I ordered two products on 26th july 2018. I also paid the money.
1. Stanley 4 drawer roller cabinet with abs top tray stmt99069-8
2. Var tech smoke absorber table clamping 493 a esd.

I received the var tech smoke absorber on aug -01.

But the stanley 4 drawer was not yet delivered till this second.
So i logged more the 20 complaints and inquired about that product status. But they are asking time again and again. At last on 20th august 2018 at 9.45pm i received an email and also a text message stating that the was shipped and also that msg has the tracking number with courier name.

So i wait till 25th aug. But after that no response from the courier side. Also i cant able to track that number. Because it was disabled. So again called to the customer care on 25th aug. At that time the customer care agent said that the item reached chennai you can receive your product within 24 hours.
But i said the tracking number was disabled. But the agent said that you can track your product on tci-xps website. I aslo checked but it was mentioned as the number was wrong. Again i called the customer care, they said that you will received within 24 hours.

But i dint received. So i called the customer care today at 9.30 am. They said that your product is in processing stage only it will take again two days to dispatch the product.
But in the website it is mentioning that your item is shipped on aud-21st at 3 am. I aslo received an email and also one message. But they are saying that i am giving wrong information. They also said that i ordered the product on 27th july only. But in the website itself it was mentioned as 26th july 2018 at 12.15 pm. Eventhough they are saying that it was july 27th only also your item is under processing only. Also she said that i giving all wrong information. They said that everything i said was wrong. I asked them to transfer the call to the higher official. But they refused it. They asked me to put an email and have to wait for 24 to 48 hrs for the call back. I dont know what to say. I really fedup with their service. They also disable the cancel order option. If the item is in process only means how the cancel option was disabled? How the tracking no. Was generated? How the mail and msg was received that the item was shipped?
Whether its all their fault? Or as mentioned by them am i giving wrong information?
I atteached all the data and screen shots for proving that i wont gave any wrong information.

I am really upset with their service and customer care.

They delivered the product on 29th august - 2018. But still now in their website it was mentioned as item was shipped. There might be a problem in their website or in their team. Any have i received the product in good condition.

I have Order for different types of garden pots through Industry buying .com vide Order no[protected] dt 04.11.6016.only 1 item sent by invoice no IBW[protected]. Other items not sent or no refund done till date. You are requested to look in to the matter and do the refund with in 10 days.
At the time of purchasing order for four digital clamp meter 72T auto i am filling the information on your page that time the State text field does not accept the information(maharashtra) when filling the information on the your page.
So I could not order my order for 4-digital clamp meter.

    After placing the order i have been waiting and whenever i connect they always mention that order will be dispatched. This another fraud company never place any order you loose money and time.

    I have been waiting they resolve this. I think they are wasting every bodies time & money. Looks like they put up the dummy website with fake inventory. If any one place order they take money and they may source the product out in the market.

    I have received Maxvolt Domestic water pump received on 28.08.2018 at 4.00 pm onlibe. After opening the box it is found physical damage at Fan cover and bottom pad broken. mostly the item must have dropped while shipping.

      We are following up with customer service team of industrybuying.com but they are unable to answer the reason of too much delay in above mentioned order id. If more than 7 days, you need to dispatch a material then how the need of industries will be fulfilled?
      Moroever, the response of customer team is pathetic as maximum time, they dont attend call during office hours. If they receive, they are totally clueless about the status of the order.

        Complaint against order number :[protected]
        I have ordered 10 jcb electric planers with order no.[protected] from industrybuying.com on 22th June 2018 of amount 27500. The payment has been made through NEFT as there were no COD option. After the order was placed, its more than 1 month they didn't dispatch it. All the time I call the customer care they just told me that the order didn't shipped due to some vendor problems and asked me to wait 2 more everytime i call and at last I have to cancel my order. On 24th july i have cancelled my order. I have sent all my bank details to them. I got a mail from the customer care team saying they will process the refund within 2/3 days and it will reflect in my account within 6/7 days. But as of now I haven't received any refund from them. So i want to raise a complaint so that I can get the refund as soon as possible.. Please help me

          Hi,
          I have purchased zebronics speakers from industrybuying.com on 12th june 2018 and it has not been delivered till 25 june, due to getting false promises from customer supports guys, i have cancelled the order and wanted my refund the amount, but now after waiting one month the refund is not received, and customer support saying false promises that it is in process and will be refund two to three days all the time in last one month. Don't know how this organisation works.

            As per the order the Post hole Auger and the drill bit was ordered, only the Auger has been delivered. Due to repeated requests u are unable to deliver the second item i.e drill bit.

            If the appropriate size of drill bit cannot be delivered the said equipment does not fullfill my requirement. I would like to return the product incase the drill bit cannot be deliver. The product is still intact in the box lying unused can check before return.

            I called your customer care several times atleast they are not attempting my call & not replied to my mails.
            I was not expected this type of negligence & irresponsibility.
            I had decided to approach consumer court.

              I have ordered one Office table from industrybuying.com while purchasing product they have told me it will 12-15 days to dispatch which I am OK with it. Now its been more than 15 days my product is still not dispatch. I have paid all the money since there was no option for COD. I have tried calling them mailing them but I am getting the same reply that my product will dispatch in 2 days. After all this I have search reviews abut industrybuying.com and found out that lots of people got cheated from this website. I wish I have read all this before buying online from this website.

                May 29, 2018 ordered an office chair from industrybuying.
                June 6, 2018 chair was delivered. We assembled it and noticed that it leans to to right.
                June 8, 2018
                A. Sent an email to [protected]@industrybuying.com explaining the situation with the defective chair including pictures.
                B. Filled out industrybuying.com's return/replace form online and added the pictures.
                C. My office manage called industrybuying to see what else needs to be done on our part.
                June 8, 2018 22:12 received email that our "return request received"
                June 20, 2018 17:28 received an email from bhawna sharma @ [protected]@industrybuying.com which states "we would like to inform you that we offer return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. Unfortunately we don't received the required images in time period..."
                Besides the broken english, what!!!, i send the pictures and filled out the forms and my manage talked with them with in 2 days.

                Industrybuy.com are thieves and should be shut down.in india where it is so difficult to get a phone or bank account a shady company like industry should never be allowed to do business. It make one not want to trust companies here in india.

                  I booked 1 crompton motor with industry buying. I done payment also but till now no information about my product even concern person didn't receive my call. Customer care no. Also not receiving my call i want to return my money or solution as soon as nither i will complaint in consumer court.                             I ordered a VJ Interior Executive Chair Black 21 x 23 x 48 Inch VJ-221-EXECUTIVE-HB on May 4th 2018. Today is 22nd May but I didn't get the product. I called so many times to customer care and send a message in Facebook, Twitter but no response from anywhere. Order No:[protected]PO No.[protected].
                            Taken order for a printer on 28/05/2018 and never supplied the item till 04/06/2018 then canceled and said product not available.

                            they should have minimum conman sense before processing the order and lied for 1 week .

                                      The same response has been repeatedly been sent to me for the past three weeks. This company is a fraud and have no inclination to return my money nor send the product.
                                      It is because customers give up that these people survive. I am a retired lawyer and have all the time in the world. I shall wait till the 6th of March (that makes it exactly a month since purchase) and serve them a legal notice.
                                      Harassment is not one way. Stop taking people for granted.

                                      The letter was sent by registered post and has been accepted.
                                      This company is a fraud. They have been sending exactly the same message for over a month. They obviously have no inclination to resolve this matter. I shall wait till the 6th of March and then serve them a legal notice.
                                      It's because customers give up that copany's like this survive. I am a retired lawyer and have all the time in the world to now harass them.
