Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the order no[protected]

I want to cancel this order as you guys are not able to dispatch is order and give false information. Its now 10 days since i have placed the order

You guys are fooling me saying this shipment has been dispatched and your support team gave me fake awb no (S[protected] and s[protected] of dehivery courier services on 23/09/2017.

When called them (Delhivery) they said no such booking has been made with above mentioned awb no. S

When called you support team again today (28/09/2017) they say its not been dispatched and will be dispatched in next 2-3 days.

If it was not dispatched on 23/09/2017, then from where did you gave me the awb no.'s.

You people (Especially your support team) are liars and give fake information just to fool customers and waste their time so that you guys can hide your mistakes in the mean time.

Really bad experience dealing with you and would never deal with you guys and nor would recommend your website to anyone.

I request you to cancel the order[protected] and refund my money

      I bought divano chair from industrybuying.com and it was delivered broken and torn (As shown in pic). I immediately emailed them the images and asked for replacement or money back. Industrybuying team insists that i send the chair back by "india post". I am not sure why but india post does not take the chair and i will have to carry it and packing etc. Would be a nightmare as per india post. I requested industrybuying team to arrange any other courier including the one they used for delivery (Safeway express) for return shipment from my place. However, this has been going on since sep 7th 2017 and so far the only response is that they have escalated the matter to concerned team.

      I will suggest anyone thinking of buying from them to be careful and in my opinion not buy from them. I wish i read the other reviews before and not bought the product from industrybuying.com

      I am sure that with defective products and poor customer service they will shut doors sooner than later.

        I am not Satisfied with your Company ...i didn't get my refund till now...           We have at least 10 stray dogs in our street that keeps braking all day long. It’s so difficult for us to get back to home during the night time after our shifts. Also during the night shift, when we sleep in the day and night time, they are causing a lot of disturbance it affecting our sleep and health badly.

            I had ordered “falcon lawn mower commander roto drive-43” from industry buying with order no. 2461906 on 19th aug 2017 worth rs. 33080/-. Order was delivered to my society address on 29 aug 2017 and when we opened it we found the product used with kerosene and grass all over the machine. All the parts including wheels had dust on it which clearly indicates that the product was used before delivered. (Please see the images attached for reference).

            I also spoke to the customer rep and submitted an complaint at [protected]@industrybuying.com with ticket id[protected]. Today i received an response with the following comment,

            Greetings for the day!!!

            This is with regard to your order 2461906. We're writing to let you know that as per product images which was shared by you, model number is different and product is in used condition. We have already delivered to you same product as you ordered from our web site. Now we are requesting you to keep using this product.

            This is ridiculous. First a used product was delivered and after complaining, no investigation was done. No one called me for clarification and the request was closed with the above comment.

            This is my first experience with industry buying, i am very disappointed with the overall experience and will not recommend anyone buy from industry buying.

I am not sure of your quality checks but i can show you the cctv footage of the main gate of our society which shows your delivery guy delivering the same package to the security...

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    On 24th june 2017, i have ordered karcher brand high pressure water cleaner model karcher k2 basic as advertised with product picture on their website.
                    When i have received the product it was model karcher "k2 basic oj" which is a different model with a different spray gun and is lower model of the picture they showed in website.
                    After repeated no. Of emails and phone calls they asked me to send the product via india speed post on my expenses and promised they will initiate the refund including the courier charges.
                    As per the tracking record in india post website the product has been delivered to their warehouse on 25th july 2017. Till now even after repeated calls and emails they are just excusing saying they haven't received the product.
                    Even after sending all the details including photographs and numerous no. Of calls to their toll free no., they haven't done anything to resolve the issue yet.

                    First of all the product they advertise in their website is not the actual one they are dispatching and which i strongly feel its intended to mislead to fetch order.

                    Request you to kindly help in me get my refund as soon as possible.

                      The product was Bonne spring mattress (72×70×8). I received my order on august 22nd at 5:30pm. And discovered that it was damaged at the bottom with a sharp metal thing.When i found out the damage right after receiving called at customer service to file the complaint, ( complaint no. is[protected] at 5:37pm on the same day.                           I was ordered iball scanner on 24th july through industrybuying online portal (Orderno :[protected] and as per commitment item should be delivered with in 7-8 days on my address. After long watting time and frustrated discussion with industry buying customer care person my order canceled on 9th august and as per company policy and discussion with them my amount should be credited with 2 working days.

                          I am trying to contact to sales person through mail and phone but they are not responding to me. I have sent mails to customer care but no response. : (

                          So i m worrying and frustrated to get my payment so kindly guide or assist me to get my payment.

                          They started new business to earn money to display fake advertise and earn money.

                          They are using customer huge money more than 20 days. And don't know how many customers are being fool.

                            Bought meco 36 auto ac dc clamp meter from industry buying. The meter is showing inaccurate current readings. I. E., more value than the rated value. Ex. The current rating of an equipment is 32.8a but meter is showing 34.5a.

                                I had booked 2 nos. Industrial safety belts vide above order with industry buying online on cash on delivery basis. The courier company delivered the parcel and we paid cash in full for two items. After opening the parcel, we found only one item and we lodged the complaint on 5th of june but till date they have not taken any action to supply shortage item neither refunded the money. It is 2 months and i have sent minimum 6-7 reminders in this regard for which they have not cared to take any action.

                                  I placed the order for sukam solar dc 120 on july 2, 2017. I didn't receive my order for 24 days even after complaining about the delay.
                                  They finally cancelled my order on july 26, 2017 without my consent. Now, they are asking me to reorder it at a higher price.
                                  Prices of products everyday and the customer pays the price mentioned on the day he ordered the product.
                                  What's this way of dealing with customers - that you cancel the order when the prices increase and ask them to reorder.
