My above order is 15 days old and it still has not been delivered. I have been running pillar to post to get to know as to when my order will be executed. I have contacted your toll free number and i keep getting a standard response that the matter has been escalated and i will get an update in two to three days, off late i think my calls have been barred by your customer cell as it gets disconnected after the voice prompt. I am unable to get any response from your chatbot too. I have reached your sales department too and they promise that someone will contact me but no one has. I have had a terrible experience so far. Is this who you treat all your customers?

Can you please give me a form date of delivery?

    I have placed an order dt 12/07/2017 order no[protected] and also l have paid full amount rs2710/-for mrf tyre.42 days elapsed but till the date order not dispatched. I have contacted so many times customar care every time he told :our concern team already working on this we will dispatch 3or 4 business days: if he don't have the product cancel the order and return my amount. This is the first time i have faced this type of problem

      Order no:[protected], this order was cancelled from your end, stating that the product is not available with you, but i can still find this item for sale with higher cost. My order was confirmed at the time of payment and after 2 weeks, this got cancelled. You are holding my money for two weeks. So either send me the product immediately or refund back my amount with additional rs:500.00 for my grievance.

        I would like to get the refund of the office chair that i received yesterday. Sorry to say that the chair is damaged. The wheels are not aligned. The shocker is not working properly. Kindly take back the chair and give the refund. I am not satisfied with the product. Sorry to say false promises are given at the time of buying the product. But when the product needs to be returned new rules are told on calling. Dealing with such dealers for online shopping averts me towards it. Many companies like flipkart and myntra have made online shopping a heavenly experience. But industry buying and another company mirraw that i dealt with last year have made it a pathetic experience. Can't afford to take another risk in relying on any other company for online shopping

            I have ordered cranlik c-2.5 t 2.5 ton capacity pallet truck ordered on june 30th and the item is not delivered.in industry buying they have given advertisement of delivering the item within a week and the product is not delivered till 17.07.2017 and saying it will delay.

            We want the immediate return of our money paid and compensation (More than ten times of the amount paid) for not delivering the product within time as advertisement. It was ordered online for immediate purpose and delayed.

              I booked 02pcs bosch drill machine with order id: 2156325 dated 30/june/2017 which is not dispatched till date 16/july/2017 & after contacting several time to the industry buying customer care they only give false commitment each & everyone tat the mtrl will be dispatch ed in next 24hrs. But it is not dispatched till date, it's a useless and fake portal which doesn't have control on there vendors and doesn't provide correct info about orders. Industry buying only mentally harass it's consumer. I highly suggest not to visit and buy things from fake portal "industry buying"

                I ordered on-line for purchase of a Bosch make Home and car washer on[protected] paying you Rs.8148/- from my account with Canarabank. Order No.[protected], which is available in my account with you. But you have miserably failed to arrange to despatch the item ordered by me. But the most troubling experience is that you are annoyingly keeping silence for innumerable emails I have sent to you so far. I even requested you to send the name and address of the end supplier at KOLLAM KERALA. But you have failed in that also without the least consideration for a consumer who have paid the money. Is it the right way that you keep the customer relationships, you bloody #######? Have you not got any decency and righteousness while dealing with the customer?

                  I ordered 4 x 4 x 4 inch 3 ply white box qty: 400 from this website and paid online on order date : 25 jun 2017 09:28. Today is 12 july 2017, but still no update. I raised complaint so may times and asked your customer service to refund my money, but no response.

                  I want to say abuse word to your service and the customer support. This is my first and last experience with the unknown brand like you. And in future i won't recommend anyone to buy anything from your # website. Going to give big review to other social media so that everyone knows your reality and such # service.

                    I have placed an order for 4 nos crompton sea wind 3 blade opal white ceiling fan. They haven't delivered the fan on commitment date. So i have cancelled the order. As per the cancellation email response from industry buying that refund amount will be credited 2-3 days. But, its more than 14 days.
                    Not yet received the same. Really worst senerio.
                    Never trust the industry buying henceforth...

                      On 6th July I had placed an order with the Order No :[protected]. After receiving payment they said that due to GST they will take a week to dispatch the order. So I canceled the order. According to the refund policy I should have received my refund within 2 days as stated by them on there website "1. Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2 business days"

                      But when I contacted them they said it will take "2-3 business days." to process the refund request since this is an "automated step" and after that 2 more business days for the wallet to reflect the balance.

                      Ok so I waited on the 5th business day (Today ) I called back again and this time as soon as I said I want a refund is pending they came up with another excuse "we are facing a problem with the wallet refund" please wait 2-3 business days.

                      As I have read over here there are several similar complaints over here and the sole intention of this company is to earn free interest from the customers hard earned money.

                      I demand an immediate refund of Rs 1307.

                        This is to inform you that i have received the product hb solar 100 watt solar panel hb sp01from industrybuying.com in damaged condition. The side aluminium frame is out from the panel and the glue is also out.

                        This kind of service was not expected. I am very much angry and disappointed. If this is not resolved i will go to the consumer court.

                        Industry buying is worst in customer care as it does not respect them and their queries.
                        Their website is poor and static with no proper maintenance .
                        Customer care guys behaves rudely and unethically . They treat clients as beggars and no response for the complaints.

                        Apart all of these the products are defective and doesn't have quality .

                          I placed order on 21st June which order id is[protected]. somehow i cancelled order same day. and i received cancelled order confirmation mail from you on 28th June stated that "Refund of Rs. 4398.0 on your Order No:[protected] with Industrybuying.com has been processed and will be credited to your account in the next 2- 5 working days." it is almost 9 working days completed and i still not seeing amount in my statement. can you please look in to matter and reply me ASAP.

                          I spoke many times with industrybuying.com customer representative but never received satisfactory reply. they provide me transaction id and check with credit card provider. i spoke to credit card provider about this and they said they won't be able to trace transaction id. all they are saying that there is no refund reflecting in my account and suggest to ask merchant.

                          NOW MATTER IS MERCHANT SAYS CONTACT CREDITCARD PROVIDER AND CREDITCARD PROVIDER SAYS CONTACT MERCHANT.

                            When rised my complain with customer care, they agganged reverse pickup (on 24/06/2107).

                                I am having a very bad experience with your Industry buying online. I have placed an order on 20th Jun 2017, But it is still in conformed status only. I have called up the customer care but they have not responded me properly, Also they have given some false info that the product will be delivered in 3 days, 1 Week like that.
                                But today, I have tried calling the customer care, but Its simply disconnected.
                                Note: I tried to encourage you/your online stores by waiting for 15 days and given 3 chances by calling the customer care and believing in them.
                                But, You do not deserve it.
                                Final comment--You have to improve a lot.

                                    I ordered Ceat Gripp 6 ply 3.50-19 Tube Type Tyre For Motorcycle (http://www.industrybuying.com/tyres-ceat-AU.TY.TY.538916/?q=ceat+3.50-19&cat=) and 3M safety goggle from this website and paid 2528 through netbanking, the money has been deducted under transaction number - [protected].

                                    The order details are not visible under my account in website and customer care number is not being picked up by anyone[protected].

                                    I feel this is a fraud website with bogus order mechanism. Please assist in recovering my money.

                                    Finally managed to get in touch and after 5 different calls, managed to get industrybuying people to process my refund. They claim refund is processed on 6th July but I do not see it in my account. Now they are asking me to contact the bank saying "Bank might have placed it on hold". What a joke!!!

                                    I anyway contacted the bank, there is no refund initiated from anyone to my account.

                                    Beware of the scamsters on Industrybuying.com, do not place any order with them.

                                    Now I have been asked to send a screenshot of my account statement, that again is breach of privacy. This online portal seems to be very shady.

                                    I am online with customer care, scared if the call will be disconnected or my money will be gone.

                                    There is no update on this after sending screenshot of bank statement. They are asking for 4 working days to just verify that I have not received the refund. I think I should have read reviews on Mouthshut.com before proceeding with payment.

                                    Posted the same complaint on Facebook, my friend responded that his money has not been refunded too.

                                    Will probably approach consumer court for this malpractice.

Checked with Bank, they confirmed there is no refund directed towards my account.

                                    This seems to be scam way of making money. When all other merchants refunds come through why will the bank not credit this.

                                      I Had booked Godrej Fire Resistant Safe - Centiguard 560 on June 6th and I got a mail that the product has been dispatched on 10th. Again on 18th June I received a email with track ID and will be delivered within 2 - 3 days.

                                      When I'm checking the track ID in safeexpress website, it is telling no records.

                                      Every time When I call customer care they are telling me to wait for 2 days for them to check the status.

                                      Its almost 23 days over, still there is no track of product and even industry buying team is not able to track.

                                        I had placed order for 25 nos sensors bth ktr05 on 11/05/2017 & made payment through netbanking. But received supply for 16 nos on 30/05/2017. I had requested to either supply balance 9 nos or refund the excess payment. But supply for balance 9 nos has not been made by industrybuying.com. Repeated emails reminders are unanswered. Payments has been made in full through netbanking.
