KIndly take some serious action regarding the seller i have booked my order and my order id is : Your Order ID : 16111945 was on[protected]. I thought thought order might get delivered before 21-07-15 as it is a city. I am shocked to see on that date too it was not shipped and i was making a follow up with the customer care every time when i call them they inform it is delayed from 16-07 to till date 26-07 it is not yet shipped. I need the product don't know how u will get it or else this would be taken seriously and a bad review would take place. I am not suppose to do that if my product is delivered. And it was a Infibeam sale .Kindly remove this sellers from your list to improve and go a head in the future and provide fastest delivery

      I Bought one irali non stick cookware from infibeam . The product recieved had manufacturing defects like bubbles in coating + dents. Photos were sent to customer care. But found the site was one irresponsible one.. which didnt care to replace a faulty service. So never ever buy anything from such online shopping site unless you have time n money to waste.

        Ref: sub-order id 25652810. I ordered tablet on 19th June making full payment. It was supposed to be shipped in 2-3 days. However, even after 5 days (as of today 24th June) shipment processing has not been done. When contacted there is no responsibility shown by the company for the lapse on their side. When I went for cancellation, they say I have to wait for 2 days for cancellation of order and 5-7 days for refund. With instant payment facility available across all banks not sure what kind of system they work with. In the hope of providing timely service we pay for the order and wait. But holding the money for 10 days without providing any service is clearly not acceptable. When advertising a timeline - Arent they liable to properly process the order on time.

          I purchased mobile in infibeam using debit card on 15 June and I got product ID 16082949 and it was supposed to be shipped within two days just like any other website normally ship at most in two days. However, Infibeam did not ship and later I was tired calling to their customer care who would say issue would be solved in 48 hours. However, later I wrote to them that in case they have issue with color which was already available when I choose and they even accept it, later I gave them more option to ship mobile in any color. Their executive called and told that they would ship me white color mobile. However till today 22 June there is no sign of shipping and whenever I call, they reply it would be certainly shipped next day but not telling how much time after all they need to do shipping and get the tracking number from courier. As they take so much time to give back money, customer cant even cancel the order as its more waste of time. Hope Infibeam CEO or Consumer Forum Officials are reading this and help the customers from similar harassment.

            I ordered Intex IT -880S 2.1 multimedia speakers order no[protected], inv no-DT[protected] Amount Paid: Rs. 707/- through from Infibeam on 8th June 2015 and it delivered on 12th June 2015. When I opened up I found that it's two speakers are damaged. I register my complaint on flipkart on 12 June 2015. From same day Infibeam give only oral commitment to resolve my issue. Still they did not take any physical action to solve my issue.Please solve my issue.

              I have bought a Lenovo P70 from infibeam.com on 6th may 2015 and got delivered it on 8th may 2015 in evening. On 9th May 2015 i fund that the phone Battery is not giving proper backup and headphone is not working and also one speaker which remains at downside in this model not working. I used to complaint it to them via phone call. They said please send us Images of package and phone. After 2 or 3 days they said like you need to take DOA letter from lenovo centre. That day i was at my village. So for that only i come back next day and gone to lenovo cervice centre. The bill which infibeam have provided my with package was declined by lenovo service centre. then i informed to infibeam about my bill they mailed it on next day. So finally i reached to lenovo service centre on very next day and what i heared is that they does not provides the DOA certificate after 7 days of billing. so the matter is that i was not able to get DOA certificate. Now what i scheduled a pickup from infibeam and couriered my product to them. after 2 days i received called them and asking about the status they simply rejects my complaints saying that earphone is working fine speaker is working fine and even battery is not draining quickly. Let us suppose i could make a mistake on battery issue but why would i make a fake statement about speaker and earphone on just a day old phone. Then after a huge arguements they agread to recheck it. They said my like we will send it to lenovo cervice centre and will rectify the issue. Now the main issue comes. After 4 days when i call them back, tey said like we have send it to brand(lenovo) service centre and waiting for there reply please give us 7 days time. Then i again called them after 7 days. They said like we didnt received any feedback from brand service centre please give us time for 3 more days. Then i again calle dback them after 3 days and what i hear is that they are now planning to send my product to brand service centre. SO what the hell they are doing with my phone and why are they making fake statements to me about my own phone. Seriously guys if you want to love your Money and ur purchase dont ever buy anything from infibeam.

                I had placed an order for American Tourister Backpack worth Rs1000 from infibeam. After one week they informed that product is out of stock & I had to cancel the order. I had made the payment through mobikwik only for which I added money to the wallet. While cancelling I informed them that I need the money back in my bank a/c since I wont be using the wallet again. But they are not refunding the amount to my bank account.

                I had to cancel the order only because of their mistake. They made me to pay the money and after one week told me that the product is out of stock. So I had to cancel the order. I had made the payment of Rs 1000 through mobikwik wallet and added the money to the wallet only for this purchase. So I won't be using that wallet again. So I tod them to refund the money to the bank account. But they are not agreeing to refund the amount to my bank account. If they are refunding to mobikwik wallet, I will be losing Rs1000 because of their mistake.

                  I placed an Order for Jeggings (Order ID:[protected] and was sent a small size. On asking for a refund or replacement, the company asked for 20% of the price paid which is as per their standards (and not industry standards!!) I dont see they have a proper service and proper products. I wont suggest to buy from them going ahead. They fool their customers!!

                          Hello i have purchased iphone case from Infibeam not directly from i search on there site and found product but instead of buy option there was button called buy from seller site. it went omezzle.com. order place on 19/05/15 but after that no response from call many time to infibeam and omezzle. the number mention on omezzle. is belong Pravin Rana he told that his personal number i called many time to infibeam and asking why they are supporting fake seller every one take down my complaint but no one help to me. i would blame to Infibeam bcoz i found that product on there site i ask infibeam to cancelled the order as they know the seller but refused to help i have emailed many times to infibeam and omezzle.but no response Infibeam is popular in india bcoz of there services but this is REALLY cheap that they are support FAKE site omezzle.and how many people buying from this omezzle. trusting Infibeam see the screenshot omezzle.required Infbeam login ID and password and you can Order : [protected]. Please cancel my order and REFUND my money back.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, On 7th May 2015 i placed an order of Samsung DVD player at www.infibeam.com and paid Rs. 2349/- thru internet banking. On 11th May we got the product but on 12th May i put request for reverse pick up or return which has been completed on 21st May with lot of follow ups and requests. Now since 21st May i am not getting my money back from them while almost daily i am asking them to do so. They are not giving me the refund and giving the standard response of my mails or phone calls stating that it has been sent for quality check and soon we will get back to you. Even after asking the date of the action or refund they are sending the same response. So i request you to do the needful and forced them to return my money with interest now. The details which my be useful for you further is "Pick up details for return merchandise authorization with reference ID 29839", "Order ID # 15672751". I was buying this for my kids to enjoy their summer holidays which are getting over on 15th June 2015 but neither i am getting the product nor getting my money to invest in other product.

                                  Order placed 6th May, Order Shipped 17th and DTDC claiming delivery 23rd. Placed order for a Nikon Cool pix for Rs.15, 949 and fully paid online. ID proof and Form Form 16 was asked for and forwarded in couple of days. Shipment was delayed and finally DTDC claims that the shipment was delivered on 23rd. As I was tracking the item, I raised the complaint on the same day. Even after numerous emails and phone calls, the reply is they are waiting for Proof of Delivery from the DTDC. Please advise how can I get justice to this issue. Thank you

                                    I had ordered Dominos Pizza vouchers worth 500rs to be gifted for my friend but instead after 15+ days they send me the vouchers to my mail. I didn't lose any money but I strongly oppose the way they functioned. Between the wait time I tried to cancel my order twice which I didn't receive any response. It feels like I paid money to receive a gift myself instead of sending to my friend. My concerns are these: 1: Do deliver to person who you are supposed to or else cancel my order and refund. 2: In my case, show some concern by asking your customer whether he/she can receive voucher in form of e-voucher. If he/she agrees then receive the delivery person's email instead of sending to us. Else make your website mention that. I still have not used the vouchers, if infibeam can cancel my order and take back my vouchers I would be glad because I don't need them now after all these delays and stupid delivery they did.

                                    We have clearly informed on product page that no GC will be sent through courier to your address. Only e-voucher with valid coupon will be sent to email you have provided. Since email provided in order is [protected]@gmail.com vouchers have been sent on the same.

                                    You only need to show the voucher at dominos to avail it. Request you to directly forward the voucher you have received in email to person you want to gift it to avail it.

                                      I purchased the Samsung Diet 22T cooler from Infibeam online. I received the product on 13th April, 2015 at 1600 hrs. I opened the parcel @ 2230 hrs, found that there was no remote in the parcel. Having the remote was my foremost criteria. Before placing the order for the cooler, I called up and spoke to the customer care executive that whether the remote will be there in the product or not. He assured me Yes, I will get the remote too. The reason why I had to call the executive was due to dubious statement about the product on the place order page (product description page). Which at one place said its without remote and other place it said the cooler is loaded with the remote. After the confirmation by the infibeam executive I placed the order. BUT NO REMOTE RECEIVED IN THE PARCEL. Hence I did not unwrap it and cseal the box as it was received. After Seing that there is no remote I called up the Infibeam and told them the detail. They said that this model doesn't have remote then I told them about the conversation I had with the executive before placing the order, and that he confirmed me that there is a rmeote also I told him that the company is doing fraud with the customer as they are writing double statements one that the remote is there and second that there is no remote. He checked it for himself that actually the site said the two statements and he apologised. And On the same day I clicked the pics of the unpacked cooler and sent it to infibeam to process the refund. This was on 13th, I was told that pick up will be done in 3 days that the pick up took place after 21 days and for those 21 days I had to send 5 mails and call them 6 times for pick up request. Every time I got the same answer the pick up will be done tomorrow at 12 pm. In these days they also sent a mail that they are offering Rs 500 as a compensation. This was heights o[censored]nprofessionalism first of all they cheat customers with double statements and wrong description about the product and then they offer money so that the cusotmer doesn't raise voice. Its 20th May today. I have sent 22 mails and called up Infibeam 8 times but they never take the pain to give a proper answer. They reply to the mail saying the request have been forwarded to the concerned team. And when I call they say again the same thing that the concerned team will take 2-3 days time and revert back. But I have never received a single call from the Infibeam. They not even send the mail. I have no idea of my refund status. Since last 10 days they are giving the same reply that the product has gone for the quality check. What quality check when I did not even open the parcel. It was all packed as they sent it to me and I have all the pics. When I saw there is no remote it was useless to open it. They have a landline number and everytime i call them they put me on hold for 8-10 minutes and reply that the concerned team is working on it. I have no option but to sue against the company for their fraudulent practices of selling product with wrong information and then not replying to the customers. They have harassed me so very much.
