IndustryBuying.com — Fake product shipped, no action even after multiple mails/calls | |||||
With regards to order no. 633971 where non genuine product was shipped, a lot of times i reached out to industrybuying.com customer care wherein they promised a reverse shipment. Also multiple mails were sent but to no response. Everytime, i contact them, they put you on hold for 15-20 mins hoping we will disconnect the call. When the call is not disconnected, they would drop the call saying that the reverse pickup is scheduled for the next day. Please help. P. S.: i have mails as proof. See this is what I said. The complaint was acknowledged 10 days back. Still no response.
After one month of reminder, still no response or refund. No care for customer is all that I can say. I will escalate the matter with the Consumer Forum now. Thank you Industry Buying. I will make sure the negative publicity is what you get out of the compensatory case that I would raise against you.
