I placed an order through www.IndustryBuying.com portal for an item of high value. The order didn't get placed successfully on the portal, however the money was debited from my bank account. Its been over 7 months now and I still have not received my money back. I do not know what kind of payment gateway they are using but it appears to be fraudulent. I have been told by them they have not received the funds and to check with the bank. On checking with the bank the bank is stating that the payment went through successfully Where is my money lying its not a small amount and I should have got the refund max in 2-3 weeks not 7 months.

      Hi, i purchased a ladder from industry buying but product was not even shipped after 15 days. So i cancelled my order and asked them to refund my money. As per their mail it was supposed to be done in 2 to 5 days but it was not done. I dropped mail (As their customers helpline number was not working) but still they said it has been forwarded to finance team and not given any date. It is about month now i have not received my money back.

        I have placed the order for water pump on 8th april as i need it urgently however there is no any update than payment received.

        It is a summer and i can wait till 19th afternoon to receive this shipment. Else, i shall cancel this as it is of no use for me.

        By seeing the complaints on your site, i rethink whether i have chosen right place to order my shipment.

        I have ordered kirloskar water pump with order no.[protected] on 8th april 2018. However, even 8 days after confirmation of the order, it is not moving at all.

        The delivery time mentioned during buying was within 8 days to my pin code address and this is the only reason i bought it.

        Since it is summer with heavy need of water, i can not wait more.

              I had ordered an ac on 23rd march 2018, and on 29 march 2018 they delivered only the indoor ac unit but not the compressor. And since then they have been beating around the bush snd giving silly reasons for not delivering the complete product inspite of full payment in advance.
              Industrybuying can only cheat people and leave them to suffer with incomplete orders. Pathetic management and unprofessional service. Order no.[protected]... Will never recommend this site to any one... Worst experience ever

                Customer Care is not Providing any sort of Resolution. They say they are Procuring the item and to please wait. I asked for hw long they do not say. When i talk about the refund they stop answering. On the site they say 100% Buyer Protection .. I dont feel protected. Disapointed with the service.

                      My queries may kindly be responded point-wise. The responses received from the Customer care are contradictory - sometimes the reason for cancellation is availability issue, and in others it is price mismatch. Neither of the issue is the fault of the customer expecting to get his purchased item after the Order has been APPROVED. Early response is awaited.

                        I ordered a panasonic dvr and a hard disk on febraury 2018 in which i got a defectfull product such as remote not working and the provided me with an empty cd and the box was extremely old in such a way that the product inside the box was not having the name panasonic and when i called the customer service of industrybuying there was no response after a month they asked me for photos and after week they asked again for photos and then when i called them again the customer service guy told me to contact the particular brand for an explanation, how irritating and frustrtuating to get a product serviced even before you use it. This site is cheatings its customers by selling outdated products and making money the order number is 3579072.

                            Your asking me to contact the panasonic customer care centre for the fake and damaged product you have sent me, its like an nucense for the customers you must understand to get to the service centre with a new product and your not ready to reply in the personal mail rather you would reply here.?

                            The remote is not working with the product and you provided me with an empty Cd(700 MB) and there are soo much defects with prodcuts.

                            All Together the site is an fraudulent site selling fake products and asiking to contact the brand and asking customers to get and approval from brand that its a fake product.

                                I have orderd 6 chairs on industrybuying.com dated 05.03.2018 via order no.[protected]. They have delivred me only 5 chairs and charged for all the 6 chairs. They have generated invoice of full order but sent only 5 chairs. As the order was of cash on delivery mode i paid the full amount as per invoice. After opening the parcel i got only five chairs. When enquired from the website, it is also showing delivery of full order. I have mailed them several time and also contacted via their toll free no.[protected]. They are not able to resolve my issue, and saying that we have sent you all the items and not even listen to my complaint.

                                After 3 days also no response from company. This is very rediculous approach towards the customers complaint. It seems that the company is engaged in booking profit by looting the customers money by any hook and crook.

                                We have received the Vtech S.M.D rework station 706 but after 4 days not working the same . Fault : ERR on Display only 00.42 not heating the gun so kindly replace the units

                                  Recently I had ordered a hydraulic jack .I got a defective product inside the packet .Oil was leaked out immediately I raised complain in customer care.They asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs for reverse pickup arrangements.But after 48 hrs there was no reverse pickup.When I asked the customer care after 48 hrs, they told that reverse pickup is not possible in my location.Where as the courrier (delivery) is very much present in my location.They asked me to send it by Indian post only.Rather customer service forcing me to send it by govt post only.Why there is no reverse pickup in this location ?
                                  If so why the customer care didn't inform me from there end.They told it only I call to them

                                    The order[protected] is booked on 21st feb and escalated on 3rd match and today is 9th march and there is no resolution. The customer support is not picking up the calls and on chat asks me to cancel the order. The money is already paid and who will bare the loss by the customer. It is ridiculous to ask the customer bare the loss. If you can;'t deliver, why do you need to take money upfront.

                                      But on the same day i was in kolkata and i could not see the finishing of the chair. Today i got to see the chair and total shock looking at the damages occurred on the chair and i never expected this type of quality from...

                                      Address: Thrissur, Kerala, 680732

                                      I have ordered 6 nos of almonard 18 inch tempest mark 1440 100 w rpm pedestal air circulator and have received the delivery on feb 3.
                                      Upon opening the box, the following items were missing.

                                      Pedestal rod of the fan along with the control switch - 6 nos
                                      Base plate - 1 nos.

                                      I was in constant touch with their customer care team till now and no action was taken.

                                      I`m very much disappointed as i spent nearly rs.36000 and could use the fan till now.
