The machine move internally but impact would not come even trying several time as per manual with 1, 2, 3 min waiting on alternate day. The material despatched without quality check, even battery jack dead. I wonder how a reputed company like u would market such spurious thing. So earnestly advice me...

The product doesnt have a bush and is not stable hence cannot be used. I ordered a product and got a faulty product and the company is refusing to accept it back. The company is saying to purchase a bush and send the copy of the bill to them they will repay the cashback on my next purchase but I dont wanna purchase anything from that fraud company anymore. I placed an order with ib on 7-feb-2017 for a premier 18"x36"x78" stackable slotted angle rack.
I waited for a month and then contacted ib customer care on 6-mar-2017. They took down my details and said that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. I waited for a week and no one contacted me. I again reached out to ib on 13-mar-2017 requesting them to cancel the order and process a refund since i had fully paid for the order via net banking....
