I got an order confirmation and received payment confirmation mail as well, however, i am not able to track my order and also not able to reach their customer care as well, based on the reviews i have seen, i feel they will never fulfill my order. Payment was successful. After few days order was cancelled, without knowing the customer. The company was cheaters. They aren't delivered the products to the customers.

The materials ordered 2 nos wire rope hoists on 07.05.2020 with time limit for supply the materials with in 4 to 5 days time. They payment also paid rs. 9007 + 15691.26 it is ordered for construction jobs in railways. Due to the undue delay of supply the materials the work is held up and the railway official propose to terminate the contract work and the emd will be fore fitted.

Today is 02/0 6/2020 my order still not delivered. Daily i am calling to industrybuying customer care and delhivery customer care. Both are not responding properly and not at all caring my words. Simply they are telling the item will be delivered by today....

I had placed a order for a chair on 9th may 2020.
The product was delivered on 18th. But the chair base is defective. It looked old and dirty but when we tested with the chair found that there was a crack in the base which they had delivered.
It was a faulty piece.

Have been following up everyday and the only response which they say is that backend team is checking and you will get response.
