I purchased an item online from Industrybuying.com, My order No. is[protected], Dated[protected], Receipt No. AR7848090. I have not received the item till this date. No one from customer care is responding on phone call. I dropped follow up mails also, but no reply was there. This is disgusting.

    I had placed a order for a chair on 9th may 2020.
    The product was delivered on 18th. But the chair base is defective. It looked old and dirty but when we tested with the chair found that there was a crack in the base which they had delivered.
    It was a faulty piece.

    Have been following up everyday and the only response which they say is that backend team is checking and you will get response.
    Even the customer service person agreed that the chair is defective and still they are not issuing any return or response as of now

    I had to follow up for close to 2 months..more than 7 to 8 calls to the company's customer care..no proper responses..and almost close to 20 mails I finally received the refund..this was the worst online buying experience I have had till date with any retail website..

        I have placed the order on 13th of may i was informed same shall be dispatched by 17th of may. I am continuously trying to contact over the phone from the last three days but the phone get automatically disconnects. Dropped plenty of mails no one is bother to response. I have ordered oximeter which is required on urgent basis to read the oxygen concentration & heart beats for my parents.

              I ordered a product on industrybuying.com, and everything from buying to paying went smoooth. I paid through credit card. And it's been days since they've contacted me regarding my order. And when i'm trying to cal their customer care number then - they pickup the call and after that they put it on mute. No response. And i've read many reviews on the internet that they never ship the prepaid products. Please help me.

                I had given one order of examination gloves box on dated 25th april and they committed me to deliver the order within three days but despite of multiple follow ups it was not delivered.

                Finally i cancelled the order and they told me to refund the amount in 5 days but still i have not yet received the amount and they are not picking up the call.

                Please take strict action against this company.

                    I am not getting any positive response from the company side,
                    On 8th april 2020 my order no. 7220997
                    Got cancelled and the refund process has been initiated by the company and on 13th april 2020 i mark a reminder mail and i got the reply that your amount will be credited with in 3 to 5 days and today i called him mr rahul and he told me that i m on leave and he gave me customer care number, i called him and he again reiterate me to wait for 2 or 3 days, i m having one concerned over this at the time of purchasing anything from industry buying we have to pay in advance and then our order got confirmed and now it’s our money for which we need to wait for 15 days to get our amount credited, sir i know pan india is suffering from the pandemic but banking industry is doing their duties as well so request you to kindly process the same on urgent basis

                              There is no proper response to the email sent to [protected]@industrybuying.com for return order #[protected] which is either broken inside / not working. I have submitted all requested photos in the email from my id raksh. [protected]@gmail.com and it's been over 3 days now without a response.
                              The customer support of industrybuying is so bad, no response to emails in time and their customer care number never connects. They just want to ignore and take the customer for granted. They don't value the customers money spent.
                              I have already had some small bad experiences but this one is hights for a product of around rs. 8000.

                                I had ordered for a chair from industrybuying.com on 30.12.19 and received the product on 6.1.20. When i opened the product, i found i got 2 right side arm rests and i could not assemble the chair. I immediately contacted their customer care and sent the email with the pictures but there has been no response from their side. I am unable to connect with their customer service and if i get lucky they keep on saying that they have not received my email. I have paid 5900 for the chair.
