I booked it via calling customer care and she told that your order is placed at priority and will be recieved till 27 or 28 feb 2018 and then i confirmed the order but it is not yet recieved till date kindly take proper action as this product is urgent..

      I found that THIS WEBSITE is not a valid and its a fake website for the complaint registering. the people who entered their complaints in THIS WEBSITE and it visible to all public. and there is no option to delete a complaint once we submitted. There is no action is happening against the customers complaint reported in this site.   Replace all

        Dear industry buying,
        I have purchased i flo domestic water pump i flo 7 1.5 hp on 24 th november 2017. Unfortunately the performance of the product is very poor and could not lift water to height of 35 feet's. But while purchasing the product, the company assured the water pumping is comfortable to 80 to 10 mts.. The water discharge is also very poor probably 20 lit per minute.in more confidence in your site i have purchased the product.. But the performance is not at all good and doesn't reach to the given conditions by buyer. Hence i request you please replace the product..           Sir,

          I have bought kissankraft 4.1 hp engine kk ge 200 of order no[protected] and i received the product on[protected] in which the packing was very bad. Because of that there were a lot of damages for the item. The damages include :
          1. The on /off switch was detached from the metal box.
          2. The fibre case of the filter is broken.
          3. The metal top of the motor is bend.
          4. Oil was leaking and was fully spread in the pack.
          When we opened the parcel, we noticed these damages and informed the courier person suddenly. So kindly do the necessary action to replace the item as early as possible. We're attaching the photos of the damages.

            I have ordered for a bosch pressure washer from your site on feb 9th.
            After waiting for 10 days i received the product which you sent me.
            I was really surprised to see the product when i opened the courier.
            It was a used one and the model was also a different one.
            The packing was also really pathetic which added to the damages of the product. The product was partially broken and full of scratches.
            Unfortunately i opted for the emi scheme in credit card while ordering this 'precious product' from your site.
            I have informed this on the same day to your customer care.
            Please rename this department of organisation to "company care".
            Because you never care for your customers.
            I have sent the invoice and images of the product which i delivered to your email id and the person told me like someone would be calling me back for the product reversal. And that call never came for 2 days. Again i gave a call a back and the person who took the call informed me that reversal process can be done, but i should take this 'garbage' to india post and send them back. That means for the fraud activity which you have done, i should suffer by taking this thing all back to india post and send it back there by wasting my time, my energy and again my money.

            Do you really think that this is going to work?

            I told your customer care that this is not going to happen and asked them to suggest for an alternate solution. Someone told me like they have initiated a request for partial refund and someone would call me within 24 hrs.

            Seems like your company doesn't follow ist and havent got a call after 24 or 30 hrs.

            I gave a call today and again your customer care started to repeat the same company policy of reversal process through india post.
            (The process where i have to suffer).

            Today a senior fool called me and asked me to sent it back to you through India Post.
            So thats it!
            You will collect the money initially, will send the people some used/wrong product.
            And your profit is the money from wrong products which are not returned to you.

              I have ordered safety shoes from industrybuying.com on 11th feb, 2018 and till date order is not dispatched. They took longer time for processing order and i was confused if they really have product available with them. Now last saturday their delivery reached my area and was out for delivery but still it is not delivered. I have given home delivery option with cod, delivery person is asking me to collect goods from his convenient location. When i refused to collect and instead ask to deliver at given location delivery boy gave his timing of delivering by end of the day.

              Today when i am tracking it is showing status customer not available when the delivery boy never attempted second time. These are truly making people wrong commitments and i will suggest to not to use this.

                      I've ordered two items on 28 jan 18 and paid by paytm wallet amt 8677rs. The order no[protected], one item was delivered in time but the important item autocop reverse parking camera was not shipped despite my repeated calls to customer care and on 5th feb the ordered camera was cancelled by their end, mentioning item not available although the item is showing available on the ib site. Hence the order should be revived and the camera may be shipped without fail. As i want the item not refund.

                            I placed an order for Bajaj Maxio in Steel color Order No :[protected] in 2 nos. costing Rs. 2, 962.00 on 15 Jan 2018, 10:26 PM what I received was Bajaj Maxio Bianco in White color and in a damaged condition due to poor packaging.

                            The cost of Bajaj Maxio Bianco is much less than that of what I ordered. I filed a return Request ID RE1F9ADED0E9 along with a mail to the wecare team on the day it was delivered.

                            The company rep. IB_Email Himanshu Singh wrote back to me asking for photos of product within 24 hrs even though I already submitted it, I resubmitted it.

                            After repeated calls and emails, [no one is responding to the emails or taking calls on the listed emails and the phone nos. anymore], they're not initiating the return process. As on today i, e. 29 Jan 2018, Industrybuying couldn't took a decision that whether or not to return/replace the wrongly delivered damaged item.

                            I had good experiences with them previously, they used to deliver orders on time and without any damages.

                                Please refer to my order no.[protected]. Vide this purchase order, i have made order for supply of six numbers of crompton triton antique copper ceiling fans amounting to rs. 24, 942.00. But, due to your inability to procure and supply the articles, the order has been cancelled at your end. The payment has been made through net-banking while ordering for the products. However, the refund amount of rs. 24, 942.00 has not yet been received by me. Incidentally, it is to mention that, your 'track order' portal shows that the reimbursement has already been made. Therefore, it is requested to do the immediate needful for making the reimbursement at once.

                                  I ordered soldering iron from industrybuying.com and i received a wrong item. I sent all the details to them along with the photos of actual item and the received item. They sent me a ticket id for the complaint and after that not responding to my mails. I am attaching 2 photos along with this. The photo with green color is the item i ordered. Actually i needed only one of those. But when i purchased this item from this website i had to order 6 of them because they had a minimum number requirement. So i ordered 6 of them and received wrong item.

                                    I booked an order on 7th december 2017. Order id[protected]. Due to non availability of the product i cancelled it on 21.12.2017. They recieved my cancellation request and said refunnd will occur within 4-5 working days. The amount is rs.9433. But still i have not getting my refund. Ib customer care says they completed the process at 27.12.2017. And they provide me a transection id. But refund is not reflected in my credit card acount. Already emi is started. Now bank is saying to contact with merchant. Merchant is saying contact to bank.

                                      I have ordered for "metroq mtq-915 desoldering station" and its spares vide a single order no.[protected]. The spares were immediately shipped and the order for the product itself was cancelled after a long wait by industrybuying. The spares are of no use to me without the product iteself.
                                      When i tried to return the spares, the website was not accepting the ifsc code of the bank and the order cancellation was not getting completed for the spares.
                                      I further emailed to industrybuying and [protected]@industrybuying.com for return and refund of the spares, but no reponse.
                                      Considering the good experirnce i had with amazon, flipkat and ebay, i was of the opinion that emarketing is safe. No more e-procurementfrom companies that do not live up to their reputation like industrybuying.com.

                                      An update.
                                      The company has again accepted the order and failed to even process the order after one week.

                                      Items appearing on the website may not be actually available. For me, this is the second time an order was taken are not fulfilled.

                                      My take on this company is that you cannot rely on an order placed with the e-commerce operator for anything, especially items required for the industry.

                                      There was no feedback for the message send to the company and the order had to be cancelled after a long wait and no response from the company.
