I ordered two items with industrybuying.com but till today, i have not received any notification and no feedback about the status of dispatch of items. The customer service number mentioned on their mobile app goes unattended and they do not respond to the emails. Therefore, there is no way to approach the company. I am feeling cheated and i request consumer complaints forum to take up the matter with the company and government authorities to ban such fake websites who have malicious intent of cheating innocent public who frequently fall to their prey. The details of my order are as below:

Booking date: 15 june, 2020
Item: zebronics zeb mc20000 mobile battery charger
Amount paid: rs 1246.00
2. Order id:[protected]
Booking date: 13 june, 2020
Item: 3m scotch brite easy sweeper mop
Amount paid: rs 2050.00
Total amount paid of both orders: 3296.00
If i can get my refund back, i will be so lucky as my hard earned money is at stake. Thank you,

IndustryBuying.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not received any response yet from Industrybuying.com customer support.
I tried to reach them on phone / mail as well, but no response from their side .
I am quite surprised how low a company can stoop, they are looting people in this pandemic time .
Please help .
