I have ordered an AC at infibeam.com. the product is not yet delivered to me, inspire of frequent reminders - both to the courier company and infibeam. It's been more than three weeks, I ordered the product . it's more than ten days of the expected delivery date they had promised. I have not received the order till date. Gati is the courier company.

am having the same problem too. but did you try the ecommerce customer care of gati in [protected]??
It is not yet delivered to me. They have closed the above order stating the product has been lost while transit.
They had placed the second order for the same product. I am sure that even that will not reach me. I have cancelled the order.
Now the new issue is, I have not received the cancellation confirmation from them . the cancellation was done by me nearly 6 days ago

    2. Amount paid on 12th March
    3. Delivery was very much delayed
    4. 5th April SONY service person installed
    5. Product did not work
    6. We have made multiple calls to Infibeam from 18th April. Even spoke to their supervisor
    7. Sent mail to Infibeam on 27th April. No reply to mail till now

    We want our product to be replaced with new one immediately.

      I placed an order for volta ac order id17708907 and paid by debit card an amount of 23214/- on 15 jan 16. On 01 feb 16 my order was cancelled by infibeam as the order could not be fulfilled by their supplier and they wanted me to purchase another ac with different specifications and cost. I refused the offer and then was told that i would receive the refund in seven working days. I have not received the refund till date.( more than 60 days). On contacting customer care i was told that the authorisation was not captured by infibeam and that the amount would automatically revert in my account. That has not happened. On contacting the again iwas told to check with bank. I checked with the bank and they confirmed the amount is debited from my account. I again contact infibeam they said check with card company. The card company too has confirmed the amount is credited to the merchant. I told the same to infibeam they said that get a letter from bank. Its been 15 days since i mailed the banks letter to them. But there is no response.
      I am tired now and require my money at the earliest.
      My money paid by debit card is debited from my account and is with you . Please refund it at the earliest.

        I wanted to buy the iphone 5s on emi but by mistake i made a full payment.. I want to change the payment plan by cancelling the order and buying it again.. But i am not able to cencel it as there is no option to cencel the order.. I called customer care numbers.. But its just ringing and ringing.. I have also emailed them.. But there is no response.. :( i'm stucked !! Plz help me !!! My order id is order id # 18475503

          product not came yet...
          after so many days they send me msg like this...
          20th april 2016 your shipment has been dispatched... today 27th april no product no updates... this is all cheating... they are just using and rotating our money... infibeam is not a geniune company... so please friends dont go for infibeam...

            I placed orders for iPhone 5s on 20 march with order number18209254 and 18211133 but only got one delivered and the other one was prolonged by seller stating no stock but I had option to get it on same price from other seller. but infibeam kept holding me to ensure I will get it definitely till 30 march and then they cancelled my order even I was not willing to cancel. they stated stock issue once again. next day they listed same item with price change so I give wrong information about this. They had item in stock but as I bought on lesser price company did not sell it to me.

              I bought callmate powerbank 20000 mah from infibeam for Rs. 774 with order id 18357120 and suborder id 27950228 dated 8th april 2016 which was delivered to me on 11th april 2016 with invoice no. DT[protected] dated 9th april 2016. But the product is completely faulty as it has not charged even after several hours of charging.Regarding the same i contacted infibeam but they are not taking any interest. I want the product to be replaced or get back my money refunded.

                Worst experience I have ever experienced with any shopping. The product was delivered to a wrong address, that too to a different state, not even near the actual address. The status came after a week. After complaining about the issue to customer care, they said they are escalating it to the courier service. Now it's another week, when I called them, they are saying the same.

                  Hi,

                  This is regarding the order ID 18420147 and sub order ID 28016718. I have received faulty power bank. It charges for 10 seconds and then stops and then again charges and stops. Hence it is unable to charge the phone, i want to return this faulty product and get my refund.

                  On 22nd April 2016, i complained about the product not working to infibeam, sent photos of the product and everything they asked. I clearly told i want REFUND. Till 25th April I did not get any response from Infibeam. So i again mailed them and their reply was to contact ambrane company itself.

                  How can ambrane refund me the order amount when infibeam sold it to me? Then called up the on the phone number mentioned on their website on 26 April 2016. The guy sitting on the phone did not give any useful response and told me to lodge a compaint where ever i wished to..

                  Infibeam is such a unprofessional e-commerce site.

                  MORAL: NEVER BUY FROM INFIBEAM!!

                    No any response from infibeam

                        I have placed order to infibeam on 7th april for ifb front loading washing machine, by no 18349029. Order accepted payment also done @20000/- & order procedure also done on 7th april estimated delivery date seen 14-4, while last time i track to customer care they said we have no stock of this item. So inform me to cancel order, we write many mail to customer care but no reply.
                        If my selected items stock is physically not available, then company how can accept order & payment both, i said to company to delivery my item so delay more 10 days but company has no given any return reply. It is like fraud to collect money from people & then cancellation order other mostly online company show his inventory else out of stock.

                          I had placed order # 18385250 on 12th april for sony home theatre. When i placed the order, the product information read that the product will be shipped in 2-3 days. I waited for 3 days and could see that my order had not even started processing. I then called up customer care thrice since then and the shipment is still not processed. It is 18th april now. Today the customer care rep is saying that the order will be delayed by another 3 to 4 days. I did not get any notifications so far regarding delay in order. I had made full payment of around rs 18k since cod was not available in my place. Now when i asked for cancellation of order, the person so cooly informs me that refund will take 7-21 working days. I was shocked to hear this. In fact i do not even have a privilege to cancel the order online. Even for that customer care rep is saying cancellation will be processed in 48 working hours.

                          This website/company is pure fake and they are cheating people. Someone please help me in initiating a legal action against this cheat company.

                              I ordered haier le32d9000 ledtv on 7th april which i received on 17th april which is defective they are not replacing i need it to be replaced and also i want my money back (order no is[protected] please i need legal action to be taken against this company so that they stop making fools to the customers I need a compulsion from them as well because I lost my time. i need to be solve within 1 week as i already lost my time and money on this.

                                I ordered lg tv priced around rs 18500 at 11th march.
                                The order id :[protected]Sub order id:[protected]

                                After 1 month, they delivered some speaker box instead of tv.
                                I been following up in emails & early morning telephone, but their only response is "our representative will call you back" or "investigation is going on".

                                This is unethical and when i ask my money to refund, there is no answer for this.
                                I am not sure if this is genuine company or not.
                                No responses for any emails, and during day time, their customer support is always busy.
                                Dont know whether my money will be back, if not, i am sure will file complaint in consumer court.

                                        I have placed a order order id #[protected] sub order id :[protected], on 12 mar, 2016. Till now the product is not yet shipped. The expected shipment date is already been over. It almost a month my item not yet reached me. I tried reaching customer care of infibeam arounf 5 to 6 times but no proper answer. They were said we will update you by end of day, but still i couldnt get single update on my concerns.
