Never ever buy any thing from this Infibeam .Thy will cheat you like hell. I had ordered my xiaomi mi 3 mobile of 6 months warranty my order number is 27408395 .I wanted to cancel my order but they didn't agreed. Asking me for 20% reduction. I have tried like hell to return it. And another problem their courier guy told me to take it and they can ask for refund after wards but after that they hav refused me totaly. 2nd thing the product was defective . It got switched of in the middle. Another thing when I have called Infibeam they told me to contact xiaomi service center. And when I did that the xiaomi service center have clearly stated me that Infibeam is not a partnerd website with them so they cannot provide service, please contact info beam for further assistance ..
I have been getting behind them like hell. I have wasted my 500 rs of money in contacting them. After that I had to send many e mail to them at last after this long struggle they told me that u can avail xiaomi services. But after I have called the xiaomi services they told me you can't and repeated the same thing.
I have decided to get it repaired localy but too it was not possible. So just tell me where should I go. When I call them they ask me the name, place, contact number of xiaomi service center. And when I call them they tell me that it's not allowed for them.
Can any one please help me out in resolving this.. Please help out. I need further assistance

    My order no[protected].
    I ordered an iPhone 5s 16gb Space Grey on 22nd of March 2016, and at that time it was in stock and was scheduled to ship on 25th March but they didn't shipped till today 5th April 2016 and when I contacted they told that they have stock issue but on their site the phone is still in stock and as the prices of iPhone 5s have been hiked so I think that's why they are not sending me my product. Now what I mean is that this is so unfair of a company like Infibeam.com and if they don't have sufficient stock then why the hell they don't update it. I want my order anyhow! :|

      I have ordered Saffire Gravity Sensing Rechargeable Remote Controlled Lamborghini, orange on 15/03/2016 and infibeam showed me that they will deliver the product within 22/03/2016 but today is 4/4/2016 and when I am trying to put a complaint on their official site they are not submitting it by showing me that bad internet connection neither their given telephone no. is useful .So i want them to deliver my product as quickly as possible or return my amount which is 525 Rs.

          We regret to complain on the online shopping website "INFIBEAM" from whom we had ordered a 48 inches Samsung TV.The entire transaction has caused us lot of pain.

          We intially placed the order on 4th March. After many email/calls and continuous tracking, we finally got the product on 25th March which turned to be a defective piece. Some kind of blue dots and specs were moving on the screen and the Samsung technician
          tried his best to rectify them. Finally he declared the piece as defective.

          Right from 25th March we have been continuosly calling the team to replace it. We never got an appropirate answer from them. We wanted to visit the ofiice and lodge the complaint but we got rude answers. Hence, we asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. But they are not willing to cancel it. In fact, they asked us to approach Samsung and request them to look into the issue.
          It is 4th April and we are still waiting for our money. Such inefficiency and irresponsible attitude is not accepted from a reputed company like "INFIBEAM" which has gone for public issue.This transaction is causing lots of mental agony for us and needs immediate redressal.

            Prepaid order confirmed before 15 days and today they self cancelled
            Infibeam.com has been confirmed the order id # 18195957, 18195935 and 18195885 before 15 days and they were ready to shipment shortly on 18.3.16. Today they have cancelled above order without my permission due to out of stocks but they have available same products in following link

            It is cheating to me. They are telling that this products is not available in them product line. I need to claim price difference of rs. 3921/- in each laptop. Therefore! It should be of rs. 11763/- total price difference between booking date and today's prices.

              I have placed an order for a power bank on 15 march, got it on 20 approx.

              Day one i checked simply it was working. From day i2nd when i wanted to use it really not for testing purpose it was not charging my phones. I was so pissed off as it was a gift for some one and these people have given me defective product.
              I have written an e-mail to cc they said they can not accept it because you have replied after 72 hours. I am not aware of all this bull policies of infibeam. Okk they said it is under warranty go and visit servcie center.

              Tell me one thing why should i have to visit service center that too for a brand new phone. Okk, these people will provide the phones on cheaper price but will send defective products.

              Now i am writing e-mail to these people from last 5 day they are not replying. 14 e-mails i have written and these people have not replied. This is really annoying. I want full refund of my product. Even i have called customer care also, they put me on hold for queue for more than n 10 minutes than disconnected the call. Just tell me one thing, where cm should go then.

              Pathetic service, i want you to take strict action against them. E-mail screen shot also attached, i have begged them to call me no on contacts.

                I purchased a "Lenovo Y50-70 Ultrabook" from Infibeam which I received on 17th March, 2016. (Order ID[protected] after the many initial hassles.

                We checked the warranty details of my above laptop on Lenovo Authorised site and are shocked to see that the laptop is already registered on 13.09.2015 and the warranty is only till 12.10 2016.(The image is sent to Infibeam.)

                I have following problem with this Laptop.
                1. The configuration list with the piece ( the website description says DVD included and Configuration list gives 8x DVD Part No. 5DX0H32447, but did not receive the same separately or inbuilt.) the image is sent to Infibeam.
                2. The screen is bleeding at the edges.
                3. Video and Games are not smooth and sluggish even after upgrading the drivers om win10

                Infibeam customer-service is not responding to my several emails and calls.

                I am left with the piece which is costing INR 81, 450/-
                Did they give any response at least as of now?

                  I have been following up on the above order ID from last two months but there is no feedback. Below is the latest communication i had with Infibeam on March 18.

                  Hi Parminder,

                  I want to take you back on my initial complaint several months ago (please refer to your system for exact date). I was asked by the brand to contact the seller given the product is default/dead. Post which I got the feedback from Infibeam that you need to get a letter from the brand that product is default. I had chased with the brand for several weeks to come again and provide me with that letter.
                  Now that the letter is received I thought the process is complete. You are going back to square one by asking me to go back to the brand. Please check with the brand for complaint lodged under mobile number: [protected] and you will get the entire details.
                  I have already waited for several months without using the product. Request you to look into the matter on priority basis and oblige.

                    I had ordered a Kaplan GMAT verbal foundation book on 14 March 2016. Estimated date for delivery was 18 of march 2016. I called customer service regarding the same. They replied that due to some problem book is not dispatched and same will be dispatched in 2 working days. Customer service sent me a message that revised date of dispatch will be 27 march 2016. On 28th i again called customer service, they replied that book is out of stock. Although on site it is reflecting that the book is in stock. i am really dissatisfied with the services of the company.

                      I purchased VOX rechargeable pedestal fan from Infibeam vide order no.13803975 and the product was shipped on 30.11.2014. The product worked fine for few months and within a month rechargeable mechanism was not working. After few weeks the fan itself stopped working.

                        I have ordered one mobile phone with Infibeam website on 11th March and it got shipped from warehouse on 14th March. But till now I haven't received the product yet and while tracking the status it was showing the product got reached my place 8 days before but till now it got delivered yet.
                        I have repeatedly complain about this issue while calling their customer care and email but so far no response from their end.
                        It was very good learning for me not to believe such new e commerce site by putting ad in reputed newspaper, online ad and no body cares after the purchase.
                        I have attached the pdf which shows the status of my product but it was not delivered yet.
                        Please help where can I follow up further on this complain.

                          Hi Sir,

                          I have ordered a product on 19th march "Micromax 32T7290MHD HD Ready LED TV, black, 32" and it was supposed to shipped after 2 days. I have paid 13999/- money for this product(Screenshot attached).

                          Now today on 22nd march they called me and saying this product is not available and instead of this model, they are offering me some other old model TV in same price. I have done research and found that old model doesn't' have new features such as Bluetooth connectivity etc.
                          Now I am trying to contact them but their customer care no. is not working.

                          My concern is when the item was not available why they took the order.
                          I have paid amount and it got stuck. I wana to know will i get my ordered product or refund money back to my bank account and when. Why are they cheating customers like this.

                          I hope you can understand my issue and frustration. It was urgent need for this product but now i can't do anything. Please do the needful. Thanks a lot.

                          I have requested for refund on 21th, but till now they didn't initiated the refund process. Customer care no. are also not working. I have paid 13999 money and i can't use that money... It's really frustrating. Please take some proper action against them. Infibeam is doing cheat and liers. Thanks a lot, Anurag

                            Product page says that the product will be dispatched in 2-3 days. I ordered on 10th March and still the status of the product is pending Shipment.

                            Email them twice. Reply for the email on 12 March was on 15th March and reply for the email on 16 March was on 19th march. They take 4 days to reply and just say that we need some more time. No reason was mentioned why shipment is delayed.

                            When called them it took 2 calls to connect to their customer service representative. 1st call got disconnected automatically. In 2nd call the representative was saying that we can not email you everyday and it takes time.

                            On questioning when will the shipment happen he said they are running short on the item and shipment will take 2 more days.

                            So infibeam needs 15 days to make a shipment.

                            Are we still living in old age where people used to send a pigeon with paper to give information. It takes them 4 days to reply to an email.

                                I have ordered for a VOLTAS AC on 6th March and INFIBEAM had committed the product will be delivered before 10th March, knowing their commitments and business ethics, I was following up with the every to expedite the delivery, however, unsuccessful.

                                Today (11 Mar 16), when I called them, the customer care person is replying he cannot commit on the shipment date, and when I asked him for a cancellation request, he is not willing to take it up.

                                My advice to fellow customers, place your orders with FLIPKART / SNAPDEAL even if you find the products 1 or 2k extra there. You can avoid harassment from these kind of arrogant merchants.

                                    I ordered the product Sony 5.1 DTH Home Theater HT-IV300 black cost Rs.16692/- through Infibeam
                                    ordered on 11.02.2016.Order ID:17876394. After some days i got the message that "Your order is cancelled and the amount will credited to your account within 5-7 working days".After about 15 days money is not refunded .. i mailed to them about this. they give me a authorisation code and contact you bank services . i conacted and they cant track and do nothing with this.Money is not refunded in my account. so kindly help about this... i really want this money back...

                                      Finally shipment never happens for lack of stocks (Blamed Blue Star).

                                        I ordered the product Sony 5.1 DTH Home Theater HT-IV300 black cost Rs.16692/- through Infibeam
                                        ordered on 11.02.2016.Order ID:17876394. After some days i got the message that "Your order is cancelled and the amount will credited to your account within 5-7 working days".After about 15 days money is not refunded .. i mailed to them about this. they give me a authorisation code and contact you bank services . i conacted and they cant track and do nothing with this.Money is not refunded in my account. so kindly help about this... i really want this money back.
