I have place my order for "Prestige Clean home magic Spin mop 7 Litre PSB.10" on may 5th 2020. on IndustryBuying.com. But still I dint receive my product yet.
My order number is[protected]. I raised a request also for the status on the chat window of IndustryBuying.com couple of times .
but still i dint receive any answer. Please let me know the status

I have placed the order on 13th of may i was informed same shall be dispatched by 17th of may. I am continuously trying to contact over the phone from the last three days but the phone get automatically disconnects. Dropped plenty of mails no one is bother to response. I have ordered oximeter which is required on urgent basis to read the oxygen concentration & heart beats for my parents....

Placed online order on 4th May 2020, Paid total amount INR 2134/-( net banking Transfer)
Promised delivery on or before 11th May 2020
No response on emails, phonecalls, call disconnected automatically

I ordered a product on industrybuying.com, and everything from buying to paying went smoooth. I paid through credit card. And it's been days since they've contacted me regarding my order. And when i'm trying to cal their customer care number then - they pickup the call and after that they put it on mute. No response. And i've read many reviews on the internet that they never ship the prepaid products. Please help me....

I had given one order of examination gloves box on dated 25th april and they committed me to deliver the order within three days but despite of multiple follow ups it was not delivered.

Finally i cancelled the order and they told me to refund the amount in 5 days but still i have not yet received the amount and they are not picking up the call.

I have ordered nilkamal chair with order 7212035 on 18/03/2020 and my order was cancelled due to covid-19 but refund i of same is not creadit

But still my ordered item nilkamal weather brown chairs set of 6 not dispatched yet and customer care ivr always cancelled my call each and every time. When my call connected then each customer care representative giving same old excuses everyday to wait for 24 hours more and don't dispatch my order till now....

But the seller did not send the item yet. Order was placed on[protected]. I have no options in the site to cancel or follow-up on the order. There is no responds from industry buying at this time. I had ordered for a chair from industrybuying.com on 30.12.19 and received the product on 6.1.20. When i opened the product, i found i got 2 right side arm rests and i could not assemble the chair. I immediately contacted their customer care and sent the email with the pictures but there has been no response from their side. I am unable to connect with their customer service and if i get lucky they keep on saying that they have not received...

I had order safety shoes on 28/10/2019. I am not getting response from any of industrial buying team. I had try so many times to call those lazy and irresponsible person's they cannot giving response to me. I had call customer care number but it will cut automatically.
