Received a defective and non working product (Order 3256813) on 27/12 despatch by industry buying, a complaint was sent on 27/12 itself to the company consumer affair at we care and the company write back on 28/12 at 3 pm from email id ib_cases ujjwal jain asking for photos of product within 24 hrs and the same was submitted by me on 28/12 but till now the company did not reply inspite of many reminders to at least reply.

    I had order Canon Scanner on 28th Nov 2017 but they were not delivered product till 9th dec 2017 so i had cancelled my order on 9th dec 2017 and request for refund my amount. they informed me that you will received your refund amt in next 4-5 working day.

    last week i had given complaint on same matter. they had again confirm that you will received your amt in 2-3 working days. but till date i had not received my refund amt.

    today i will try to contact to Call center no and Through online chat but they are not replying me.

    my refund amt is Rs. 4962/- please help in this matter

        I have placed the order on 22nd dec.17. Before placing the order i have call to industry buying customer care and she/he told me you will get the material on 26th definitely. After order placing to till date i m not getting any shipment details from industry buying. Last two day i call to customer care but they answered me we also dont know when you will get this order.
        How foolish site there is no response even i done the credit card payment already. Please take necessary action on these such type of supplier they cheated with customer.
        I suggest to all my friend in future do not buy anything on industry buying..

            I had placed order for a storage rack nearly 1 month back; as per the item list ing in the industrybuying.com, delivery time is, 4 to 6 days. So i called customer care couple of times, i was always told that they will get back within 48 hours;many 48 hours have gone by;no update still;what's happen ing??

              I order 4 appolo tyres,
              After 15days 2tyres were delivered.

              Now it has been 29days, even after repeated contacting the coustmer service (Phone, email)

              No cancellation request has been taken up.

              As of past three days. The toll free numbers / email as stopped working.

              They only take sales call. To get people to buy their products.

              No respect or service to the customer.

              I wish to return and complete refund

              My plight should not happen to anyone.

              Today after three days of non functioning of the customer care number[protected], it finally rang

              press 1 for sales call option. (Because the compliant call 2, the call gets disconnected immediately.)

              these have TRICK, if it number with multiple complaints they automatically cut the call.

              I spoke the 3 different representatives, each they put me on hold the call will get cut immediately. (TRAP)

              4 Rep (Mrs Abliasha) i persisted in not putting me on hold. she took up the details. Said the order will be cancelled immediately, with cancellation email send within one hour. As of now it had been 12 hours. STILL NO EMAIL OR CONFIRMATION number.

              THESE ARE FRAUDULENT CHEATER & SCAMMERS.

              No reply even after 48hours ...Hence i called again

              Again I spoke to another rep (MrMathor), it took me 45 mins to convince him that a car need 4 tyres to functioning. The rep constantly argued two tyres are sufficient, and hence the company will not take back the 2/4 tyres delivered and will not refund my cash.

              WHAT A OBNOXIOUS COMPANY.

              After a extraordinary effort and 45 min of explanation, he said he will take the tyres back. and the email will be send within 2-3hrs regarding refund process.

              It has been more than 24hrs, No such email has been received.

              AGAIN THIS IS MONEY SUCKING SCAM FROM GENUINE ONLINE BUYER. DELIVERY ON HALF PROMISES. DESTROYING AND DISRUPTING LIFE.

                I had ordered one max digital smd rework station on 11.12.2017 against ordered no[protected] and received on 15.12.2017. I checked in night and found that product is defective so tried to customer care no but that time customer care was closed. As time was 10 o'clock in the night.
                So i tried on 16.12.2017 and they took complaint and told me to send the email with photos, i did the same but didn't received any reply from there side on email, so again i called to customer care and they told send some more photos.
                Again i did the same and called to customer care.
                They told they have raise the complaint against complain no - 29516 on 16.12.2017 and told to me as reserve pick up will done within 24 hours.
                I was waiting for there response but not received.
                So on 19.12.2017 after 72 hours called them for status that they told again i have forward the complaint, i was socked that yet not they have proceed my complaint too, later i agreed as i have no choice. They said it will done within 24 hours definitely. Now again its 48 hours left and yet not received any confirmation.

                After checking of this company review its look like fraud, they are doing cheating with most of the customer, so request to you kindly look into this matter and corrective action.

                  F1 and invoice also refers the same.

                  Inturn i have received wrong model hikvision ds-7208hghi-f1.

                  Please process the return request and refund the bill amount.

                  Merchant never responds, it is almost a week they have delivered cheapest product model. They do not have customer care number to reach them and they do not respond through mail.

                  I suspect it seems to be fraudulent website.

                  The product is picked and delivered to their company by 03-01-18, when I call their customer care they are asking me to wait for 2 more days to decide whether they will initiate the refund and confirm back. The order was placed on 9-12-17, it's going to be 1 month now. They are not responding properly to the customer, customer support is worst.
                  We ordered 3 Numbers De Power 10 mm Drilling Machines. We received only 1 Number. Order Number[protected].

                    Industrybuying is a fraud company..
                    All the people over there are fraud they are group of cheaters and scamsters not refunding the amount of rs.8900/-

                    Every time i speak to there customer care no. They say that in another two to three days my amount will be credited but that 2 to 3 days is not getting over since last 20 days..

                    The promoter of the company rahul gupta he himself is a lier and fraud i spoke to him he is not serious in taking responsibility giving silly reasons and denying about the association with the company first he asked me the order i. D and told for resolution but later after 2 to 3 days he started doing drama that i am in separate division of the company i have forwarded the mail etc etc..

                    It's a fraud company never place any order to them..

I had paid money on 1st december 2017 and today it is 20 th. I have made multiple calls but they always come up with new reason.                           The order was for printer, received late and the box was open and packing was also broken, intimated about its condition was told to try it will work, it won’t work, asked for immediate replacement or otherwise refund. They told to provide doa certificate, requested to epson company for the same, they are not providing, your company is refusing to refund, now it’s too late and i have printer, please look after this matter and arrange the refund

                          You very well know that brand customer care is not going to provide such thing instead they will replace, and who is responsible here, I purchased through your site, I paid through you, you provided bad product, if it was cod then the situation would had something else. Additionally there was clearly mentioned in your site that you will refund if product is defective, then how may you ask for doa, you should had mentioned about the same.

                          Now the situation is that I already fulfilled my printer requirements, and epson is company is going to replace it, so, question is who is responsible for wastage of my money?

                          But one thing ‘good show’ from your side keep going, sell defective products, you people very well know that most of the buyers are those who don’t have too much time to go to market, so they will not run after you for long and lastly the company will repair the item..

                            On 9th November 2017, I ordered 10 slotted angle racks bearing order number[protected], amount Rs 27208.00 . On 20th I received all the racks in damaged condition and instead of 6 shelves per rack, I received 5 shelves per rack. On the same day, I sent the images via Email to customer care for replacement and/or refund. Now, 10 days gone, neither they are replacing/returning the racks nor they are refunding my money. I am totally frustrated about their words (i.e. within 2 days we will resolve this issue).

                            Now, what to do as they are not replying to my mail. Very much frustrated, spent Rs 27208.00, a huge amount.

I shared as much as possible pictures of damaged shelves via Email. After that, once again I contacted customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours and your refund will be initiated within 24 hours. "Same thing they are telling for the last 11 days and today the same." I am totally frustrated by their words like this...I am still awaiting for their resolution on this issue.

                            Hope this time they will initiate refund.

                              Dear users,

                              I bought a submersible pump online from industrybuying.com seeing its specification that 1.5 hp, damor submersible pump.

                              I received the product and was surprised to see that the product is broken! Not jut in the transit, but the product is a cheap local assembled one which is shipped in the damaged condition.

                              I immediately reverted to industrybuying.com disappointed that their contact numbers are just fake and not working. So i wrote an email and waited but they took their own sweet time and i didnt receive an reply soon. Finally after 5 days i accepted my fate and decided to use it so checked it by pluging in.

                              Guess what happened??
                              The impeller of the motor fell down! I gave it to a electrical shop and checked.
                              They told me the motor is no way 1.5 hp as stated and it just 0.5 hp as the coil used is less.

                              And the additional surprise is that the motor body is broken and when inserted in the water and tested (With help of electrical expert) the water went inside the motor coil which means the 5800 rs i paid is totally eaten up by industrybuying.

                              Later after seven days i received a reply from industrybuying.com (!) stating that the images i sent as proof were not enough and they need more images (Wtf???)

                              I sent them reply stating that they have cheated and they have to refund my money and take back the material. Never got a reply!!

                              Is been a month now and never got a reply.

                              My recommendation.. Never buy anything from these cheaters.. They have not contact numbers, all their numbers are fake and they will never attend call.. They will not respond to your emails, they will send you cheap, fake products and you cannot return it...

                                  With reference to order no:[protected] and[protected], i have received the wrong product. Product received is led 12w square panel light in place of syska 12w cool white 4w blue colour square panel light.

                                  I have complaint about the same at their customer care number with complaint number 00336236, but they are saying that the product delivered is correct,. I told that to provide higher official number but they are not responding.

                                  Even they are havig very loose response of email id also.

                                      Received chair with broken hand and wheel in the month of august. Reported the same day to the team. Still not replaced. Always asking for 48 hours. They have sent a spare hand and tell me to get it replaced by myself. The wheel is still not noticed.
