Subject: order no.[protected] for three items
1. I had ordered three item from industrybuying on 23 june 2017.
2. Payment for same (Rs. 3982/-) was made the same day and the order was confirmed vide their email dt 23 june 2017.
3. The status of the three item is given below:
- stanley glass cutter: received on 30 june 2017.
- ceasefire abc powder fire extinguisher 1 kg: received on 12 july 2017. Was a defective piece. Return initiated on 12 july 2017. Collected by courier on 15 july 2017. Refund awaited despite numerous reminders (Chats, phone, emails).
- gardena sb universal tap connector: yet to be received (As per industrybuying’s email dt 23 june 2017, it was to be despatched by 30 june 2017).
2. Quite evidently, this firm, while posturing to be an e-retailer of international standard, is more like a badly run, adulterating kiryana shop in a village.
