I have purchased online 1 Prestige Deluxe-Alpha Base 3.3 Ltr Mini Handi Stainless Steel Outer Lid Pressure Cooker(order no[protected] from infibeam on dated 10.11.2015 paying in full. But it seams that the company is not in a mood to deliver the product & hence the company has not shipped the goods even after making a call to the customer service.

      Pertaining to my order no:[protected]Sub-Order:[protected] made on 29th September, the product has not been delivered even after 1.5 months. I had contacted their Customer Care Centre (+[protected], +[protected]and had spoken to many of the representatives & Supervisors regarding refunding of my money. They all had promised me a refund with in 5 working days but even after 1.5 months, there is no news of my money being refunded.

        I ordered "Kirans IBPS Bank Clerk CWE 2015 Common Written Examination 21 Previous Exams Solved Papers[protected]English)" for my sister on infibeam My Order ID is #17204362, , i ordered this book on Wednesday(4.11.15) and today the date is (12.11.15) till it was in courier office the fun factor is you gave assured delivery date (9.11.15) if you are not deliver on time sense then why you gave me assured date I have exam on this month so deliver this book as soon as possible f you are not interested to deliver within tomorrow just cancel my order and refund my money ... Customer satsification is too worst infibeam always hurts customer and threataning I attached screen shot just check out

            Purchased IFB Clothes Dryer on 15h October and received on 18th October. Th unit had a dent at the bottom and I claimed replacement. There was no response from Infibeam and after lot of follow-up, finally the replacement arrived on 3-Nov. IFB Tech visited for installation on 5th Nov and checked that the machine had broken parts in the inside. Again I had to contact Infibeam and asked for refund. They have now given me an approx. 1 month time period to process the request and confirm either it will be a refund or another replacement. I am being cheated by Infibeam as they are shipping damaged products on purpose and now delaying the procedure. I want my money back.

              I ordered Crompton Greaves 9Fin ORH1 Oil Filled Radiator on 30 Oct, 2015 by paying full amount up front by credit card. My order has not been dispatched yet and every time I call the customer care they tell me that it will be shipped today but it never happens. They didnt even let me know if the product will be shipped at all or if there is any problem with the availability of the same. I have paid the amount full up front so I have a right to get the product on time. This is a clear irresponsibility from their part and it is in line with their reputation of not dispatching orders on time and making ridiculous delays. They have complete apathy towards customers and are a big time SCAMS. They hold your money for long time and do not refund on time. I am going to file a consumer complaint against the same.

                Ordered bedsheets on 3 Sept, 2015. Delivery in 7 Days. They show on the webportal that is delivered on 23 Sept 2015 (Courier Name: Trackon Courier Tracking Code:[protected]. But product not delivered. I complained many times. Every correspondence gets email, they are resolving this. Even after 6 weeks, they are not delivered the proudct.

                    Sir, I have ordered a Sony Xperia E4 Mobile handset on 08/10/2015 with infibeam vide order i.d. no.[protected]sub order i.d.[protected] and paid Rs.8888-/- through net banking, but no any information regarding tracking the order is found. On 26/10/2015 a SMS received from infibeam that the order was delivered to me on 24/10/15 which is false. No any order item have yet been received by me.. it is cheat by infibeam.No contact over my phone was mabe by any courier if came for delivery the item. Request to take action .                               My Order ID # 16901667 on 27th sep'15. website details showed on 28th shipped. and 30th i got tracking number. 3rd i came to know shipment received. 7th oct'15 noticed in their website as MAHIPALPUR - DELHI Delivery exception. after repeated calls to customer care they could not provide any details/ progress. so i cancelled the order.on 7th oct'15. today 20th oct'15 i did not get my payment refunded. when i checked with customercare they already released my payment on 13th oct'15. it will take 5 to 21 days to credit in my account. when i purchase in chinese website refunds will take with in two working days. if i purchase in india will it take 21 days to refund?

                                  Infibeam has hopeless customer service centre I have ever experience in my life. Its being more than two month, i am still waiting for a solution regarding my cash back yes bank gift card activation issue. More than 10 mails and calls and still there say it will be done tomorrow. Its pathetic and hopeless service you will get if you choose to buy and need some service.

                                      I have purchased Panasonic 32 LED from infibeam.com Order Id 16685798 on 27/08/2015 after product is delivered it has technical issue regarding picture and power turn off, I created support request for this problem and asked to return, they said "we are in process of sorting the complain and update you soon" every time i called them up and mail to them they said they will solve the issue but not accepting return. I have called up to infibeam.com before purchase and asked them for return policy they said if product is broken or defective they will accept return but now they are not going to return but repair. i am not happy after dealing with infibeam.com, it was the 1st time i have purchased this order from them. I usually shop from shopclues.com, flipkart.com and snapdeal.com without any issue.

                                        Hi,

                                        I've been duped of Rs 21, 488.00 by a Infibeam operating from Acharya Narendradev Nagar, Mumatpura area of Ahemdabad. On 21-Sep I ordered SONY HOME THEATRE BDV-E3200 BLU RAY (Order ID[protected] for which I paid Rs 21, 488.00. As per seller term product was to be delivered in 2-4 days time. But it has been around 20 days he has niether delivered the product nor is able to provide the shipment details. Everytime I make a call to enquire about the product to the customer care no (Mr. Prahlad), I get the same response stating 'Product will be delivered in 2-3 days. Pls wait...'. This has been going on for several days now & they are niether able to provide the courier details nor shipment tracking Id. It looks like they are running a huge fraud shopping business & cheating lot of people. Yesterday, I had a heated discussion with them and warned them to either share the courier details or I would be reporting incident to police for investigation. Out of fear they provided courier details but when

                                        checked the courier details had fake courier name & tracking no.

                                        They are just providing fake dates to escape the consequences everytime but not providing any substantial proof of the product delivery...

                                        Request you to kindly investigate & retrieve the lost amount. I would also like to log an FIR for this case.
