Shipment was delivered on 23rd Dec, after opening the same observed chairs in damage conditions, Complaint was raised and snaps of the damage areas and packaging submitted to website customer care department, Complaint ID[protected] was generated for the same.
After couple of days its being advised that same will be recollected and replacement...

I booked for apollo tyre on industry buying website on 20th before confirming the booking i confirmed the consumer care that it will be delivered within 8-10 days and today even after 6 days when i am tracking the order its still not even shipped and when i try to contact the customer care dept thy says will check and update but nothing working what should i do to get my money repaid or it get the product delivered within stipulated time...

I ordered Resqtech 25 Liter 12V DC Bucket Car Washer which was delivered on 17th Dec 2016. After removing the bubble wrap, I noticed that the inner box was completely crippled and the product had some scratches. One of the accessory (gardening attachment) was also missing from the package.

The condition of the product is such that it not even looks like a new product. It looks like a refurbished product which was sold by falsely...

I had purchased MetroQ 60 V 5 A Digital Power Supply MTQ-6005. Order number is 1153490. The product has been received in non-working condition. I reported the same by email to the company. They asked me to send some pictures and I sent the same to the company. Its been already 19 days. But they have not yet responded back.

As per subject mentioned Order no:[protected], i booked and ordered two apollo tyres on[protected] . when i checked its status after 10 days, there is no any improvement to send and deliver my product . So complained and canceled the order. they informed my cash will credit in my account with in 3 working days. Now i wait 20 days, they are saying the same thing. they are not refunding my money back.

I ordered the water pump on 19th november 2016 and after a lot of patience i got the order delivered on 3rd december. But to the worst when i unpacked the packaged it was clearly visible that it has been used and also wrong invoice was sent to me by these cheaters. I did buy a product from industry buying site my order no. Is 944115. when I received order It was incomplete. I did register many complaints through industry buying customer care but after 5 months I didn't get any response from the site. Every time they tell me we will refund your payment. Now after 5 months they didn't refund my payment or do not resend me my complete order. What can I do regarding this....

I have cancelled my order Number 1246718 on December 1st 2016. This is due to your negligence in even processing my order for 10 days. Now after that hassle, one more hassle from your side regarding the refund of my cancelled order. Your FAQ's section says that a prepaid order using netbanking will be refunded within 2 days if not shipped. However it has been 8 days now and i have not received my money...

I have orderered a product on 17nov16.. But after 18 days they made a cancellation of the product stating the vendor issue problem.

It is not the rightway. They made lots of excuses and just try to pass time.

I made this order on[protected], but still the product was not delivered. So please cancel the order and refund my money back. Because my customer cancelled the order. As a small retailer I can't dump the products in my display. I called industry buying customer care several times and I wrote mail several times. But no one is helping. Well it was prepaid order, and cancelled this order after few days, but I received partial refund only, due to one product was already been shipped.
After contacting IB team, they suggested that, don't accept the shipment, if you don't want this product.
Well let me remind you, this product was been shipped back to seller, but still I have not received refund for it..when I spoke...

Ordered storage rack online, luckly cash on delivery. It was in approved state for almost 2 weeks and I wanted to verify if really something happening. Toll free number doesn't work most of the time, after dropping mail and trying several times to call at last got a chance to speak to customers care. They mentioned it's packed but again nothing happened in next 2 days. A at last cancelled. Service sucks and waste site....

Succumbing to the heavy discount offered by industrybuying.com. I ordered a laser measuring device (Order no.1197829). Website showed standard shipping time of 5 to 7 days (Remember - this is not delivery time; only time taken to ship the product). After waiting for 12 days with no news about when it is going to be dispatched, i finally cancelled the order.

I odered for arc welding machinearc200t.
The company send me the packet having the lable as of the same that is welding machine. But when i opened the box by packaging mistake or any other way i found the different material inside the box.
As already i made a complaint to you and even as a reminder complaint again to u. It doesnot look good for me to repeat...
