I had placed an order for "pahal 5 drawer tool box cabinet" (Order number :[protected] on your site, but it's very unfortunate that a "3 drawer tool box cabinet" has been delivered to me for which i paid an amount of 5 drawer tool box cabinet. Now when i contacted on you tolll free number, they advised me to mail the product's photograph with packaging. When i sent mail, now they are asking me why it is wrapped with a paper with paytm sticker, for which they can't exchange the wrong product delivered to me. This is very ridiculous. Now i don't know what to do??? Why don't you find out the vendor who packed it with paytm sticker and delivered that to me..

Regarding this i just simply want the product to be taken back and deliver the product i had ordered or give me back the differential extra amount paid by me.

      I placed an order 26.5.17 through your site and my order nos. is[protected] but till date nothing is communicated to me about my order. I called twice on the toll free number and the response is so bad that I have no words to explain.
      Today, the person straight forward told to cancel the order, if don’t to wait and with attitude that he least bothered.

      After this conversation, I realized that I made biggest mistake to place the order through your site.

      Request to kindly let me know he date of delivery and oblige me first and last time.

          The product doesnt have a bush and is not stable hence cannot be used. I ordered a product and got a faulty product and the company is refusing to accept it back. The company is saying to purchase a bush and send the copy of the bill to them they will repay the cashback on my next purchase but I dont wanna purchase anything from that fraud company anymore. Kindly replace the product or take it back and give me my money back.

          I have ordered the product on 20th may.
          Till now, they are unable dispatch my product..
          Really one of the worst online site i have ever seen...i.e., industry buying.
          Every time they are saying your product will dispatch within next 48 hours but result is big zero...

              More than 30 days am trying to return this product they do not take the product back.

                I have ordered a pair of chairs which i later cancelled!!!they said that the refund was initiated on 29th april but i havent received the money yet. its been a week.
                sbi credit card customer care confirmed that it doesnot take more than 72 hours for refund
                they are providing a transaction id which is of no use as bank is saying they cant do anythng with that transaction id
                On continuously calling they are saying that kindly contact ur bank and bank is saying that contact ur merchant

                      We purchase around 6 executive chairs which cost us around rs 3600 each in march 2017. The product came in two batches for which there was no proper email communication. We took over 2 weeks to install the chairs as we were shifting to our new office. Once installed we came to know the poor qulaity of the handles, seat cover torn at many places, handles bent, poor seat cover quality, wheel not working properly after using for hardly just 1 week. When called them they updated that within 48 hours we should have updated them. My question is why you have allowed poor quality vendors to market their products in your website. It shows how they have streamlined their vendors in their website.

                          आदरणीय महोदय,
                          मैंने industry bying से ऑनलाइन housefull[protected] mac 38 x 15.9 x 15.1 inch 3 doors storage cabinet बुक कराया था। जो safe express से मुझे uninstall स्थिति में प्राप्त हुआ, जिसके लिए मैंने रु. 2420 का भुगतान किया, डिलीवरी मैन ने बताया कि install करने के लिए कम्पनी को फोन करना पड़ेगा। वेबसाइट (Industrybying.com) पर चित्रित फर्नीचर में कहीं भी जिक्र नहीं था कि उक्त फर्नीचर uninstall स्थिति में मिलेगा अथवा उसमें install करने की सुविधा नहीं मिलेगी। मैंने कई बार कम्पनी में फोन किया परन्तु कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं मिला। मैंने उक्त कम्पनी को मेल भी किया, उन्होंने कोई solution नहीं दिया। कम्पनी के द्वारा मेल से हुआ पत्राचार इस मेल के trail मेल में उपलब्ध है।
                          इस मेल के माध्यम से मैं आदरणीय महोदय के समक्ष उक्त कम्पनी की शिकायत दर्ज करा हूँ कि मुझे उक्त फर्नीचर को install कराये जाने की सुविधा कम्पनी के द्वारा प्रदान कराइ जाए, अथवा मेरे द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि लौटा कर उक्त फर्नीचर वापस कराया जाए।
                          इस मेल के साथ मैं कम्पनी के वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध विज्ञापन का screenshot एवं डिलीवरी स्लिप संलग्न कर रहा हूँ।
                          आदरणीय महोदय से अनुरोध है कि उक्त प्रकरण पर न्याय दिलाते हुए कम्पनी को उचित निर्देश देना चाहें।

                            I placed an order with ib on 7-feb-2017 for a premier 18"x36"x78" stackable slotted angle rack.
                            I waited for a month and then contacted ib customer care on 6-mar-2017. They took down my details and said that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. I waited for a week and no one contacted me. I again reached out to ib on 13-mar-2017 requesting them to cancel the order and process a refund since i had fully paid for the order via net banking. I still am awaiting for a response from the ib cistomer care for the email i sent them on 13-march-2017. I have also sent them multiple emails asking them about my refund which has not been processed yet. It is over 2 months since i placed the order and i havent received the product nor they have processed the refund.
                            Since there is no response from ib, i am planning to take legal help and register a grievance in consumer court. Hopefully ib will respond to a legal notice.

                              I ordered a AX3 and Instead I was sent a AX4, I called and complained, thereafter a senior accounts manager called me up and told me that everything will be looked into, but nothing happened, today i called up the operator refused even to answer any questions and said it was too late, Now that you are refusing to do any thing about it i think it is plain cheating sending the wrong product.

                                I have ordered the item on 18th and still not received.
                                Many times I called the call center and every time I am getting the same answer.
                                "Wait for 24hrs"
                                The persons attending the calls are not at all helpful for resolving the issue.
                                Arrange to the deliver the item asap or tell me the steps to get the refund.

                                  Out of my 16 items only 4 delivered after 10 days, on sunday[protected] i received a parcel and the outside pasted bill was of vacuum cleaner and pressure washer but it was only 2 wipers inside it. many times i called customer care but no respond. i want my order completed within 5 days only. customer care executive is not responding properly, many times i tried to get proper response but ultimately it was a disappointment.

                                    Refer our order No[protected]!
                                    Quantity TWO Precise Table top Magnifier with Light, 5x were purchased vide the above mentioned. One of them had its lamp broken the moment package was opened.
                                    The issue was flagged immediately with their customer care.
                                    It has been two weeks since we raised the flag for the issue. We haven't received any reply from their side.
                                    It seems the issue is being taken very lightly or being ignored.
                                    It is extremely unprofessional of these people and further delay from their side will compel me to resort to formal complaint on various fora and possible black-listing.
                                    I would like to know the status ASAP.

I am unable to track this on the site /or reach them on their customer care number.
