulty or broken.

                        and they still not willing to pick it up or refund it or even just reply about it.

                        Thier site doesnt even a contact email or a form . it took me more then 30 minutes to find thier support email.

                        Worst of the worst .

                        Never even think of buying anything from them. total frauds

I Received material on 25th jan and complained on same day. They DO NOT reply on mail. I called their customer care who ask me to send pictures. I sent the pictures on 26th jan. No reply till date. When i call them they only ask for 3 working days. And the worst part no one replies my mails and hangs me up on phone. I want refund of my money. Horrible post sales service

                            1 Order NO[protected] Placed on 14.01.2017 Upon checking on the 21 01.2017 was informed by your team the dispatch may be done after 09.02.2017 and therefore the order was cancelled. It was committed that the Refund will come through within 3 working days i.e. by 25.01.2017. Upon checking today with your Mr.Avinash I was informed that the refund would still take further 3 to 7 working days.
                            In this context i would like to inform you that if the full refund is not credited to my account before closure of banking hours by 30.01.2017 I shall be forced to initiate the needed legal recourse at your risks and costs.
                            2 Order NO[protected] Placed on 23.01.2017 upon checking the status today with your Mr. Avinash was ifnormed that out of 5 units ordered only 3 have been shipped and the balance quantity shipping dates are unknown!!!

                            Firstly why and how did you decide on partial shipment? Secondly if you do not have sufficient inventories why do you accept orders and payment towards the same?

                            Ensure that the entire order is delivered as a single consignment on or before 31.01.2017 or again I shall proceed for the legal recourse at your risk and costs.

                                Sonce last 1 year i must have placed about 10 orders with you and out these 10, 4 orders have had problems and none of them still have been resolved

                                      I had ordered a 25 litre geyser from this website industrybuying.com, they delivered this product which was defective. As soon as the installation was done on the 7th of Jan, 2017, it was discovered that there was an internal leakage in the geyser. I complained to their customer care and they told me that they would replace the product in 3 days and the issue would be resolved. Now on 11th of Jan they are telling me that they cannot get the product collected back from my area as there is issue with the courier operation in my area. Now my point is if they cannot collect back from my area then why did they deliver the product in my area. Their customer care is non cooperating and the company seems least bothered for resolving customer issues.
                                      Now i can't understand how will i return this defective geyser as i paid the full amount through credit card.

                                        I ordered size 7 safety shoes from IndustryBuying.com vide Order No:[protected]. When they came, they were found to be too small. It does say size 7 on the soles of the shoes, but the ACTUAL SIZE is wrong.

                                        Repeated complaints have been unfruitful. They keep saying the same thing - since the shoes are marked size 7, they have delivered the correct item, hence they are not liable, and I am not entitled to replacement or refund.

                                        I had previously bought size 7 safety shoes from them vide Order No : 483642, and those were the correct size. I wear those shoes with thick woollen socks. The new ones don't fit even without socks. This indicates how much smaller the new shoes are.

                                        Both email and online chat have produced no redress. Request for contact information of someone in a supervisory capacity has also not been entertained.

                                        The product is INCORRECTLY MARKED as size 7. This qualifies as a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. You are obligated to exchange the item or refund my money if the product has a manufacturing defect.
