I ordered two items with industrybuying.com but till today, i have not received any notification and no feedback about the status of dispatch of items. The customer service number mentioned on their mobile app goes unattended and they do not respond to the emails. Therefore, there is no way to approach the company. I am feeling cheated and i request consumer complaints forum to take up the matter with the company and government authorities to ban such fake websites who have malicious intent of cheating innocent public who frequently fall to their prey. The details of my order are as below:

Amount paid: rs 1246.00

Booking date: 13 june, 2020
Item: 3m scotch brite easy sweeper mop
Amount paid: rs 2050.00

Total amount paid of both orders: 3296.00

If i can get my refund back, i will be so lucky as my hard earned money is at stake. Thank you,

My order[protected] status showing cancelled. Neither i cancelled order nor i have received refund. I am trying to contact customer care ([protected]) but no one is responding.

I have order the materials on 07.05.2020 still it is not delivered. I ave requested to cancel the order. The payment also not refunded still now.

I have ordered high living bravo hb black high back office chair on jun 10th 2020. Still it is in approval stage and i am not even able to cancel the product. No body is picking the call from customer care and nobody is replying to the mail.

Please cancel the product and refund the amount.

Industrybuying cancelled my order after a month of placing order and updated their product page with higher price. Then from nowhere one day one of their executive lady called me and apologised for cancellation and offered me same old price, after i approved she created an order and sent me an email with bank details for direct transfer.

I made the payment but even after a week the order was not approved and since then i am following up with them though their customer support number but they just give same excuse that they have escalated the issue and sent request to concerned team and soon they will get back to me but nothing happening.

Their customer support sucks (After waiting in queue for 45 to 1 hour the call automatically get disconnected or their unprofessional representative lift the call and then tell you to wait while he/she checks the details and then they will disconnect), i have called them more than 25 times in last 10 days and but half of the time nobody picks or they just give a lame excuse.

Worst online experience, i just want my money back and i promise i'll never visit their site again.

I ordered a chair in industrybuying on 2nd june order number is[protected] and it has been delivered yesterday without bottom base and assemble set. I checked with courier team fedex they said that received only one box did not receive any other boxes and the one box which i received it is having only seat.

I have attached the screenshots with invoice details. The bottom base and assemble set is missing and when i check with currier people they did receive only this box alone.

Already it has been more than 13 days to deliver the chair however did not deliver the bottom base, it is really a bad experience.

Ordered a product (Order i'd:[protected] on june 2nd and paid 663 for the product. After one week product is not shipped so i called customer care number of industrybuying.com they told me that it will be shipped in next 24 hours. Again i waited for 48 hours again i made a call to the customer care number they told me to wait for 24 hours i again waited. Now they are not taking my calls like i cannot connect to the customer care number. I also emailed them thrice. I also requested them to cancel my order and no reply from their side.

Brand: omron. Order placed on 27th may 2020 for rs.1344/-
Received oximeters model nos. Md300c15d instead of md300c2 on 8th june 2020.

Recevived oximeters have label of year of import as april-2016 and july-2017. Complained to [protected]@industrybuying.com on 8th june 2020 for pickup of wrong and old items and arrange for refund. Industrybuying customercare nos.+91 [protected] not reachable.

I got an order confirmation and received payment confirmation mail as well, however, i am not able to track my order and also not able to reach their customer care as well, based on the reviews i have seen, i feel they will never fulfill my order. I have no options on the site to cancel or follow-up on the order. There is no response from industry buying at this time. I want to cancel my order and refund my money.

Please involve this case with industry buying persons

Payment was successful. After few days order was cancelled, without knowing the customer. The company was cheaters. They aren't delivered the products to the customers.

The materials ordered 2 nos wire rope hoists on 07.05.2020 with time limit for supply the materials with in 4 to 5 days time. They payment also paid rs. 9007 + 15691.26 it is ordered for construction jobs in railways. Due to the undue delay of supply the materials the work is held up and the railway official propose to terminate the contract work and the emd will be fore fitted.

Hence, kindly do the needful please.

Have placed an order no.[protected] with industry buying.com on 018/5/2020 by paying amount and they have shipped item with delhivery courier with docket no.[protected] on 22/05/2020. Today is 02/0 6/2020 my order still not delivered. Daily i am calling to industrybuying customer care and delhivery customer care. Both are not responding properly and not at all caring my words. Simply they are telling the item will be delivered by today. Everyday same this they are telling but still item not yet delivered

My prepaid order no. Is[protected] dated[protected] solar panels 150 watts. Earlier your site shows order under approval now shows nothing. Further your customer care never attend any calls. It seems i have lost money by ordering prepaid item and nvr expect this kind of experience from such a big company. I only request either send my product or refund my amount of rs 4777.

I was order through debit card. The payment was done. But the product was not delivered and the customer care and mail has no response. And they are cheaters to call the customers to make them to buy.

I have ordered notebooks bundle few weeks back the product has not been shipped and I am not able contact customer care to cancel as well. No response from email as well. They are one of the online frauders. This is my order I'd Order No:[protected] .. please help to refund the amount

Due to an error in their app the payment amount for an order of a webcam was deducted three times from my account. Tried to contact them by phone but calls always getting disconnected. Then wrote an email with payment details and the request to refund the money. No reply! Instead they concerted the faulty payments into additional orders, so now i have the three orders for webcams. Tried to cancel two of them, but the website responded with "cancellation not possible". So again i wrote an email to customer service asking them to cancel two of the three orders. No reply again. On top, my order which had a delivery time of 4 days hasn't even started to be processed after 5 days. And another of my orders is already pending for 11 days.

I ordered a Kirloskar Chhotu 0.5hp pump on 7th of may 2020, which is not yet delivered & there is no update on my order.
Customer service doesn't respond to calls & disconnecting calls automatically.

Industry buying customer care does not answer and/or call gets cut off.

I sent an email to cancel the order no.[protected] when the status was order confirmed. It's prepaid order and reason for my order cancellation was the order was under order confirmed status for about 10 days.
They ignore my email and ib shipped. Meanwhile i ordered from other source and received my order.
I request for return of merchandise and refund full money.
