I had ordered an american tourister bag online via infibeam logistics on 16 july.Today its 31 july and i haven't received my product.Every time i call them, they tell the same thing that it will be deivered within 2 days.They are making people fools.When i asked for refund, They told me to wait for 1 month.Kindly take strict action against them.

    I had purchased an intex aqua power plus mobile with purchase ID[protected] and sub order ID[protected] on 01 july 2015 and billing adress was Hotel Vrindavan, hindorana chokdi, jafarabad road rajula (gujarat)-365560 dist-amreli and Till 15.07.15 product was not delivered to that address, after comunicated to customer care through email and over phone many times, still product not received. Then i cancel the product on 18.07.15 but from that date to till now they not refunded me the money and whenever i call them they say that product not received to their ware house and refund will be processed after receiving of product only, I has been 13 day pass after cancellation and 31 day from the date of purchasing.       Order id # 16399098 : i ordered ugc - csir net (Jrf & ls) physical science (Paperback) on 16th july 2015 making full payment. It was supposed to be shipped in 2 - 3 days. However, even after 10 days (As of today 26th july) shipment processing has not been done. When contacted there is no responsibility shown by the company for the lapse on their side. When i went for cancellation, they say i have to wait for 2 days for cancellation of order and 5 - 7 days for refund. With instant payment facility available across all banks not sure what kind of system they work with. In the hope of providing timely service we pay for the order and wait. But holding the money for 5 - 7 days without providing any service is clearly not acceptable. When advertising a timeline - arent they liable to properly process the order on time. At same i contacted to customer support on that time on there site product showing in stock and they told it's out of stock.

        i can not received my sony home theater 5.1-E4100, Order no[protected], (sealed bag) calcutta B2 c waybill debagged at (sealed bag) calcutta Safe express[protected]waybill no.) Last delivery date 20/7/2015..but rightnow i can't received my product... the Infibeam company everyday tell me by phone that your product is ready to despatch...but i can't have it...there phone number also not reachable perfectly. Also my emi facility running..in this situation i request you that please help me...this problem.

          I would like to let you know that I had bought a JBL T100A In Ear Headphones with mic, black - (P-poel-[protected]) from online site infibeam.com on 20th November 2014 with order id[protected], puchase id[protected] and TIN/VAT No.-[protected]. The product carries one year limited warranty. But using after seven months i.e. from December, 2014 to June, 2015 the product got defected(left side speaker is not working). At first I called JBL customer care but they asked me to contact infibeam for the problem I am facing. So I called infibeam to address my problem but they also are not solving my problem after communicating with them repeatedly times.

            1. Wrong Model supplied. "BSNL Penta IS701C" Tablet instead of "BSNL Penta IS701CX" Tablet. 2. Product received was defective and not working. 3. Service Centre refused to repair or replace the product. 4. Product returned to Company in the month of August 2014. 5. The company has not refunded the money till date.

                Hello, I have ordered (Order ID[protected] a Callmate Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-503, black. When i open the box i found that the device is broken and dead and has missing charger. Details are given below: 1. Charger is missing in the delivered order 2. Main Device is broken. 3. The main device is Dead (Not Working/ Nonfunctional). 4. Manual is missing the delivery. I have lodged the complaint with the images just after i got the delivery (4th July, 2015). They have said they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours but no response came from them. After three days when i have made a call to them they said complaint team is working on it. After 5 days when i called them they told me to send them images of the outer box also. Now it has been 11 days from the day of delivery and no response has come. So, i called them up again and they are saying that there complaint team is working on it and there team will revert back to me in next 24 hours to 48 hours (This is what they always says, But no response has ever came).                     I ordered 2 of Mcfee antiviruses along with some other items and I never got the Antiviruses I ordered. When I raised a complaint against it, at first they told that I do not have to worry and the items will be delivered soon. After a week when I still did not get the items, I called them back again and now they said that they can not process the complaint. So basically they just took my money.

                      i have purchase a power bank from infibeam. when i saw features it was written that 1000mah battery of digitek company shape was square.but when i get the delivery it was circle in shape and it was written that we have to insert AAA batteries to run a power bank . but in description it was now written that we have to use AAA batteries.

                        I have placed an order of an Air conditioner with order id[protected]which was a gift to my dad) from INFIBEAM.COM on date 25 May, 2015, gati.com (infibeam's so called logistics partner) gave me a assured delivery date of 04-JUN-2015, but i was little sad as the promised date passed away, i called infibeam, and asked for an status update they (Mr. Amarjeet from customer care) said it's delayed a bit by our (infibeam) courier partner, i was sad but its okay then product get delivered on 6th June 2015, my dad called, but told me that indoor unit of Air conditioner is missing !!! i was angry by the time, i called #infibeam again (asked for Mr. Amarjeet as he promised me that he will personally take care of my case.), then couple of days passed no information of missing units, i called him again on 14th june 2015 and he asked me one more day for a status update (that is how they handle personally), after a day i got to know that their courier partner Gati had misplaced the indoor unit and there is no information about it, i said well i don't want order now, they said they will raise a pickup request the request was raised on 15th of June 2015, after 3 days of pickup request no one appeared at my place to pick up the outdoor unit of that AC, i sent an email to them on 18th June for pickup, no reply from them till June 20 2015, in between this pickup, many other people spoke to me from infibeam so called senior managerial staff, but no solution has been provided to me yet and my money of amount 41, 394 is still on hold (i am super sad), then finally Pickup guy appeared at my home on 22nd june 2015 !!! and finally picked up the outdoor unit, till date 8th July 2015, i was waiting that my money will be sent to my account but no information has been delivered to me regarding this case, so finally i called and asked for Mr. Amarjeet (the person who handled the case personally), i was angry off course i will be and spoke to him again the same word i will confirm from Logistics team and will revert to you, i get more angry and asked him to put my call to some senior staff Then Mr. Xavier came into the picture, and told me as off now we can't do any thing as i don't have an status update, i will update you till 7 PM today (8 July, 2015). this is how the infibeam handle their customer and order? i have attached all screentshots of my conversation and order pages etc, please help me in getting my money back from Fraud E-Com portal Infibeam. i am writing after almost a month i could have done this before, i gave them enough time, i bear a lot of patience. but now its enough !!!

                          Its one month of product purchasing but infibeam has not even shipped. whenever I contact them they just say it is taking time and v soon they will ship the product. This is my second order for the product. in May, 2015 I had ordered the same product and experienced the same. finally they cancelled the order from their side in my first case. Now they are doing same and I think they will again cancel the product.

                          Yesterday, Infibeam called me and saying your product is out of order. Therefore they suggested me the product which is half of the my product in features.

                          Today, Infibeam again called me saying the product ordered by you is available. They said the discount what I got at the time of order will be cancelled and I should pay full amount.

                          Infibeam repeating same, what done in my previous order. Now its clear that Infibeam cheats consumers and is a fraud service provider.

                              Writing regarding Order ID # 15875855, I placed this order on 29th may, for Kyocera TASKalfa 1800 Mono Digital Photocopier Machine black, Total Paid : R 27, 888, I got the delivery on 27th jun, ...i realized one thing that the top cover of the scanner is missing on that box from that day onwards I am chasing infibeam for that but till today I didn’t get any answer I cannot use that machine without that top cover what I will do now….?i responsible not caring customers…cheating ….

                                I placed prepaid order of Samsung DVD Player on 6th May 2015 with the Order id No. 15672751. Received that product within a week's time from Infibeam but that product was not the upto the mark so i returned that to Infibeam to get the refund but till date (04/07/2015) neither i got the money nor the product while i have done so many follow ups with Infibeam thru emails and phone calls. So i need my money back with penalty as soon as possible.

                                  I had ordered a voltas 1.5 ton 183 cy 3 star split air conditioner on dtd 12/06/2015 with order no. 15995763 after almost 16 days doing several queries about my order why it's not delivered the gati courier informed me that the product is lost and they'll inform infibeam on regarding the lost case and the same will be refunded to me on an earliest. But again i called the infibeam on 28/06/15 regarding the lost case they said they will touch me after 48 hours...But nothing done. Today on dt 1/07/2015 again i called ur customer care but they failed to give the exact information by saying that we didn't receive any such tinformations from gati courier that order has been lost so that you have to wait for another 48 hours. So please tell me how i get my order or how i cancelled it to recieve my refunds because my installments are started for that product which am not recieved yet.

                                  So do the needful to resolve all my problem urgently.

                                    I have ordered one smartwatch from infibeam.com last week(22june), they told me that it will get shipped within 24hours..still now there is no sign of shipping.i contacted the customer service they didnt pickup my call and didnt reply to my email.order id is 16269706 . If we check the product buying page its showing that it will get shipped within 24hours.

                                        on 15 th june i ordered some items from this website, Order ID # 16039710, among which two bed sheets were just worst at their quality, they have spots all over the place, have a bad odor and many more problem. For these reasons i wanted my money back as refund policy, i sent them the picture of the products, but i never got any proper response from them till now. i want my money back. i wrote them twice, i don't got any reply from their end, this why i am complaining here for a solution.
