I had order safety shoes on 28/10/2019. I am not getting response from any of industrial buying team. I had try so many times to call those lazy and irresponsible person's they cannot giving response to me. I had call customer care number but it will cut automatically. Even i called to cancel my order, also not able to connect the call. The customer care number is fake. They are making fool to customers.

    My return policy got over yesterday. And today i called the customer care regarding the return of the product that i ordered. The guy who answered the call was too stubborn to listen to the call completely. We were out of town and came back home yesterday night. The product was received by our house keeper who had no idea about it. He wouldn’t even listen to our issue of being late by a day. We further then asked him to connect to any of his senior and he just said no that he wouldn’t do it. He just kept on saying that the return policy period is over

      When I wanted to use, it did not work. On complaint they refused to replace as it was over one week.
      Things purchased can not necessarily be used in one week. besides there should be warranty on the product.
      This product has been shipped by Emtex Engineering pvt. ltd., Khasra No. 184, Village Budhpur, Bijapur, Baddi.

        Order no :[protected] nos. Safies power black raincoat free size was ordered on 2nd september 2019. But while tracking the order status only approval have been done and regarding processing, no action have been taken yet and it seems that delivery of the above items seem grim.

            I have made a payment through credit card. They have give me confirmation also received payment fully. But they didn't process our order till date. This is item is very urgent for us.               I made an order for a power pesticide sprayer KISANKRAFT 7.4kW Farmboy Economy Series Sprayer FB-708 vide Order No :[protected] dated 14 August 2019 which got delivered on 22 August 2019 through FedEx. However the product they have sent to me was with multiple breakage and immediately I called their customer support and lodged complaint. They arranged the return shipment from me on 24 August. it is 10 days since I returned the same, however they neither make a refund or sending a replacement.

                I placed my order number[protected] for a mixer on 3rd August and made online payment. the site shows that the order has been confirmed, but I have neither received the product, nor are the guys contactable on their phone numbers provided. The e-mail sent to them has bounced back saying their inbox is full.
                Pls help.

                    I had ordered 2 fans from https://www.industrybuying.com/ web portals.
                    This order (Order number 6063263) was placed on 23rd june 2019. Out of two fans one was exhaust fan for kitchen with metal fins, and make was almonard where as other one was a ceiling fan. But i received only the exhaust fan and with plastic fins.
                    The received fan is of bad quality. Also the mrp on the fan was showing value of 1410 inr inclusive all taxes. Whereas company has charged me 1700 inr for the same. I rejected that fan due to quaity and asked company to take back. But company is not responding even after one month.
                    The other item has not yet delivered at all. This delay is too much for the consumer goods.
                    Astic fin fan which is very cheap quality. I rejected the product and wanted to get replacement. I contacted the company many times but there is no response from them. The other product of ceiling fan has not been yet delivered at all.
                    It is almost more than a month i am following up with company and there is no proper response. I have requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. But they have not responded positively yet.
                    I ordered material on this compnay due to urgency but they failed to provide me in time and correct items. Hence my reuest is to get full refund. Presently company is not responding. Please help me...

                          We received an email that the item was despatched through fedex with tracking number. Then later an email came that the item has been delivered.

                          Upon checking the fedex tracking sheet shows the item was in udaipur it's delivery vehicle at 11:12 am and delivered in chennai at 4:05pm (In a span within 5hrs! - which is practically impossible.) and delivered to wrong person.

                          Upon following up with indutrsybuying.com, there was no feedback either through email or phone. It's very disappointing.

                          We seek the company to cancel the order and refund the amount.

                                This is advisory to unaware purchasers. Do not buy anything on Industrybuying.com, otherwise you will lose your money. They either don't deliver or deliver faulty product - that they will never replace or refund. I have ordered safety shoes Order no Order No:[protected] which were delivered of wrong size in damaged packing, I am following up on my return Request ID REE2DC271421 for more than 2 months, but they are sending same copy paste message - basically delay tactics. Their one single call centre number never connects.

                                Order was delivered on 29.04.19 and I had uploaded all details including images of wrong product on same day i.e 29.04.2019. Your acknowledgement mail dtd 29.4.19 of this Request ID REE2DC271421 is attached here as a proof - who are you trying to make a fool.
                                After that several reminder mails were sent to you about progress of this return request ID, you always asked same details again and again and I have provided details each and every time - those copy and paste replies are delay tactics. I have all correspondence on record to prove that delay is on your side.
                                You are shameless bunch of crooks who are lying on public domain and cheating your customers who trusted your company. You must already be having all these details, I am just posting here these details against your above reply to expose you and to make general public aware that what kind of cheats you people are and they should not buy anything from industrybuying.com

We're writing to let you know that our complain team is not working on return request(online complain) because of some technical error we are not receiving complete images from customer's end. Customer has to call us on our customer care number or has to drop an email on our customer care email id within the return policy. So we are not entertaining in this case as the customer has not shared the complete images within the policy.

                                I don't want your apologies, I wanted my refund or faulty product replacement. Earlier you were trying to make public fool by saying I have not provided return details timely. But when I have provided you all proofs of timely intimation, you are making an excuse that some technical error happened at your end. Why should customer bear loss because of your technical error. These are clear tactics of cheating customer and committing a fraud. Now that you have accepted your mistake of technical problem with your company and not returning my money, I am initiating a civil suit against your company for the losses I have borne.

                                  I ordered a portronics por 141 (portable speaker) from www.industrybuying.com on[protected] under (order no[protected] and full payment was made by debit card but delivery of product has not been made till[protected]today). I called customer service many times on No. +91 [protected] but they everytime said we will dispatch your product within 2-3 days but not delivered.

                                      fraud company that lies and makes false promises to take money

                                      I bought Adani solar panels from this company worth Rs1, 01, 810 after consulting their customer service.

                                      I paid full in advance and they promised to dispatch within 3-4 days.

                                      15 days later and after numerous false promises, they still have not dispatched the product. And now, after asking for my money back, they are not even answering my calls.

                                      Next I will be filing a criminal complaint with...

                                      I was ordered tail lamps of car on 22nd March till now the ordered .They had mentioned in their site that the order will be dispatched in 5-7 days. Whenever i track my order it is shown to be approval. Talked to custumer care but they responded to 2 to 3 days I was asked regarding the order till now it was showing approval may I know whether the order was confirmed or not suddenly they hanged up the call even i tried for 3 times same thing has happened just now I was trying to cancel my order message has been displayed we cannot cancel your order kindly do the need full I want my money back to my account

                                      Order No[protected] supposed to be shipped on 24/05 vide Way Bill No SF18109584IB not received till today.The courier Shadowfax is not able to give concrete answer.Reminders to Industrybuying also of no use.It has been disgusting experience and follow up.
