Hi, i purchased a ladder from industry buying but product was not even shipped after 15 days. So i cancelled my order and asked them to refund my money. As per their mail it was supposed to be done in 2 to 5 days but it was not done. I dropped mail (As their customers helpline number was not working) but still they said it has been forwarded to finance team and not given any date. It is about month now i have not received my money back.br...

I have placed the order for water pump on 8th april as i need it urgently however there is no any update than payment received.

It is a summer and i can wait till 19th afternoon to receive this shipment. Else, i shall cancel this as it is of no use for me.

I had ordered an ac on 23rd march 2018, and on 29 march 2018 they delivered only the indoor ac unit but not the compressor. And since then they have been beating around the bush snd giving silly reasons for not delivering the complete product inspite of full payment in advance.
