Its been many days the order is still in procurement and they haven't shipped my product. I called to customer care many times. They say it will be solved in 48 hrs. I have call recording evidence of customer care as well. I want my money back from such downgraded website industrybuying. Why is it too late for my order? If they have in stock it hardly takes 30 min to do ship and give it to delivery agency? Give my money back? Or my order as soon as possible..

      i never asked for the refund and you guys never bother to listen you do the things which you like... i want product with the one which i have ordered and now if i want to order again i need to pay shipping charges extra because my previous order clubbed with the other to avoid shipping charges.

        Purchased 3 chairs online from INDUSTRAILBUYING.COM, on 27th Nov. Shipment was delivered on 23rd Dec, after opening the same observed chairs in damage conditions, Complaint was raised and snaps of the damage areas and packaging submitted to website customer care department, Complaint ID[protected] was generated for the same.
        After couple of days its being advised that same will be recollected and replacement will be sent ASAP.
        Called 3 times to check when the pick up of damage chairs will be arrange.
        After 3 days of waiting when pick up guys arrived, they refuse to take the same stating need more forms/documents for taking it.
        Customer care department fail to provide the necessary documents and yet to resolve the issue.

            I placed ordered for pair of side mirror for my car Maruti Astar. Delivered product was defective, hence I immediately contact customer care. Customer care executive ask me to send mail with all necessary information which was informed by customer care executive.               I ordered Resqtech 25 Liter 12V DC Bucket Car Washer which was delivered on 17th Dec 2016. After removing the bubble wrap, I noticed that the inner box was completely crippled and the product had some scratches. One of the accessory (gardening attachment) was also missing from the package.

              The condition of the product is such that it not even looks like a new product. It looks like a refurbished product which was sold by falsely being claimed as new.

              I called the customer care within 1 hour of delivery and informed the issue. I was asked to share some photos and I immediately shared some pictures over email. I did not receive any reply / acknowledgement confirming the email and photos were received. After waiting for 4 days, I called the customer care today and came to know about the pathetic customer service they provide. The agent talked to rudely and after repeated requests of transferring the call to a senior team member, she did not agree. On top of that she told me that since the product is not completely damaged they cannot refund the money. I was surprised by the response as while ordering it clearly mentioned EASY RETURNS!! After wasting more than 15 mins with her on phone, I had to finally give up. At this point I dont know whether I will get a replacement or my money back. I request for legal action against this cheating business.

                    I ordered the water pump on 19th november 2016 and after a lot of patience i got the order delivered on 3rd december. But to the worst when i unpacked the packaged it was clearly visible that it has been used and also wrong invoice was sent to me by these cheaters. Now since 2 weeks i am struggling everyday to get my refund. Every day when i call up the customer care says it is under process as they are being trained to say it under any damn situation. So plsss try not to do order anything from here. Its the worst online shopping experience i have ever had.

                      Really very upset with Industrybuying.com service. Specially the customer service desk which is totally clueless. After ordering the product that was Neelkanth kitchen sink I tried to track my order but it was showing that page does not exist so I thought of contacting the customer care. When on 5th day of placing my order I called up the guy who must be giving the same answer to everyone told me that the seller has confirmed to give the item and tomorrow being sunday we don't work so by monday or tuesday we will pack the item and then courier will take their time.
                      After this I thought of mailing them at night and then called up on sunday morning but I think this time the guy must be new and his reply was it will be cancelled in 24-48hrs. But then I received a mail around 1pm saying your item is packed so I called up the customer care again but this time the girl was well trained in making fool of the customer and after this I receive SMS which says your item has been shipped and that the previous day at 10pm...
                      And of all the customer care girl says our site gets updated late and we customer care desk comes to know about the latest status of the product after 24hrs only...so please request to the industrybuying.com to close your customer care service. Because we the customer who has asked for the product will come to know about the status of the from whom???

                            I have orderered a product on 17nov16.. But after 18 days they made a cancellation of the product stating the vendor issue problem.

                            It is not the rightway. They made lots of excuses and just try to pass time.

                            Company should not try this type of procedure otherwise people not be have faith in onling prepaid txn.

                            I have orderered a product on 17nov16.. But after 18 days they made a cancellation of the product stating the vendor issue problem.

                            It is not the rightway. They made lots of excuses and just try to pass time.
                            They not even respond to the mails

                              With the recent call back from your end dated 23rd November 2016, and 26th November 2016 from no[protected] I was been told that to send the clear picture of the box received which contains only the 4 FAN BLADES ONLY AND ALSO THE CHALLEN / INVOICE WHICH CLEARLY STATES THE SIZE OF THE BOX / PARCEL IS 16CM x 67CM x 60CM WHICH IS VERY CLEAR THAT THE ROTATING MOTORS OF 4 CEILING FANS CANNOT FIT IN SUCH A SMALL BOX EVEN OF A SINGLE MOTOR FAN. So the question of fitting 4 individual FANS IN SUCH A SIZE OF 16CM x 67CM x 60CM DOES NOT ARISE. THOUGH THE INVOICE STATES THAT THE WEIGHT IS 18.24KG, BUT HOW CAN YOU FIT the 4 fan blades and 4 fan ROTATING machines in the size of 16CM x 67CM x 60CM. Also for your kind reference I have still NOT OPENED THE BLADES BOX AS IT IS A TOTAL INCOMPLETE ORDER. PLEASE DO CHECK THE SAME AND LET ME KNOW HOW TO FIT 4 fan blades and 4 fan ROTATING machines in the size of 16CM x 67CM x 60CM. IN SUCH A SMALL BOX WHICH IS PRACTICALLY NOT POSSIBLE. I CAN CHALLENGE YOUR LOGISTIC TEAM THAT SUCH A KIND OF PACKING IS NOT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE. (PLEASE DO THIS PRACTICAL WORK FROM YOUR LOGISTIC AND PACKING TEAM, IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PACK 4 fan blades and 4 fan ROTATING machines in the size of 16CM x 67CM x 60CM. I SHALL TAKE TRAINING FROM YOU ALL.)
                              I had placed my ORDER OF CEILING FANS ON 31ST OCTOBER 2016 & incomplete ORDER WAS DELIVERED 12TH NOVEMBER 2016 BY FEDEX COURIER AT 12.15 HRS. AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER MOB. NO. was [protected] AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HIM UP AT 12.21 HRS. ASKING IF THERE IS ONE MORE BOX OF 4 fan ROTATING machines AND HE ALSO SAID THAT IT WAS ONLY ONE SINGLE BOX & told to call the FEDEX COURIER, after calling them IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT ONLY 1 BOX WAS PACKED.
                              ( Does it take 12 DAYS TO COMPLETE 1 ORDER & EVEN TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR CALLS REGARDING COMPLETING OF MY ORDER. I made the mail as well on phone call also i told this matter since the day i received the wrong goods inside the packet. Now it is a question for me that how many days i shall wait. Now i am making a call to mr abhishek but even i am not getting any answer. I am not that much smart enough to follow this internet hectic processes. It's a simple matter what action ur company is going to take. Either u take this wrong goods packet back and return me rs 5699. Or send me the correct product that is welding machine. And this much time taken for this simple issue makes the question in my mind whether further orders to place or not because it's a question of one customer to ur company.

                                      Well it was prepaid order, and cancelled this order after few days, but I received partial refund only, due to one product was already been shipped.
                                      After contacting IB team, they suggested that, don't accept the shipment, if you don't want this product.
                                      Well let me remind you, this product was been shipped back to seller, but still I have not received refund for it..when I spoke to IB customer care, they said 1169042 is invalid order number.

                                      IB has just refunded the shipment cost, but not the cost of product.
                                      Today, amount got reflect in my wallet..But May I know, why did IB team deducted 104Rs from refund amount??

                                        Ordered storage rack online, luckly cash on delivery. It was in approved state for almost 2 weeks and I wanted to verify if really something happening. Toll free number doesn't work most of the time, after dropping mail and trying several times to call at last got a chance to speak to customers care. They mentioned it's packed but again nothing happened in next 2 days. A at last cancelled. Service sucks and waste site.

                                        Else, Really worst e-com site ever seen in india e-com sector.
                                        Calls on Consumers care number get disconnected automatically, and only after dozens of trials, consumer will get change to speak with executive, that too after holding call for 5-10minutes and about email, hahaha IB team doesn't bother to reply back, even for once, even after 100s of emails to them...
